We ordered the Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken with a side of Naan bread this time. We paid under $30 per person and the portions were large. Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options that sounded delicious. Parking: Numerous spots in the parking lot.

Just had an amazing meal at this Indian restaurant in Guelph and Im still thinking about it! We ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Masala Dosa - all three were insane! The owner of the place is a super nice guy whos clearly passionate about serving authentic Indian food. He took some time to chat with us and recommended the dishes those we shortlisted for our next visit. What I loved was that the chef had clearly put their heart into cooking each dish. Every bite was bursting with flavor and love. The paneer tikka masala was creamy and rich, the garlic naan was perfectly toasted, and the masala dosa... wow! That crispy fermented dosa wrapped around flavourful potatoes and onions was a game-changer. And the best part? The prices were totally reasonable - you get an amazing meal without breaking the bank! The employees are good, but the management exhibits very poor behavior. They are taking advantage of the current situation of Indian students on study permits by not providing enough working hours or adequate remuneration. Additionally, the food is average in quality but very expensive.

The absolute worst restaurant in Canada! If youre eager to throw your money away, this is the place to do it. The service is a joke, and the food? Don t even get me started completely disgusting. Want to waste your time and leave feeling angry? Then by all means, go to this dump. I highly recommend it if youre looking to ruin your day!

We ate here while in Guelph for a few days. It seems more targeted towards takeout orders despite a lively sit down area. We were the only customers seated. The food was excellent. Service was excellent and friendly. However, we did feel a bit rushed and watched being the only customers seated in the restaurant.

Shilpa was our server on our first visit to Fusion. She described the specialties of the house, and when asked, advised us on spiciness (custom) and a good combination of dishes, as well as favourite dishes from Kerala (?sp?) region of India. She checked in to ask if we liked what we ordered, fill water glasses, and when to bring the main course. Exceptional service and food, a very pleasant night and meal. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian choices on the menu. This time we had no vegetarians with us, but I would definitely return with vegetarian family members. Dietary restrictions: Shilpa advised us on dishes that were dairy free, pointing out those with a cashew sauce instead of dairy base. Chicken Korma was delicious! As a diabetic, I found that the food was not too sweet but balanced in flavours, and custom spiced to our request. Kid-friendliness: I saw a large party with small children at another table. The kids were well behaved, and occasional loud noises were not a problem for the servers or other diners.

Best place for Onam Sadhya.

Very unprofessional and poor management. we reserved a dine in at 3 PM a day prior of Onam and the reservation was confirmed by the management. Next day when we went around 2:45 for the reserved dine in we were told it s not possible to dine in as kitchen closes at 3 PM. If that was the case, the message should have been conveyed to us when we called in to reserve the dine in. We planned our day accordingly and thanks for the poor management for ruining our day.

**If you are South Asian looking for a typical taste please avoid going here. The dishes are not as flavourful as per the South Asian spices.** We were in the area and went there as it showed up inter South Indian restaurant. We ordered- Masala dosa (Ghee), onion uttapam and Semi gravy gobi Manchurian. Masala dosa (Ghee) - when we go to South Indian restaurant we generally order ghee masala does - that is pretty obvious that dosa is made with ghee to add the crisp (server and the other guy may be owner came to us 2 times that it is ghee dosa and not masala ghee dosa we opted for masala on side). We ordered 2 (1 spicy and 1 regular) it was very bland with no or very salt in it. (Not as per Indian taste) Gobi Manchurian - it was good in comparison to other dishes we ordered but was not good as well. We ordered spicy and it was not spicy as well. Onion Uttapam - totally bland no taste nothing. My sister ended up puking and she left it as is because she could not finish it. Look for other options before going. Idk how this place have 4.5 stars.

Hi, I had a bridal shower a couple of days ago and ordered catering from this restaurant and was extremely pleased with the result. The food was absolutely delicious and presented extremely well. We even had last minute changes, and they were willing to accommodate to our requests (i.e., allergy requests, halal foods, spicy/non-spicy). The food was definitely one of the biggest highlights of the night. Thank you for the high quality food and excellent services.

We visited this place and ordered kadhai paneer and naan. The quantity of the food was so worst there. Same kadhai paneer container is good for 2,3 people easily in other restaurants but here it was not even enough for 2. The portion sizes were not enough for the price charged. Quantity of the food is very disappointing here.

The Kerala Paratha paired with Kerala chicken was an absolute delight. When Joby, the owner, mentioned it was freshly made on-site, I was skeptical. However, one taste, and I was transported. The flavors were authentic and unforgettable. Even the kids were enamored. They couldnt get enough of the Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken. And the Nutella Dosa? A revelation for our youngest. Its safe to say, it disappeared in record time. As a fan of lobster, I was intrigued by the Lobster Masala. Let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. Food was beyond pathetic, we ordered dal makhni, kadai paneer and mutton rogan josh, all of the dishes lacked taste and quantity was too less, upon checking with owner, his reply was, this is not brampton or mississauga. We have to pay high rent and can t keep the quantity high. They were not ready to take feedback. Even tho quantity is less, atleast work on taste. There was only one server and they were not able to cater many guest. Worst place to go, total waste of money.

Last week, my family and I visited this place, and Id like to provide some constructive feedback. Lets start with the service: they only had one or two staff members to handle everything, As for the food, both the quantity and taste were disappointing; the portion sizes were not enough for the price charged. Moreover, the taste was below average. When we approached the owner to share our feedback, their response was rude he replied back with weird answer that this is not missisauga or Brampton . I would advise considering your options carefully before visiting this place.

I wish I had the option for no star. I recently visited Fusion restaurant with high hopes for a memorable dining experience, but sadly, it fell short in many aspects. I found the food to be underwhelming at best. The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but the execution was far from satisfactory. The appetizers were bland and lacked flavor, and were overcooked and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. To make matters worse, the service was slow and inattentive. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. They seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. To mention, the Tandoori Gobi was like boiled vegetable served with salad, vegetable momos were under cooked and noodles were pathetic. Overall, my experience at Fusion Restaurant was extremely disappointing. The subpar food, lackluster ambiance, and poor service left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I had my guests sad and unhappy after this kind of experience.

Food is awesome

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine. The service was outstanding, with two staff members being very friendly and attentive. The food, especially the Chicken Biriyani, was delicious and cooked perfectly. I loved their Kerala Chicken Curry and porotta, they were delicious. The mango shake was also very good. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious food and great customer service.

Excellent Paneer Makhani and naan bread

They have amazing taste and authentic varieties of dishes. Everything we tried were really good and our kids loved the food. Their ambiance is fantastic.

Bad experience! Moreover, they added 18% tip without asking while we we were trying to pay by tapping the card to the machine. If you so much want a tip, earn it providing good food and good service, not by cheating with people. [The tip trickery didnt fool us, but can fool many people. This tip trickery was done by the owner himself.] We had ordered 1 butter naan & 1 curry. But they assumed that itll be less and served us 2 butter naan without even asking if we really wanted or not. We didnt want to eat that much, but we overlooked that. The Masala Dosa was asked to be made spicy, but wasnt spicy at all & lacked the most basic ingredient, that is, salt. Talking about taste, it was just too basic that if followed recipe from google, one can make it the same way or even better. Additionally, the price they put for all the dishes as per the quantity, quality, and taste seems very high.

They have really amazing cuisine. We tried their salmon Tikka and it was fantastic. Their butter chicken, shrimp were too good. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody who ask me for good Indian restaurant.

Lovely decor scrumptious food and impeccable service. What a gem! Favorites are coconut shrimp appetizer, garlic naan and chicken tikka with basmati rice.

I visited here with my family and 2 year old son. We were so welcomed and well cared for. Going out with a toddler is always overwhelming but I felt so comfortable in this space - they even had a high chair. Our waiter was Anjali who provided us with excellent service, paired with good quality and FRESH TASTING authentic Indian food. I ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Ordered to take away. Honestly, it was the worst curry I had ever had. Ordered a lamb curry and butter chicken. It was like they had bought a sauce and added meat to it at the last second. The lamb was fatty and chewy and the chicken was cut into cubs and had maybe 8 pieces of chicken in it. If I had eaten in in this restaurant, I would have returned both dishes and walked out.

Ambience of the restaurant is nice. Server Anjali was friendly and answered all menu related queries well. There was a young boy clearing tables and serving water etc. Was shy , didnt make eye contact or acknowledge us when he served us the water. Food- We ordered Chicken lollipop, 65 and Tandoori chicken for appetizers. we wanted to order Calamari - but when i asked the question and found out that they were just breaded frozen squid rings that you pull out of a bag, fry and then serve with some sauces i was a bit disappointed ; if I wanted to eat ready to eat fried food that is frozen and comes in a bag , I can do that at home or go to am American style diner. Tandoori Chicken - Excellent taste, hot, juicy, excellent marinade and spice level was perfect. Very well cooked and presentation was excellent. Lollipop - taste was OK. 65 - taste was good , not really a 65, i found it bland and portion for the appetizer was also too small. Main course- Kerala Chicken curry - excellent taste and flavor- personally i prefer dark meat in a curry. Beef roast - disappointing- was told it was spicy but it came with a lot of sautéed onions and some thick gravy. the onions made it sweet. The beef was not cooked well, was underdone and chewy and rubbery. total waste of money. Bhindi do pyaza, - Frozen diced bhindi was used in this preparation - it is deep fried and then tossed with onions and tomatoes and few spices. was bland and no taste. With frozen bhindi you cannot control the quality and you have no way to know which of the pieces came from a tender okra and which ones were from okra that was over ripe and fibrous. You charge $14 for a portion of vegetable- can you not afford to make this simple but tasty dish by using fresh bhindi? very disappointed. Portion sizes of all main courses was very small. Tandoori Roti- excellent, well made Garlic naan - was awesome. Service - Anjali was by herself attending to about 5 tables and also taking queries over the phone. She tried her best to provide good service but she did forget our drinks. Overall i would go back for the Tandoori chicken. That was the star of the Day. With some fine tuning and quality control i think this can be an excellent restaurant.

We visited this place as other restaurants in the neighbourhood didn t have availability and their reviews also were quite good. We are happy to have dined here. The food was really good - Kerala prawns curry was my favourite, it had very unique taste, amazing tangy and coconut flavour to it. We also ordered Tandoori Pomfret, Kerala chicken curry and lots of Appams. Will definitely re-visit them. The staff was very cordial too. :)

We had come to Guelph for some work and stumbled upon this place. The ambience was great and Mr Joseph was an exceptional host and the service was fabulous. The tandoori pomfret and the beef roast was outstanding. We also had the dal makhni and paneer Tikka which were also really good, the butter naan was light and airy. I hadnt had such good indian food in a really long time and I hope they open one in the KW area too. Kudos to the team and well definitely make another visit on our next trip to Guelph.

So amazing! This food is a taste of home! The restaurant is always so clean, the owner Mr. Joseph always has a smile, the server Megha is lovely. The chefs are excellent; for both North and South Indian cuisine, Fusion has it all. We had beef, chicken, lamb and prawns and couldnt decide which we liked more. Giving 1 star for the food I am having right now. Tea was all water. Sambar was as if from last night. Masada in Masada dosa was also not fresh. I just wasted in 25 cad. I was so hungry so just ate but felt so bad that I wasted my money. Tea was machine made when clearly told that I need hand made.

Wanted the non veg thali and asked for goat or lamb curry, waitress told me that butter chicken was the only option I had so I said that s fine. Food showed up and there was no butter chicken so I asked her about it and she said oh it must ve been saag chicken today and walked away. The saag chicken was a very thick green paste with undercooked chicken and the other two vegetarian options were also very dry. The entire meal was very dry and cold. The Naan was the only good thing. Paid $18.07 for garbage. Never returning to this place.

My family and I were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal together, but our experience was marred by the premature presentation of the bill. The waitress brought the bill to our table before we had even finished our food, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. Its disheartening when a restaurant prioritizes turnover over providing a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. This incident left us feeling rushed and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it overshadowed the otherwise decent food and atmosphere. We hope that the restaurant can improve its service in the future to ensure that all customers can fully enjoy their meals without feeling rushed or inconvenienced.

This is my second review and earlier I had given a good review because before the food used to be really good. But today we are utterly disappointed with the quality of the food we got. The biryani was the dullest Biryani we had in canada so far. this restaurant used to make good tasty biryani but now its tastes like tamarind rice with chicken. the kadai panner had just 3 pieces of paneer and tasted very tomato saucey the kerala parotta tasted as if it was not fresh. It seemed like it was one of those ready to eat parottas that was heated and packed and sent to us. Uber order #31CD5

Had Egg Roast, appams and Fish molly was very close to the food we get in Kerala great portion size bit pricey, but great for a great Mallu meal once a while

An exquisite Indian restaurant with inviting ambience ,warm colours and comfortable seating arrangements.The staff over there demonstrated exceptional hospitality from the moment we were seated.The food was mouth watering.....butter chicken, biriyani,samosa,butter naan everything was perfect.
