This Greek restaurant is my favorite. The food is amazing.

The food here is always good. The service is always great. If your looking for home cooked Greek, look no further. Food : 4/5

Wonderful food selection, staff is alert and attentive. Salmon dish deserves a clap. Nice selection of alcohol choices to balance the meal. Construction in the street makes access a challenge, back road needs to be used.

Chicken souvlaki dinner 20$ for one chicken kabob, 3 half pieces of potatoe, rice and a side salad... a little ridiculous.

Greek Garden where you get inconsistent portions of food, they sometimes read what you put on your pick up orders, and the wait staff and cooks yell at each other... I still continue to eat here because the food tastes good but wish the above would be fixed.

The reason Ive kept coming back is the utterly amazing food. Greek food is not my favourite, but I am stunned at each dished Ive tried here. Ive never had a boring side, even their steamed vegetables are packed with flavour! The cooks at Cafe Greek Garden blow me away every time I come.

Disappointed on how they treat customers.

Update on Dec 1st, 2023. Besides that we love coming to Café Greek Garden, and that is one of my family favorite restaurants, we come because of their delicious food and their amazing service. We (my family and I) keep coming back because of the wonderful and outstanding service that we received from Stephanie. Stephanie shows us that she cares. She is super helpful, friendly, and polite. My wife, my 2½ years old son, and I came to dine-in at Cafe Greek Garden. The Chef Setar recognized my son and I from so many times that we have come for takeout. Chef Setar was wonderful, and he spoiled my son with a special kids meal. We were assisted by Joan. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. Joan gave us great menu recommendations. We got our food served, and the presentation, details, and portions were phenomenal We were delighted with our food and how delicious it was. We will definitely come to dine-in more often. I am so happy that this restaurant is so close to my house. Full recommended ================================= March 2022 After a long time ordering take-out, I finally came in person to the Cafe Greek Garden to pick up my order and check out the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very well set up, clean and organized, and with a great atmosphere. Their food is simply delicious and always very fresh. The Cafe Greek Garden is one of my family favorite restaurants. The two young ladies who assisted me when I went, they were very friendly and professional (Thursday, March 17th, 2022, around 8:20 p.m.). Fully recommended PS: I will post pictures of the food next time. I wanted to enjoy my food so badly that I forgot to take a picture, but trust me... it was delicious

Best lamb in town

The food had no or little taste. It was like it was heated up for most of the day. The Geek salad was wilted. With hardly any dressing. I will not be eating there again. We have been going there for years and were satisfied with the food but today was very disappointing.

Just got back from what could only be described as the most uncomfortable and awful dining experience. My family and I have been going to this place for roughly 10 years, we came to bring a visiting family friend thinking our dining experience would be as great as it was before, but we were very wrong. It s disheartening to see this place go as downhill as it has today. At no point did any one of the servers or staff smile or make us feel welcomed. Even from first walking in there was no welcoming hello or good evening just where do you want to sit . Then as we were ordering drinks one of our party members asked can i have a coke? and the server very rudely responded with why are you asking? no you cant have a coke. trying to make a point of how he asked it instead of telling her? it made all of us extremely uncomfortable, i m not sure if it was supposed to be a joke but it came off as very sarcastic and rude. And as we were getting handed drink/food, no words spoken at all. Very strange. Then we get the appetizer the one where they light it and say Opa! but again, lady just lights it saying nothing. Very awkward feeling. We try to play it off, however then comes the mains. After getting our dishes, nobody at all comes to check on us or how the food is going like how every restaurant in the world does. After a long time we all needed refills but again nobody came to our table. My mother had to flag someone down but after multiple times was flat out ignored so we waited until finally someone listened to her and very rudely came over. Then as my sister was eating her rice, she pulls a hair out of her mouth. We complained after having to wait again for server to come to our table. Then after telling the server about the hair, she immediately gets defensive and says well that happens sometimes. i cant control where hair goes. we were all shocked at this response. not even an apology. and then after telling her that she didnt check on our table she starts arguing with my mother back and forth just being super defensive. then just tells us dont leave a tip then . It was very uncomfortable to witness. Absolutely horrendous service. Just the attitude since the start gave me feelings of being unwanted even though we were paying customers. I m surprised anyone even eats here anymore. And if you need more proof of the defensive behaviour of these staff just read the responses they leave on other peoples reviews. Again we have been going here for nearly 10 years and it is not the same place it was. Extremely unprofessional. And food quality was not even worth the amount paid for. Please spend your time and money elsewhere.

Today we had a trip to rock wood conservative are and on the way home we took back vegetarian pasta from here. And we shockingly noticed paper material in the pasta and we felt very bad. Going forward please be Cautious while cooking.

Ate here years ago when I lived in Guelph. Real Greek salad doesnt have lettuce in it, my chicken souvlaki meal was meh

Decor is amazing, classic Greek colours with plenty of detail and ambience (without being too fancy - you could go with family or as a couple); loved the Greek music. Greeted and seated promptly, happy with the variety of the menu (which included plenty of appetizers, fish & vegetarian options: veggie Moussaka); the dip trio was great (portion & taste). Fair price for portions & flavour! Servers checked in often, but without being annoying or hovering too much. Friendly ladies and smiles all around. Minor feedback: hard water in Guelph is bad, but the plates & wine glasses were heavily coated in stains from the hot water (NOT from food). If possible, the owners should look into a more effective water softener, or cleaning the wine glasses by hand?

The second my friend and I walked into the establishment we instantly felt unwanted. The server never smiled at us, I only ordered a Ceasar salad and ot took 20 mins to come and when it did it looked like it had been sitting in the dressing since I ordered it. The calamari was good but they failed on everything else

My husband and I got sick because of their lamb. It wasnt cooked well and we got poisoned by it.

Ive been having my birthday there for over 20 years. I didnt even miss it during the pandemic, I did take-out for the first time. Its not a birthday without a huge pile of delicious food from Greek Gardens thatll last me for a week. Best part? The free baklava for the birthday girl if I dine in. Ive tried other Greek restaurants in Guelph but none of them compare to my old favourate.

We always order the Saganaki and Mousaka dinner. Love this, And staff is always so friendly and welcoming

Many years ago when I visited Guelph, I would get the Greek Salad from here which is absolutely delicious. My daughter and I were in the area this weekend and fought the construction and detours to reach the restaurant...which was totally worth it. We ordered the moussaka meal - mine was with meat, my daughters was the vegetarian version. The food was fantastic and our waitress was the best! We were also impressed the the vegetarian options available.

The sovlaki was unappetizing. The chicken was not very good quality. The restaurant appears inviting but once seated you notice the condition of the structure , in need of a serious facelift/remodeling. The beef dip was over done, ad the lettuce was wilted and poor quality. The taziki with pita was very good. But otherwise bad experience... sorry guys, wont be back.

Today was a disappointment. I was there a week ago and had a wonderful moussaka dinner with a Greek salad and the moussaka as good as I have had in Athens. Today, I again ordered the moussaka dinner. The Greek salad was like a garden salad with a few olives thrown in, and the moussaka looked like a dogs dinner and tasted nothing like the one I enjoyed a week ago. .

My wife and I went to the Greek Garden for our 8 year wedding anniversary. We got seated outside on the upper patio we proceeded to wait over half an hour and still no one came to take any order while other people who arrived after us where being seated and drinks where given to them. We decided to give an additional 10 minutes to see if anyone would serve us if not we where going to leave . Well needless to say waited the 10 minutes and left with zero service. My wife and I really enjoyed this place hence why we wanted to spend this special occasion at this restaurant. But instead I will never return or recommend this restaurant

The portion size for the chicken souvlaki dinner was ridiculously small, it didnt fill us up at all. The Moussaka was okay but the zucchini layer wasnt tender enough. Most moussakas Ive had in restaurants were super tender and easy to tear or scoop with a fork. Otherwise the bechamel and meat in the moussaka is very flavourful though just not a fan of the zucchini.

Server was nice and service was quick! Ordered the Chicken Souvlaki and it was extremely average; comparable to Jimmy the Greek except they ll give you more rice at Jimmy s. When you first walk in, you appreciate the vintage look but the more you look around, you realize that it s older and a little run-down. In the men s bathroom stall, there was a big hole in the ceiling and a large spider in the corner. Had to keep my eyes on it at all times.

Delicious, generous, well prepared, and attractively served food by a cheerful waitress named Bernadette. I loved her down to earth and personable manner. The chicken souvlaki was superb. It was my birthday and I received a sweet piece of baklava. Thank you Greek Garden..Ill be back!

Great dinner and service. A special occasion made more so.

Went with my sister for a night out at cafe Greek yesterday May 8th. We ordered cocktail cosmo to begin our sister s night out and when we were handed our drinks one of them had a fly in it. Really disgusted when i see that floating in my drink we called the server and told her that, she literally just got us another drink and didn t notice the fly? Very casually she apologized and got another drink and moved on. From the conversation didn t feel like it happened to them the first time the attitude towards service was very casual. I understand stuff like this happens but the restaurant was not even busy hardly 2-3 tables occupied and the server being so casual. Instead at the end she even charged us for the cocktail which is strange normally restaurants don t because that error is BIG. We were okay to pay because that is what we were there for to enjoy food, pay and leave but we thought an apology or some concern regarding service i guess is what we deserved. Not sure if i would want to go again this was my 2nd time here. My first experience was amazing hence i told my sister we should go here but may be never again. The mains were good but the whole dine in experience with that cocktail and attitude was ruined

First time visit, food excellent, service excellent, the waitress was available but not hovering. The owner has old world charm, look forward to a return visit.

This place is always bustling. We made a reservation and they promptly seated us, even though they were t supposed to take reservations during this time. First off, that s amazing! Secondly, we had a waitress who took our orders, and due to some confusion our wine didn t come. Tina and the other waitress worked together and were amazing, actually, the best I have come across at any time in a long time. The food was slower to come out, but due to the business of the restaurant, completely understandable; and to be completely honest, well worth the wait!! The Saganaki and Octupus side dishes were gobbled up (and we had a party that consisted of 3 under 11). I can t reccommend this place more!! Busy, but friendly and enjoyable!!!

I have to tell you how disappointed I am with the food I received tonight for dinner. We ordered 2 chicken souvlaki dinners take out. There was 1 small half potato in each & maybe if Im lucky about half a cup of rice. Theres even less chicken on the skewers then there used to be. I have been going to greek garden for well over 20 years & this was the worst Ive ever received!

In regards to the post below where there is almost NO RICE in the takeout container, we actually did call. We called as soon as we got home for our Mother s Day dinner. 7pm on the Sunday. Spoke to a girl that answered who said that either Linda or Karen maybe, can t remember the name, would call us back by 9pm or the next day. Left our info and never received a call. However, judging by the comment left on that post and the sarcasm left by management on other complaints in this thread, not surprising at all. Horrible customer service!

The smell so bad ,the place so dirty

LOVED this restaurant! Fantastic food, amazing service, stellar atmosphere and overall great experience! Would highly recommend for couples and families. Ive lived in this area for over 10 years and did not realize this restaurant existed. Will definitely be back!

A NICE sorry for the error.... would have gone a long way Was in for lunch today Feb 12 th and was a little disappointed. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 kids. When we got home we realized that We were charged $57 instead of $45 for 3 of our chicken souvlaki meals. Was also surprised that we paid $2.95 each for 4 salad substitutions from Greek to caesar....

I was invited to celebrate a birthday at this restaurant. I was disgusted to say the least. I had a chicken Sharma. My chicken was slightly raw. The pink colour was very visible. I got the attention of the server and she took it back to the kitchen. I took it to go. Im never going back.

The spanikopita was amazing. Fresh, full and tasty. Id also recommend the steak and the lamb souvlaki and the salmon...

Meal for take out is 3/4 of what you use to get. Had the rib meal, ribs were small and sides were little portions. $33 and I felt ripped off. Everything taste wonderful but I still need dinner. It use to be fantastic.

Ive been going to the Greek Gardens for many many years but last night was VERY disappointing! When we arrived, we were greeted by the waitress, she picked up two menus and started to walk away, so we followed her thinking she was going to bring us to our table, but she darted off to another customers table, felt like a fool!!! So we stepped back while she talked to the customers at their table, she then returned to us and pointed from across the room and said, you can sit there!!! It was very unprofessional on her part, she should have escorted us to our table instead of pointing from across the room. Fast forward....I ordered the Chicken Slovaki like I always do and couldnt wait to eat because know its always delicious, BUT not this time, I wasnt impressed AT ALL. II think because the restaurant was so busy that my plate sat out on the kitchen counter for quite some time because the rice and chicken was barely warm, the roasted potatoes looked like yesterdays leftovers, I didnt eat the potatoes which I always do. By the time I got a quarter way into my food, it was cold. I should have stated my disappointment, but I was on a first date and didnt want to make a scene or cause a fuss! Im reluctant to go back and give them another shot, and if I do and it happens again I wont be quiet if the food isnt up to the Greek Garden standard as they have been in the past. VERY DISAPPOINTED

My brother and I went here for lunch, and this is the best Greek food restaurant ever! Our server was absolutely wonderful and lovely. Cant remember her name to give her credit. She had great food recommendations. The decor is a nice touch and makes the atmosphere more authentic. The food...oh my goodness is so delicious and big portion sizes! Even after we finished our meal, she invited us to stay as long as we wanted to. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Wishing your family a happy new year and all the best in 2024! :)

Had the chicken souvlaki, which was tasty as were the potatoes. The rice was a tad bland and the salad had more feta that Id like but these are minor complaints in an otherwise good meal. The food was pretty well priced ($19 for a large plate of food at a sit down restaurant), the decor was nice and the service was very fast. Overall a pleasant experience.

This is our second time visiting, our first visit was amazing pre pandemic. This time the service was only great from our server. The poor service was right from walking In the door. Not a friendly welcome at all. And ya better walk fast to see where she left the menus on what ever table she threw them on or u be guessing where your sitting. The food was almost to fast. As we didnt even have a sip of wine yet. If we wanted fast food we would of went to McDonalds. Will not be back!!! Parking: Park across road

Weve been coming here for years and I dont think weve ever been disappointed! Ordered here for Valentines and it was great- seafood was fresh, bruschetta was fantastic and the salad was crisp- yum!

Bruschetta and calamari were amazing appetizers! The lamb in the souvlaki I ordered was unfortunately tough, had no lamb flavour, and altogether unseasoned. The salad and rice were fantastic. I would try a different entree if I ever returned. My friend also found the chicken was tough and dry.

Love this place. I moved an hour away and come into town just to get it. I have tried other Greek restaurants but they don t compare! Hubby is picking it up today!

I really enjoyed the food here, I ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken. It was delicious food and a solid portion, the server was friendly. The only problem I had with the place was that it took way too long for the food to arrive. Like over an hour. Granted there were 8 of us, so I understand it might take a while to put it all together, but there was only 2 or 3 other tables in the restaurant. Id definitely go back, but I wouldnt pick it if youre starving when you go in. Oh and theres not a whole lot of parking

Used to be wonderful, lost its luster!! Bathrooms needed work (mens), mussels werent cooked enough to open fully, grandmother tending tables and mixed up the billing/check. Used to love it.

Fantastic food, served in a very reasonable time frame, buy very friendly staff. All-in-all, a very enjoyable evening for an acceptable price. Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating since I am off carbs and sugar, so they gave me more veggies I stead of potatoes or rice. Parking: There seems to be adequate parking.

Great waiters, good food and nice service

Ive always thought this place to be one of the finer restaurants in town. The order I had delivered tonight was disappointing. From the moment the food arrived, it all went downhill. First off, the driver was without a float and ultimately received an additional nine dollars on top of an eight dollar delivery fee. Ouch! Fine? Not!! On unpacking the bag, no forks, no napkins, no salt pepper = No skipping dishes and a toilet roll at the table. How fine is this? To next find that the salads contained the entire lettuce, including parts that I would have discarded, not so fine. The potatoes too tomato flavored, dry, overcooked and tough. The rice was half cooked and dry. No lemon on the side to try to make it palatable. The pork and chicken pieces were nice - both the flavour and size of the pieces good, but partner found them both on the tough side. Not such a fine experience overall. Compared with the price of two shwarma meals delivered, this was 2.5 times more and much of it was left uneaten. While I can appreciate that all things have increased in cost across the board, it shouldnt come with such a drop in quality. A meal that leaves one hungry with a full plate should not be priced this high. Hoping it was just a bad night for you. But what I really cannot tolerate is the manner in how people approach their jobs. If the pay sucks, find different work. Employers will discover that they get what they pay for. This delivery issue is out of control. Asking how I will pay and not being prepared to accept that tender type is a failure. End of story. The restaurant has to accept that. Drivers without cash floats - now if I were a buck short would you still leave the meal? I doubt it. But this flip side bs is nuts. That you arent prepared for work yet pocket 9 additional dollars - this is the opposite of why one would tip you - amounts to nothing less than being extorted for my meal!! This is the last time I will tolerate this from any food delivery driver and any restaurant. I will insist you idle by as I go to the store to get the exact change for you, basically, doing your job for you, and the tip will be 0. I will leave you very poor feedback and include your plate and or your vehicle description. I work hard to do my job wel - as should anyone with a job. Charging me 8 dollars for a couple of blocks is not exactly outrageous, but extorting 17 bucks???!!!! Fail. Fail. Fail. I wish I had made KD tonight instead.

The food was amazing as usual and we had a great server. Not the usual grouch who has been there for years and years. The washrooms, however, leave a lot to be desired. There are no functioning toilet paper dispensers in the womens washroom, so you have the pleasure of either picking a roll up off the floor to use, or you can use a roll sitting out at the back of the toilet seat which has been used by goodness knows how many people. Pleasant, isnt it?

I got the seafood platter. It was pretty bad. However the other items were all pretty good. I cannot confirm the authenticity as I m not familiar with Greek food

Our service from Stephanie was excellent. She was always friendly and efficient even though was super busy as it was 2 for 1 night. Food was very good and generous portions.

Great food, great atmosphere, sketchy accounting. They charged us tax on our free entree during a BOGO event. When I asked about it they said Its a restaurant thing which is dishonest to the say the least. I feel bad for their accountant.

Placed pick up order, went after specified 40 minute expected time. Got there, had to wait an additional 40 minutes, before finally cancellling order. If youre only doing dine-in orders, please do not accept take out orders.

Customer appreciation week Started weak As soon as we walked in the waitress seemed annoyed we had come in 45 mins before closing (even tho we called before hand and asked does it matter what time we come in We close at 9 so anytime before that We were told) In reality the second the waitress seated us she said the kitchen is closing in 15 mins. As soon as our order was brought to the table. The waitress didn t come back until she had the bill. No - how is it, is there anything else I can get you, we asked for water to start and one glass was all we were apparently allowed to have as the waitress never asked us if we d like to order a drink when our dinner came or even a refill of the water we had. We ve been coming for years and have never experienced this poor of customer service. Sooooo We went back (like I said. We ve been long customers since the 90 s) When we walked in, we recognized the same waitress and were seated in her section. 100 percent, she recognized us and as awkward as the whole situation was. This young lady showed grace and showed effort. If there s anything I can say it s this place might not always be a hit but if you don t enjoy it your first time. Give it another go (but maybe order something different) Really happy with the customer service tonight. I m changing my review, not for the food but because of this young woman.

There are 3 important things I look for in a restaurant which are in order of importance 1. Service WOW she was cranky and looked bothered to be there AWFUL 2. Food was OK ..ate it because after one hour and a half of waiting I was hungry 3. Service SUCKED!!! Yes I said it again I couldn t believe this B**** I gave it a 1 star because I loved the company I was with ( and all 8 of us would agree with this review) Will never go back again ps Don t bother replying..there is no response to rude service EVER we are there to support your business not feel like we are a nuisance!!!

They just lost my phone order so I got to stand around for half an hour waiting for them to put my food together. Didnt offer to comp it or anything. Get your **** together.

We have been to this restaurant many times. I ordered the daily soup which was chicken rice. I got two chicken bones and two pieces of grizzle in my soup. I went to see the manager about it and was told it happens because we use real chicken. I left my soup because I was put off. No apology or offer to take it off the bill. Service like this, I doubt we will ever go back.

Came on the last day of customer appreciation week! Busy as a one-armed paper hanger! Waited 45 minutes, but the food was great! The only poor part was that our salads both had a large core from the lettuce in them! Bit of a turn-off. Tina and crew are amazing! Parking: Get there early! Wheelchair accessibility: You could wheel yourself up to the front door.

Ok, I will try again. Have been many times over the years. It was amazing years ago and has slipped compared to then. Hopefully, its moving back to what it was like in its glory days.

Food is pretty good, but they told me it would be ready 45 minutes before it actually was ready, and I ordered 3 HOURS in advance. The customer service is awful, 10 mins of waiting before I even saw a worker come to greet us. When I asked how much longer they said a little bit , that was 25 minutes before they brought the food out. Will not be coming back.

We had a wonderful time having dinner there. We recommend their spanakopita, shrimp souvlaki, and lamb. Very generous portions and good food quality. We want to particularly highlight Stephanie. She did a wonderful job and service!

I work at a retirement home and we had a special takeout night with our residents and holy moly! I don t even have the words to describe how amazing the food was! It was a large order and everything was done so well! To the lady who packed the order I m sorry I didn t get your name but you were so great and also the man who helped bring everything to my vehicle. My residents are over the moon with their meals and we will definitely be ordering again!

All i can say is that the portion is not worth the money...we got the chicken soulvaki dinner and all you get is 1 skewer , handfull of rice, 1 potatoe, a tiny salad, and the biggest joke was the tzaziki. They gave enough for one cube of chicken. Dont think i will be ordering from here again. My recommendation to the owner is take a look at a place called Zets and look at their portions as well as how many customers go there because of it.

Terrible service. No offer of refills for drinks. Never checked on us. We had a table of 8 and the waitress took the order from the far end of the table rather than approaching each couple separately. Food was ok but my wifes potatoes arrived cold. One chicken dish was overcooked and dry. Food is LOADED with Garlic. We mentioned it was a special occasion but nothing was was done about it. I would not recommend.

Everything was amazing I came here twice and it was delicious and service was spectacular!

My wife and her friend Doris went for lunch and was disgusted with the waitress Tina. They thought the soup was not very nice and Doris commented to Tina. Tina then had an attitude was very bruff. Instead of apologizing she continued with her attitude. This is unacceptable in a restaurant business as many restaurants need customers. Tone it down Tina customers are who pays your wages.

Food is superb. I have been there 3 times and it has not been busy, but can never get my food in under an hour and a half. Service is excellent, but food delivery very slow, hence the 1 star.

The beef sandwich was hard to chew and the lamb was burnt and chewy. The beef and vegetarian moussaka were delicious. The server apologized for the other meals and removed them from the bill.

The waitress was unpleasant and pretty rude, which was unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were otherwise good.

Didn t have the Italian wine that was specified on the menu. I prefer Italian wine but they served a California one. Also the waitress got the takeout order completely wrong!!

Went for dinner at 6 on a thursday. Great spot. The food is good. Menu selection is good as well. The atmosphere was nice as well. Our server was friendly and provided good service. 4.5 stars while she was at our table. It did take a long time (10 minutes +) to greet us and take a drink order. We observed that she was looking after a really large area. This could use improvement. Hence, 3 stars. Will visit again.

I had the pork tenderloin with pineapple chutney. It was delicious. The chutney brought your taste buds alive. It paired wonderfully with the tenderloin. I highly recommend this dish. Parking: If the lot is full there is parking on the neighboring street.

Hi I went to this restaurant 2 months ago and just noticed a negative review from a member of our party for the night. That was not the experience from the other members of the large party. The food and service was excellent. The waitress went above and beyond. It was a celebration that we will all fondly remember. 5 star. I will definitely return again!

First time we tried Greek Garden and wasnt disappointed. Service was great,food awesome and great atmosphere. Definately going back again.

Delicious food, a calming atmosphere and great music, my first visit to Cafe Greek Garden wont be my last. My server, Kiyah was friendly and helped me navigate the menu and was a pleasure to be served by. My only complaint was that their mussels were sold out by the time I arrived which only comments to their popularity I look forward to my next visit.

The food was really good here. We got the dips for two as an appetizer and it was a lot to eat that we were almost full for our main courses. That being said they gave us the perfect amount of pita bread for our dips. A lot of places dont give you enough bread and you have dip left over. I got the chicken souvlaki for main and my gf got the seafood pasta, both were very delicious. Besides the food , they were clearly understaffed. We were seated within a couple mins which is good because we probably would have left if we had to wait any extended period of time (we were already considering going to another place though). Our waitress looked super busy though and it took longer than normal to get our drinks order in, by that time we just ordered all our drinks and food at the same time. We did get all our food and drinks at a normal amount of time considering how busy our waitress was and the place wasnt even packed, it was maybe 60% full at dinner time on a Saturday. Other things to note as other people said, it didnt look the cleanest inside our table and cutlery was fine just the floor and bottom parts of the walls look like they werent cleaned for a while. The chairs were sticky too but I think because of the paint used on them and the humidity from the patio being open to the outside and inside. And the mens bathroom stall door was impossible to close , the door was like warped or something. If anyone needed to go number 2 in there you could easily get walking in.

A very popular restaurant in Gueelph. It was full at lunch. We had a very enjoyable meal with lots of food to take home!

We have always loved this little restaurant and make it must stop for their char broiled calamari. Today sadly we were so disappointed. It was tough and rubbery and seemed like something was missing from that normally delicious broth. Even the server noticed it wasn t as red as normal. When asked how everything was we commented and explained why. Server took the dish back and returned with what we think was the same one only much hotter. Fortunately we filled up on tyrokafteri and warm pita. That was still yummy.

Wonderful place to dine! Our server Camila was the most beautiful, sweetest, most helpful server! Outstanding service from her!

Tried a new dish (for me) it was chicken Santorini char broiled topped with asparagus, baby scallops, shrimp, Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese. The side was mashed potato with seasonal vegetables. At $22.00, it was a steal! Delish blend of flavors. The wait staff was friendly without hovering. What a lovely evening. We were out with family. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

3 of us went in to the empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon . There was no one to greet us so we sat ourselves & were soon scolded about where we sat. The pork souvlaki dinners arrived suspiciously fast. The meat, rice & potatoes were luke warm & the salad was mush. It really seemed like last nights dinner. Its a very busy spot normally but it is not a good restaurant For years it was the only Greek restaurant in town.. Try Royal Cuisine. Its much better.

Had a late lunch today. The server was pleasant and helpful. Nice looking restaurant good location. I ordered the gyros pita sandwich. What I was served today looked nothing like that the picture posted by the owner in June 2021 (tasty looking shaved meat). Today I was served 4 slices of processed meat that looked liked dark bologna and tasted worse. As a Greek, what I was served today was a complete and total embarrassment to Greek food and cuisine. To the owner: it s shameful that you sell this processed meat as Greek food. Invest in real gyros equipment and stop serving this garbage. I will add that the restaurant didn t charge me for the sandwich when I brought this to the server s attention.

The food is always amazing but I have never felt so belittled in a restaurant before, I called to make a reservation, the lady over the phone was extremely rude then when we went in for our reservation we were given many dirty looks from staff and they were extremely rude to their customers. If you want to eat here just order take out it s really not worth eating in the restaurant.
