I had a wonderful experience at Level Resto Lounge. I ordered the butter chicken plate and it had so much flavor. The music is a nice ambient touch while enjoying delicious food. The appetizer platter is also delicious with a variety of choices. My colleagues enjoyed their experience. The service was friendly and attentive to each request.

I love coming here for the food shisha and drinks but the only reason I m giving it 4 stars is because the bathrooms are always atrocious. They just need a proper clean, the doors to lock properly and a paper towel holder/ dispenser. The place has great potential but that s really the only downfall, in my opinion.

It s a really nice lounge with great food and music. However, every time I go, I am surprised by how high the amount owing is on the machine and with no itemized bill given. After a few visits, I asked for my itemized bill after once again I paid a higher than expected bill. I saw on the bill a 15% gratuity was added without any notice, and we were only a party of two so it s not common practice to add a gratuity for a small party. I ended up tipping on top of the tip that was added and I am starting to get the feeling that s what they secretly hope we do. It doesn t say anywhere on the menu that a tip is automatically included. Anyways, I am pretty disappointed about this because it seems dishonest. I always tip so it s not the tipping that s my issue, it s that I feel like I was tricked to tip on top of another tip and the fact that an itemized bill is only given if requested. I don t think I ll be back to this lounge until I ve heard they stop doing this and tricking customers.

One of the best lounges I have been too! The shisha was very smooth and very well made. The customer service was very friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in with smiles and greetings. Would highly recommend this place to friends and anyone that comes to Guelph. It s in a perfect location as well close by everything downtown and is a perfect place to relax and vibe out. Usually lounges also don t have comfortable seats and they had really Comfortable booths! Big plus!

I ordered three Nashville chicken burgers and it was terrible. The chicken was absolutely bland and not spicy or flavourful at all. Not only this but in one of the burgers the the chicken was RAW and the buns were burnt. Very very dissapointed especially since it was so expensive as well

This place had the most horrible food with overly priced menu. We were 4 and ordered the Sheesha and nachos and a pizza all 3 things were so below average. The Sheesha didn t have the right amount of flavour profile. The nachos were undercooked and flavourless. The pizza dough was still raw. The staff was clueless. Highly disappointed and ended up paying almost 100 dollars which still pinch me for the kind of food I ate that day. Still haunts my stomach

Gangster rap to set the dinner mood, bathrooms that have not been cleaned in quite sometime, mediocre food, and a server that spent most of his time scrolling through his phone. Save your time and money, eat at any one of the many decent restaurants in downtown, not here!

Words cannot discribe how amazing this place is. The pic of that chicken sandwich does not do it justice. I was completely blown away. Dont be discouraged by my buddies bad taste in beer, I am actually a die hard foodie, and this place tops the charts. Stop looking for another place immediately and try it now!

Terrible quality hookah. My throat and lower trachea have been in pain. The cheap flavouring they use is from DHgate... god knows what kind of chemicals is in this stuff. I am going to head to the hospital. I have a lot of chemical irritation now. I highly recommend avoiding this spot for hookah, I can t comment on food.

Great spot! The food and drinks are amazing and Guelph has needed a Shisha lounge for a while! Would recommend.

Very first visit with this restaurant and unfortunately will be the last. Service was extremely slow, while building was not very busy. There were only us and another table with 5 people. The waitress did not seem interested at all to give us any kind of service and just kept disappearing in the building. We had a show to get to and our time was cutting very close and we almost even missed it, very very dissatisfied and I dont recommend anyone to cone here. I wish I could have given 0 stars tbh.

I went there for the first time tonight and was greeted with phenomenal service. The staff take their time to correctly make your food, as well as making sure it s tasty and enjoyable.

This is a hidden gem, great food and drinks, it was fairly quiet when we went, the two gents serving were courteous and attentive. The tea service is a must try! Overall a fantastic place and will be returning to try more of their menu items.

Adil provided my friend and I a really good service. He was prompt, polite and friendly.

Received wrong order takeout. Called the restaurant and then a guy replied and when I told him that I received the wrong order, he hung up on me. This is so rude and enough to make me avoid the place. Then I called for the second time and another person replied but my issue was not solved and I didn t receive what I ordered at the end. Worst service and staff!!

We had the pleasure of visiting this place and being served by Adil such a nice hostess. The food and vibe of the place was amazing. Only thing is the bathrooms should be cleaner, but it s sooo amazing. Can t wait to go back.

Went for dinner tonight! Not a frequent at hookah bars and resultantly, not super familiar with the vibe, but the music was good and food was decent. The drinks were well made and generous and staff were polite and attentive. The bill, however, was in my opinion, a bit high for what we received. We had the cesar salad and bacon burger, the appetizer platter, a peach moijto, and a pina colada; the bill was $94 before tip. At a decent restaurant, I would find this reasonable although still a bit expensive, but for what we experienced, it felt a bit excessive. An interesting place to try; although, I don t expect to return.

We ordered during the height of a shutdown due to covid19. We placed through skip the dishes. Unfortunately a portion of the order was missed, but a call to the restaurant and that was quickly remedied. Normally we expect food from restaurants delivered to home, to be soggy and a little gross (not on the restaurants part, just the nature of ordering real food to your house) We did NOT have this issue with this restaurant. Food came crispy, and delicious. During this time of hardship, I appreciate the owners being quick to fix our issue, and we will definitely return!

I ordered take out from Level and it was very tasty. I had the lobster fettuccine and the cheesy garlic bread appetizer. It was extremely flavorful with good sized chunks of perfectly cooked lobster. No rubbery lobster here! I will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered pizza and wings through Uber eats with many requests and changes to the orders. It came perfectly done with absolutely no mistakes! Not to mention the best pizza we have found in Guelph. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for something new and authentic tasting pizza!

Ordered for the first time and just finished and WOW! We were not disappointed. We had the bacon cheeseburger which was great but we also ordered the fried calamari and was probably some of the best weve ever had. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered delivery for the first time today. We got a burger with fries and calamari. Both were absolutely delicious! The burger had an awesome char, the fries were crunchy and perfectly seasoned, and the calamari... I wish I had ordered 2! Thick cut which was a different experience, but so so so good!

Favourite hangout spot in Guelph. Great food, drinks and ambiance. Peach mojito is a must have. Service is awesome too.

If your ever in Guelph Level Resto lounge is the go to spot for good vibes, shisha, food and drinks. I recommend trying out the Honey sweet tea if you enjoy whisky, and the Blueberry orange lemon mint shisha to smoke. Not to mention the fried chicken sandwich

I ordered their food for the first time (delivery) and honestly I didnt love it but I didnt hate it..I ordered the calamari and Alfredo pasta. the Calamari was spiced great but super bland for my taste. and the pasta well the chicken was very bland and a bit burnt, the Alfredo sauce was ok..

Great pizza and cocktails

Ujala was amazing, she took her time to get to know the customers and chit chatted a bit. Helped with the menu and was very polite and courteous. The salmon was a disaster, it was half the potion size compared to salmon in comparable restaurants and was cooked in so much masala that I as a Pakistani couldnt take it. Salmon should not have masalas added to it, it didnt even taste or look like Salmon. Mashed potatoes were horrible tasting and a lot too. French fries, jalapeños, wraps and burgers were good. Syesha was amazing as always.

Finally a Shisha lounge in Guelph! Well done to Faizan and team for making it happen with style. We had shishas, appetizer platter and drinks. Awesome experience, service and products. I m used to Toronto shisha lounge prices so I was very pleased to see my bill half what I would have paid there! We will definitely be going back

This place has good food, I really did enjoy my dinner here. There is no indication that this is a shisha bar, so that was a bit of a surprise but I didnt have a problem with it, I just wasnt partaking. I just wish it had been made a little more obvious. Our service was a bit slow and I could barely hear the waiter speak from being under a very loud speaker. I wasnt a fan of the music selection but I was obviously the fish out of water here so Im not bothered by that, it was just really loud. I dont think Ill go again but I was pleased with my meal, it just wasnt really my scene to go there for dinner and thats okay, they dont have to appeal to me by 100%.

One of the worst restaurants Ive been to. Drove all the way from brampton and everything from ambiance to service was horrible. We ordered chicken bites, few Nashville chicken burgers and shawarma entree. It took 55 mins for us to get chicken bites (apetizer) and that was only because I went twice to the owner and asked why its taking so long, only to find out that waiter forgot to put our order in. It wasnt super busy so I wasnt pleased that the waiter just forgot about the order. 15 mins after we got our entree and the taste was very marginally average. Ambiance was horrible with loud music and after all that I was expecting to get some compensation due to more than 1 hr of wait but nothing. Would not recommend this to anyone

Very slow service, ordered the appetizer platter no jalapeno poppers on it. Wasnt sure what everything was. Samosa were excellent. Music way too loud cant even talk to each other.

Shortly after we arrived the music was turned up so loud my friends and I had to move outside to be able to hear one another. The food arrived over an hour after we ordered. I had the cajun chicken pizza and found it oily and flavourless. My friends and I were excited to try this place but we definitely will not be returning.

Amazing place to have food and shisha. We had Nashville fried chicken sandwhich and it was more than just filling. Chicken was cooked very well with huge quanitity. We had 2 shisha. Blue mist was really good and good smoke. Lounge itself is very well maintained and followed all covid-19 rules and regulations. 100% recommended.

I went here for date night with my fiancée and it was okay. We ordered the shrimp tempura as an appy but I dont recommend it. The tempura breading is rock hard and the shrimp tails were hidden in it. They were big that you would think to eat them with a fork and knife, but too hard to cut into. You needed to use your teeth but it was really hard. Not the best eating experience. We had pasta for our main dishes, my fiancée order the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and I had the lobster fettuccine. Both pasta dishes were good, but made our stomachs so sore after eating it. Not sure if it was the heaviness of the cream sauce, general kitchen food safety, or just our own stomach sensitivity. For dessert with had the moroccan donut which was also really hard in texture and hard to eat. Regardless, we live just around the corner from these guys and I dont think we will return. However, the service was really good and our server was incredibly nice.
