Worst experience ever from a restaurant. Reserved 140 seats for the christmas party. They didnt even arrange it properly. Plus the manager was so rude when questioned about the seats. Never going to Mandarin Guelph again. Thank dor ruining the party.

I was recently in town celebrating a Christmas party with my extended family and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and the dessert bar was a highlight my favourite was the crème brûlée. Our server, Vi, was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Strongly recommended!

We had excellent service last Sunday from (ALL) but especially Yube & Leo who took great care of us for our large group party. Food was fresh, delicious and an excellent variety. From Kids to adults of all ages everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks (The Ho Ho Ho Drink with the take-home glass was especially popular. Hats off to the whole Team at Mandarin Guelph! Thank you!

I bought Singapore noodles. It was smell gross and 3 shrimps & 4 chicken pieces in there. For $16.99. You can t expect The quality of food not any more there. I feel bad for the owner. Try to increase the quality. It s very important to keep the customer happy. If you can t eat the food don t serve to others.

Came for my birthday during the week so wasnt busy, which is nice. Food was all fresh and hot and very yummy. Staff were very nice and on top of things (cleaning dirty plates away and getting more drinks) I will most certainly come back to guelph location! Only thing I didnt like is that I had to bring 3 adults with me to be able to get my birthday dinner free. Some people dont have that many adults around to do that I could understand 2 other adults but 3 seems a bit much in my opinion. I didnt get birthday meal as I only had 2 other people with me.

I enjoyed the food, appetizers and main course but the creme brulees top layer was not hard at all :(

We went to celebrate my brother s birthday and we had a great time. Our server/host of the room we ate in was Yvonne. She was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. She also has a great smile. One thing i didnt know but its NOT acceptable, just noticed tonight that the table clothes are not replaced after one dinner setting, they just turned or reversed to opposite side, that is actually discussing, no wonder people catch viruses ... terrible House cleaning practices.

My server Jameson was very attentive and quick whenever we needed anything, food was great and overall an enjoyable experience. I would probably come back again! Only problem was the manager Otto was quite rude to his employees and looked visibly upset whenever talking with them.

Its the Mandarin, not much else to say. Its clean, dishes are basic Canadian Chinese food. I really didnt like the robot that takes you to your table though. Its slow and really something more for children and not adults.

Worst experience ever. A ZERO star is for the manager at the Guelph location only. Maybe I am a bit harsh, dont fire him, just move into something else, as he may have a family to support PLEASE DONT APPLY THIS TO ANY OTHER LOCATIONS. Mandarin is the BEST Chinese buffet.

Curried chicken with white rice is wonderful. Wheelchair accessibility: Around the corner from the revolving door is a door for wheel chairs and those with difficulty walking. The manager is always on the lookout to alert those in need of this door.

Today, we had the lovely waitress Stephanie again, and, a nice miss whos name I think read Marianna. As usual, Stephanies upbeat and funny personality kept us content and happy during our eating. Always making a good conversation and keeping us engaged. She also asked us if we needed more tea without us even needing to mention it. That was really nice. And, keeping up with our drinks and plates was Marianna. She had a calm and kind demeanor seeming very professional. Even asking us if we wanted to try any new drinks on the menu. And, together, they made a very nice evening at Mandarin.

Mandarin in Guelph is fantastic for the family. Don t need to worry about the littles. Lots of options to eat, food is fantastic and fresh. Marianna and Leo gave fantastic service! Water glasses were never empty and spent plates were cleared promptly. Highly recommend and will return. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is great at a low buzz where extra noise from the littles isn t disturbing.

Expensive..... But oh WOW! THE FOOD IS BETTER THAN I REMEMBER!!!!!! One thing I recommend..... SMALL portions, especially if you love a lot of the food there. Then you still get to eat all the things..... And you dont feel like an overinflated volleyball when you leave, lol. I managed to walk out without enduring a full stomach. The service was amazing, the environment was *chefs kiss* My husband says the water was tap water, but it tasted good to me, personally DEFINITELY good for a special occasion....... And if its your birthday, you have to wear a hat, they sing the birthday song....(As per usual) And you get a little cupcake with a candle on it, lol. Go check it out!

The food is okay, I feel as if it isnt the same as it used to be. The interior needs a revamp I feel, the curtains are not neat, thee decorations are outdated and need to be updated. However, Yvonnes serving skills are astonishing and I hope you get that well deserved promotion buddy!
