I had the best experience with barb. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a mommas lemonade but she fully convinced me to treat myself. She was super friendly, brought our food out very fast and kept checking up on us. Barb deserves a big raise, she is a queen. She made my day. Cherish barb!
Had a wonderful dinner last night at Montana's in Guelph with my in-laws! The food was fantastic—my husband ordered the nachos with beef, and he couldn't even finish it, which is saying a lot! My mother-in-law loved her fish and chips, and I enjoyed the brisket sandwich. The brisket was tender and flavorful, but if you’re a BBQ sauce lover like me, I’d recommend asking for a bit extra to enhance it even more. A special shoutout to our server, Cassie! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our experience even better. And don’t skip the spinach dip—it was delicious! Overall, a great spot for a hearty meal with excellent service. We'll definitely be back!
Our experience was pretty good, the food tasted great and our waitress Barb was very polite and prompt with service and brightened up the evening with her attitude. One thing I would’ve liked different is bigger portioned sides that come with the burgers. I asked for the onion rings and the portion was rather small to be fair. Other than that, great place to enjoy some dinner at a great price after a long day of work.
The best ribs!!!! Cold beer, amazing server (Tom) and the food was absolutely fantastic. Ribs, coleslaw, fries and cornbread. Can't explain how much this place crushes BBQ. A must stop for anyone that loves BBQ.
It used to be a terrific place. However the last two times I have gone there have been issues. Today our starters arrived 5 minutes before our drinks. The last two times the steaks have been thoroughly under cooked. I understand missing by a bit, but when you order med-well and receive blue-rare it is an issue. (Please review the picture to see how far off it was. Med well is a little pink in the middle) Of course the steak was sent back to be cooked this time. By the time it was returned, everyone at the table had finished eating. I had to take it to go. I probably should have just told them to forget about it, since paying full price to not eat a meal with the family is ridiculous........ Please note I always give the benefit of the doubt to restaurants because I know how difficult it can be, but this place has hit an iceberg and is sinking fast.........
Balled out at ‘tanas cus we had a giftcard. Good meal for a chain. Our server Barb was very friendly and everything came out quick despite it being busy. It was filled with university students as they accept meal plans so if you don’t want to be around f boys I’d go to the one in cambridge. If you go to Montanas and don’t get the antojitos you are missing out! They are the best thing on the menu. That and the skillet cookie were the best thing we ordered. I ordered the steak and loaded potato, steak was incredibly mid but thats a chain restaurant for you, loaded potato was good. My man got the fried chicken sandwich and poutine and enjoyed both.
Had a great time at Montana's! The waitress was super friendly and quick, making the whole dining experience awesome. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to for more good times and good food.

guys i don t know about you but in my opinion don t get the lobster Mac n cheese the smell is like from a freezer and then to a microwave because how can a lobster un freeze that quickly? but the onion rings and steak were pretty good but the chicken had no taste for some reason I alway dipped it in ketchup. the servers were so kind and polite and i liked that. but overall it s a good place just don t get the mac n cheese

We had dinner here. Food was good and service fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Parking: Lots of parking in the mall lot. We actually walked from the hotel about 5 minutes away and safe pedestrian crosswalks to use
Went to celebrate a friend s bday.. surf and turf the lobster was so tough that by the time we finally pried it out of the shell it was shredded we had to ask for melted butter to attempt to bring moisture back

Had lunch with our adult children and grandkids. Lunch. Two hours I was not visiting, it was lunch. Very disappointed with the length of time we had to wait. For anything. Drinks, coffee, food. Plates came out with extra ordinary amounts or time in between. First person waiting as food gets cold before last people served. Just disappointed. On the upside the food was really good.

Barb our server was amazing and very attentive at the Guelph Montanas. She made sure the food came out on time. We had the Wings, fries, loaded potato skins and the Antojitos. The food was great! And good portions. Also they do Happy hour in the later evening so the prices are even better.

We have always had a good experience with this restaurant but tonight was a lot different than I remember. My daughter received a very over cooked chicken and had to be replaced only to wait so long that the rest if the table were done eating. Husband had a burger he has had before and thought quality has really gone down. The French fries have always been tasty and crispy. Tonight they were cool and soggy. Not sure if we will return unfortunately.
