Amazing pizza and atmosphere. A most when in Guelph.

Great for a real wood fired pizza. Zesty, tasty and loaded with ooey gooey good cheeses. If you plan to hit this place before attending a local entertainment venue with a group of 12 people, dont expect quick service. Like most places, staffing levels are razor thin and barely able to keep up with a horde of folks like our group. Theyre kind, courteous but way overworked. A single bartender was overwhelmed, but did the best he could. Well go back, but not as a large group and look forward to a delicious meal.

My wife and I had a great night there. Our first time going. Service was excellent,food was oh so good! Pricy but hey its what you pay for that makes it just that much better. Id go agian soon,just not all the time.also at the end of our dinner we were surprised with the nice little shot. Thanks guys!

Decent food, good drinks, extremely disappointing service. I attended Piatto for dinner recently. The night started off well, with my fiancé and I ordering drinks. The pumpkin espresso martini was both ice cold and delicious. I was so impressed with espresso martini that I convinced my fiancé, who does not like pumpkin, to have a sip which she thoroughly enjoyed! Unfortunately this is where our night took a turn. Our appetizer, the burrata, arrived and suddenly, without warning, our server became a ghost. The waters we asked for didn t arrive. For the 20 minutes following finishing both our drinks and appetizer we were not checked up on. After finishing my drink, I was hoping to try their cinnamon old fashion but we were never asked if we wanted another drink or refill. At one point, we thought our servers shift may have ended. When our server came to clean up our appetizer plates, we asked if we could have two dipping sauces for our pizzas. Thankfully, the water finally arrived with our pizzas. We then had to hail down our server for the dipping sauces. She came back with one. We then asked a different server for the second dipping sauce. Mid way through our pizza s we then had to ask a different server for a refill of water. This was an extremely disappointing experience considering my excitement in attending Piatto for the first time. I will probably attend piatto again; maybe in a year once the bad taste of this experience has left my mouth. The food was good, we both enjoyed our drinks, but the service was less than substandard.

Lovely place to have a drink or quick dinner. The cocktails were delicious. The pizza is VPN certified, however still lags behind Buon gusto. It is very good tho. I would suggest capping your night here with a cocktail and a desert and trying another option for dinner in town. If you do end up eating here, what more can I say than Aglio Olio house made spaghetti and grana padano mmm

The only reason why I am giving it a four is because unfortunately, our food took so long. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food but they did compensate some of the dinner so we did appreciate that overall the food was amazing. The waitress was really nice.

Awfully slow service. Restaurant was almost empty but still waited over an hour for a salad. Service was awful and they didn t seem to even care that they were slow.

The Place is Beautiful But The food is not good at all! I had the spaghetti, meatball and the spaghetti sauce tasted sour so much tomato sauce, and three pieces of meatball! My boyfriend order two big pizzas, the margarita, pizza, and the Alfredo beef pizza thing. It was basics nothing special and the service was very slow and Jimmy who service us was OK wasn t too friendly. Just acted like he didn t care and he didn t give us a straw drinks too I had to walk over to ask for it. This place is Too expensive nothing special about pizza honestly Dietary restrictions: Make sure you tell them if you have any allergies because the don t ask you if you do. Be very Careful

I find it odd this place is 4.3 stars when a popular similar establishment is 4.5 and certainly not nearly as good with the food. Pizza is fantastic. Salad was great. Kids chocolate gelato was amazing. Tiramisu was delicious. Everything we had hit the spot and I m not a huge fan of Italian food to begin with.

This is one of the best places for pizza I have been to. The restaurant is very clean and friendly and the service was great. Dont hesitate if you are thinking of going here for a good pizza.

Went for a birthday dinner with a group and had a really wonderful time! The pizzas are delicious, but more importantly our server Dori was phenomenal! Probably the most personable and helpful server I ve ever had, she was attentive, helpful, and made the evening extra enjoyable! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend for groups!

Caprese Salad and Pizza were very good. The tiramisu was so delicious.

I was with a group of 8 adults to celebrate a birthday and this was my first visit. Very impressed with the decor, service and menu. Our server, Dori was one of the best servers Ive ever had at any restaurant. Very attentive, friendly, informative and in just the right amounts. Most of us had pizzas or the panzerotti which we all thoroughly enjoyed and we all had one of the beers on tap. Im already planning a return trip as it was an excellent experience.

Too expensive nothing special about pizza, and pizza for kids 19 dollars , same as for adult like what is special about?

Stopped in for lunch. Great food. Great service. Good value - the lunch special is tough to beat. Try the Tiramasu for dessert.

Came for a group dinner - a round table for this was perfect. Many of us had pizzas and good comments all around. I shared the Bolognese and theStephanie pizza .

We had a date night at Piatto which felt like a long time coming. We enjoyed it, but it definitely didnt blow us away. The food was good -- homemade pasta is always great. It was good but not mind-blowing. The atmosphere is okay - tight space and feel very on display, especially when waiting for your table. We had a reservation but still had to wait past our arrival time while it felt like the whole restaurant stared at us.

I wish I could review the food - but we were completely ignored. We arrived at 520pm, and were told we could have a table if we left by 7 - no problem. We sat down at 525pm, and after that we were completely ignored. No one came to take our order or even bring us water. We made eye contact several times with three different servers, who all came to adjacent tables, and each time they walked away. After 30 minutes with zero contact from the staff, we got up and left - and no one even acknowledged us when we left. Very disappointed. Would not recommend based on service - or lack thereof.

Second time here, but I won t be back. Waitress was friendly and the first thing she told us was what was NOT available. My friend and I decided to order 3 things and share. Caesar salad was ok: not very flavourful as it could have had another heaping tablespoon of dressing. We asked for more lemon and got 2 small wedges. No croutons. Next came pasta & pizza. (I should have asked for the pasta first, and then the pizza after we finished our pasta dish. Consequently, the pizza was cold by the time we got to it). Pizza crust was doughy and definitely not crispy. Pasta was supposed to have a meat sauce: they were very cheap on the sauce and had small tiny pieces of meat. Not a great quality sauce you would expect in an Italian restaurant. I honestly think they can make more of an effort. The place is noisy. I just wanted to get out of there. With all the restaurant choices in Guelph, it s easier to find other places to eat than return here. The waitress tried hard to take care of us.

Spectacular pizza and very family friendly. Piatto offers genuine Neapolitan pizza and they definitely deliver. The pizza was the best Ive had in years and the price left nothing to be desired. The kids got a small lump of pizza dough to play with while we waited, which was a fun distraction and a cute gimmick. Next time Im in Guelph, Im going back. Beware. Rock music blaring makes talking hard Kids party for 40 plus adults and young girls. Deafening Restaurant known for pasta and pizza. Pasta machine broken No pasta. Told after drinks ordered. Not on arrival. Second time this happened. Took over 40 minutes to get 2 pizzas and 2 Lasagnas. Which they did have. Not impressed Never returning If you want lousy service loud music kids parties and limited menu go here East side Mario s probably way better and cheaper

Best pizza ever!

The staff was friendly, but not so helpful and disorganized. When our waitress introduced herself, we were informed there was no pasta on the premises.. not a noodle in the house! This is an Italian restaurant!!!! Upon receiving our simple order of 2 pizzas and 4 salads ( 4 of us dining), half of the order was incorrect. After much confusion we were finally served, however we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. We will not return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went with friends from out of town for dinner. First thing our server said was I have to tell you we do not have any pasta in the restaurant tonight. Then the kitchen set two of the wrong size appetizers and then when the main course came on was incorrect. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not a Neapolitan experience as mentioned on the website. Farthest thing from true Italian. Apparently other of our family members had been a different time and again there was no pasta available and the pizza came without the cheese.

The food was good. The bun for my burger fell apart but decent food. We also had the soup of the day and it was okay. Pizza was great Kid-friendliness: Decent kids options. Pasta isnt available on their lunch menu though. My daughter had a burger - just felt they should have offered a side like carrots, fries or something other than just the burger.

I took my team here for a holiday lunch and the service was so slow! There was only 1 server working and the place was pretty much empty until closer to the time we were done. The portions are really small and the taste is pretty bland. I got the Caprese salad which was literally just 2 pieces of cheese and a bunch of cherry tomatoes. I also got the fungi pizza which did not have any taste so I had to ask for chili flakes and still there was no taste. Im definitely not going back

Parking is an issue for this place. If you email them, you dont get a reply. Atmosphere was great though and room design is great. I had a few slices of pizza at our event and it tasted pretty good.

Food very average .. nothing special! Service exceptionally slow. I have some concern about the condition of the area around food production; appears dusty/ dirty. I feel that the waiter was very kind and did the best he could with the tools he s given! All around .. I can t return.

Emma s hospitality and delicious food here made for a great experience. Got the dolce e fumosa pizza and added their calabresa. Supplemented with some spicy chili oil on top and it was delicious! Ate too quickly before taking a picture, with no regrets.

Right in the heart of DT Guelph, this place has everything! Great food, great service, and a lovely evening atmosphere. Some of the foods were featured on the Food Networks You Gotta Eat Here show. The Siciliana and The Stephanie were amazing pizzas, both featured on the show. The staff were so kind and patient, our table was never forgotten once. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian pizzas available along with salads and pastas Parking: Its DT Guelph, there are plenty of options nearby within 5 minute walk Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options available and good table sizes Wheelchair accessibility: From entrance is a ramped access area

Excellent service, delicious food, great ambiance.

We booked our reservation on open table and we indicated it is was for our daughters bday and even requested a certain table. We arrived and are seated, not at the table we requested but right in front of the door. The server asks if we have been there before but does not acknowledge our daughters bday and I realize the restaurant does not even view the open table reservation and notes. We ask about the table we requested in our reservation and we re told that area normally gets booked for large groups on the weekend. Large groups is where the restaurant will make its most money, of course. Food was great, but the service was poor but don t think this is the servers fault. We waited so long for food and in the meantime, froze every time the door opened and closed. We had a wonderful time with our family and that is what made the evenings special. Even though the food was good, it s overpriced for the kind of service we received. We have lived in Guelph over 35 years and there is so many great places in Guelph that serve wood fired pizza so we won t be back and I read other reviews and learned about the oppressive and negative attitude towards the homeless in Guelph, this is enough reason to not return. . As soon as we entered we were greeted so warmly! There were 3 adults and 2 kids under 4. The hostess made some cute conversation with our 3 year old. We got a great table with a high chair and they asked if we wanted some dough for the kids to play with! So cool! Our server was amazing and really paid attention to our son who loves speaking to adults. The food was delicious. We got pizza and pasta and arancini the res sauce is to die for, get some on the side for dipping. Wonderful dinner!

Excellent Pizza!

The gluten free crust was not fully cooked, clear jelly looking on top.. WAY too much goat cheese and not much else. Vegetarian options: Not much zucc., mostly goat cheese. Bad flavor balance and badly cooked.

Exceptional experience!! Being vegetarian its challenging to find restaurants that serve vegetarian food and provide incredible service. Jimmy was super patient while taking our order. I ordered Arachini, followed by mouth watering Funghi e Gorgonzola Wood fire pizza. My wife ordered Piadina Vegetale Sandwich. We also had drinks and deserts. I visited Piatto Pizzeria recently and was very impressed by the excellent customer service I received. The waitress that served my table was friendly and professional and ensured we had everything we needed for the duration of our meal. The location, atmosphere, and menu are also very appealing. I would highly recommend this restaurant if youre looking for Italian food in Guelph.

This was a first time visit to Piatto Pizzeria. Night out with friends to catch up. Weve tried a number of pizzerias and Piatto was a great surprise. Ambience was nice, there was good space between tables and overall had a nice vibe. Our server was excellent, very attentive and consistently checking in. Food was very good. I had the Calzoni Carne. Crust was nice and crisp, perfect thickness (not doughy). Sauce had a nice flavour with good seasoning. The ingredients were fresh and flavourful (could have been a little more of them to stuff the calzone). Overall a great meal and wonderful experience. Will be back to try again and definitely would recommend a try.

Cozy spot, delicious pizza and great hospitality. The owner walks around the restaurant to welcome patrons and it was a pleasure to chat with him. They brought us limoncello on the house at the end of our meal. These details and the general atmosphere paired with the authentic pizza and the excellent tiramisu made us feel home. Thank you, we will be back.

Not sure what food is like yet, been here 25 mins and don t have a drink on the table yet. Not the young girls fault. Sunday late afternoon and only one server trying her best. Terrible management call to have this lack of servers.

5/5. Tried for the first time for a work lunch and it was good. They had lunch special and I had the BBQ chicken pizza with Ceasar salad. They also have great vegetarian options i.e. mushrooms etc. Our server was great as well.

the service was awful so many screwups on the order. We waited over half and hour for our order to show up and then a few of the orders came as not what we ordered. As being Authentic Italian ourselves the pizza does not compare to Napoli Pizza. Unfortunately this is not a place we will revisit.

Very focused menu with a predictably high bar for quality! Serving staff were engaging and knowledgeable. Plus its a bright and open space - perfect for summer dining!

We came in for a quick lunch. Only two other families were there, we were served pretty fast. Pizza was good. The price a bit much for the quality. Service was friendly. Parking a pain. We paid $95 for 4 pizzas. Watch out for some of the reviews because they are actually describing Buon Gusto down the street if you look at their photos. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathroom, entrance and tables had a lot of space to get around.

I really wanted to like this place! We dined here about 6 months ago and were underwhelmed by the pizza, had to wait a very long time for the server and watched as staff texted on their phones, plugged in with charging cords hanging over the bar. We came back last night hoping we just experienced an off-night, and had the same experience. It was very quiet, staff easily outnumbering customers, but long waits - I watched as our server ate bread and played in her phone, and another server went on her phone, again plugged in across the bar counter. Our pizzas (Stephanie and Siciliano) were both charred and soggy, and lacked flavour. On top of that, it was priced the same, if not higher than Gusto. We love all of the downtown pizzerias: Buon Gusto, Bread Bar, La Cucina and NV. We were hoping to add Piatto to that list, but won t be returning.

This restaurant was a perfect stop for a drink and a pie on the patio ending a great afternoon taking in all the architectural vintage around Guelph. Located in a building which it s architectural flair that could almost be categorized as a flatiron style. There is a historical plaque that resonates to its stature in history. Upon entering the patio along with my colleague/good friend, a very friendly waitress greeted us but and gave us some time to sit down and settle in before coming back for the drink order and menus. I don t eat too much fancy pizza pies so we casually asked if she had any recommendations in which she did and recommended what she was currently her favourite at the Plato pizzeria. We gladly complied and ordered her recommendation. It was delich, .never though honey on a pie would be this good! Salut to the waitress that served us and Thank You for making a perfect afternoon ending for us! Excellent food, great patio along with cold beer and a spectacular city for old architecture.

They serve you burnt pizza and the waiteess try to convince you its not burnt its authentic. As if Ive never been to Italy. Curse is supposed to be charred. Not burnt. Even the basil was burnt. Also waitress forgot to bring our waters. First time there. Never going back there again

Great overall! Food, service and atmosphere was excellent. More of a dinner or leisurely dining experience spot. If you have a restricted time frame for lunch, its not Fast Food. (No knock on the restaurant. Its just the way it is).

We had an excellent first visit to Piatta. Our waiter, Jimmy, was knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Enhanced our experience for sure. We loved the atmosphere..The restaurant is located in an old hotel. The restoration is stunning. Lots of windows and beautifully appointed. (Nice bar to grab a cocktail). We loved our choices from the extensive menu. The Aramcini was perfection. Great texture and the tomatoe sauce delish. Our mains .. Highly recommend the Dolce E Fumosa pizza. Just the right amount of heat, sweet, and salt baked in the wood stove. The Calzoni was done perfectly, stuffed full of deliciousness! We will return on our next visit to Guelph.

Everything we had was excellent. My son and I had the Sicilian pizza, my other son had the Americana and my wife and the spaghetti aglio olio. Prices are very reasonable, service was fantastic and the ingredients are very fresh. We will definitely be going back.

Pleasantly surprised by the pizzas here. Plenty of good pizza in Guelph, but the most Napoli accurate pizzas are found here. This means toothsome crust, not shatter crust. Great service too.

Went for a date here on a Thursday night, staff were amazing, food was amazing, atmosphere couldn t have been better, and the owner was so kind! Will def be coming back, thank you making it so special.

Good food, nice atmosphere, great service. Took my 10 yr old daughter for a daddy/daughter dinner. We started to get hungry and a server overheard us. She took initiative to check if our order was up. It was! Everybody working there was very nice.

Great food, Wonderful atmosphere, fair prices. I started with a meatball appetizer. I cant remember the dishes name, the menu was in Italian... made fun and challenging. The meal I had was the Corzone Carn. Absolutely amazing it had a few things in it that I wouldnt normally order.... loved it!!!

First time dining at this restaurant. We found it a bit dark and so did other patrons as we could see others using their phone light to read the menu. Service was quick with our drinks. Food was delicious and hot, but didnt blow our minds. There was some serious mix up with our bill, but it was the waiters 3 shift, so that was understandable. Really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return!

We sat in the beautiful corner room that over looks Whydham and Woolwich St. We enjoyed a glass of wine, a salad, bruschetta and the chocolate torte. It is apparent that the owners have put a lot of thought into their restaurants atmosphere and menu. We felt it was very reasonably priced too! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Flavourful food, light on the toppings.

They yell and swear at customers- just horrible... save your money and go to a business that deserves and appreciates your business.

Ive been here several times, different days of the week and times (afternoon, evening etc). Service is always subpar. Last time I was there (a Friday evening) we came before the dinner rush. Restaurant was very pretty with candles and decorations, but so very DARK its difficult to see the menu. Ordered a glass of wine from the menu, only to be told it was only sold by the bottle despite it being sold by the glass on the menu. Even after showing her the menu and it being there in black and white, she insisted they never sell that by the glass, only the bottle. I asked for my garlic bread to come with my dinner. It came at the same time as my companions appetizer. The powdered garlic was burnt! Very off putting. It was next to impossible to cut or even tear apart, it was so tough!! For some reason they serve it with a disgustingly sweet Donaire sauce. I ordered rigatoni with bolognese sauce. My companion the lasagna. The sauce was spicy, which neither of us were expecting. Despite the spice level, it was otherwise bland. There was no salt in the sauce and it was apparent the pasta was not cooked in a salted pot. It was supposed to be topped with Grana Padano, which was nowhere to be found, nor were we offered any tableside. The pasta was also not rigatoni, it was ziti. Not a fan of the thickness of ziti and probably wouldnt have ordered it if it was stated on the menu. Server never came and asked how our meal was. My Italian MIL makes better food.

Finally got a chance to check out Piatto pizzeria. It was amazing. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. Would definitely recommend this place to all. If you want great quality food and great prices, so worth it. I loved it and will come back again and again.

My first visit to Piatto went spectacularly. I went around 3pm on a Saturday for a solo lunch, and I was greeted promptly when I entered, there was no wait and I was able to grab a seat at the bar. The bar was spacious and inviting, and the bartender/servers were friendly and approachable yet not too chatty which is the style I like. Nikki took care of me, she always had a smile going but seemed genuine and real as well. I went for the $15 lunch special (until 4pm) which include a small salad of your choice and a 9 pizza of your choosing. To my surprise, there was also a happy hour (3-6pm) special that included a 6oz house wine with a small appetizer. For the beverage I chose pinot noir (I am a wine novice so I have no idea about pairing, I just like what I like) and zucchini fritters! I definitely was almost done my fritters before I took a picture, which goes to say there were delicious. They were packed with flavour and had a delicious dipping sauce on the side. Next, my salad came out. It was light yet filling, and was the perfect size. The plate was a bit small so it was messy, but I also just might be a clumsy salad eater. After that course came my pizza, there was a modification because they were sold out of something so I had spicy salami on it, if I am remembering correctly. The pizza crust was airy and light, a bit charred for a bit of an extra punch, and the flavour combinations were superb. The dining experience probably took around an hour, I was not in a rush so this was perfect, and I was also indecisive with my selection as there were quite a few inviting items on the menu. Overall, amazing and delicious experience for only $30.

Hard to find good gluten free pizza as someone with Celiac, but this is the best GF crust Ive ever tasted. Their spicy house-made Italian sausage is also GF. Add a wine flight for my wife and a delicious cocktail for myself, not to mention one of the nicer locations in town, and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

The pizza and dessert were delicious and also surprisingly economical given prices these days. Service good too. Will be going back.

Im a big portion guy but they had a lunch special fill me up and was amazing taste like I was on Italy fast clean great service.

Really enjoyed the wood oven pizza. It wasnt very busy but it took just over 40 minutes still so that was why only a 4 star review. The waiter was very nice and attentive.

Great pizzeria with authentic Napolean pizza. Our server was on her first shift but took great care of us and we really enjoyed our time here.

Food was tasty. The dessert was excellent, I had the lemon tart. I was expecting a wider range of wines.

One of the nicest places weve been! The service was great, the food equally great, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming! We had the Piero pizza and the Sicilian. Both were awesome! Thanks to the staff for making our experience a good one!

Delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service! Authentic Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients. The pies are baked in a stone oven and come out perfectly. A little crispy and doughy at the same time. I had the Docle e fumoso and it was spectacular. Definitely would recommend.

This is the exact kind of pizza I love, I had the Siciliana. It was probably the best pizza Ive ever had. It was thin, light, crispy, charred and chewy in all the right places. The ambience was really nice too, I highly recommend checking this place out. Will definitely be coming back as I want to try Capricciosa + Ananas.

So sad to admit this. Before Covid this was my favorite place. Joined there forum I loved it so much. First time back since Covid. My witfe had Agliolio and I had Carbenara. The noodles where way over done, the flavour was not good, my wifes Agliolio was swimming in oil and o flavor So disappointing, gave the server 18%, she was nice but said nothing other than we were full from the small pizza app we had.

Awful service and to make it worse we were the only ones the server treated poorly. This was my top choice to try while I was visiting a friend in Guelph. The hostess tried hard to find us a table which was lovely. My friend ordered an alcoholic drink and when I said I wasn t the server seemed disappointed weird. Throughout dinner we watched our server tell every other table about specials and small talk when she didn t tell us any specials. Our server would also start walking away before finishing her sentence or giving us a chance to finish ours. Arancini was my favourite part of the whole night though. We then went to La Cucina and had an incredible time afterwards I m not sure why the server was treating us so differently

The Food is good. I had my wedding party rehearsal dinner 2 weeks ago here. The owner Duncan is very hospitable. They were able to fit a large party size last minute which was nice. Thanks Duncan!

Such a fun evening at Piatto! Yummy authentic Neapolitan pizza and the only cider I like - grape! It was quite windy tonight and two of the table umbrellas fell and almost hit us, but the kind waitress blocked them. The two owners were out and rushed over to make sure we were okay. They said the drinks were on them! Had a grand chat with them both and they are Newfie like my mom! Highly recommend!!

Very good food, well presented and served. Salad was best Ive had in years and the pizza was so delicious. Staff were very welcoming and gave the best service with a smile, and so professional. Thanks for a really good experience.

We were extremely disappointed with their personal pizzas. The flavor wasnt particularly there and I was expecting an authentic pizza experience since that is how they advertise their restaurant. I have never seen a personal pizza of this size. It was almost as if they were running low on ingredients at the restaurant. If you are planning to order take out pizza then you are better off trying another place.

Good food (if you actually get it). Wouldn t normally leave a negative review but have ordered from there maybe 4 times total and twice items have been missing. Even spoke with delivery driver tonight and only one item was provided (two were ordered). No one answers the phone at the restaurant. 8pm on a Saturday night, no way to get the missing items other than actually going there (which is not possible). Again food is good but this unreliable service means I won t be back.

Pizza is great. But take out is always late. They never start your pizza until you get there. Waited almost 20 minutes today. We ve gotten the pizza here quite abit the past couple years. Pizza great as mentioned. But take out service very disappointing.

Had a great birthday meal here. One of the very best pizzas Ive ever eaten. Definitely worth a visit if you are ever in down town Guelph. It is a relatively new space in an historic building. The owner is quite personable. Only downside is that it can get a bit loud when full. If you like Vespas there is nice cherry red one on display. I highly recommend the restaurant. Vegetarian options: I eat vegetarian and I had no difficulty finding what I wanted. I believe there are some vegan options. Kid-friendliness: There were children about but I did not peruse the menu enough to see what would be child appropriate. Wheelchair accessibility: I did not notice any impediments for wheelchairs. There are no steps. There is a ramp entering the place which appears to be well within building code standards.

Came here on a Friday night - experienced both subtle and overt racism by the serving staff and would absolutely not recommend any persons of Color or minorities to ever dine in here. Our table got ignored the entire evening, despite trying to flag the waiter for even a refill of the water - while the other tables were chatted up and served by multiple waiters. Upon giving this feedback to the co-owner / business partner there was nothing done. Avoid.

One of the best pizzas I ve ever had!

Went with 3 other people Saturday evening for the first time. After placing our order, we waited 45 minutes for food to arrive. Wine was served in heavy glass tumblers-- definitely not appreciated. Two of us ordered the carbonara pasta. This is the worst version of this dish we have ever tasted. It was bland, with no evidence of any of the ingredients listed, except the pancetta pieces. Service was poor. Waitress never asked how we enjoyed the meal. We were never offered any kind of cheese to top the pasta, which was very much needed. All in all a poor experience and very disappointing. We would most definitely not return.

Ordered through skip at 4pm never heard back from anyone and then skip only brought pizza and I guess they dont make pasta until 5pm would have been nice to know when you have to starving children waiting for dinner. Terrible set up

Visited on Saturday and have to say this one of the best experiences I have had since actually visiting Italy. One cannot talk about Neapolitan style pizza unless they have had pizza in the Napoli region. Piatto has this technique down and made for an incredible meal. My only regret is that there is not a Piatto closer to where I live. Great pizza, great service and I also recommend the meatballs. Just like Nonna made.

I have been to Piatto Pizzeria twice in the last 2 months and love it.. Their Margherita wood oven pizza is delightful. I was there today and had their lunch special 9 inch pizza and salad and an arancini appetizer.. it was the best..I also had 2 lattes with Bailey s and enjoyed them very much.. Thank you Piatto Parking: Parking downtown is a little limited but it is worth it to dine at Piatto

The food quality was really good and so was the customer service. Wasn t too busy but the vibe was good.

1st visit and I cant wait to go again. Met a friend for lunch and was so pleased with everything. I ordered their soup/salad & 9 pizza. Got their featured salad (cant recall the name but it had roasted pistachios....soooo delicious!) and sweet and spicy (cant remember the name either... sorry) pizza! What an incredible meal. Pizza was exactly what I hoped for, crust was perfect! Couldnt have asked for better service either. Kind and engaging staff. Truly felt like they wanted you to have a great experience. They made great food recommendations and were genuinely happy we enjoyed it. We got to sit in the sun room and it was very nice. Great location! Roomy seating. Highly highly recommend, I only wish I had thought to take pictures of food and atmosphere.

We went for my brothers birthday yesterday. Happy Hour for apps between 4 and 6 but not regular apps, supposedly whatever the chef concocts. Server said shed check and said warm, mixed nuts only---for $14! Wine glasses were plastic kids drink cups! Pizza was great, salad was very small serving for what you pay. Reserved based on birthday and nothing given despite being told otherwise on the phone. Nice atmosphere and people but food only ok. Likely wont revisit soon.
