Lovely people who work here, but its ironic 3 people standing for the 20 minutes Ive been here and the bathroom has piss on the walls. Deffinetly things that could be done.

I had left a review earlier this week detailing a not-so-good experience I had at the Silver Creek Pita Pit location in Guelph. I am now writing in response to that negative review to say what an outstanding experience I had tonight ordering from the same location. Immediately following my negative review I had left, the manager of this Pita Pit location was in contact with me and was very understanding and apologetic regarding the experience I had had on Monday night. He was also very eager to make up for the bad experience I had by offering me a complimentary meal and personally delivering it to my house. The pita and fruit smoothie I had tasted fresh and delicious and Bhavesh (manager) was very kind and seemed to really care about having loyal, returning customers that they could continue to take care of. He informed me he had just started at this location and was managing a new team of employees; I have no doubt they will be an efficient and well oiled machine as their boss seems to very genuinely care about running a business that puts the satisfaction of their customers first. Thanks again to all at Pita Pit on Silvercreek for such a great meal, I will be back again very soon!

Good food! Need little more meet in the pita though.

We ordered a South West Wrap. It was awesome. Kind friendly service with a smile. We sat outside on the patio, split the order in half because all we wanted was a snack as it was close to dinner time.

Its 3rd August and time between 8-9pm. Overall experience was too bad. I ordered a rice bowl. It was not with freshly saute vegetables, no enough rice portion and falafel added to bowl was also not fresh. Service was very poor. Had to remind them to add sauces and vegetables correctly. Completely waste of time, money and energy.

This is one of the sadly worse locations in Guelph, 20 minutes to closing time and my wife called about a transaction question as there site stopped taking payments early, and the employee answered her but while still talking to him then he proceeded to hang up. But aside from that is our last resort and now not at all for ordering even through skip the dish as the last time we ordered it was wrong also, and food quality was less then pleasing. Hopefully if you order or go its a better experience than ours to this day.

Closing staff behavior is very good and service also faster than expectation.

Was there on the random day and ordered rice bowl and pita, they are excellent, taste was so delicious and one think I would like to mention is their service they took care that they added everything i want in the rice bowl so both their service and food were up to the mark, and atmosphere was always extraordinary as it is in downtown.

Shila is an absolute gem! Always makes the best pita here. 10 out of 10 times I ll come here for lunch if I see she is working. So friendly, not too much and not too little filling the pita! Keep it up (:

This is one of my favourite PitaPit s to visit. The customer service is excellent - they always greet me with a smile and quick service. The quality of food and options are great as well. Most definitely the best place for a healthy yummy bite to eat and to quench your falafel cravings!

Ordered chicken bacon and they forgot the bacon then when I complained told me there was bacon in it even when i showed the pita. Overpriced and not worth it. Won t go back

Id say, its an awesome go to place for Mediterranean cuisines... Loved the morrocan chicken wrap. The vegan and keto options was a catch too

There was a mix-up and the Uber driver brought me the wrong order, so the owner delivered my order himself, which he definitely did not have to do--it was very kind! And as always the food was great :) ! Thank you again!

Chicken Cesar is delicious and lots of fresh toppings! I always tell friends to go to pita pit downtown because it s consistently great. Quality bread and ingredients and reasonable prices.

I just had the steak sandwich and I think It was unreal with the bbq sauce and chipotle and mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese I think it was phenomenal and I think everybody should go there and support the place

THIS location KNOWS how to make a PITA! Ingredients were super fresh, they rolled it tightly the way you actually want it rolled, and the staff were incredibly kind! I would highly recommend this location in Guelph.

Staff was very polite. Food was delicious, came fast and used a minimum of take out garbage.

I have delved into there pita s bowls and salads. All great quality and taste. Staff are very resourceful in assisting you with your toppings and sauces. Owner is awesome and the staff are excellent. Definitely a must to visit and eat!

5 star food, 5 star service! Love this place when I m looking for something healthy to eat. I always order a loaded egg or beef brisket wrap with practically everything in it. I especially like how they offer to grill peppers, mushrooms and onions for you. Nice addition! Alexis is a sweetheart and a breath of fresh air! She is super genuine with people and has a positive attitude. The owner/manager is also a great guy! Stay awesome, you guys make the place and Macdonell St. so much better!

Walked past kinda small but same thing as all the rest very good for a quick healthy Byte ;)

Chicken shawarma is halal as per the serving guy. Other than that nothing is halal. One sandwich is little over costlier than average price. Quick service and good for take out. Small dining area

Super tasty, fresh ingredients, and the staff are so nice! I was eating my pita outside and one of the people working there brought me napkins when he saw I was struggling to make sure I didnt soil my dress. :) Very sweet! Highly recommend.

Friendliest staff person at the front Ive ever met. She let us use the bathroom with only a small purchase even though i can see why most establishments wouldnt. Even just chatted up my friend until I was ready to leave. It was nice. Good food too.

Good pitas, generous with the toppings and I m always full. Not special in any way but easy if you are on the run or just looking to eat fast. Staff is friendly and they always answer all my questions.

Greatest pitas in Guelph! The pita pocket is OVER STUFFED with your choice of fresh vegetables and cheeses, plus a healthy dollop of your favorite sauce and they grill your choice of fresh meats from beef and chicken to lamb! Plus they serve vegan style pitas as well! Plus you can take out or eat in the shop its ALL YOUR CHOICE!

They do not serve white pitas here which is very disappointing. Only the gritty tasting whole wheat 60/40 mix.
