We went there for dine in. Food was served hot and in 15min. Loved the authentic thai food. Tried drunken noodles, pad thai, fried rice, thai green curry. Everything was made with a taste of thai flavour which i was craving for a while. Vegetarian options: Yes Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids are good to go and enjoy the meal.

Always a favourite. Friendly service, great food, and good allergy awareness. Be warned, when they say spicy, they mean it! Dietary restrictions: Im celiac, and they had no issue making my meal gluten-free. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has no stairs, but the tables are a bit close for wheelchairs. However, the staff will move things around with advanced notice to accommodate.

Food is great! I live close by so I order for pick up quite often. This place has a real mom and pop vibe to it. If youre into that, youll enjoy yourself. Im not sure if theyre licensed, so I wouldnt count on that. The staff is very polite, but I wouldnt expect fine dining service. Here, you order food, and they bring it to you; fresh and hot. As long as you allow it to be what it is, youll come away very satisfied! Top marks!

Such a great spot! The server was so sweet and welcoming. The food was consistently good; my group and I had 4 different meals and they were all delicious. All 4 meals were ready in under 10 minutes!

Friday night delivery in less than 45 mins arriving fresh & piping hot is pretty good deal also. I just ordered the beef noodle soup, the beef and chewable. I m not even sure it s beef. The rest of the soup was edible, but the beef was so though. I don t recommend it.

FINALLY!! In the past couple years I have found takeout of all kinds boring and tasteless, not to mention overpriced. Thai Villa to the rescue! Every dish was authentic hot and bursting with flavour. I haven t been this satisfied with a meal in a long time. Traditionally made, authentic dishes served by lovely people. Highly recommend.

Excellent for cleanliness and friendly service. The green curry was really yummy and the drunken noodle dish was extremely delicious! Authentic flavor like from Thai mums kitchen; not too expensive and had the right amount of food to feed. We felt pleasantly full and tired - $50 split between 3 men was perfect. This is now my go to Thai food place in Guelph. Cant believe Ive lived here for years and only discovered this place now. The curries were so flavourful and cant wait to come back to try other dishes! Serving size is also excellent for the price, cant go wrong here.

What a great place! My wife and I had a green and red Thai curry. Very aromatic and very flavourful. I was greatly impressed by both the quality of the food and the low price. We will certainly be back for another visit. Our server was kind and quick to offer help. The restaurants dining area was clean and well-lit.

Im always craving fried rice, and this is my go-to place! Their egg fried rice with chicken(or whatever protein you prefer) is the bomb!! Good portion and great taste!

Ive been a fan of Thai Villa already, their food is great!! But wanted to note our most recent experience - Thai Villa kindly offered to promptly deliver the remainder of the order to us free of charge, after we had brought our pick up order home and realized it was missing a couple items. Cant deny that they make full effort when it comes to good service!! Had the mee kati with pork for the first time and I am now a big fan of this dish.

got chicken pad thai with mango salad today for the first time. I have never had worse nausea and stomach pain in my life. not sure how they re handling their food in the back and chicken was undercooked.

Their curry dishes are yummy, and highly recommend the dessert deep fried plantain, really yummy, must try!

First time trying Thai Villa tonight. I always love trying new Thai places, especially authentic places like this. We got the Pad Kapao, Drunken Noodles, Spring Rolls, and the Banana Fritters for dessert. We will definitely be going back again. Very plentiful portions, and everything was very fresh. The lady that works their was very friendly, I had a great conversation with her to pass the time while waiting for our meal. The Banana Fritters were my favourite part of the meal and you get 8 big portions.

The three star rating has nothing to do with the food. The two items I had were prepared well and had great flavor. The green curry soup was one of the best I have had. The pad thai was excellent. The reason only three stars this was a pick up order. I dont know if they assumed I would be taking this home. I was not taking it home. There were no napkins in the bag, no cutlery of any kind. The green curry soap the container it was put into was a cheap plastic. As I have ordered from other places soap generally comes in something more sturdy than the container my soup was in. As such after two spoons of the soup the container gave way and it ended up on the floor of my car. I was annoyed by this as restaurants in Ontario have only been able to offer take out or pickup. Its not like this was new. There was a complete lack of care to pickup. Poor containers not meant to withstand the heat(temperature) of the soup in the flimsy container. No cutlery or napkins is another total miss. Its unfortunate they over look the basics as the food was amazing. You have to sit in to enjoy it as pickup was a lousy option.

Went in with my mom for lunch and it was SO GOOD! the Crab blossoms were so tasty. I ordered spicy pad Thai and I was actually spicy and delicious. And the portion was huge, I have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.

Oh. What am I supposed to say here? That they are the best Thai food we have had ever. Yes. They are. The service with smile is the best. Most take out from here but we have never needed to since we get to carry back leftovers from the generous portions. The best are Lab E-San and Hor Mok Talay. My kids and hubby absolutely love it. We head here whenever we cant think of a place to eat to be assured yummy food anytime. Do yourselves a favour and give it a shot. Whats the worst that will happen? Youll fall in love. :)

I enjoy Thai Villa because of the wonderful service and tasty food. They have a good menu selection with decent prices. The coconut chicken soup is particularly flavourful and so is the green curry.

Please display Menu better! Get pro help if you cant do it yourself. I am in your parking lot trying to decipher your Menu. Now I am going to Subway. I will try again, good luck.

Ordered Thai chicken fried rice, portion was medium in size, also comparatively the food can get better. It felt like its lacking flavors.

Ordered chicken pad Thai today. Great customer service and the lady was so friendly. I had to change my time and they were accommodating. The food tasted great and was hot and ready ! VERY filling

We ordered fried rice and spring rolls with chicken wings. Fried rice was so bland without any spices, wings and spring rolls were obviously frozen bought and fried in store without any taste. I wouldn t recommend this place at all.

Ordered Red and Penang Curry (Chicken) and Thai fried rice on 6/27 on our way back from Guelph Lake Conservation. The Curries were very good and tasted authentic.. I even asked the women manning the guests if they prepare the curry pastes in-house and not use the store bought packaged one. I was disappointed by the Thai friend rice ... maybe because I asked them to make it spicy ... there was distinct taste in the Thai fried rice. The moral - don t tamper with the taste ... don t ask then to make it spicy or keep mild. This is the best Thai food I had in and around Mississauga at least the curries that I ordered.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff are too. The woman who runs front of house (and who I assume is also the owner) makes you feel so warmly welcomed and at home. I hope this business keeps thriving. They did mention the summer is slow for them so please give them a shot!

Ingredients are fresh and NOT frozen. Family owned with great service. Reasonable prices for quality meals. This is our go to place for take out in the north end.

The food was awful. The tom yum soup was bland, the two teeny shrimp seriously overcooked, the spring rolls were almost nothing but dough and also bland. The sauce, like the soup, seemed to have been watered down. The spicy basil rice was also very bland. We love Thai food but will not be ordering from this place anytime soon. I see good reviews, so maybe this was a bad day but I will not chance it by trying them again.

Pad thai was not good at all. No vegetables very watery almost like soup, small portion size. The crab blossoms were good though. Beware most of the positive reviews are fake.

This is one of the best restaurants in town! Great selections of dishes in the menu, convenient location and what s better their service is top notch! The lady who s running this place always welcomes us warmly with a smile. She s efficient, helpful and super friendly! Very good authentic Thai from what I had today. I am very picky as I know how to make good authentic Thai so to find it is difficult. The spring rolls were awesome but the tester dish that tells me if a place is authentic was the Pad Thai. The sauce was amazing and tofu cooked perfectly. Nice brown sauce and deliciously covered in peanuts. We will be going back. Thank you!!

Had to change my previous rating. Came here a week ago for a pickup order. Just a simple Pad Thai, no peanuts. Show up at home and there are peanuts on it, and it was seriously lacking in flavour. There was no seasoning or sauce. I ate a few bites of the bland noodles and tofu.. and that was all I could eat. Really disappointed as my last visit the food was great.

This is a small restaurant with a substantial menu and from what I have eaten and seen all the dishes are excellent, and thoroughly enjoyed by the patrons. Everytime Im in Guelph I seem to end up in this restaurant. The food is truly wonderful and at a very reasonable price.

We were in Guelph for a weekend and found this small Thai restaurant just north of the downtown core. The food was phenomenal! It came out promptly and was very flavorful. We will be back next time we are in Guelph!

This place use to be amazing, best Thai food in Guelph, but I dont know if the wonderful owner is there anymore because the last two times I went, the food was not the same and they didnt take the food allergies as serious. I hope it was just two bad days or something. Will go again to see because honestly it was a great place.

Best thai food I have had hands down. Pricing is very reasonable. Staff has some trouble explaining the options in english, but not so much that its a big problem.

Tried the shrimp and tofu pad thai, both were delicious and large quantities! Also had the calamari appetizer that was really good. Oil that they were frying in seemed to be nice and fresh as the calamari had a nice colour. Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to trying other food on the menu!

Great place to go eat. Took our son, who is 2, there and they treated us great. Even brought him some extra stuff that he liked without us asking. Food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

My family has been going to the Thai Villa Cuisine since we moved to Guelph more than 6 years ago. The food is absolutely fantastic. My eldest daughter has gotten the full tour of the kitchen from the previous owners shoulders more than once, and now our middle child is learning to use chopsticks here. The service is exceptional, Chefs Special soup and jasmine green tea is provided free to those picking up their lunch orders while they wait. They have fantastic Pad Se Ewe, Pad Thai, and Holy Spicy Basil. Their homemade and handmade Fresh Spring Rolls are one of their best options, while my kids could eat their own weight in the Crispy Veggie Spring Rolls. (I doubt they make those in house.) I have tried all of their Curries (of which they have 5 or 6) and my favourite is the Green Curry, but the Red Curry with Pineapple is a pleasant alternative for those who fancy the spicy sweet options. I havent even started on the Thai BBQ which can be brought out to the table and enjoyed Fondue style. Try it. The food is good, the service is friendly, the prices are more than reasonable.

My wife and I have been coming here for you, for the tasty food, the warm and friendly service and the homey atmosphere. We send our friends and Airbnb guests here, too and they all have reported experiences as good as ours. Ita nice inexpensive alternative to cooking your own supper tonight. The Thai Villas decor is absolutely as unpretentious as your mom or grandmoms comfy 1970s kitchen. And owner Palinda is such a cheery gem! I have a different curry every time I come but the green curry is my special favourite. My wife adores the coconut chicken soup. The young adults in our house love the pad Thai, popcorn chicken and the curries, too. If youre a down-to-Earth low maintenance person, come and join the crowd who call this restaurant home.
