I made reservations for my friends to have dinner at this place & I am so glad I picked this restaurant. This place had really great ambience and Luana in Baci made the experience hundred times better. She was very attentive and easy to talk to. I would definitely comeback and recommend it to my other friends. Loved this place :) Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian & gluten free food options.

Had a wonderful experience celebrating a special birthday at Baci. The food was exceptional. The restaurant has a warm & sophisticated ambiance. Luana our server went above & beyond our expectations. Looking forward to our next delicious meal at Baci Ristorante :)

We just had the most fabulous experience at Baci! We went for my bday dinner. We had the calamari, the chicken parm, and the lobster ravioli. Food was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were absolutely happy and satisfied and everything was perfect. I honestly have never had such incredible service before!! Luana made us feel so special and was just wonderful. The staff, the food, and the ambiance were perfect. We will most definitely be coming back! Thank you again Luana!

We attended a group event at Baci and Luana was our main server and she did an amazing job, so kind and friendly and lots of fun. The food was delicious and the presentation was fantastic. Chris was the assistant server who was also very kind and efficient.

Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the breakfast because after waiting for more than half an hour for our order, we left. People arriving after us were served, so the problem was either our server or the kitchen. We understand it can be busy, but no apology was given. Very disappointing.

Baci hosted a private celebration brunch for us. The menu was superb. Many of our guests complimented the food weeks agter the event. The servers were extremely attentive and friendly. I worked closely with Carli to fine-tune the event; she was an immense help. I couldnt have been happier. Thank you, Baci!

My review is based on the menu as I never ate at this place and after reading this fake ITALIAN MENU I never will Its a disgrace that mangis use the name Italy or italian and their food is pure monnezza for North American people! Parmesan? Chicken Parm? Fettuccine Alfredo? Pasta Bolognese? Parmesan? Roman Cheese? None of those dishes are ITALIAN! Maybe grandma was Italian but also came from a small town so get food wasnt a national dish but a peasant food aka food for poor people or not knowing the real food in big city like Roma Milano Torino Napoli Genova Venezia Firenze Grosseto etc? Sorry i Dont like people who ruined our Italian cuisine Cuz... They just care to scam people with fake ITALIAN FOOD!

We had our food tasting. The waitress was amazing. Some stuff we loved other things we did not. But they actually let us try some stuff we didnt choose, so that was amazing. I wish I had taken pictures of the food. The Cesar dressing was so light and full of flavor.

To start our process of booking the restaurant I was dealing with Carli, her professionalism and detail to helping me plan our event was flawless. We were arrived our server Louanna ( hope I spelled it correctly ) greeted us with a smile and was ready for us ( a group of 24) when we arrived. We were well taken care of all night. No ask was too much and always done with a smile making us feel taken care of. The food was plentiful and delicious . There are plans to come back!!!

Probably the BEST lasagna of my life but it edges out the amazing peperoni pizza just slightly. Everything was fantastic. Service, ambiance and food. What more could you want?

Really good food the service is always very polite and the restaurant is very clean.

We had the lobster risotto and the calamari, and indulged in the half price wine. Everything was delicious and the service was perfect. No hovering but never had to wait for anything. I believe the servers name was Ava. Great spot for an after work bite to eat!

Omg goodness I thought I wouldn t have the best food OR STAY at this restaurant and hotel. The service was amazing at the restaurant and our waitress Luana was extremely friendly and helpful.

My wife and I went to this restaurant because we heard that the food was amazing. My wife order the Steak(a large portion) with side of center salad and I ordered the Chicken Parm with spaghetti. It was very tastey and delicious, our server Luana was very knowledgeable with the menu and she was fantastic.Luana is a very sweet and personable waitress. We will definitely come back and we will let our family and friends know about this cute little Italian restuarant. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The restaurant was small and had reservations but I was able to sit at bar. The serving staff stood by their chef/ cooks abilities and made recommendations that were on the money. The wait staff all assisted on my needs and I was helped by 3 staff throughout my meal. The cheese cake was awesome and homemade on location. Solid portions and kind attentive staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Magnifico.

I frequently attend Bocce restaurant and highly recommended the minute you walk through the door you are treated well the staff is amazing and food is out of this world I have tried just about everything on the menu it is a great place to meet with friends or a special date night.

Our waitress Luana at Baci is an absolute gem! Her warmth and attentiveness elevate the dining experience to another level. Not only does she anticipat your needs, but her genuine smile and friendly demeanor make you feel right at home. With Luana, every visit to Baci feels like a special occasion. The food was as fantastic as the service.

Open kitchen and cozy atmosphere. Tasty cocktails and music was at just the right volume. Highly recommend the pepperoni pizza...the hot honey sauce on it is fantastic. Parking: Shared with hotel and banquet hall so can be a full lot on Saturdays in particular.

What a great place for a small function. A few weeks ago we had a baby shower at the restaurant. Menu choice was excellent, food delicious and all served by friendly and helpful staff. They were patient and timely. Which was quite the feat, since we had a large group of 30+. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed and were impressed by the service! Carli the events coordinator went out of her way accommodating us from the initial planning stage to the day of the event. She was oragnized, efficient, caring and prompt with all correspondence. Carli and all the staff made this a day to remember. Weve been to a few venues over the years, this is definitely the best one!

Went to Baci the other night the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and the service was amazing. When I arrived there the Hostess Riese was so sweet and had a great smile. Amazing person to have greeting your guests! She sat us at our table and said have a great dinner. Great start to the night already. Not even minutes after we were sat our server Ava came to the table greeted us with a warm smile and was absolutely amazing she was super sweet and funny too! She was so fast to get our drinks back to the table and to add the drinks she made us were amazing. She took our food order right away and the delivery of it was so fast. The food was delicious and overall the service just amazing. Will be back soon. Hoping Riese can once again seat us and Ava to be our server amazing night love it here and love those girls 10/10 they need a raise ASAP

Food and service were great but it took a long time for our food to come. Our group was larger but we ordered at 6 and ate at like 8/8:30. We had to take some of our dinner to go because we were yawning by the time we got it. Drinks were great tho.

OMG!! The food here is absolutely the best!! Unheard of in hotel restaurants. The Brussels sprouts are famous and fabulous. Every dish was excellent from the penne alla vodka to the gnocchi Toscana. Breakfast of egg Benny was to die for and made as requested. Big thank you to Luana, who waited on us. She was pleasant with a sense of humour and very versed in the food and parring with the wine. I would return to Hamilton just to eat a here. Thank you so much. 5 stars

My family and I have dined at Baci many times. The food is consistently delicious, Chef Derek is a master at his craft! I also love how the menu switches up seasonally! My children say it is their favorite pizza restaurant in town. They love the open wood oven and find it fun to watch their pizzas cooking! Highly recommend!

Food was a little too oily for me but other than that, everything was perfect .

Went out for a girls night with some delicious pasta and wine. I was very grateful that they have a gluten free pasta option. Still looking for more options that are not seafood as I dont eat seafood, but it was nice to be able to eat at a mainly gluten filled restaurant knowing there was an option I had to eat. I got the gluten free pasta with the pomodoro sauce and started with the ceci salad. Dietary restrictions: Gluten sensitivity

Went in a few weeks ago for dinner and had an amazing experience! Carli was super helpful with our party and our server was very kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and I highly recommend coming here for a larger reservation!

We hosted a large family lunch over the Christmas Holiday season and everything was perfect! Carli and her team made our Saturday afternoon truly wonderful. A big thank you to Carli and everyone at Baci who made our experience so special. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I first came to this restaurant in 2022 for a bridal event and fell in love with the brussel sprouts and pasta. Since then, my partner and I periodically visit for the brussel sprouts and arancini balls. Besides the same appetizers we like to try different entrees each visit which don t disappoint. Service and food is always great, they had a BOGO for appetizers during happy hour which I loved and it kept me coming back more often despite the far drive (1hr15min).

Dum service workers slow and the food is 5/10 not recomended high prices.

Our group of 6 sat down at 6:30pm for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived but was full by 7:30pm. During the first 45 mins our server took 1 drink order for our table before our food orders were taken at 7:15pm. We ordered 3 apps and 6 entrees. 20 minutes later, 2 of 3 apps were delivered to the table with no mention of the third. When we asked our server 10 minutes later where the other app was she said another server took it for a different table. No apologies were given. She just said do you want another one? . We decided to not reorder the app as we waited for our mains. We informed the server at 7:15pm when we ordered that we needed to leave by 8:30pm and asked if this would be an issue with our food ordered. We were told no. There was no sign of any of our food by 8:00pm. The server did not communicate delays with us or check in with the table during that 45 minutes. She only returned at 8:00pm for a 2nd round of drink orders. Also noted that the bottled beer we were served was warm. We asked again about food as we had to leave at 8:30pm, we were told food would be out in 10-13 minutes. We asked for the bills to be paid in advance now to save time after the food arrived. Our server did not return to the table. At 8:15pm we approached the hostess and our server and asked for our bills for the drinks and apps as we had to leave. Our food was never received. We were offered no apologizes, no communication by the server or a manager when we asked to speak to one. This was the most disappointing and unprofessional dining experience I have ever had. It s too bad because the apps were great and the food being delivered to tables around us (who arrived after we did) looked delicious. 0/5 would never return to this place.

We went to Baci for the first time and it was a wonderful experience! The service was amazing. Our waitress was Luana and she was extremely kind and accommodating! We would go back just for her!! We had the salmon and it was alright. Small portion and the salmon is more on the plain side but it was still tasty! Next time we will get their pizza and pasta :)

Had dinner tonight. Service was impeccable! Food tasted great! But I dont remember ever having a pasta dish in an Italian restaurant that didnt come with garlic bread or bread of some sort. Even if it was on the menu, Id pay extra!

I was way happier with Baci years ago when my family and I would go for dinner once a week. This particular time, I ordered take-out and WOW, I was extremely disappointed in the portion size. A $22 burrata salad was the biggest disappointment. I wish I took a picture to show the mere size of the salad. Secondly, I ordered a Lasagna (which was absolutely delicious...very flavorful and a good amount of sauce), but wow was it ever small. When my family and I ate here regularly, I ordered this all the time and the portion size was perfect. Now when I order here, I am still hungry. If youre ordering for 2 people, plan on ordering an extra entree. If not, you will still be hungry. The wood oven pizza was just OK. I expected more from the pizza.

Guyyyyys, when I tell you I was shocked at how good this restaurant is I am not kidding. I expected normal run of the mill family food (which it has as well) but it also has in house made flavourful, delicious foods for those such as myself who prefer a wider variety of flavours and textures and flare. The stone oven is beautiful and you can see it from the dining room as if it was on display and the ambience was excellent. Our server Lou was absolutely fantastic. An absolute gem who took great care of us even though we came in twenty minutes to close. We were aware of how close we were cutting it and trying to respect the kitchen by offering to order everything at once right away so they could close up but Lou did not rush us and even offered to plate our dessert for us if the kitchen closed before we finished our meal. In the end we tried the non-alcoholic gimlet, the ARANCINI to start, the pizza Bosco and the lemon tart for dessert. This is a place I would come to for date night. Not something I ve EVER said about a hotel restaurant, ever. Well done, guys!

We came here for new years and it was fantastic. We loved the all you can eat appetizers, entrees were delicious and the dessert bar was the final touch to a three course meal. We loved it. The seafood linguine is a must try!!!

What a cool and sophisticated look and feel. Alcohol is rather expensive, but the pizza is terrific. Amongst the best Ive had. Our servers on two occasions were just the right blend of warm and attentive without being overbearing like they were my best friend. Baci has a pretty cool vibe. We liked that most people were dressed a little nicer than most restaurants.

The staff are always beyond fantastic. I personally find the food very over priced with small portion sized servings. It is located in the hotel so I can understand it may be a bit costly. At the end of the day its always a pleasant visit. Food : 3/5

We had New Years Eve dinner, reasonably priced at $75 per person. They offered a buffet of appetizers and desserts and a choice of mains, of which I ate the duck breast. The food was tasty, and the restaurant has a great look and vibe. The wall behind us was really fun, decorated with hanging painted kitchen ware, very creative and a great focal point. The restaurant is small, so make sure to make reservations. I would go back and try their regular menu some other time.

Ive been here before and the risotto was great but this time there was no flavor in it. It tasted like boiled rice and mushrooms. Apps were great and service was good as well

Seriously a great meal. Two of us shared Burrata and a Caesar salad to start. Alfredo pasta and a pizza for mains, and tiramisu for desert. The dessert was pretty big, definitely a Shairamisu . Everything was excellent, the service included. I was impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Easily the best margarita pizza in town 5 stars

First, we would like to say thank you! Our son s wedding was held on Saturday night and most of the family spent Saturday night at the hotel, C by Carmen s. The restaurant, Baci, is on the main floor of the hotel and we thought it would be a good place to gather for breakfast the following morning. Nothing formal, just a chance to share stories from the fabulous wedding held at, Carmen s Banquet Centre the night before. We called a few days in advance and spoke with Mandy. We were unable to give her a definitive number as there was no way to know how everyone would feel the morning following the wedding. We knew at least 20 people for sure. It could be less or more. Mandy was very appreciative with the advance notice we gave her and advised that she would set up for 20 people and add an extra server in the dining room and extra help in the kitchen. Sunday morning, we arrived at Baci and met with Olivia, Ava and Luana. Olivia showed us that they set up for 30 people! Fantastic! Well, in the end, we were 43 people! This was at 10am and the restaurant closes at 11am. Everyone was in a great mood and relaxed and in no hurry. We felt so bad as we, too, were surprised however pleased that so many people decided to come for breakfast. Olivia, Ava and Luana were fantastic! It took a bit of time to get organized and they did! Olivia took point and oversaw the entire event . Did it take time for everyone to get their first cup of coffee or tea? Or, their order for food taken? Maybe, however, with the onslaught of 43 people what did we expect! We have to say that each and every plate of food was delivered hot and fresh and delicious! There was no hastily prepared plates. Baci did not compromise any menu item and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast. We were there for 2 hours, (1 hour after closing), and had a great time reliving moments from our son s wedding. Many guests had long drives or planes to catch so this impromptu event gave friends and family more precious time together. Mandy, Olivia, Ava and Luana, thank you so much for being such good sports and helping to make our morning breakfast a success! (Also, please accept our apologies for not realizing that we have so many great friends and family who, like us, took advantage of another chance to get together!) Vegetarian options: There are options for vegans. Dietary restrictions: We had guests with gluten allergies and they had plenty of options to choose from. Parking: Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible.

We we there to celebrate your Granddaughter s wedding . The next morning there was 20 people that turned into 40 . The girls Olivia , Ava and Luana certainly held their own never showing panic . The food was great and girls went above and beyond . Thank you so much lovely dining experience.

Over priced for the taste. I dont mind spending $50+ per person for good food however this was not the case. Everything felt store bought except for the arancini. Regardless times are tough especially for restaurants but I would not recommend anyone going.

Great food, pasta was amazing, dessert was also outstanding. Service was great, did not feel rushed. Tiramisu was the best Ive ever had but you really have to try the cheesecake, so crazy good! My first time experience at Baci was very wonderful. I decided to order both specials of the day and I was very impressed. The seasoning used on the flat bread special was amazing. The sauce on the pasta was perfect. Everything just went wonderful for me. I cant wait to visit this place again!

We were a group of 20 people, for that number they have a set menu of options to choose from for $35. 1 appetizer, 1 main (4 possible options) and gelato. The portions were ridiculously tiny (wouldn t even be suitable for a kids menu) and the quality was below mediocre. I ordered the Penne Pollo Alfredo which had literally 2 pieces of chicken, two! It was unseasoned and bland. Waitress was rude. Took them 25-30 minutes to get our bills out. Would not recommend and will not be coming back.

Was there for the 87th birthday of my father-in-law. Service person was excellent. The rest was downhill, my wife and I ordered 2 large Caesar Salads with chicken. The salad consisted of about 6-8 leaves of lettuce, the heart of the lettuce in a clump on the leaves (dont usually need a knife to cut my salad), some dressing (out of a bottle) squirted on the leaves, 2 sticks of brittle toasted bread (crouton replacement?), a piece of circular bacon, and cubes of chicken sitting in butter sauce. Left restaurant hungry and left most of the chicken uneaten, my wife left half her plate untouched. The pasta dish my father-in-law ordered was small in portion size.

Came in on sunday for dinner. Atmosphere was amazing, the restaurant looked really well put together. Food was good and service was even better!! Will definitely be coming back again!

I cant say enough good about all aspects of this restaurant. I love trying new Italian restaurants and this ranks up there as one of the best that I have ever experienced. Baci actually used to be my favourite Italian restaurant in Hamilton. My girlfriend and I have gone every year for my birthday. We went this past year and were honestly just disappointed with some of the notable changes. They took my favourite entree off the menu (carbonara) and decreased the serving sizes to the point where we had to go somewhere else to eat afterwards. Perhaps the worst change was the fact that the waitress literally brought us one 1 by 1 piece of bread and dropped it on our side plates. Literally one bite of bread is all we had prior to our entrées. Certainly not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant.

The Ravioli is to die for! So yummy! Beautiful atmosphere and the staff is lovely!

My husband and I went here for our 11th anniversary and our server Chris was amazing. He was attentive without being intrusive and he made our evening more enjoyable by showing the right amount of attentiveness. The meals were fantastic. The vegetables that went along side were incredible. Props to the kitchen. Another server even asked us how our meals were. Wish we knew her name to give her credit too. This was by far the best experience we have had in a long time. Definitely 10/10 for us. My husband even raved to him that his experience was pleasant. Thank you Chris! We definitely will be back to sit in your section!

By far the best service and quality of food in decades. I am still in shock by how good the food was, and how professional and amazing the service was. Chris was bang on with his timing and attention to detail. We were also felt very welcome by a lady who helped serve our table, who was also a server (unfortunately do not remember her name). Even the younger staff resetting tables were pleasant, and we had a fun conversation with one of them about how long her hair was in a braid. I did not see any management, but I am guessing they were busy in the back on expo sending out plates or helping with other issues. I have had decades of experience in the hospitality industry, and overall, I have not experienced this quality experience, in far too long. In an open kitchen, the staff were working hard, and did not make you feel uncomfortable. Fantastic job by the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.

I didnt know I ordered from the kids menu. Service was slow even though there were barely any people. Ravioli was barely filled, I could have made a better dish by going to walmart and throwing together some pasta and tomato sauce sprinkled with cheese. Disappointed.

Ordered Skip the Dishes for the first time and was amazed. The quality from after the delivery (thanks Muhammed) was great presentation. Food was hot, fresh! Tasted so good. We had 2 pizzas (Calabrese was my fav), Penne alfredo, soooo creamy good. Steak med. rare with rapini (held very well with the fast delivery 3 mins away), chicken fingers for the boys w/condiments, napkins, sauces etc. Chicken parm and for dessert, tiramisu. Really impressed and made the night! Definitely recommend and will order again! Thanks Baci

The restaurant supervisor named Carli was amazing to deal with as she was very conscientious from planning to executing our event and was very helpful & organized at all times throughout the night, assisting in setting up our stationary prior to as well. A big thank you to all the wonderful servers who were all very helpful - Luana (serving manager), Chris and Ava. We loved the modern look of the restaurant, the outdoor space for pictures and it allowed the decor to coincide seamlessly. Although we enjoyed the food, the wood oven pizzas ideally could have been coming out quicker for our guests to enjoy during cocktails. The charcuterie was not on boards but rather on plates but was this presentation was a good thing as it made it easier for guests to pass around & was very plentiful. I did have to request staff place salt & pepper on each of the 5 guest tables of 10 we had as the pasta water did not seem to be salted well and as a result, the pasta seemed to be bland and salt was needed. Overall, the food was really good! In terms of the bar service, our signature drink was a hit. Carli ensured fresh mint would be available & included for the drink. Staff were otherwise very lovely & service was phenomenal! Baci staff kindly cut & served our engagement cake we were able to bring in. Coffee/tea service was provided timely just as dinner was and was served with dessert. I would definitely recommend Baci to my friends & family!

We had the privilege of dining at Baci for my mothers 60th birthday. The restaurant itself has a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Chris took good care of us and was so charismatic. He truly made our night so enjoyable. We had the opportunity to taste the majority of the menu items and it was ALL delicious! We cant wait to return for another experience!

We celebrated our moms birthday at Baci and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server Chris did a fantastic job making the night extra special for moms birthday.

For the price charged for food, I expected it to taste a lot better. Ordered 2 calzone and they were soggy and too spicy, overloaded with too much cheese. My sons pepperoni pizza was better and cost way less.

They got rid of the lamb shank. My husband and I came for the lamb shank because it was literally the best!! Now its just pizza and pasta basically. Lb is now breaded and on a bed of lettuce. Steak comes with fries which is not great. We loved this place but after tonight I dont think we will be back.... super disappointed. Atmosphere is quiet and great. Service has never been a problem here. Just the food choices are not what they used to be. Great if you love your carbs and breaded food.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Baci Restaurant and the staff leading up to the event were so helpful and we were able to let us make the vision come to life! The food was absolute amazing (served family style) and there was so much of it! Wine was great and we did drink tickets which worked out perfectly. We were also able to bring in our own desserts. The servers were amazing and made sure we were taken care of. We were a fairly large group (about 22), were loud and were moving around a lot but they were always very polite and accommodating. They also were very fun and happy! The only down side with us being a large group and loud is that I did feel bad for the other customers. We were in the main room so I am sure sometimes we were disruptive! The only thing that would make this better was to have some sort of divider/separation/different room or let the other customers know that there is a private event going on!

We went here for a work Christmas dinner and there was about 18 of us. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and presented a positive vibe to the room. Im unsure if they were understaffed but many of our party waited an extremely long time for thier drinks to be made. The girl sitting opposite me eventually got her drink to have the waitress come back a few minutes later and tell her she gave her the wrong drink.... She let her keep it but she then had to wait again for the actual drink. We had to wait for our server multiple times to come check on us for more drinks or things we needed. She was very pleasant and I think was doing what she could but it was not a good experience. The food was really delicious when it came out... The Alfredo needed to be seasoned a little more but other than that everything tasted great.

Had my 50th Birthday yesterday with 10 family members. The appetizers were good. The pasta dishes lacked sauce. The alcohol beverages are over priced. This place was better years ago. Oh and we spent over $600.00 and the waitress never came over to sing happy birthday and acknowledge the occasion. Not even a piece of cake to surprise the birthday guest. It was the small gesture that counts. Not worth it and would never recommend a family occasion there. I am not a fan of terrible reviews however if they made that small acknowledgment it would have changed everything. Find a better place to celebrate those special moments.

Everything about this restaurant is top notch. Sleek but comfortable atmosphere, excellent staff and absolutely delicious authentic Italian food. I highly recommend Baci. The picture is the Lemon Tart dessert... OMG !

I went here for a family Christmas party. The pleasure of having Olivia and Eva to take care of our large group. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Even though some members of our group were late to the reservation, they were still very understanding! Food was excellent. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Brought my husband here for Father s Day. It was our first visit. The food was great, cooked perfectly and not overly heavy. Our server Luana was amazing. We would be happy to be repeat customers based on her service alone. Servers like that are a big part of what brings people back!

The food is absolutely beyond delicious. Went here for the first time on a date with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. Chris our server was very personable and very great at his job. The food was some of the BEST food Ive had in a long time while out. Recommended.

Had dinner here with my bf on a Wednesday night and the service and food was really good! Servers were attentive and friendly and the food came fresh and hot. We had their side Caesar, calamari, gnocchi pomodoro and the canadese pizza. For dessert they gave us a nice portion of Tiramisu! You can see the pizza maker stretching out the dough and cooking it right in the middle of the kitchen. Lovely place for an Italian dinner in Hamilton. Only downside is they are only open Wednesday to Sunday and I believe only for breakfast and dinner. It s also a bit far from Downtown Hamilton but I think it s worth visiting!

My boyfriend and I came to Baci for my Birthday. We had never been before and had the BEST experience with Chris as our server. He was very personable and had excellent customer service skills. Food was fantastic will 100% come back for the food but especially the service!

Went to a wedding at C hotel & Baci restaurant caterd it, It was the worse dinner I have ever had at a wedding. Chicken parmesan was over cooked & no sauce, potatoes were not cooked & we were supposed to have roast beef with gray & garlic mash potatoes, no potatoes and no gravy, the beef was small, cold & had Hollanday sauce on it. Cheese cake was more like a pudding & clumps of cheese. The room was very cold,

Good food but slow service. Water not served until 15 minutes after arrival (it was not busy), kitchen staff staring into dining room, tables coming after us getting their food before us. Our server also didn t know the drink menu very well which didn t help as the menu itself offers no information regarding what liquor is in the cocktails they make. Won t be coming back

I can t say enough about the quality of the food and service we experienced at Baci! Our waitress was amazing and right on top of everything, not to mention extremely friendly! Our dinner was outstanding and it was so nice that our gluten-free family members had delicious options as well. We will definitely be returning!

Luana was such a pleasure to have serve us this evening for dinner. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with such a positive and friendly attitude! She sat us and got us drinks promptly. Luana knew the menu well and even recommended some tasty meals for us. We will definitely be back just to see her! The Chef was accommodating of our dietary restrictions and made the food perfect for our liking. All the food was amazing and delicious. The half lamb rack feature was superb. The seafood linguini was better than the east coast. All the staff took great care of us making sure the table was clear and drinks were filled! A perfect experience!

We did our little girls 1 year old birthday party here, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. All our guests absolutely loved the food, the service, the atmosphere. We had the pizza, salmon, ravioli and they were all incredible. The real star for me was the tiramisu which was probably the best that I have ever had. We booked for 22 people for my parents 50th wedding anniversary waited over an hour after ordering for our food, pizza guy s nose running and every time he wiped did not wash hands. Server was awesome but that s about it. Have tried contacting management by email/VM & no response. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent. We booked here because they said 22 people could be accommodated and good Google reviews.

Baci is a hidden gem, located in the lobby of the C hotel on Stone Church Road. Baci offers wood fire, artisan pizza on a streamlined menu (four pizza varieties on top of a few additional calzones and flatbreads). Bacis pepperoni pie is carnal, with depths of luscious cheese and a mighty helping of upscale, well-cooked pepperoni. The body of the pizza is quite delicate, but the pie ultimately eats like a much heavier meal because of the surprising density of meat and dairy. Baci means you kiss in English. To say that there was even a kiss of sauce would be generous, as this pie had as little sauce as any pie Ive ever had. There were a few minor deposits on the crust itself, which brought pleasant sharpness, but the sample size was too sparse to detect any signature or complexity that it may have otherwise had. Bacis crust was tasty with a mild char but was inconsistent, chewy and mildly hard to eat compared to some of its competition. The margherita pizza was of similar caliber, with the same scarcity of sauce, yet a more reserved portion of cheese, for better and worse. It did have a pleasant drizzle of tasteful oil that offset the slightly strong and ubiquitous flavour of basil in every bite. Though Baci is missing attention to the finer details that would make her the pie of our dreams, it was a pleasant kiss that warrants a second date or a visit to the C hotel. I give it a 7.4 on the world scale and a 7.7 on the Hamilton scene scale.

Had our office gathering at Baci last Friday, we had a 4 course meal, open bar, and hotel rooms booked for the night. All service was fantastic, they treated us all amazingly for our private venue and I would definitely recommend them to anyone either looking for a great meal, a date or for booking an office party. Went here for dinner with my hubby. Service was not great - after receiving our main dishes, we requested 2 items for the table and server didn t come back for 40 minutes. Calzone was ok for hubby , the chicken Alfredo was awful. The hostess was the one who came to clear our plates and when she saw my plate was untouched, didn t ask if everything was ok. Unfortunately won t be returning here.
