Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill in Hamilton

Visited yesterday, a guy was in attitude. He even didn t told me that large burrito comes with guacamole.

came in here to get churros and the employee working at cash was so nice! he was really helpful in explaining the menu to me :) definitely will be coming here again

It is one of the better places to eat in the downtown area. The staff are friendly and courteous not to mention the best burrito bowls.

I haven t try much of the dishes but I recommend the salad bowl which was absolutely delicious. Also the staff is very friendly.

Couldn t believe it, got a steak burrito, had 8 bites before even seeing steak. May have been a handful of pieces if that. Not worth it for the cost associated with it. Not sure if person was rushed but no care taken in making a burrito.

Cold, meat was minimal, toppings were meh on the burrito. Salsa for nachos was atrocious. Nachos were nachos. Would recommend any other burrito place..

Not as good as they used to be. I would come here often, and it was always fresh and tasty. Today the person who made my burrito seem more concerned to make it as quickly as possible rather than make it good. Paid $18 for a mucho carnitas, cheap with meat, didnt tell me I get free guacamole, cheap with everything except rice. When I got home it was soggy as she didn t drain the beans .. far to many burrito places down town to make food like this. if you re going to charge what you do and ask for a tip, just put in a little effort, like you used to.

Will never return! One of the workers taking out the garbage, returned to making tacos after washing his hands without soap! The staff needs to be trained in proper sanitary and food safety! Disgusting!

Wow! What an amazing food experience at this Mexican eatery. I was greeted by Nav who apparently hails from my hometown, was very polite and patient with the recommendations as this was my first time visiting this place. Ordered the Chicken Burrito and it was delicious. Super fresh veggies, tender chicken grilled to perfection and a good mix of sauces. It was layered beautifully and by the midpoint of devouring, I was biting into all the craziness and juiciness with each bite & the spice level was also just perfect. Thank you so very much Nav for preparing this burrito with so much love. I am going to call it the Nav Special and you d probably be seeing a lot of me since this has to be one of the best burritos I ve ever had. Keep rocking man!

Not good at all.. . The tortilla was mushy and had a wet bread texture in my mouth, i dont know if the fillings would have tasted good because after 3 bites i had to throw it in the garbage

I go to cathedral high school, and don t have much time to get lunch but going to this place is quick easy and delicious, the lady that works there is amazing and very nice.

Just checked out this location for the first time since I work nearby, and am an avid mucho burrito lover. However, I was extremely disappointed with my experience, and will mostly likely stick to the other Hamilton locations. I ordered a kids meal for myself as I usually do. The employee didn t give the salsa and chips until I asked for it. She tossed in a few chips, and then told me that as an adult, I can t order kids meals and that she has never seen other locations offering it either . She made sure to have this point known and made me feel bad for ordering it. Even though, I always order kids meals for myself. The burrito I got was not mixed properly when being wrapped. Overall service was trash, no friendly customer service, just a bad attitude. I was the only person in the store too so not like there was a big rush of people that might impact service. Management, please go over basic customer service skills with your staff :)

I enjoy the concept of Mucho Burrito very much. You can choose exactly what you want to eat and everything is very delicious. The food looks always fresh and the staff is very polite and knowledgeable.The store was clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly. All their staff were well dressed and very welcoming.definitely will keep going here. If you havent ate here at Mucho Burrito you totally should.

Amazing food and location! So glad a Mucho opened up here in downtown. Got an opportunity to meet the operators and they were so helpful and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back! Make sure to try the cookies there as well! My favourite was the chicken burrito!

Fresh ingredients and lovely staff!

Thought I would try this location yesterday since it just opened up in the area. Great service and food was excellent. I think it was the owner that served me. She was very nice and everyone was working hard cleaning since it wasnt busy. That was terrific to see that they pay attention to cleanliness. Not always the case in downtown Hamilton. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a burrito and a bowl and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean, ingredients are fresh and I love the food. The ancient grains are a nice add to the bowl. The burrito could use a little more sauce and a bit less rice though, but it was a nice experience overall and Ill order again for sure .

Extremely friendly employees...the food is so fresh and soo good,prices are good not to expensive. The churros are sweet and delicious... Also They are always welcome you with a bright smile when you enter. All employees are well trained how to provide to top notch service!.. all the ingredients are served fresh and hot ready to go.. Also they do provide vegan options available to everyone as well.. I do recommend this healthy delicious hot fresh food :) my tummy said thanks you :)

The quesadilla was not bad..but young man who prepared it was extremely slow slow. My biggest complain tis the failure of staff to respond to questions and the fact some of them acted as though they had never worked in a restaurant before. Purchased a soft drink, asked for a glass, they did not have any. Asked for a straw..this took awhile to find, ordered a churro...I must have waited 15 minutes while it was warmed????

Passed by this joint multiple times while walking my friends dog & was only thinking with my belly when I realized I ordered 5 mins before closing on Sunday June 12th thru UberEats. My food still got made & accurately while delivered by the nicest driver. I was stupid lucky & hope I dont pull that idiocy again. The mucho-sized burritos were of excellent value & just gravity-defyingly massive. Took two sittings to finish. Worth every penny! I will definitely order again.

New location wasn t disappointed at all, amazing quesadillas.

Normally awesome food but this was a bit of a put off. You might want to consider teaching your staff food safety and cross contamination. I just came out of the bathroom and your team member was on his phone with gloves on. Defeats the purpose of gloves. I waited for him to take his gloves off and as he was reaching for my food with the same gloves that was touching his phone, I asked him to change gloves. If I didn t ask whatever his phone touched is what I would have eaten. With the pandemic just last year I would have expected better.

I don t even want to give one star. I ordered a veggie burrito, taste was not good. Though it was a veggie burrito yet he told me i can choose only 4 toppings like seriously?????? On top of that he did not even asked if i want any cheese on it or not my burrito was without cheese. Even the customer service was not very good.

Decent food, friendly staff. Went in about 15 mins before close (didnt realize they were closing) and we didnt feel rushed by the staff. Because they were closing up, they had started moving food off the hot table so the meat was unfortunately starting to get cold. Otherwise food was tasty.

Best place to have burrito not only in taste but also in cleanliness and hygiene. They provide topping in good quantity. Preperations are so good that give flavour blast.

Okay so literally slayed my life honestly the worker was the most king i have ever seen he was so nice to me and even let me try the beyond meat (i m a vegetarian) on a chip before i put it in my burrito tbh would die for him 10/10
