Black Friday deal ? More like black scam deal! Wouldn t recommend it. Asked if we could ve have regular order instead of Black Friday deals but they denied, the order turns out to be more expensive and irregular price.

The black friday deal was a scam. We expected a good portion and a good food but it was just like a waste of money for us.

The food was good. The service was good. Samrika was best in customer service.

Food is excellent. Indian Dishes are Delicious but not good in chinese. Please use diff rice for chinese. Smarika was one man army, calmly handled the crowd from bar to buss.

I asked them to add chilli and make Chowmein extra spicy but it wasn t as I instructed also there was no salt in Chowmein how am I able eat such disgusting food, please work on it. The chicken was smelly may be it was raw and noodles was overcooked!!!

Best Thakali food in Hamilton.

We organized Dashain event and ordered food from Everest Tandoori Kitchen, Hamilton. The food was good but the customer service was worst. I don t know what emergency they had to leave the food on the floor in the parking lot . You should learn about the customer service along with the food handling rules. Nobody s gonna eat food from the parking floor. That was a clear disrespect we got as a Nepalese. The store was even not busy with almost every customer out from the store already.

The food was Mediocre, the naans were preheated some were soggy and some totally hard and burnt, the service was not great either, the dishes were not filled and we had to keep on asking for them to fill it up, then the atmosphere, in the dining area we saw a mice, the toilet stank and was dirty, when I went there I saw stains of pee beside the toilet Waste of money!!

We had an excellent experience at the Everest Tandoori Kitchen, located in Jackson Square. While I would not usually choose to eat in a mall restaurant, this one is truly worth visiting, to enjoy the amazing food and service. We wanted authentic Nepali cuisine and were not disappointed. My husband and our friend enjoyed the Thakali set meals, one veg and one non-veg - complete with some side dishes that are very typical in Nepal, but not common in restaurants in Ontario. I loved the veg momos with a spicy sauce on the side. The food is actually made by the Nepali owner and he and his staff prepare very tasty authentic food with appropriate spices and flavouring. The owner kindly took time to talk with us after our meal. That was another highlight of our evening, as we dont often get to speak Nepali in Hamilton! We highly recommend visiting this restaurant for a great meal at a very reasonable price. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options

The servers were busy on the phone and ignored us when we complained that our food wasnt good. The chicken biryani tasted like it was just fried rice with chicken added to it. The Munchirian Dry was good though. The customer service was terrible and they didnt listen to our complaint. I had a really bad experience at that Indian restaurant in Hamilton.

We had a beautiful experience at Everest. The food, ambiance and the staff was great. Our beautiful server treated us with utmost hospitality. We had Noodles, chana bhatura, soya chap, tea and everything was amazing, so delicious that we forgot to take a picture first . Will definitely visit again.

Came here on a whim while at the farmers market for a really late lunch. Ordered chole bhature methi malai chicken and naan plus masala chai. Each and every item was perfectly made. Zero complaints. And considering we walked in around 3:45 pm it was served fast and hot. I feel silly now for wasting time and money on other restaurants in Hamilton after moving here for desi food when this was in the neighborhood. They ve my business.

Customer service is definitely top notch but food is terrible

Food is excellent. Have had both Indian and hakka items on the menu. The hakka chili chicken was an 8/10 for me but this is prob personal preference. Indian items are great and the momos (dumplings) provide nice variety to the menu. On my most recent visit 2 days ago as of this review had shrimp & chicken hakka noodles and they were amazing 10/10

Love Indian food with an option of spice level? Ordered takeout for lunch at this new restaurant in Jackson Square. As a group we tried the butter chicken, chicken korma, lamb curry (basmati rice came with it) and we ordered a side of garlic naan or butter naan. The food was ready at the designated time, hot, delicious, and made to our requested spice level (mild, medium or hot). The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Price was great at $15-17 plus naan. We all enjoyed and look forward to trying something new and going back again!

Amazing Food

Fantastic food at this new restaurant. Best Indian food in Hamilton. Highly recommend the samosa chat, chhole bhature, paratha, channa masala. They provide a pitcher of ice water for every table. The waitress is sweet and charming. The chef is a talented hidden gem. My only suggestion would be to clear the used, empty plates from the table as they are finished, but the restaurant is newly opened and I think they are still working the kinks out. The food is top notch and they deserve to do well. The linen table cloths are a nice and elegant touch.

Me and my boyfriend went here around 8 pm and ordered food to go. The staff were soo nice and welcoming. The service was pretty fast and it was honestly one of the best indian food we ever had. I got the palak paneer and my boyfriend got the butter chicken :). The mango shake was really good and it even had bits of coconut in it as well. The price isnt too bad either. We enjoyed our first visit, so it wont be our last. Friendly, informative, patient, accommodating, & professional service. Delicious Indian chai, lemonade, fish pakora & mango salad. The fish pakora are usually made with wheat four, & so we were very grateful that our server had the kitchen accommodate a dietary restriction by having them made with very tasty chickpea flour instead.

It was ok. Flavourful but very salty. Portions were small for prices - no main course tandoori. Underwhelming.

We enjoyed our dinner in this newly opened restaurant. Good quality, service and quantities are up to mark. I recommend you all for authentic Indian and Hakka Chinese food here.

Had the paneer tikka lababdar and it was really good. I d definitely come back and try more of their menu. For takeout, make sure to double check the bag before leaving. Also, I hope the owner will put some safety tape on the step by the King St exit. I only saw the watch your step sign after I d fallen, it was below eye level.

Ordered hot and sour soup with chicken chilli.. no flavour at all. Chicken was nothing like chicken chilli and soup was like soya sauce garlic ginger and water.. wouldn t recommend at all.

Chicken tikka masala had only 5 diced chicken in it. The serving was small for 14$. The chicken curry had more chicken in it though.

Not the best . Its okay but there are better places The only thing remotely Nepalese on the menu was their Momos The tandoori was not even charred. Or marinated enough. The only that was interesting was the sizzling platter they throw it on. The biryani was not bad, the shrimp they use is nice. The lamb biryani was not bad either. But again, its not as good as it could be. Wouldnt it be more interesting if they actually served nepalese food for locals to try (since its branding is Nepalese) Its always the same indian food you can get at all the Indian restaurants in town

Great new East Indian restaurant in Jackson Square. The food and service were excellent!

It was a good experience. We went in absolutely famished. Couldnt wait for any food to come! Ordered Chicken Manchow soup, Chicken Fried rice, Chicken biriyani, Lamb karahi and Garlic Naan. Special mention about the speed at which everything was delivered. Too good Taste is good for Hakka food. Biriyani and Lamb karahi were ok. Naan was super!!! All in all good Parking: Parking is an issue. Have to manage paid parking.

Yesterday my mother wanted to use the bathroom, we were visiting from another city. We were denied by Tim Hortons, I kindly asked the male and female working if my mother could use the washroom with buying something on the menu. They let us use the facilities without charging, I would personally like to let the owners know you have 2 great workers who greeted us on Sunday. Thank you I hope to go there for the first time.

I ve been waiting for this place to open up for a while and saw that they seemed to be open today. Ordered the Lamb Curry lunch bowl. Probably the best lamb curry I ve had in years. Huge amount of food for the price, I could barely finish it all! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I ll definitely be back to try some other things on their menu. It might become my regular new lunch spot if I can expect this level of quality.

From the first and 2nd experience, the service was great the food was so so so delicious and me and my friend was just licking our fingers. There were Suja and Nuru who served us . They have very good nature which we like most. They gave us great service. They have great skills to deal with customers. Thank you so Much Suja and Nuru and also the kitchen staff. Wish wed discovered this hidden gem sooner! Delicious chai, Himalayan soup, and amazing momos. Everything was piping hot and clearly made with love. We have been sorely missing a good momos spot near us and will surely be back to try the other Indian and hakka dishes too!

The Chicken Tandoori here is simply amazing! The taste was truly authentic, and the consistency of the flavors was spot on. Each bite was a delightful blend of spices and tender chicken, leaving me craving for more. And oh, how could I forget the Pani-puri! It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. The crispy puris filled with the tangy mint water and tamarind chutney were absolutely divine. It was an absolute delight for my taste buds. If youre a food lover, I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tandoori and Pani-puri at this restaurant. They truly bring out the essence of authentic taste. A must-visit for any food enthusiast.

Thought of having dinner ended up here! Ambience was good. Service was warm and welcoming. Food was not really worth it. I have ordered chicken lollipops its was OKAYISH. Next order was goat biryani, completely disappointed. Firstly in place of goat they gave lamb.moreover, it was half cooked. Quantity of pieces were four all wear Bones not at all worth it for $14. I wont recommend!

I order pani puri and it was worst. The fillings tasted like days old very cold and the puri was just as bad.

We been a constant customer of this place from months now especially for Indian Chinese. The quantity has been not fare enough as compare to pricing for Manchurian dry (which is one dish for which we keep on going to this place) the taste is quite better and the quantity was good for the first time, but then Ive noticed the quantity is just not fare as compare to the price. When we are spending almost 17$ on one dish it should at least serve for one person right!

The veg manchurian had perfect spice, it went along well with the Fresh Naan. The Fish Tandoori was perfectly well done too, it was marinated well. Lastly we had veg Hakka noodle that was a bit hot but still tasty. We would like to taste more of the dishes especially the momos next time we visit Hamilton.

Original experience post: Really good food. Creamy palak paneer with rice. Unique interior. Empty. Edit (all experiences except the first): I may have a sensitive palette, but when I ask for no spice/mild, I expect the food to be mild. Ive asked for no onion and received onion. The palak paneer and other dishes dont come with rice anymore or bread. They are an extra cost, so is the water (bottled) that is automatically on the table. Thinnest naan Ive ever seen. It seems the portions got smaller while the prices increased over the last few months. Same price for palak paneer as before if not more for less food (no rice). Also why so much onion and spice in many dishes despite asking for no/very mild spice and no onion? The palak paneer used to have chopped bits of onion here and there and now there are large strips of onion throughout the dish. The food no longer tastes the same as it used to when the location opened and Ive been dining in, ordering take out, and having delivery from here.

We went in there for lunch and took unlimited buffet for myself and my husband. While we were eating there with my kid the waitress came to us and said theres cameras everywhere. We did nothing and we were wondering why did she say that all of a sudden. It made us uncomfortable, I stopped eating paid our bills and swooped out of the place. Never going there again.

Amazing service and authentic taste. Its difficult to find authentic south asian taste around here due to everything being diluted to Western taste. However, Everest keeps up to its name and provides top notch Halal South Asian cuisine. Highly recommended especially their lunch buffet.

Food was okay, and thats the best of it. Buffet was lacking and pretty much empty the entire time we were there. They make the curries one small bowl at a time and then put those into the large serving pans, which amounts to essentially nothing when there are even 6 or more patrons choosing the buffet, let alone the majority of the lunch crowd. When we arrived, 50% of the tables hadnt been cleared, stacked with many dirty dishes. It was an immediate turn off. Set tables have nestle water bottles on them - but dont assume that means theyre complimentary bc you will be charged for them if you drink them. Thats tacky and cheap. No one cleared our tables dishes as we ate so had to stack them on corner of table. Will not return.

If youre re looking for a fantastic takeout experience with mouthwatering dishes and exceptional service, I highly recommend giving Tandoori Moms a try. You won t be disappointed!

Overall, really good. Saved as favorite. If everything was as good as the food, it would deserve 6 stars. Some things that would make it even better: *Serving spoons for each dish (had to use our own mouth-spoons) *Service was good, until it wasnt. Took a very long time to get the bill. Not our servers fault, I think. They were short staffed. *Bottled water on each table, and qr codes plastered all over the place made the ambiance seem tacky. Favorite parts: *The food. Pani Puri was amazing. Excellent naan. Everything we orded was great. *Our friendly smiling server. *The non-plastic to-go containers. Hard to believe this place is in Jackson Square. Wonderful job, guys. Youre almost PERFECT!

Very good place. The food tastes very authentic, such as the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken. Not only do they provide tastey food, they also show great customer service as well. I will be coming here again and recommending this place to my friends.

I and my friends went there and ordered starter but quantity was very very very less than other restaurants and compare to quantity rates are very high, taste was also not good. I m sorry to say but this place is not worth it.
