BEST foodcourt that i mostly go there if i can afford it lol. but workers are hardworking, kind, sweet n funny. Excellenr customer service as well. tried almost all restaurents there. people should try it!
There's always a good variety add the food court
Always some choices for food...friendly restaurant staff no matter where you eat
Food court was open but washroom was closed for an indescribable reason, forcing consumers to use the washroom in the library. Stop forcing the government to pay for services that should be covered by the private business. You should not be profiting off of our tax dollars.
My picks are New York Fries, Jimmy the Greek, Wok Express!! Haven't tried Aichi Japan, Pita Lite(New) and Fit For Life yet!! KFC now refuses to give you a bottle of water even after you pay for it AND it looks like Burger King always screws up every order!!! Kudos to the Janitorial Staff and Security Guards cause it's crazier since 2020 lockdown!!
There’s absolutely no choice of foods to eat there really. Mostly people who grab a coffee or beverage and sit there and loiter most of the day away. Lots of seating, usual regulars there, it’s busier on cheque days at end of the month. No where what it used to be years ago (30 years ago) when there was many restaurants to choose from. Frequent occasionally, when doing banking, but mostly avoid this scene. All the good establishments have left, I’m afraid the food court is going down hill, like the Square itself. JMO.
Since the last time I answered this question was approximately a month ago when everyone/everything was in grey lockdown. We're now in red. The biggest and actually only difference at Jackson Square is that 2 washrooms are open!!!! That is a big plus for me. There are guards there though keeping hold of your bag. I don't know what that's about. A couple of stores are open also that weren't last month. You still have to get in on King at the banking doors.
It's great! There's so many options. Taco's, Chicken, Fries, Chinese Food, Subs, Hamburgers, Viatnamese Food, Sausages and Breakfast foods to say the least. They've just re-done the store fronts in the food court which makes it feel a lot more inviting and modern vs how it used to be.

Overall hygiene in the food court was about average. Take out time was quite long inspite of lunch hour.
What a crowd, typical McDonald s food with the disadvantage of a less than favourable crowd.

Food court restaurants are open till six yet security closes seating area promptly at six, so where are you supposed to eat your meal?
There are so many great choices. Covid-19 protocols were excellent!
Due to the virus only a few food places are open and there is no place to sit,if you don t mind standing outside or sitting in your car to eat Burger King,the wok express,new york fries and the japanese food place are still serving good food
KFC / Toco Bell is back they were closed for renovations of their stand....there is no time limit for how long to stay and eat as long your done eating before 6pm so security food court checking covid19 vaccinations guard can go home at 6pm from long days work... if youre from Ontario with valid fully vaccinated QR code you can sit in food court to eat under government orders but you are fully vaccinated 2 doses from outside of Ontario or Canada with proof of vaccinations and government id ...you too can sit in the food court and enjoy your meal... hope this is helpful.

Minimum once weekly, I buy either the beef rice bowl or the shrimp rice bowl, springrolls &/or dumplings for takeout from Aichi Japan in the Jackson Square Food. The food is consistently fresh, hot & delicious, sauteed while you watch, & the service is also consistently friendly, yet efficient, professional & fast.
Dont know whats worse the people who hang out there or the selection of food.

If you like to eat different kind of food, then need to go Jackson Square Food Centre. But now because of pandemic situation only take out is available.

Its very neat and clean place
I dont know if its just the city smell Im not used to but no one seemed bothered by the rank smell that lingered in the food court.. I skipped buying food here
Wok express has the best chinese food, the portions are massive and the lady working is a sweetheart!
Security here especial one guy whos short,losing his hair, about 55ish thinks hes robo cop. What a joke Glen o something. Thinking greyish lighter hair. The security at Jackson are a bunch of punks who never were popular and feel the need to make people whom they Dean worthy of their 6 guards on one guy. They wear full tactical gear basically but individually or they could get themself out of a wet paper bag.

Pandemic aside...needs better seating, needs something new to choose from. When you are there every day it gets tired quickly. Needs music playing during lunch (12-2).
It is excellent in variety of stores with comfortable prices, services from good banks, hotels, the quality of its people and good security.... personally I like it.
If you have your vaccine credentials, come on down ! Nice place. I was there today. Lots of food options.
The closed Eatery Sitting Aria should have to stay open longer than the Food Courts Sales Outlet to be able the eat Hot Foods there.
Only thing I eat here is burger King 2 for 1 deals on chicken or hamburgers.

Scooters restaurant in Jackson Square
Enjoyed the variety of food selection and also the space is kinda small and considering people come a lot they gotta build a wider space to accommodate a lot of people.

KFC, burger king, subway etc. Open but only maybe 3 tables to sit and eat so take your food home.

Always a great variety. Unfortunately this area seems to attract some mentally/emotionally unstable individuals who scared off some of my students. We ended up having to be security to make sure that they were safe
I myself is on disability.. remember one walking turned corner....Scooter came rolling on by...ran over my left foot....In Jackson Square...those who ride scooters through mall...It isnt Highway....you dont have right...speed up in a hurry...there people children elderly that walk...assuming Guards should say something....then again its discrimination....as I see...safety for people walk n enjoy time friends n family.. Slow down...

Weekly thing to go to Wok Express & NY Fries. Other food places I get stuff from are KFC/Taco Bell or Burger King. Jimmy the Greek also has really decent food

I dont know why I continue to believe that this place will ever turn its self around always looks run down and dirty, the taco bell KFC stand got my order wrong and I ended up with heart burn.
New food places moving in constantly with a solid variety of restaurant items. Burgers, Greek and Asian supermarket adjacent. Locals can be worrying/dangerous at times.

Water used to make smoothie at Nations,taste awful! The Asian lady making the smoothie is really rude.
Wanted to charge 5cents for a bag on a take out order not one other restaurant charges for bags on take out orders
