Service really bad !!!!! Online order really fook up !!!!!

Wasnt there very long just waiting for food and it didnt take long

Have placed a delivery order multiple times now and every single time it takes 2 hours to be delivered, theres no excuse for this

Great pizza, more expensive than other options but you get what you pay for.

Meatball subs are ok. I feel like they changed the sauce and/or watered it down. Restaurant reno improved the look for sure.

Pizza had no sauce, and way too much cheese. Very disappointed. use to be a steady customer, but the quality has just gone downhill.

Ive been pleasantly surprised every time Ive ordered. The staff has always been courteous and their two regular delivery drivers are the only ones who seem to enjoy their job.

The quantity and quantity of food is too good at a convenient rate. Staff is also friendly in nature and I always get my food on time in both online and offline orders.

If I could give this place no stars I would. We preordered pizza s/ salad / appetizers for a friend who came out of surgery, it was clear on the invoice to be delivered the next day post surgery. This was so the family wouldn t have to cook as they have a month old baby and a 3 year old. The restaurant made the mistake of delivering it on the wrong date and time. When I contacted the restaurant I spoke with one of rudest employees I ve ever encountered. She told me that there is nothing they could do because the person at the door accepted the delivery ( note: the person at the door didn t know we ordered it for them it was a surprise). She said had the person at the door denied the order she may of been able to do something. She further explained that if the items were returned she could have repurposed the salad, placed the pizzas on the warmers to sell them and who knows who would have ended up with very old appetizer. She refused to be accommodating in any way or offer any solution to their mistake. In the end we are out $90 for our effort to help out a friend to a heartless restaurant who wouldn t make even a slight effort to correct their mistake. Please reconsider ordering from this establishment , give your business to another local restaurant that has a higher food standard and customers satisfaction.

Well.. Ordered twice so far and lets put it this way Ill order there before thinking of going to Eastside marios again! The moment you walk in a friendly smile welcomes you not standing an wait for minutes fast ordering and ...OMG! THE CHEF!! WOW! amazing ! My new favorite place for beyond ! Thankyou for making my missing the city do much easier!

Absolutely horrible place to get pizza. Once my pizza didn t even have cheese, was told I would get a credit the next time. Surprise they had no record of the credit the next time I ordered. Last time I ordered it was over an hour and a half and still pizza wasn t even on its way. I called and canceled the order and my wife grabbed food on her way. Even though they said they would refund me they never did. I had to charge back my card I will never order from here again.

Every time we come here the food is always great, the staff are good and the menu has lots of options, definitely recommend if youre out in this area!

Meh... big chains honestly beat out this local offering in price and quality.

Waitresses need work! Ordered 2 kitchen sinks, appetizer platter, large Caesar salad and a kids chicken strip meal. Waitress specifically made us repeat the chicken strip meal twice and corrected us and said you mean chicken fingers which we replied yes . She brings out all the food except the kids meal. So I get up to over and ask where the kids meal is, she goes I must ve forgot all the adults were done eating before my daughters meal even made it to the table. She never offered any refills on our drinks, neglected our table and didn t clear any plates eventhough there s was only us and another couple there. Won t go back, and won t recommend.

Pizza was great. Fries were nothing special and breaded chicken strips were enjoyed. Delivery was awfully slow probably could of walked over for pickup faster

3pm on a Saturday, the place is completely empty, my family and I (husband and two kids) show up for pizza, they « couldn t accommodate us » because « we have a party of 40 showing up at 4 ».. amta for assuming a whole hour is more than enough time ?!

I didnt have the best first experience at this restaurant, but after the manager found out about my complaints she reached out to me to make things right and sent a bunch of food to my house at no cost. Wonderful customer service at this location and great food.

The waitress was incredibly rude. She kept starring at me and my family as we were eating and made very rude remarks to my 11 year old. The food came burned and I do not recommend the Alfredo sauce. Way too sweet. I was excited for the new menu but very disappointed

Ordered at 4:30. Called around 545 to see where my order was said was still gonna be 30 mins. Food showed up almost 2 hours later at 6:20. eeerything was cold. Wont be ordering from here again.

Just moved to Hanmer and tried the pizza tonight and I must say probably the worst pizza I have had there was hardly and sauce and cheese on it. I definitely make Better pizza than that! Will never get food from this place again!

Consider making the Hoagie worth the money... your subs are larger than the Hoagie? And dont forget to make sure the take-out order is all there BEFORE handing it over to your customer (you would think this is common sense but..) considering every time Ive went something has been forgotten. Other than that, awesome service, food is decent & reasonably priced depending on what you order.

Very very disappointed have been going to cortina since I was a kid, and within the last couple years it has really really gone downhill. Tonight I ordered a combo platter and was told 20 minutes i ended up waiting roughly 45, which in itself is not the issue. The combo platter comes with dips for mozz sticks, wings etc all dips were forgotten. Ended up having to go back customer service was very rude and dismissive. Found a HUGE tomato in spaghetti dip that took up most of dip container and was cold when it s supposed to be warm. The worst part of everything was the chicken wings. I ate one not paying attention when I went to eat another it was VERY VERY undercooked. Needless to say I won t be going back.

A small selection of Mocktails would be a good addition to the drink menu. Would provide options for non drinkers & designated drivers.

Decided to place a delivery order online tonight. With each submission, an error message followed. Okay, I will call my order in and not get the 10% online discount. Called my order in at 5:40pm and was told I would have my delivery in 1 hour. Waiting for over an hour and a half now, still no delivery and store phone must be off as I am unable to get through to the store at all. Great way to run a business! Guess I should be happy that I didnt pay online. Now, off to make something to eat as I wont be getting anything from Cortina apparently. Extremely disappointing!!

Terrible experience. We placed an order for delivery around 5:15 Saturday, 50 dollars worth of food. We were told it would arrive within the hour. Nothing showed up, we tried to call multiple times and we kept getting to a full voicemail instead. The driver finally showed up at 7:30, as we had already decide to eat because we waited so long we declined the food. I wont be ordering again which is a shame since they are nice and close to us in location. Not a good way to run a business.

You would think paying that much for large pizza would actually get some cheese on it, its almost to a point where frozen pizza would be better on at least the topping you pay for.

Just recently started ordering here since new owners took over. Food and service are fantastic. Love the spaghetti and meatballs. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. Great place to eat or have delivered. One of my favorite places to order from. I would recommend them.

Place an order for delivery, delivery time and service was good! Food quality on the other hand was not so good the Cortina burger was over seasoned, over cooked and dried out, the poutine was not edible as the fries tasted burned bitter taste!! Like the fryer oil hand not been changed in about 6 months or longer! Also I m not sure what ever happened to sending utensils of some sort to be able to eat a poutine. Cortina used to be a great place for food years ago not sure what has happened after being absent for the area for about 20 years. I know I won t be giving the any of my money again.

Just had a decent order chef salad, garden salad, 2lbs wings, large kitchen sink, spaghetti and meat balls. Food was fantastic. Ordered meatball subs a few weeks before they were also amazing!

Nobody makes meatball subs like Cortina! And of course, the pizzas are also amazing!

Avoid it---- foods no where comparable to in town--- and the servers are old bitties who complain about everything. I was doing pick ups sometimes (meat ball subs or pizza) and ea time I saw that old short lady be rude to the guests (seniors) and she went on to make sure we all knew shes not associated with the other cortinas.... At all. Well good for them --- but it explains why their foods terrible --- and put down other businesses when your own is terrible is low. I didnt like that- I felt imposed on.

Probably the worst take out pizza Ive ever had. Frozen pizza would put it to shame. Crust was hard and dry, canned mushrooms and one tiny piece of bacon per slice. Waste of 28+ dollars

My wife and I picked up a large pizza here ( I figured we would have left overs). It was overly expensive and the pizza was terrible. We threw out over half the pie.

Not bad food. But they are very cheap with the portions. I orders a pricey large riggatoni and they do not fill the container at all. Every time I order it, its how it comes. Im not ordering that anymore. Theres no reason to be cheap with your customers. I will be spreading the word in hopes that this cheapness will end.
