Went for supper on a Wednesday. There were 6 of us. The food was great. Biggest chicken wings I ve ever seen! Service was great and it s $10 off any bottle of wine on Wednesdays!!

I have had many issues with this place. The last and final time I had actually called to complain and the owner or manager Im not sure who was so arrogant on the phone and basically blamed me for all these mishaps and offered me a $5 credit. I have not gone back nor will I ever so if you want a $5 credit call in using my name lol.

Great place. We were 30 and everone was served reasonably promptly. The manager Chris did an excellent job making he was sraffed. Food was even better.

Just over all dispointed in 2 of 3 meals we ordered. The cooks in the kitchen need a refresher on how to cook French fries or anything deep fried for thar matter. Saugy and greesy fries, burnt Wings way over cooked as well as the deep fried pickles all left in the fryer for to long. Visual inspection of the food prior to leaving the kitchen wouldnt have let the food leave in that state. Not the place it used to be unfortunately.

Visited May 20 at 6 pm. We ordered our food within 10 minutes of sitting down and did not get our meals until 7:45! Food wasnt even that great either. The excuse for slow service was that there was a party of 30 that ordered before us. That is no excuse, the party was prebooked and they should of been prepared! We will not go back again.

Food was really good. We also had a really named waitress named Meghan. She was soo nice, she deserves the world. We love Meghan. We need more Meghan in this world. #LiveLaughMeghan

Highly recommend this restaurant. We attended a comedy show on the weekend and the service, food, waitresses and entire facilities were great. The owner was very accommodating and it shows he cares about his customers. The one comedian lady got into some kind of an argument with a group before her set and continued to instigate them as part of her show until they decided to leave. It was so hard to watch and really made her look unprofessional. Some people thought it was funny but there were lots of people not impressed.

Comfortable spot with a solid entertainment set up for all kinds. Food was pleasant and the wait time was absolutely acceptable. Definitely recommend

Owner overserves customers, and doesnt care about the safety of his staff, other customers, or performers at his venue. He allowed an audience member to climb on stage and commit assault, and two men to threaten, harrass, and intimidate the performers. Audience members actually had to intervene, and physically remove the problematic group. The owner responded by refunding the groups money, and comped their bill - he had to take care of their bill the next day because they actually walked out on it and had to come back for their credit card. I would have thought the sensible course of action would be to call the police but I dont know. Im sure that the AGCO would know the proper procedure in such cases so Ill check with them. Pizza was good.

I am rating 5 stars solely because they provide plastic straws with your water.

I had Shrimp Stir Fry, which I really enjoyed. All the meals tasted great, and the service was great as well. Hamner location has a great atmosphere to go out for dinner, feel comfortable, and thoroughly enjoy your meal.

Poutine was way to salty, wrong sandwich brought to one person in the party, had to wait for proper meal

Pizzas are good

Met up with some friends and had some drinks and played pool. The bartenders were very friendly and made great cocktails. The owner was social and a pleasure to see walking around the establishment. It was nice listening to live music. It was a busy night, so it was good that there was alot os seating available up front by the band, by the bar, and in the back by the pool tables.

Great food and great staff! Menu prices were reasonable. Cousin Vinny s is a great spot to go to for families with little ones. Recently moved to Sudbury from Toronto and the restaurants atmosphere reminded me of being back home with my family and friends. The server (I believe her name was Jessica, hopefully I didn t get it wrong!) was awesome, she was sweet, kind and super helpful. We definitely found our go to restaurant!

Vinnys has been our go-to for a while now and I think its time to go-from. The quality has decreased significantly while the prices increase. We want to support local but its getting hard to do so when the quality is negligible.

Great family spot to make regular outings to! We have ordered in house and take out and we have only had issues with takeout. Our pizza was undercooked but a quick call to the restaurant and it was corrected for us. Downside to ordering delivery is it can take a while to receive your order. We definitely recommend pick-up if you can or just eating in. Always friendly and helpful staff. Have the Salt Malt fish and chips if you can. It is AMAZING!

As breakfast goes, it was quite good! Their pan-fried potatoes are really good. Our server was excellent, lots of staff coming by to see if we needed more coffee, and to make sure we were taken care of, despite how busy it was. Would definitely go again.

Took 2 hrs from start to finish. Food was cold and the veggies were raw. The salad came with the end core of the lettuce. 1.5 hours to get garlic bread. Never again.will not recommend to anybody

Always enjoyed food, but Easter Sunday went for fish and we were all disappointed usually we get fresh beer battered fish this time we got what looked and tasted frozen fish,after telling my family how good there fish was it was totally embarrassing

Amazing food and service. We enjoyed a family bday supper at the Hanmer location after 2 years of not eating out due to Covid. We cant say enough about the pleasant experience we had. Our server Nicole was amazing, professional, and always smiling. Couldnt have asked for better! And the food was so good. Between us all, we ordered everything from Steak/Seafood, Pasta and Chicken dinners. Not one complaint other than each plate could have served two people. Vinnys is not shy with their portions. Looking forward to eating at Vinnys again in the near future! :)

Ordered takeout for delivery. Order was wrong... they gave us chicken fingers we did not order, and did not give us the salad we did order. Wings were not well cooked, cheese curds were sour, Cajun chips were dried put and too salty... and to top it all off, I was sick all night, and the next say after eating from here. Gross.

The food and service is great, the alcoholic drinks leave something to be desired though. I ordered a whiskey sour and it tasted like a tom collins... Apparently thats how they make them.. Odd.

Excellent Food

Just went to Vinnys in Hanmer and had the worst experience. Got there at noon. Restaurant was almost empty. Less than 10 tables. We were seated in the back booth by the pool tables. It was 1:25 and we still hadnt received the food we ordered (breakfast... eggs and bacon nothing fancy). We had 3 waitress come to us offering us coffee after coffee and explaining they got bombarded by 2 groups of 30. Waitress said: you didnt see them when you came in? I said there was 2 tables in the front when we came in. I asked if they were eating yet. She said oh no not at all. So I went to the bathroom in the front and noticed most of them had food and were almost done eating. Waitress kept blaming it on the groups of 30. They said they would offer us a discount. We ended up walking out after an hour and 20 minutes with no food. Walked past the owner and he said your food is just about ready. To be honest, the first Waitress forgot to put your order in. Why not just be honest from the start? Unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst service and meal. Pretty sad they gave the private room to another group after having it booked. Two hours to receive our meals. Part of our family leaving due to such a long wait. 150.00 discount and an apology. Wont be back

This is a definite favorite when it comes to choices of affordable restaurants with excellent food! The staff are always courteous and friendly. There is so much to choose from and everything is so delicious.

Got 3 pizza that I think would be considered larges brachettea garlic bread and such..... Im from.outta town and by far the best pizza and apps Ive had in a long time ... well worth the 100 bucks I spent..... would do it again in a hart beat amazing ...... will be coming back everytime.im here

My family does enjoy cousin Vinnys food, and we do order/dine in at the restaurant frequently. The dine in experience is always great. However when it comes to delivery services, almost every time we either have something wrong or Miss in our order. Also, we are in Capreol so I do understand that it takes longer for food to get delivered out here (usually about an hour).. last night when we ordered at 8pm we didnt end up getting our food until 9:40pm.. a whole 40mins later than the expected delivery time. We ended up having to contact the restaurant via Facebook for them to look into it for us.. who knows if we would have gotten our food, if we hadnt contacted them.. all in all the food is great, dine in is great but, I dont believe we will be ordering delivery from them any time soon.

The server was pleasant, treated each customer with respect, and always checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was served timely and was awesome.

Server was great....my wings were bland and tasted freezer burnt....were made wrong first time...they took them away and was brought bland dark brown freezer burnt tasting and dry.....very disappointed with food..never again will I go

Food took forever to get and when we received it, it was over cooked and under cooked...server was great brought our drinks right away. Manager did sorted it out and we did not have to pay for the meal that was not eaten...all and all would not eat there again.

We ordered pizza, wings, stuffed mushrooms, deep fried cheese curds and spinach dip and let me just say, best wings Ive had in a long time, very generous with the sauce, Best pizza Ive had In a long time. Was there for a company event and the food and service was great!

Ordered wings. Two pounds medium and two pounds honey garlic with Medium on the side. Got two pounds medium and two pounds hit with suicide in the side. So hot I couldn t even eat them. Called to tell them and they apologized which was nice but I wasn t going to wait 20- 30 more minutes to have a new order delivered. I clearly got someone else s order and they got mine. Just be more careful loading orders. Trying to support local, but this made me not want to order food again.

Normally an excellent place with great service and food (4.5 stars); also, gotta support local. But I have to write this because Ive experienced something completely unacceptable in a service industry. In anticipation for their Valentines Special this year, we called two days in advance to ask about pre-ordering; the info we got was to call the day of, closer to our desired pick-up time. Valentines Day comes, we call at 2:00 in the afternoon to order for 5:45 pick up, not unreasonable we would think. We know how busy it was going to be. We were asked our pick-up time, then we were told to call back an hour before pick-up and they can definitely get our order ready for then. Call at 5:45, our kitchen is backed up, so were not taking orders now so they can catch-up. Call back after 5 Now were getting a little POd, because now weve been shoved down the line multiple times and clearly these other customers are getting their turn. Called back after 5:00 (tried 10 times in 5 mins) couldnt get through at all. If its first come first serve, then our order could have fallen in line like the others and be ready by now. But instead, it lead to us going elsewhere for dinner. Sure we could get heated with them over the phone, but who would that serve? Our only hope is that management sees this and will correct this in the future. We can understand when things get busy....but when customers are clearly showing the initiative to call early so the kitchen knows, but get shafted to the back, thats simply poor service. That would be like reserving a table a day ahead and arriving only to find your table is taken because everyone else in the valley showed up before you, while the staff tell you better luck next time. I hope there is a next time, and I look forward to enjoying a meal from Vinnys.

Ordered online through their website. Had a large enough order. One one order we had put a comment regarding an allergy. A few minutes after placing the order, the restaurant called and advised that the sauce for the pasta contained a product that this person was allergic to. We had a quick conversation and switched the sauce. Great customer service and the food arrived in the timeframe indicated on the website when we ordered. Nothing was missing and all was well packaged individually. We enjoyed a great meal.

Wow! Wow! wow! They dont even deserve one star. We were just there (July 15, about 3pm) We were willing to eat outside cuz it had finally stopped raining. The first lady who met us at the door was very friendly and pleasant, she was ready to go dry a table outside for us. Then enters a older lady asking us if we were really going to eat outside. I said yes! (Keep in mind it had stopped raining) The older lady goes on to say, well if it rains Im not going back and forth. We thought she was joking at first. But she was serious!!! Her tone with us was so unacceptable!! I have never been treated like this ever!!!! Before we were even out the door she was complaining about us...ya we herd you! So unprofessional. I really hope something is done about service like this. We will definitely never go back, and we loved your food. Very disappointed and hungry ex-customer.

One star is being generous just talked to Chris which was a very unpleasant experience I called to inquire about booking his room for an event for after we go into the next phase Im August he then told me he does not like doing events before September but yet he does weddings it does not say anything about this on how website. Then he told me being here in the north it is very hard to get things going here not sure what that meant? Im from the north and have been very successful. He was not very pleasant to speak to at all and actually was argumentative it was a major turn off I guess he is independent enough doesnt need the business!

We had our wedding here, 15 people. At first they took some time to prep the salads, but all the food was delicious, portions were large and prices matched the quality. The staff was amazing, they made sure we had a great time, special thanks to them.

We wanted a sit lunch after 15 months of covid and all we got was a very bad meal that that we couldnt eat .We will never ever go back to Vinnys. l must say if you go be careful what you get . It shouldnt even get one star.

How do you deliver a Taco salad with no salsa, no sour cream and no dressing so thanks for the plain lettuce. So called and they said would deliver the toppings got Catalina dressing a house dressing and Italian - nothing that resembles sour cream or salsa. Lack of oversight and follow through after the initial complaint

As someone thats been spoiled with top tier Italian food coming from Sault Ste Marie, my expectations here werent the highest. I was, however, pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed my meals from here. Strictly takeout due to the current rules, but this place is an absolute gem in a smaller community like Hanmer. Highly redeemed this place to anyone looking for a good meal. Pricing isnt horrible, but reflects quality.

Went for all you can eat wings. Super happy to see that you have the option for breaded or naked wings. A++. Flavours are great, missing Electric Honey, but overall great experience.

Was in Hanmer for a lived ones passing. We happened to see the sign and give it a try. Amazing ! The garlic shrimp was fantastic,the French onion soup was the best Ive had in a while ! Poutine small size was huge :) , the sausage penne was not very good the sausage tasted terrible almost like a balogna taste but with a better sausage it would have been great. Very pleased with the food and the cost. The half price apps was a treat on the bill too. Cant wait to visit the area again to have another meal !

Was up in Hamner for work and was told to go there for dinner and I was not disappointed! Amazing wings, cozy atmosphere, great service! Next time I am in the area again I will definitely will be stopping by!

1. BURNT Pizza....they offered a free pizza. 2. Cashed in on free pizza and it took over 2 hours to deliver. 3. Sent them a message and they called to apologize but then asked to try dining in or not ordering takeout during peak hours lol 4. During Covid19 thought wed give them another shot as there is not much in the Valley that will deliver. Once again we are 2 hours waiting for food. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I find Vinnys to be fairly expensive. Every time I order or take out, theres always something wrong with it. Either its burnt, soggy or bland. The service isnt that great either. One time I had to wait over an hour for my pizza. The waitress said I forgot about it and it was cold. There needs to be some MAJOR improvements! The menu is always the same and theres no new food items. Plus, nothing is homemade like they claim

I ordered supper for my mom and grandmother on mothers day for delivery, and they were a little late, but reasonable on a holiday. They also delivered the wrong order, which my mom didnt know because she didnt know what I had ordered. They went back 20 minutes later apologizing and delivered the correct order on top of letting them keep the other order. My mom didnt accept the correct order on top of, seeing the delivery person explained that the owner lets the employees keep the wrong orders. Very pleased with the outcome. Mom said food was delicious.

The pizza that has the gooey cheese my kids love. Poutine was great they enjoyed in too. Love the wings they were cooked perfect.

Ordered fish and poutine and got decent fish however the poutine was missing a key part, gravy. No gravy. After calling to have the situation fixed so I can enjoy the 30$ dollar meal I was told I can get 10% off my next meal. Its ok,your 15% tip as well as the cost of the gravy more than covers my loss and I still dont have the food I ordered. Keep your 10% and maybe go read the art of motorcycle mechanics if you even know how to read. If everyone did their job this way nothing would ever be done right

We went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday 3 people and our bill was 163 dollars. Menu said your choice of side we were charged for all our sides!! Never any mention about added cost.
