A great local business with quality products made to order...the best subs ever!!
The absolute nicest and most welcoming sub shop. Right away I was greeted with a smile from 2 of the most wonderful people. They made me feel at home and were so kind to Let me try a meat ball. The service was so as great as the food and so quick. Will he returning :)
Been eating from here since I was a young girl. The entire family are absolutely wonderful. Always welcoming and the subs are THE ABSOLUTE BEST SUBS IVE EVER HAD!!! 🤤🤤🤤❤️
This place gets me everytime. The fresh buns, the homemade feel to the Sub. Everything u want from a sub shop and then some. Food that makes u feel good!
I like the taste of fresh buns and the overall taste is fantastic. I don’t eat subway ( buns are dry), cheap toppings and cheap portions and prices are out to lunch. Suzanne prices are fair and the food is good. I drive 25 minutes and past 4 subway shops to go to Suzanne if I want a great sub sandwich. Friendly staff and a great experience every time.
Amazing customer service, the staff is always pleasant and happy to see me and every other customer when i was waiting for and ordering my sandwich. Great subs as well, the Rambo is fairly priced for what you get as it's enough to split between two people and feel stuffed. I absolutely recommend Suzanne's, the ingredients are far fresher and the staff is more friendly than subway in my opinion.
I moved down the street a year ago, been buying subs for lunch a lot but tonight I decided it was finally time to try the Rambo. I could never justify spending 20 bucks on a sandwich before.... until now. This was the biggest and best sub I have ever gotten in my entire life!!! Be aware though, this is probably enough to feed someone for 3 meals. Now for the best part, it was pouring rain when I came in, I decided to walk because I only lived a couple doors away, and I left without even thinking of asking for a bag. Only to turn around and see the young man that was working, chasing me down the street to bring me a bag so I didn't get the sandwich wet! Seriously great service in this place. It'll forever be my favourite sandwich spot
Love this place. I have been coming here since I was a teen in High school. I almost forgot about it, despite driving by it daily. Last night I decided to stop in and grab a RAMBO, and MAN was i glad I did. Sure friendly and fast service, and an Andre the Giant sized sammich that weighed in at 1.050KG. the RAMBO truly is the king of subs.

Customer service is 10 out of 10 and the Subs are a solid 6 or 7 out of 10 Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely kid friendly. Picture it as your last local mom and pop shop left. This is THE destination that i would give my kids 20-40$ and tell em to get whatever they want.

If I wanted my sub warmed up in a microwave, I would do my own subs 6 home. I thought it was a better place. Because people kept saying it was really good. Warming up my food in a microwave was disgusting. Microwaves dry out food. I dont know why they dont have proper sub ovens
The BEST subs! Nobody else makes a chuckwagon like they do! The Rambo and Cleopatra are definitely worth a try too if you are sharing with friends!!!

Came here for the first time last summer and got the Rambo sub and was amazed at the size and value of the sub. Went today to get a meatball sub and it was revolting. The meatballs were rubbery and tasteless, hardly any sauce, and there was way too much cheese (probably to mask the taste of the meatballs). I was asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes thinking they would do it in a toaster oven or something, but no they proceeded to nook it in a microwave for way too long. I took two bites and threw the rest away. I prefer to support local business but unfortunately I wont be returning.

Cleo and Super Assorted are my favorites, Ive been going here since I was a kid. Its one of my favorite memories with my dad, getting a sub on the weekend. I love this place. 20-15 years later theyre still delicious.

I hidden gem in Hanmer that deserves more recognition Suzannes subs is like a time capsule to the past. Their interior is cute and dated back from when I assume their first opened. They do subs the classic way with both sides of the bread cut. They overload your sub with meat which makes for a satisfying sub. If youve never been, I suggest you go, you wont be disappointed!

I have been buying a regular cleo here for a very long time and find now that there is less meat in it than before and the bread also seems a little thinner. They also charge a lot more for less. Im all in for supporting small business but cant put up with this anymore. Time for a change and go somewhere else.

Good quality. My one complaint is they wont put vegetables ( onions hot peppers etc.) On a meatball sub. They say we dont do that here!! Seems silly every other sub place does. And thats how I eat my meatbal subs. I dont even ask anymore .

Quaint little place. Friendly staff (funny guy preparing the subs). Food was delicious. Ordered a few different subs and everyone commented about how tasty they were! The bread is super fresh and tasty!

Best subs ever. For the first time today. We got nothing but rudeness from the people that work there. My sub had a peace of hair in it and when called he sounded confused when made the complaint. Then he finally said he was going to fix me up. Never said to me on the phone bring the sub back so I tossed it in the garbage. So My son goes there and he tells my son to bring back the sub and you well get thr new. So we took out of the trash and gave it back to them. When my son got back they were nothing rude. Witch not very appropriate at all

Havent eaten here yet but I was vary un impressed with staff the first time I went there and was shoeed away by staff at 1 minute to 8 saying they were closed. So I have be reluctant to go back

Always rode my bike down the street to Suzanne s as a kid to get my favourites like the BLT or Assorted. After moving back to the neighbourhood, I ve introduced my family to it and everything is just as it was 31 years ago. Awesome staff and freshly made subs. Hands down better than all the big chain sub shops.

Hidden Gem! Delicious subs!! My wife loves their meat ball sub and I had to try the Rambo Sub, it did not disappoint! Lots of meat could almost have 2 meals from the regular, couldnt imagine eating the super size in one sitting! Next visit Ill share pics

It was my first time at Suzannes Sub shop I ordered 2 subs one meatball and super assorted wow it was amazing place the staff working the if the are owners the dont Steer their customers wrong I had asked about the seafood and they were honest with meAbove it so I grabbed a meatball and a super assorted wow what an amazing sub I will go back for sure prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly very neat clean place thank you so much and have a great day

Its a bit of a drive to the location from in town . By far the best subs Ive ever had surpassing subway by alot. Apon entering the location I was greeted with open arms and great customer service . Id highly recommend Suzannes subs to all friends and family to atleast try once . The variety of toppings is also great. Before even going to the location I had 3 close friends that live in the hanmer area recommended me grabbing atleast one sub apose to my usual subway cravings , thankfully I was not let down . Will continue going when Im in the area .
