43 S Main St Suite 2, Hanover, NH 03755, United States
Lively tavern for pizza, drinks & pub grub in welcoming digs with Ivy League memorabilia & a patio.
The wait time was a bit long (30-40 minutes), but the food quality made up for it. The bang bang shrimp was okay, though the sauce had a unique flavor—like sweet mustard with a hint of spice—that didn’t quite resonate with me. However, the locally sourced burger was excellent! Highly recommend giving it a try.
Had one of the best meals ever here!! Can’t get over how delish their seasonal rigatoni with butternut squash and sausage was. One of those meals I will think back to and wish I could travel back in time and eat again. My mom and I had a great experience here, great food, atmosphere, got seated quickly and very kind service. Was visiting from out of town and Molly’s did not disappoint!:)
We were so pleased when we stopped for lunch here. Despite how busy it was when we arrived, the hostesses were super friendly and we were seated within 20 minutes. The drinks were great, the spinach artichoke dip was ABSOLUTELY the best we've ever had, and the chicken carbonara was amazing too. The waitress was pleasant and attentive even though it was slammed during our Sunday visit. Wish we were local because it would definitely be a go-to place for us. One thing to note is that there's no waiting area so it was a bit crammed at the entrance, and they do not call/text after they put your name on the wait-list.. so you just have to wander around and check back periodically.
Cozy vibes. Food and serious came out fast. The wait was only ten minutes for two people. Staff were very nice. Came twice over during dinner to ask if we were good! I didn’t see a wheelchair accessible entrances. The bathrooms were located on the lower floor with no ramps or elevator. Bathrooms were clean and well taken care of!
It was very crowded we didn’t have a reservation but we only had to wait 20 minutes to get a table and when we got one it was really comfortable. The waiter was really nice and made sure we were good. He made good recommendations about what we should order when we weren’t sure. Even though he was probably stressed he still took a picture for us. The food is amazing I had the Tacos and I can definitely recommend. The portions were perfect not too much and not too little. Would definitely go again. It was also cheaper than expected.
Everyone I. Town suggested Molly’s to me and now I know why! Great tasting food end uniquely located in Hanover’s Main Street! You can’t go wrong! Highly recommended to all my friends and family.
The food overall was pretty ok. It wasn’t bad where I couldn’t eat it but wasn’t great where I enjoyed eating. Maybe I got the wrong thing from the menu. I got spicy tuna and steak and sprouts. Restaurant vibe is good and cute. I don’t think I would come back unless this was only open restaurant in the area while I am here.
Excellent food and service. Started off with the spinach dip....delicious. I got the chicken carbonara, which was fantastic. My friend got the sherry tomato rigatoni, which she loved. I also brought a rigatoni with steak home for my husband. He really enjoyed it. I noticed that they had carrot cake, so I also took home a piece of that. It was a huge piece and delicious. If ever in the area again, I'll be back.
Decent quality and selection of foods. Can t beat $3 margaritas
Molly s never disappoints. The burgers are fantastic and the chicken sandwich is delicious. Our server, Patrick, was working the bar and dining room, doing the work of three people, and somehow keeping up. We visit whenever we re in town and always enjoy the food and atmosphere.
Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere! Best sweet potato waffle fries ever!
Avoid takeout. I ordered a single slice of cake for $9 at 7:22 pm that said it would be ready at 7:52 pm. I arrived and then waited and waited at the hostess stand. I checked in several times with the hostess, and was assured they were working on my order. I finally left at 8:42 without my order. It was a busy night and I was refunded but clearly something is wrong.
Had supper there after a long day of leaf-peeking on the VT side of the river. Food was excellent. We were able to relax and enjoy a stroll around the campus. All good. Vegetarian options: Had a rice bowl, very tasty.
Nothing but high praise for this restaurant! Super busy so I couldn t comment on the dine in experience. But some friends and I got take out and maaan so I wish I could have it again right now! Everything about all of our meals were perfect. Good selection of food on the menu and deliciously prepared. Next time I m passing by I ll make sure to stop in for lunch or dinner. This is a must eat at place!
Everything was okay, nothing special
Great food and cheap margaritas
Nice bar and grill. Brickoven pizza. Friendly and fast service.
I met a good family friend who is a student at Dartmouth. We had heard from him about Mollys and it was a great place to meet. The chicken breast - minus the bun was a good choice and the cole slaw was excellent. Definitely worth stopping by. Dietary restrictions: No problem asking them to hold the bun for keto friendly. Parking: Got their at 4:30 and paid $.75. Thats cents!
Thank you for making my darling s birthday dinner incredible!
Way too busy, pricy, and limited options.
Great food - the pizzas are fantastic. And really great location close to Dartmouth campus.
Giant waste of time. Waited over a hour for a table with the most unorganized process I have ever seen. Seated was served flat sodas that we sent back and came still flat. Waiter basically ignored us for 20 minutes. We left without ordering food because it was a giant waste of time.. 2 hours of my life I won t get back.
They were clearly not prepared for family weekend at Dartmouth. Crazy busy and accepting walk-ins. There was no way to notify when your table was ready. They just told us to come back in about 50 minutes to an hour. There needed to be a better system, because it was completely disorganized. Preferential seating to 2-tops versus larger parties. We eventually accepted a table on the patio, just to get seated. As we walked through the restaurant, I noticed at least 3 empty (and clean) 4-tops that we could have been seated at. Once on the patio, we were brought flat sodas. Sent them back and got still flat sodas. The mug for my tea did not look like it had been washed. We received these drinks and then were ignored by waitstaff for over 15 minutes, even though we had informed them we were ready to order. They would glance at our table and then check on another table. We got up and left. Everyone in my party has worked food service and we agreed that this was unacceptable, despite how busy the restaurant was. Next year, I hope they are more prepared.
Great college town atmosphere! Parking: Good sports bar! Food : 5/5 |
Huge restaurant, usually pretty full. Food is overpriced and menu is a little out there but they have great pasta. I didn t love the Asian inspired dishes so much. The burger is standard, and the salads are in my opinion very expensive (and sometimes the chicken in them is burnt). Overall they are decent if you know what to get and what to avoid. Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly
The food was awesome, but the guy behind the bar (Justin) that also served us was a jerk. He brought us our check before we finished eating.. twice.. (and we were not taking it slow). Once during our main and the other at dessert. It didnt feel welcoming at all.
Fantastic
One of the best in Hanover NH.
Excellent food, motivating quotes on walls, great beers. Loved this stop while on vacay.
Went for a bday dinner. They were able easily accommodate my sons food allergies, he had a great meal. Our server was great helpful and responsive. Will definitely go back again. It is so hard to find a new place to eat that is helpful with the food allergy piece.
Excellent location with a variety of meal options and drink options. $5 margs was a great deal and the best artichoke dip that I have ever had. The wait moves faster than most restaurants and does get busy during peak hours. Parking along the street is easy to find
Hotspot in Hanover next to Dartmouth... nice college town
Charged me $12 for an perfectly ordinary draft beer. I asked if it was a mistake--it was not. Thats a reasonable price for a NYC airport bar in the year 2065, but kind of nuts for a small-town dive bar in 2024. Food was mediocre and the entirety of the atmosphere was overhearing the bartender complaining about her customers to another customer.
The food is really good. The staff unfortunately none of them is smiling. They look so pissed of, zero eye contact. Please pay them better maybe. Each employee deserve to be happy at their job and every client deserve a little smile. Thank you! Food : 5/5
We enjoyed this restaurant. It has a pub atmosphere. The food was very good. My husband and I both had fish and chips. It came with a big piece of fish and two smaller pieces with fries, cole slaw and tartar sauce. He had a beer and I had a pomegranate Margherita. A mini loaf of bread before our lunch came was so good. Would definitely go back. The tab was only $54 before the tip.
The food has never failed me. Service was great. Easily one of the best restaurants in the area for the price.
Every one at Mollys is top notch!!! Meg is awesome!!! I stop in after work a few times a week! Its a must in Hanover, NH!!!
Mollys is my to-go place for their $3 margaritas! Nice ambience and all, but disappointing and limited food menu.
Good food great atmosphere
Great place. Varied menu. We had pepperoni pizza and a half salad. Very good food and a great waitress. Highly recommend.
We had a Brussels Sprouts and roasted veggies salad and fish and chips. Salad was fantastic. Generous portion of very crispy fish, good Cole slaw and fries. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
Delicious food! Fast and friendly service.
Good value for money. Impeccable service! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options Parking: There is public parking nearby.
Very good Margherita
It s such a great Hanover staple! Very consistent, good quality and always busy. I would also say they deliver on their best margaritas in town statement ! Nice job over the many years congrats!
Nice for dinner
Always a great time at Mollys in Hanover. I stop by every time I am in the area and have never been disappointed. The waitress could have acted like she didnt just put her dog down that afternoon, a very odd young lady.
Great service staff
Food is good but service is terrible. Sat outside and elderly waitress kept yelling at us from across 3 tables, interrupting our conversations, forgetting stuff from our order. She rushed us in general, because she wanted to go home. Of course they always still want a massive tip, regardless of their bad service. Not sure I should keep eating here.
We are regulars at Mollys because of the fresh, flavorful, and varied dishes, the family friendly atmosphere, attentive happy, staff and reasonable costs. Dont pass up the opportunity to stop in for a great experience! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Its an OK place, nothing notable but a decent value. Wheelchair accessibility: I think the only bathrooms are downstairs, there may be an elevator somewhere. Food : 4/5 |
Amazing food
My wife and I ordered the Turkey BLT($16) and Fish and chips($19). Her fish was good, and the coleslaw was great. Her fries, like mine, seemed old, but still warm. Probably been sitting out for quite a while. My Turkey BLT which was supposed to come on a toasted brioche bun instead arrived on toasted tasteless white bread cut on the diagonal . No explanation from waiter. The fries were just like my wifes, old but warm and chewy. So, BLT means BACON, LETTUCE, and TOMATO. Well, bacon was present - a half piece maybe - on one side of the sandwich and the single small tomato slice - about 2 inch in diameter had been exactly centered in the middle of the sandwich so each side got a one inch piece of tomato. Lettuce was okay. Turkey meat was standard deli fare, nothing special, and stacked an 1/8 high. Wow!! Thats all for now. Hope they decide to reexamine what a sandwich is - its NOT two pieces of bread with nothing in the middle.
I was there for two hours and all I got was appetizers, if I would have ordered? I probably would ve to bring my luggage. My waitress was the epitome of apathetic. The nachos were cold and anemic. Chicken fingers were meh! I would have ordered a lot more if the service was better. Other tables got their orders in after us and got their food before us. After ordering appetizers, she walked away and didn t even give us time to order our drinks. I had to stop her the next time I saw her 15 mins later!
Our waitress was wonderful. The tuna tacos were great too.
Food was good, waitress was decent and I loved the atmosphere
Kid-friendliness: Crayons on every table to entertain the littles. Food
The fish and chips was amazing and the slice of carrot cake we took home was humongous! If we loved closer wed be back for more
Very nice, I liked the old house
Hair under burger . Gross
Mollys is great, always a good place to take my team out to dinner when in town. Atmosphere, food and drinks dont disappoint, except on this trip, our waitress was rude and abrupt with me, hence my 1 star for service, otherwise I would have rated it a 5 as per my usual visit. I hope she was having an off night, and was typical. Parking: Street parking available where possible, or a shirt walk since its on a T junction with traffic lights. Kid-friendliness: Seating and accommodation for kids Wheelchair accessibility: Access with a small step at entrance.
Fun place. Nice for families around 5. Nice. Variety of choices. Chicken a little overdone for my taste but food was good. Certainly go back.
I got the Brussels Sprouts salad, and it was fantastic. I was with two others who got the Caesar salad. We were traveling from Alabama and just happened upon this. We enjoyed the restaurant!
A decent American food place. It s a college town staple that features pizza, pasta and burgers. We had two burgers. Both were pretty good. If you want easy going pub fare in an easy going atmosphere than Molly s will be a safe choice.
We picked the perfect weather to have lunch outside. The drinks were great service was spot on and food amazing. We both had salad for lunch and it was wonderful.
6.8/10. Food is decent staff is nice. Pricey for what you get. Food : 4/5
Bang bang shrimp! It came, I saw, I conquered. SIMPLY AMAZING. Think they put some honey Dijon mustard in the sauce. It was wonderful. Also got the strawberry mango mocktail with sprite. That was fiyah!!! Service was perfect! Kid-friendliness: We brought our baby and they easily accommodated us.
Had takeout for a conference; the chicken, rice, bread, broccoli, and carrots are amazing
Burger could not have been more perfect! The bread they give you to start is delicious too (esp the whipped honey butter). They cover the table in brown paper and give you crayons (even the adults) which is super fun. Service needs work. We ordered another round after dinner and the server rushed us out before we were even halfway finished. (She literally said something like you need to leave so I can make money ) I would understand if we were really lallygagging but it couldn t have been more than 5 minutes after she brought us the round (that she suggested). Overall, we will be back!
Very friendly staff
I had a gluten free pizza and it was great!
Great staff - food was fab!!
Really good wings and burger
A wide variety of gluten free options. Parking: There s a pay parking lot in back of the restaurant Food : 4/5 |
Molly s Restaurant and Bar is a great place! The wait is extremely long, so make sure to make a reservation beforehand. However, they make up for it with superb decorations and delicious bread. The honey butter was sugary and sweet, absolutely devour-worthy. Chicken sandwich was good, but I wish it had more bacon. Overall, a great place in Hanover! Check it out if you re nearby.
Had the most amazing lunch there last week. Im low-carb no-sugar, so finding a good meal in a restaurant is difficult for me. So I asked our very-helpful server for a breadless Philly cheese steak with sweet potato waffle fries. The meat, onions, peppers, and mushrooms all tender and warm were absolutely delicious. AND instead of melted cheese being the topper for the mound of meat and veggies, it had been stirred through and made every bite a delight. Checked all my boxes. My husbands burger was also perfect, a little pink on the inside and nicely browned all around, accompanied by a side of coleslaw. We left the restaurant completely satisfied, and plan to go back often.
Great vibe. Great service. Great food.
Great restaurant. Great bartender would recommend.
Food was great service was OK
Trash. Waited 20 mins for burnt bread.
Food was good. Lots of bar options. My meal came out wrong and took another 20 mins to get so everyone had eaten before my meal actually came out.
First time going to Mollys, and I had a great time!! EVERYTHING was beyond wonderful!! The service, the food, the environment, the price...EVERYTHING!
As with most restaurants, the lack is not enough employees. Our server was also bartender and busboy. No hostess either. Food was ok. One dining partner noticed that the server was attentive for alcohol but not regular drinks. I will not go back.
Great for American cuisine and culture.
We enjoy both the food and the ambience of this place, right in downtown Hanover New Hampshire. Try the Philly cheese steak.
Love this landmark restaurant!
Absolutely LOVED the Bang Bang Shrimp here. Incredibly flavorful with just the right amount of kick to delight the spicy taste buds. Service was fast and efficient on a Friday night during peak dining hours. Great dining experience; well be back every time we visit Hanover! Dietary restrictions: Daughter eats gluten-free only, and is able to find tasty fare here. Parking: Parking spaces on the street can be difficult to find during peak times in this campus town neighborhood.
The food tastes REALLY good, but I wouldnt reccomend going there on a weekend night because the lines can take up to 1 hour
The food and service here was great. No complaints other than the waiter pulling all 8 of us in the same check. Clearly that many people arent paying together, youre just hurting your tip more than anything.
I really like Mollys. Great place to take kids/family, but reservations are highly recommended unless you want to wait a while. They usually have a great beer selection, and cheap (but eminently drinkable) margaritas. They have an extensive menu with good options all around. I like their pizza, sandwiches, pasta dishes (esp their mac and cheese), salads... Basically havent found something I really didnt like yet, at least within the spectrum of things I usually order.
Always consistently great food and service...
An honest review after dining several times over the past few years: Consistently poor service - having to ask for water, silverware, bread, etc. Some food options are okay (tuna avocado, chicken quesadilla), others are quite awful (Mac and cheese is more grease than cheese) and the brownie has less flavor than boxed brownies. Apparently the Mac and cheese was voted as New Hampshire s best - please someone do a wellness check on that committee (if they exist). The servers are often unknowledgeable regarding beer on tap / specials. For the price, I would expect a lot more. Unfortunately, there aren t many other options in the Hanover area. Murphy s is a better option for ambiance, similarly priced food and drink.
Was here on Dec. 30 at about 7pm and they were out of many ingredients to cook the food properly. After picking a meal we were interrupted by the waitress telling us that they were out of cheddar cheese or gluten free crust for pizza. Just not the experience we were looking for.
I had dinner with a friend at the restaurant on 1/4/24. The server seemed like she might be new, but she was nice enough. There was a table seated about 10-15 minutes after us and their food arrived 10 minutes before ours. We had only ordered a pizza and tacos, so it shouldn t have taken too long as the restaurant wasn t especially busy. The tacos were disgusting. There was a bed of bland, seemingly straight out of the bag slaw at the bottom of the tortilla, topped with overcooked, dry and lukewarm fish nuggets. The quality of the food has unfortunately gone down significantly since the last time I was there. After our meal, it felt as we were being rushed out of the place as the server asked if we were ready for the check when we had barely finished eating. I planned to order dessert, but then a large party of college students was seated right next to us (there were at least four empty tables in the dining area), and the entire bench and row of tables we were in was full so it was difficult to hear my friend. We settled with the server and went to the bar area to order dessert where we could hear each speaking. I ordered a decaf coffee and dessert, while my friend ordered a regular coffee. It seems the server didn t pay attention when he served the beverages because it s nearly 4 in the morning and I am wide awake. It s not only annoying, but caffeine gives me heart palpitations, which is scary. All around, the service was subpar and the food wasn t good. Save your money and eat elsewhere, especially if you ve been to Molly s in the past and expect the same quality of food.
A great spot on Main Street in downtown Hanover. Welcoming, cozy vibe. Friendly service. Good food. The downtown Main Street area is so charming and cute, and Molly s fits right in. I asked my nephew, who goes to Medical school at Dartmouth, where to eat he immediately said Molly s! Good call!
Delicious pulled pork sandwich
Ordered an avocado chicken sandwich and boneless wings from Snackpass. Food took 20-30 minutes longer than expected and the sandwich was missing the avocado and some other ingredients. It was very plain and dry. The wings were stringy and soggy and got thrown out. Served with comically huge chunks of raw carrots, like rabbit food. I ve had better meals at Mollys before but this was such a disappointment, I d never go back.
anyone else here from canva
Service was a little slow, but the food was pretty good and a decent price.
Food was Fantastic, staff friendly! I truly enjoyable experience! Loved it! Vegetarian options: Salads are Delicious, Ill try a different one next time. I had the Apple and Avocado salad! Food : 5/5 |
We enjoyed the food and the service.
Dining at Mollys was a great experience. Their sandwiches are unique and interesting and everyone in our group thought their food was tasty and well prepared. Its a definite stop for us when were in the area.
Great food. Service was quite slow that night in spite of plenty of servers. Watched our food sit on the bar for over ten minutes before it was brought over cold.
Great place with nice atmosphere, food, and people. Highly recommend
Cozy place, great service, friendly staff. The boneless wings and Mexican street corn we ordered were great. Eating here was one of the highlights of our visit.
Scrumpdidlyuptious... always a stop anytime we are rolling through Hanover at supper time. They are great spot for killer pub food. Love the building, right downtown in the center of everything. The Bahn me was incredible.
Stopped in after a quick hike in the area. I had the Mac and cheese, which was very good, and Rob had the short rib rigatoni, which was also good. He also had a side salad which was a pretty good size salad. I had a small side salad with balsamic dressing that came with the Mac and cheese and my only gripe is that it came on the same plate as the casserole dish that just came from the oven and was very hot, so half of my salad was warm, which wasnt ideal. But overall, were very glad we stopped there and had a great meal. I also had a strawberry lemonade which was very good (I dont like them super sweet or super tart and this was very nice: more tart near the top and a little sweeter near the bottom where the strawberry was).
We had the chimmichiri steak and Buddha bowl ..both were excellent, as was the service.
Sit at the bar and enjoy a blueberry sangria.
The food was worth every penny (especially the pastas!) and the unique vibe of the restaurant elevated the entire experience. The staff members were kind, helpful, and accommodating. Kid-friendliness: There are crayons and butcher paper on each table! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp access available at the back entrance
If youre a margaritas person this is your place!!! I sat at the bar and watched many delicious drinks pass by me. I had a burger and salad because Im presently low carb. Go check this place out. Ill be back.
Consistently a good bet. Never a disappointment. Love the service.
Food was great. Everything we tried was good and flavorful. A genuine exception to most of the food weve had in the upper valley so far. A great surprise. Prices are too high on everything except the margaritas. Which are an amazing deal. Highly recommend.Service was moderately lackluster. Atmosphere is mixed? Its kind of a mix of dive and fancy. Silly sayings on signs just hasnt gone over well for me since like 2000. Vegetarian options: They have a beyond burger and several veg options
Out of towner here on a work assignment. Stopped here after a long work day. Sat here for ten minutes and not a soul came to offer water or take my order. Instead, they all hung out in the back chatting. Will never suggest this place to my business colleagues. Seated at Murphy s now. It s down the street in case you have a similar experience.
Loved Molly s. A bit of a wait to get a table for two for lunch on July Friday afternoon after 1:30pm, but worth that wait. My non-strict vegetarian daughter had delicious Mac and Cheese which was presented with a side salad, and I had the Chicken Avocado Sandwich served with bacon and hold-the-cheese. So hungry and eager to eat, I was halfway done and only then realized that I had to smear the avocado onto the sandwich, it being served on the side. Fries were too good to skip for my diet. The topper her is the Famous $3 Margarita which is a real thing! and served salted was great. Jessica the waitress was super and we had a seat with a view of the pedestrians outside. Would/will definitely return if daughter attends Dartmouth (on the coach to finish the pre-read and to extend the support for her sport, and she d commit today), but I could see locals hanging for hours at the bar and spending a lot of time and money here myself was this in my back yard.
Its been 30+ years since I visited Mollys (then called Mollys Balloon) and it is nice to know that while the name may have changed, the atmosphere, service and food remain as good as ever. Our waitress was quick, friendly and genuinely seemed like she was happy be there, and our drinks, appetizers and main courses arrived precisely when they were supposed to. Everything was fantastic, and we even got a prime booth next to the window to people watch while we ate and drank. Well be back!
Great place with solid food options. Classic college town restaurant, good food and great vibe.
We ve been coming for years. The faces change but the food quality and service never disappoints. There s a respectable beer and cocktail selection and enough variety on the menu to please all. This kid friendly establishment is one I would recommend. It has a decent outdoor patio area as well. The staff is properly trained and very courteous. This place is worthy of a visit if you haven t been.
A really fun bar/restaurant in Hannover. They say the margaritas are the way to go - but a great selection of local beers was hard to beat. And the steak tacos were fantastic! Fun environment - super helpful staff! A spot that every college town needs!
Excellent food and great service!
Call ahead seating is great so you dont have to wait. Great food, well cooked, good beer selection, and friendly staff. Parking: May have to wander a bit to find a spot. Pay at a kiosk.
Excellent food and service. Very pleased with our decision to dine there especially since we are from out of the area and we re choosing a place to eat blind
Service was okay. They were quick and efficient but not too friendly. I got the almond salmon and I was severely disappointed. The dish didn t even taste like salmon, the arugula was soggy, and I didn t like the quinoa. The only good thing was the bread and maple butter. The drinks were delicious though. The atmosphere has a very homey feel and I like the seats by the windows. Would only come back for drinks and bread/appetizers next time though.
Great middle of the way bar food and experience. Not to good not to bad. Just what youd expect.
Delicious place to eat when you re visiting Dartmouth. Mac n cheese and bang bang shrimp & noodles were really good.
Trip to Darmouth College, Mollys is in campus, great food, had beef with zucchini spaguetti, tuna tartare. Awesome
The food is first rate. Fresh & delicious. The Pad Thai had a coconut cream sauce I loved. The avocado tuna appetizer had lots of tuna and a spicy sauce. That app could be a meal itself. Definitely worth a visit. Parking: There is parking on the street but this was a holiday weekend. We went around to the back where there was paid parking.
The bartender was excellent. The drink and food recommendations were totally on point.
We were in town for a long day of heme/onc get established appts at Dartmouth and decided to get takeout on our way out upon recommendation from a friend. We ordered online which said food would be ready in 25-30 mins. It ended up not coming out until 50 mins after ordered and was lukewarm when we got it, and cold by the time we got it to the hotel 10 mins later. Too bad because the food would have been good hot and the atmosphere seemed fun had we been able to eat there. I only write the review because I have a feeling the online order app grossly underestimated the time until a 6p order was ready.
Friendly setting, welcoming staff, good quality and plentiful dishes, large choices, the only downside was the service was a little long.
Little pricey but good food.
Cant beat $3 house margaritas and a delicious French onion soup while visiting Dartmouth
First time being at Mollys me and two other friends met there in between I live in Chicopee Massachusetts and my friend lives in Coventry Vermont it was her birthday everything was delicious and perfect if thats possible perfect for us because we also enjoyed being together so that helped with the atmosphere the waitress was very attentive and understanding and patient because we didnt know exactly what we wanted at first and she was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations it was lovely thats the best word I can give it thank you and we definitely will be back
Service lost 1 * because the lady in the reception forgot us waiting at the bar for our table.
Everything I ve eaten here has been delicious. Especially the spinach and artichoke dip. Great service too! One of the best restaurants in the area
Great food and service!
1st time and was delicious , Second time food wasnt good I had French onion soup and wing special most of the wings were under cooked and my wife had the worst turkey burger ever she said it tasted like a plant base burger wont be going back again
Great place to go with a variety of choices for food. Surprised with how well the takeout service and quality of food was as well Food : 5/5
Loved this place! Could get very crowded but didnt have to wait long for a table! My chicken carbonara dinner was out of this world!!
Good place to come and catch some food. Decent atmosphere with old Darthmout Uni pics. Service is hit or miss
Love this place! Great food, great service, lovely atmosphere. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free meals available. Food : 5/5 |
Significant decline over the years. Underwhelming salad
Fabulous meal. Star of the show - fresh, yeasty, crusty bread with whipped honey butter. We all loved our meals. Thanks! Vegetarian options: Something for everyone! Parking: Go around back for more options. 2 hour paid. Wheelchair accessibility: A bit difficult but doable.
Best place for fresh food. Love the wood fired salad with blackened chicken!!
When you walk in the right side looked so nice and I was hoping to get a seat over there especially for my Birthday. However we were directed to the left side that is clearly the college side and is a dive bar.
Busy place, food and service was wonderful in heart of college town Dartmouth. Friendly place.
Food was pretty good, its a cute place to grab a bite. The service is its own story. The guy who helped us gave us the check while we were still eating. Bread and butter was fire.
Cant call ahead unless theres a line so they allow people to call ahead when they are busy and make the people who just showed up wait??? We got in right away anyways since those people didnt show up... Not sure I like the system but w.e
Great place. Never had a bad meal.
Sat in the lounge and enjoyed the service of our bartender, Megan. She was very busy but took time to make great suggestions for our lunch.
Carrot cake is a must
Crazy busy but the very good food delivered in a timely manner.
Really nice place to eat always crowded for dinner. The food is amazing! It is often crowded, so expect a bit of a wait for dinner. Food
Great spot for a pregame meal or drink
An iconic restaurant in Hanover. $3 margaritas which are always a deal, they have a brick oven which makes delicious pizzas and nachos. With this place being so popular right next to Dartmouth college, its always very busy. So if you want to come here, Id come earlier than later. Sometimes because of how busy it is, the service can be pretty bad. For the most part they do a great job though.
Great service, but the food is average. The veggies in my chicken stir fry were burnt black.
This used be a wonderful spot wasnt happy with any part of being there. It always full the past times that I have been there, was way over priced for the meals that we got .
I stop here every time I m in Hanover, never disappoints
