Great cider, wonderful location, attentive and helpful staff

Went there specifically for the sour cherry cider. Was not disappointed. If you love sour cherries as much as I do and drinks that are not sweet, this is the cider for you. Crispy and refreshing.

Lisa is so charismatic and funny, we loved our experience. The products are delicious and we were very well received. Super Nice discovery! Im starting to take the little detour again to get there.

We had a wonderful experience! The lady who served us knew her products well and was very friendly. Don t hesitate to take the tasting palettes to taste their excellent products in turn! Blush and Sour Cherry are my favorites in their products!

Beautiful location to watch the sun light up the orchard and sip a delicious taster flight on the deck.

Delicious cider! I loved the sour cherry, and the blush made from an apple with red flesh! Our server was so knowledgeable and passionate about the different ciders we had. Excellent excellent excellent.

This is a must if youre in the area. Great ciders : We loved Hopped, Sour Cherry & Pommeau the most. Great service : Sarah was wonderful! Dog-friendly covered patio. So dont worry about the rain and bring your pup along for great views!

Not sure Ive ever had such excellent service anywhere. We were doing a bike tour and stopped at this cidery and the flights were fantastic. The staff was clearly incredibly knowledgeable about the drinks; between all of us, I got to try their 3 flights and each were fantastic. I also highly recommend the chocolate pairing, it was quite fun! Furthermore, we went out biking unaware of the torrential rain. Even before we could have ordered anything, the staff warned us of the weather and asked whether we would get our bikes back in time to our rental place so they truly put the customer first. Once it DID eventually start to pour, they didnt rush us out (even though they were closed and had every reason to kick us out) and even helped us get to our cars safely. Truly so gracious, kind, and excellent cider to boot. A must-have when youre in PEC.

Nestle away in Prince Edward County this magical cidery will blow your taste buds away. If youre visiting wine country I highly recommend you stop by!

Some of the best Canadian made cider I ve yet to experience, a beautiful orchard with such a fun variety of ciders- which let the apples do all the taking. DEFINITELY a must for anybody passing through the County. Go enjoy and taste just what apples can do!

Really enjoyed stopping by Loch Mór and chatting to the owner about how the cidery came to be! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to PEC.

Great cider

The host was very friendly and shared lots of information around the different ciders on the tasting flights. The different tasting selections offered many flavours and Suzanne enjoyed the matching dark chocolate selections.

Tried both available flights and they were delicious. All the ciders had a distinctive profile and flavor which made them very enjoyable. You will find some crushable/easy-drinking ciders (Untamed), complex barel-aged ciders (Pommeau) and everything in between. Well worth a visit. Santé !

Many dry cider options. Didnt cop out by adding floral or other fruit to make the variations. Simply leta the apple shine. Enjoyed both flights, and found the bootlegger very unique (and bought it).

This spot was beautiful and very accommodating to our group! The cider selection was excellent and I found I enjoyed every variety they offered. Most of us went home with souvenirs.

Nice indoor and outdoor area with some Muskoka chairs facing the vineyard. I tried the Flight 1 for $12 - 2021 Untamed, Russet, Blush, Pommeau. I personally think the Fortified Pommeau - spicy sweet, smooth apple port was the best. It s $36 for 375 ml bottle but has won a tons of awards. Strong alcohol at 17% but very smooth. If you don t mind the strong alcohol content this is what I would recommend getting! Another interesting one is a pink coloured rose cider called Blush made from red-fleshed apples. Untamed and Russet were too dry for me but if you like that, I would try those.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner while picking up some ciders. He took the time to show us his orchards and explain the process of making these delicious drinks! Well worth the drive (they also deliver) and ordering for pick up is so easy during COVID. Highly recommend

Loch Mor has the best cider!

Had the opportunity last fall to visit with friends from the county, beautiful place, friendly owner, awesome cider, and we fell in love withe the pommeau, a sweet apple liqueur . Unfortunately we couldnt visit the county this spring to stock up again. So we had to order some online and wow quick and efficient service and delivery. Thank you.

Service was a bit slow, but understandable as there were only two people working on the weekend. Quiet, serene farm with outdoor seating and yummy ciders. You must try the cider and chocolate pairings!

Due to pandemic there was no tastings but the owner was very gracious about going over everything with us since we dont drink much cider. The space is lovely and the cost we drank today hit the spot.

A lovely tasting. I did the flight 1 with chocolate pairing and husband did flight 2. The server was wonderful to talk with. A delightful time overall. We are taking some cider home.

Proper County cidery run by passionate people. Their sparkly one won a double gold. And one taste and you ll know why. Lovely grounds - enjoy a flight of cider under the huge trees out front - and views up and across the Danforth road area. Some very interesting stuff being done here with fermented apple juice and it s worth your while to pop in and enjoy it !

Very nice and calm place to sip and discover cider

What a great place to stop. A large group of us stopped here while we were biking the Millenium trail. We were greeted with an excellent server who was really a lot of fun. Most of us ordered one of the 2 cider flights, and 3 others just ordered cider. We also ate local hummus and pita, while some others had a cheese selection. Service was FAST and friendly. A great place to go.

First off, its a lovely space, especially the back seating area. The cider flight with chocolate pairing was so good, and everything about the cheese plate was delectable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, beautiful cider house. The tasting room/store is stunning with its mid-century modern selection of furniture (hello teak). Highly recommend sampling the flight you ll likely buy a bottle (or more). We will definitely be coming back for a visit!

Wide array of delicious dry ciders (the best kind)! The owners were so friendly and explained where the apples came for each of their ciders. it was especially interesting to learn how their Pommeau fortified cider is made. Lovely shop and really nice seating areas in front and back. Definitely recommend a visit!

When touring The County they key is low and slow. The visit to Lock Mór Cider Company was the perfect fit, both in terms of time, sipping and eating. The cider flight provided a great opportunity to try a variety of offerings - all of which were good. The food menu, while simple, provided wonderful bites to enjoy! The charcuterie board - was on point! The service, even during these times, was friendly, informative and engaging.

Great find in PEC

Stopped by here while biking on the Millennium Trail and loved it! Friendly people, delicious unique ciders, great food options and a lovely place to sit outside under the trees out front on a sunny afternoon. Will be stopping by here much more often!

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon my wife and I had the pleasure of sampling each cider and we were very pleased. We both drink lots of cider from all over and have no complaints about their ciders. As a regular scotch drinker i was surprised how delicious and refreshing the whiskey cask cider was. We purchased some nice merch and some bottles to take home. Upon leaving one of the owners went out of his way to drive his truck down the road to meet us and thank us for coming with an additional bottle of cider. These are the kind of places I will continue to support. Thank you so much for the great experience, we can not wait to come back again soon!

The best cidery in the county. Great location, great owners, and amazing cider.

We found most of the cideries around Picton to be very friendly and give excellent service. This was better than most IMO. We had the flight tasting and the samples were excellent.

A new gem in the County. The whiskey and rum cider is a delightful surprise. The fortified wine is a must try as is the Loyalist Spy. It was hidden away when we went but wont be for long. Cant wait to come back.

Beautiful little cider co with delicious and unique ciders. Lovely spot just outside Wellington, easily accessed via bike on the millennial trail. Outdoor seating is shaded beneath large trees. Lots of seating at picnic tables for larger groups and muskoka chairs for couples or smaller parties. They offer flights of 4 tastings or cider by the mug (beautiful local pottery) and bottles to go. Favourites were the barrel aged bootlegger rum cider, hopped cider and loyalist spy cider. If you like dry ciders this place is for you. Owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated their strict covid precautions. Seems to be dog friendly too, at least outside!
