123 North Side Square Ste 100, Huntsville, AL 35801, United States
A burger joint with a passion for craft beer.
My wife and I have eaten here at Jack Brown's twice and both times have been fantastic! We've ordered 4 different burgers and they have all been absolutely delicious! On top of that, the fries come standard with a house sauce that is unique and delicious! Wish I knew what went into it so that I could make some at home! They've got relatively fast service and the staff are very helpful; really everything is great in the service department! It is a little cramped inside, but that is what you get with downtown Huntsville, wherever you go. They've got a good amount of space outside to alleviate this during the warmer months. Bottom line, I would recommend this place to anyone. And I am going to do just that the next time my friends and I are looking for a place to eat in Hunstville.
Sat outside because seating inside was limited, but the tables were just fine. Got a great Ron Swanson burger. New type of burger for me and I liked it a lot. Great sweet potato fries as well.
How can someone discriminate an American citizen that was born in another country? Do you have an idea how many Americans are born out of the country while their parents are deployed every year? Yes, we don’t have tatoos, colored hairs or use a different pronoun but we respect all. ALL WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION. While I saw the table in the back empty (fits 3 to 6 comfortably) the hostess said they were full and had a waiting time of 20 minutes. Then, the hostess “couldn’t understand” my phone number (because of my accent?!? - seriously I speak 5 idioms and in none a six will be heard as an eight) mistaken a 6 for an 8 and a 9 for a five and we repeated three times and she confirmed we would receive a text in 20 minutes. Never came. Two stars in this review is just because the awesome team in the kitchen and during lunch time that made exceptional quality burgers and gave us a high quality service in the more than 10 times we have visited before. We are never coming back to this location. We will expend our money in Tuscaloosa before or after Crimson Tide games. This hostess must be evaluated. We saw many people coming and being seated while we were waiting but we saw many more leaving and complaining.
Visited this dive bar on a Wednesday evening around 6:30. Seating is limited. Wait was about 20 min for 4. Burgers are perfect! Waitress came over promptly. Food and beer orders were placed. Food came out quick and delicious. ! This place is great for small groups. Their largest table seats 6.
This is definitely my new favorite burger. It was delicious. Also the fries are crinkle cut and taste pretty good too. The guy that waited on us was the best. Very friendly and a great personality. The atmosphere is so unique too. Rock music was a bonus for us. My husband and I already said we will be going back again very soon.
During a Saturday excursion to beautiful downtown Huntsville, the Redhead and I found ourselves in need of lunch. We'd previously heard rave reviews about Jack Brown's from two of our hockey friends and decided we'd try it out. We were very happy with our choice. We both ordered the Dr. Gonzo and split a fry basket. The burger comes with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized Guinness onions, Applewood smoked bacon and Swiss cheese. The burger was cooked to perfection, the right amount of medium rare juicyness without dripping everywhere. The last bite didn't turn into a soggy mess like you sometimes get with burgers. The toppings were perfectly cooked and positioned evenly - not just piled up in the middle of the burger. Perfection! The fries were "crinkle cut" - not my favorite usually, but these were the exception. Golden fried, HOT, crispy, HOT, and they came with a bottle of fresh JB sauce. That stuff is awesome! The service? On point and perfect! Our server was fun, quirky, answered our questions and took excellent care of us! The atmosphere was eclectic, quirky, fun. Are we going back? HELLS YEAH! That was a damn fine burger, and next time I am downtown, I will go back. Hope everyone enjoys the reviews I do. Follow and like and all that jazz, I love to get feedback and recommendations! Y'all be good to each other and enjoy every sandwich!
Only a few tables for more than 2 people, but it's worth the wait. Cobra Kai is my favorite! Ask the server for the Jack Sauce for your fries, it's is so good!!!
7/24 Update: Still a solid place to get a burger and beer. Never had a bad experience. I LOVE Jack Brown's. I always eat at the one on Chattanooga when I go and was so excited to see us get one in Huntsville. I finally got to go to this one and it's just as good. (Yay!) They have a huge selection of craft beer in cans but when I go out, I want something on draft. They don't have many taps (pretty sure it's 8) but thankfully the selection was good.
The long dark blonde haired hostess on Friday evening 12/20/24 at 7 pm was the rudest person I have encountered in a hostess position as of late. She REALLY needs to develop some listening skills as well as some human skills overall. Besides that the food here is FABULOUS and everyone else we have encountered is lovely. But train this hostess before you lose customers, she is horrid.
Came down for a week and so glad we found this place. Came back a few times to try more burgers.
Good time.
If you like burgers they make them here. Said I needed a receipt to retun my samasung TV, I know bestbuy saves this info with my phone number. They ended up giving me in store credit for the TV
Remember when you were young and you would miss school for being sick and the only thing to watch was the price is right and judge judy??
1st time visit ... will not be the last ... I did not know what I was missing! Great burgers ... I had the Wednesday special with jalapeño jelly on the side ... most excellent! I paired it with 2 (or 3) Oyster Bay IPAs ... great experience all the way around. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. 10 outta 10 would recommend. Update: I did go back ... with a date. The wait time was 30 minutes, but we decided that it was worth it, so i put my name on the waitlist. It was cold outside, and so we ordered drinks and waited inside. There was one spot at the end of the bar by the front door, and so when my date returned from the ladies room, I offered it to her and stood beside her waiting for a table to become available. An employee walked up and said that she could not sit there ... I responded by asking if someone was waiting for that single bar seat, and she said no. After a little back-and-forth, I could tell that she was not going to be swayed with reason or logic ... so we left ... and, good burgers and beer or not, my current plan is to never darken the door of this establishment again.
Great atmosphere, AMAZING BURGERS, great beer, great service. Personally love the sweet potato fries
Definitely a must if you are in the area!
Would never thought I see this day that a white woman would ask me too give my seat too another white woman do this fool think this 1950or 1960 this is well deep at Jack brown s downtown Huntsville Alabama ask to speak to a manager she was worse than serving all the other seats that were vacant you ask a black woman to up her seat no what you going do is give me my money back
Its always a treat whenever I go.
The burgers and the beer selection are top notch. Unfortunately, its so popular and they dont have reservations or to-go ordering, so if you go at mealtime you will be waiting awhile. Mid-day or late night, its great.
Walked up sat at table waitress took our order. Out of no where a guy came up and said are you on the wait list ? We said no not aware there was a wait list. Website says no reservations well that s a reservation in my opinion. Not to mention there were only two tables outside occupied and two empty tables. Don t waste your time parking and walking to eat here
Service and food is always a 10/10. Even if theres a wait, its worth it.
Great burger and sweet potato fries.
CHEESE FRIES .... Need I say more??
Good burgers and frys!
Best burgers I have had in town so far! The service was great! The grungy atmosphere was a plus for me! Great beer choices!
The cowboy burger and Cheese fries were delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommend if youre visiting.
Love the burgers here, always stop by when i am in huntsville. If you come here often ask about the notch club.
From the point we were seated, it took one hour and fifteen minutes to get two burgers and fries, pay & leave, and only because we finally went to the host and asked him to take our payment. HORRIBLE service. Slow. Employees standing around chatting with patrons, ignoring us. I suspect this was because we were not drinking alcohol? Will not be back, though the food was great. EDIT: Also, it speaks volumes that the management has not even responded to this review and at least apologized. Its been several months. So, I changed all my reviews to one-star. Yall dont deserve credit for anything if you cant even acknowledge we had a bad experience and apologize.
Great burgers and fries. Limited seating, but we sat at an outside table on a nice evening.
Great food drinks and service . We will be back next time in Huntsville
The first time I went I loved it. Now its the most terrible customer service Ive seen. As a single I walked in and could not sit at an open bar spot. I waited 40 minutes. Later there were 5 open spots at the bar and told I needed a purple cup. Never again
One of the best burgers I have had. Beer selection was great. Bartender was attentive despite the crowd.
Amazing burgers
Burgers are amazing highly recommend! Try the cheflets its awesome!
To me this is the place in Huntsville for late night food and beer. It s a small venue with limited tables for parties larger than 2, and gets a lot of traffic, so expect a wait on weekends. If you can get over waiting on the list and grabbing a purple cup somewhere else for a bit, service and food inside is well worth it.
Everyone was super nice, helpful and welcoming. My beer was never empty and the food was fantastic!
This was my first visit...it was comfy...friendly...my burger was great mad I left my to go on the counter...I appreciate the server giving me taste testers to...I enjoyd great conversation with the lady who sat beside me...it was a great Saturday afternoon.
I didn t try the food but the bartender was great and the darts was fun. Thanks for the good start to the night
They have good burgers, I say that because I had a better burger the day before when I was in town. Downside is youll get grease smell embedded on your clothes due to inefficient ventilation.
They don t do take away on weekends anymore, even though their main customer base is drunk people passing through on their way home on a weekend. Guess we ll get another place to replace it soon since it used to be the best place to grab food before an uber home. Can t wait for Big Papa Gyros to open and absolutely destroy their customer base.
Amazing Elvis burger, cool vibe but very loud. Friendly staff but overworked- would be great if the owner invested in more staff
service is awful, the servers are snarky and rude and have NO emotion, food and atmosphere is amazing though. would be a 5 star if the servers were nice. the servers that are men are always amazinggggly sweet but the women aren t, the lady with the black hair and clear glasses is the worst one of all. i ve never in my life had a good experience with her.
Favorite burger spot
Delicious!
Great beer. Great food. Had dinner twice here.
Totally awesome dive bar. Eat here. Drink here. Literally 10/10
Best burger I ve had in a long time! Great experience and looking forward to coming back
Great burgers
No refills at all. Horrible service. $60 for three cheeseburger meals. I don t care how bad the economy is or what type of meat it is. NOT WORTH IT. Music is so loud you can t hear yourself think. Use to come a lot until prices were raised and service was pathetic. Will never be back.
this is my kind of burger joint. sweet potato fries + jack sauce Food : 5/5
We had simple cheese burgers with bacon, and we were not disappointed. A side of loaded fries as a plus helped flavor up the meal quite well. Service was quick and nice. Its not a bad spot for a late lunch.
Nice place to get a burger after a long run. Great vibes there.
I walked in and I wasn t greeted, seated, and my order wasn t taken. A white couple walked in five minutes after, and literally within seconds they were immediately greeted and told to come sit at the bar. The two white men working up front completely ignored me to talk to the people behind me. I guess this location doesn t welcome everyone.
Staff was awesome, food was awesome, Playlist for Tipper weekend was immaculate.
They were the few places that were open late in Downtown HSV. I called so many places and had no luck. Thank you to the guy with long hair and other guy for letting being so nice and allowing my request. I felt poopy after driving 6 hrs, and you guys provided some light to my night. 20/10, you made me cry happy tears. Dr. Gonzo is absolutely amazing. Taco Tuesday is solid, love Lagers.
Good burger and fries..service is average
The place is rather tiny but that only hides the amazing food and beer they serve. Our waiter was awesome. Food came out fast and was temperature on point. I got a beer from Oklahoma and it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this place. LOVE IT!!!!
Very accommodating. Good price. Im pregnant so I couldnt drink the beer, but next time Ill try some crafts.
Came and got sat with Kailah (girl with shoulder length blue hair) she was AMAZING!!!! She made my whole group feel so comfortable, even on a Friday night. I will definitely come back to try to see her again!! She was very mindful of time and our orders came out quick, *and* correctly so props to the kitchen and our server!!!! We will be back again <3
Great food, the weather was an amazing. So we sat on the patio! Definitely recommend!
Nothing quite like a late night burger. Couldnt recommend this place enough, even if it is a little expensive. Totally worth it given how late they stay open.
One of my favorite lunch spots in all of Huntsville, Jack Browns consistently delivers delicious burgers and a wonderful atmosphere. Make sure to get some of the house sauce (its great on both burgers and fries)!
Their menu is simple, Service is friendly and the food is delicious and fantastic.
Friendly and fast service. I got the Cobra Kai burger and fries. The burger was one of the best I ve had in Huntsville.
Solid experience. Great burgers great staff and service and great price point. Not huge inside but very cool and friendly atmosphere.
Cobra Kai Burger is amazing. Highly recommend.
Best burgers in town!
Great place, great food.
Amazing place
Highest points... Because it was top Burgers great French fries class Sandwich... Great... Large selection of different beers My husband got German beer
great food and great people :)
Service was great and the food good. Servers are nice and check in regularly, water always full.
Was planning to give this place a try until I went on the website and the first thing I see is a demonic looking green doll with an upside down cross on its forehead . WTH! I m so confused on why they have this on their website but I m glad I saw it, I know it s not my kind of place or a business I want to support.
Really good food and nice service. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
Every single type of burger is delicious. Cobra Kai may be my fav. Get the fries all jacked up.
We were seated twice at the bar and removed twice by different servers. Not cool. Im not sure Ill try again.
Nice people food was great
I am writing this review to commend Christina for making an exception to their take out rule and offering to serve us outside, even when it was so hot, so my handicapped sister who couldn t get on the barstools could try the fried Oreos. Thank you for your compassion.
One of the best burgers Ive ever had. I also enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. Really cool place, highly recommend.
Sat outside to dine, service was good, not many choices on menu but the food was good. Parking: It is hard to find parking in downtown Huntsville thats free, much less a spot thats open
The food and drinks are good, their house sauce to die for, but it s always too loud inside, with cramped seating. A friend and I like to get cocktails around town and then finish the evening here with fries at one of their outdoor tables. The couple times I ve sat inside, the music has been overwhelming loud to the point I could t hear the person next to me without them shouting. It s mostly 2 tops or bar seating too. It s always very busy and hard to snag one of their servers, but it s never too long of a wait for the food. The interior is cute, and would be cozy if it wasn t always so loud. I wish they sold their house sauce in bottles! I d run off with a handful of them!
Let s start with the credit card fraud, shall we? I did a pickup and didn t leave a tip. I wrote the final total clearly on my receipt. One of the employees helped themselves to a $5 tip anyway. To their credit, the general manager took care of it quickly and said he d look into the matter. If you eat here, pay attention to the final amount that posts to your account. Now the food It is shocking to me that this place is so highly rated. The burgers are about the size of a Whopper Junior and the flavor is ok but certainly not worth the price you pay. I ve had better burgers at fast food restaurants. The amount of fries you receive is pitiful (fries are an add-on and don t come with the burger) and we had to get more to eat somewhere else since the serving sizes were so small. Like most restaurants, they don t know how to properly cook sweet potato fries so they were limp and soggy. We didn t let them sit a long time either. This place was meh. Certainly not worth the price and definitely not worth the risk of someone changing the tip total.
Great burger. Good fries. $15 for a basic burger and fries, no drink, is rough but cant be avoided.
One of the best burgers Ive had in a very long time. The Cobra Kai is a definite must try. Especially after a late night of wandering about with drinks.
This is the best burger joint around. Hands down. And be sure to check out the daily specials!
Drove 30 min to eat here. They are supposed to stay open until 12am. Its 9:45pm and theres a note on the door that says closed.
Food good but you cant order ahead on the weekends. Which means you have to go in and sit for 30 to 40 mins while the people that work there bounce around talking to people and not doing their jobs. I understand you want to make people feel welcomed but is that more important than making sure the people that already ordered their food gets it in a timely manner? The last time I went in, I ordered and they told me I couldnt sit at the bar because those seats were reserved. And I couldnt sit at a table because they were all full. So I had to stand in the corner next to the bathroom for almost an hour just for a burger and fries. The food is good but the service sucks if youre not eating and drinking in the bar. Really needs new management. Theres no way the owners think this behavior is acceptable.
Great service, great atmosphere, however theres no way two burgers two fries and two sweet teas should cost $40!
Great service and food. Best late night burger.
The ONLY downside at all is that I asked for a sauce on the side and got it on the burger and on the side. Not a dietary restriction, I just wanted to try it to see if I liked it first. I did. Parking: Outside of business hours, parking is fairly easy.
Such a great place. Dillon was extremely nice and helpful. The food was delicious.
We couldnt even eat here, so I cant review the food, but the service was HORRIBLE. There were two of us, and they have VERY limited seating. The only table open in the whole restaurant/bar was a high six top. We sat there, and were told that they would have to seat other people at our table because they cant let just 2 people have that table. We said that there was nowhere else to sit, and our server was like, well we cant have just two people at this table. On top of that, I am a large man. The outside picnic tables are way to small to fit me, and all their tables inside except 1 are high tops. Very un-inclusive. Then we were made to feel unwanted. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are a large person or a small party, AVOID at all costs.
Very nice bar with a unique atmosphere Ive enjoyed food, beers, and people there. Parking: There is a bit of parking lot few buildings down the street ,there are signs leading you to the parking
Great burgers but too loud and don t do to-go/pick-up orders on the weekend. Definitely good spot for the rotation but it has to be planned/coordinated. Beer tap selection doesn t have the right variety to go with burgers.
Solid burger joint, with great service and a nice atmosphere. It can get hectic and crowded, but overall still worth a try- especially if you come outside of peak hours.
Great food and nice atmosphere
This place is absolutely phenomenal and fabulous. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to be. The food is the best for the price in the area, hands down!
I can t imagine why this place has any poor reviews. The burgers are amazing, the staff is SO friendly, and they have some amazing beer choices. If you re expecting a professional, poise environment don t go to a burger and beer joint! This place is very causal, good music, and very relaxed staff. The host was so sweet and our waitress last time took really good care of us, even though I kept asking her for drink recommendations and probably taking too much of her time. The food isn t expensive at all, even with 3 specialty beers, 2 burger meals and fried Oreos we only spent $50 between 2 people.
The food is great, the atmosphere is casual, and the service is excellent.
Place is really small so dont expect to have a large group. Burgers are a little small but tasty.
Great burgers, a zillion beers to choose from. Tiny place, seating isn t overly comfy but service makes up for it.
100% Best Burger & Sweet Potato Fries Around! & dont forget dessert!!
Personally I love spicy and the Shocker is great for those that like heat. Excellent burger!
Dive bar that is also a really good burger joint. LOTS of local beers both on tap and plenty more bottled / canned. The homemade beer cheese fries are amazing!!! My favorite is the Cobra Kai and my wife LOVES the Greg Brady. The Elvis is very good as well. Fun atmosphere but a tad pricey for burgers and beer but we always have a good time and leave happy!!! Definitely worth a try!!
Burgers were delicious. Cobra Kai is the bees knees. The jack sauce is amazing with cheese fries. Wow! The vibe of the place is southern punk, the servers and staff and patrons have a little bit of the idc attitude that 90s punk had. But they were nice enough and busy. Its a little pricey for the amount of food as the burgers are not that big (Im assuming bc of the delicious quality of beef) but I would definitely make this a semi regular stop. 10/10 would go again.
Several people were seated before me regardless of me being there first. The food is good but the customer service is unacceptable. Wish I could give more stars but they literally make it impossible to.
Awesome place to grab a very good burger. Bar seating was comfortable.
Incredible place a friend took me to for my first time. We had a wait due to so many people wanting to eat here, so I knew it was going to be good. And it turned out to be the best burger of my life! I wholeheartedly endorse the Greg Brady burger!
Zero to complain about. Simply awesome burgers and service!
Friendly staff!!! Great beer selection and excellent burgers! Their special sauce is off the chain!
A few weeks ago was the 3rd time we set out to visit a rest. next door because our kids teachers hubby works there......and can never pass up going to jack browns instead. Its amazing! The burger specials, the sauwce, the people, the beer....its truly a perfect burger spot! Maybe eventually we will make it to the meat cutter and stingy bug, but the only B &B I get excited for are Jacks!!
Great experience. Service was great, burger was excellent. Seemingly the only busy restaurant in the square because it s a great place to dine.
I love T-town jack browns but this is on a different level. I ve never seen one guy make a whole restaurant a vibe but Daniel is off the hook. Whatever this man wants, give it to him. He is the heart of jack brown s Huntsville. 10/10. Could not recommend enough.
Just went back today, again, they were a bit (better than you) snobby, for a burger place. But, huh, the burgers were so good!! Ill get past the service because the food is so good. (I dont know why they dont sell onion rings) So, I ask for lett and Tom for my burger and with a bit of hubris, the server at the time stated they dont have those, they dont add to the burger and basically they are just a filler for the less Fortunate. (My words not theirs) I was nvr going to return, because spare me their, better than thou, attitude. The problem was that burger was so good, I had to return. Then, I go back, and again I have an issue, because holy cow a burger for 10 bucks. However im sitting here now thinking about that burger. Ill go back. And they deserve all of the 5 stars, I just wish they would cater to me, because of course its all about me.
Some of the best burgers in Huntsville! Friendly staff and good beer
The Greg Brady is the best burger in town. Jack Browns is great and they have a great beer selection.
Visiting our daughter, who recently transferred to the area for work. On a recommendation from a co-worker, we chose this place for lunch on Saturday, 2/24. Our plan was to have lunch and visit the Space Center afterward. Got added to the wait list and waited maybe 20 minutes to be seated. We ordered 2 beers, 2 soft drinks and water and 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and a build your own burger, all with fries. It was over an hour and a half before our server recognized we still didnt have our food. He then came back and apologized a couple of times for the delay. It was another 10-20 minutes before the food came. Even though we scarfed it down, we realized that we would not have enough time to really enjoy the Space Center, so we ended up having to cancel our plans. My husband doesnt really travel much, so Im not sure if/when hell have another opportunity to go. What did we get for the nearly 2 hour wait for food? A $5 off token for the next visit. As if lol. The servers were nice, the weather was nice, the atmosphere and all the puppy watching was nice. The food was mediocre. A lean burger, but small. The fries were cooked well but not seasoned whatsoever. Im not sure what I was expecting from this place, but a 2 hour wait for mediocre food and service, wasnt it. If youre not in a hurry and have no plans for the rest of the day, this place is okay for a burger. Otherwise, its not a have to see place if youre in the area visiting.
pretty average. Server was very nice and attentive. Burger tasted good but was very small though, and clearly on a store brand low quality burger bun. I d expect and hope for a lot more for a burger and fries that totaled $18+. Pretty underwhelming.
Bartender was awesome very helpful picking a beer you like. Burger and fries and in-house sauce was delicious. I noticed theu play yelawolf and Country kinda a mix all good music
When this place first opened, my friends and I were huge fans of the almost deceptively low priced burgers here. Given the atmosphere, you would expect these would be giant $15 burgers you have to eat with a knife and fork, alas theyre not, and on a normal size bun like youd eat at home- justifying the low $6-$8 prices. Well, now theyre not. Burgers are in fact $13-$15 and are still the same size. While Im sure theyll blame inflation, take logic into consideration and ask yourself if you went from paying $2.99/lb for 80/20 ground beef to $6/lb? The answer is no, so it doesnt justify near doubling the costs- especially given that they likely purchase large quantities of beef, resulting in further discounts from the food service provider. Spin it how you want, but this is pure trickflation.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food. Very aware and careful with allergens as well! Dietary restrictions: They do fry in peanut oil, so beware on fries/Oreos BUT they are very accommodating with burgers. The chef wore gloves and ensured that the burger was separate and never made it near anything. 10/10 service
Ive been wanting to try Jack Browns for a while but never got around to it. I was finally able to go recently. I got the burger of the day and me friend got an Elvis. The burgers were great- very Juicy. They have a house made sauce thad was great with the fries. The service was also excellent. The only negative, at least for me, is that they play Death Metal music. Im not really a fan and its hard to have a conversation over that. But it wont keep me from going back!
First time visiting. Great food, the chairs were very uncomfortable for people with back problems. Could not stay as long as we wanted because of it and wont be back because of it. Will pay for a couple days after sitting on stools like that.
The food and beer were excellent! We will be back again for sure!
Hadnt been here yet and we were downtown so we dropped. Great food, cozy atmosphere, great service... Will be going back Food
I have no idea how this place has over 4 stars. Not worth the money at all. Two burgers with fries and a grilled cheese was $53. Fries were cold and the burgers were small. Left hungry. Service was poor as well. There s also satanic imagery everywhere, which I didn t appreciate.
Amazing burgers, great beer selection, and the sauce is fantastic! If youre in the area, you have to go! Will take pictures next time I visit, I was too hungry last time
Casual, fun place with great food, good selection of beer!
Me and my wife and the rest of the customers inside of this establishment had to deal with a screaming match between the employees and a sober customer. My wife brought inside their establishent some food that we had bought previously before coming in, which they had not approached us about until after the screaming match with the other customer. Her approach was very rude, condiscending, and concerning considering the fact that they all work in the hospitality business, not to mention this young lady is only 19 years old working in a bar. I would not consider anyone to support this establishment, unless otherwise youre a connoisseur for a bad time with horrible hospitality.
Horrible customer service. Decent food.
Tough to get a spot on a friday night but the best burger ive had in a long time. Beer selection was pretty decent but man was that a great burger. I only wish they had more seating so we didn t have to wait so long.
words cannot
Great burgers
Great service and great Atmosphere.
One of my favorite burger spots in all of Huntsville. It is worth the wait.
Amazing!
Cozy, friendly service, good beer selection, and perfectly-sized, not too unhealthy feeling burgers.
Pricey for a burger, fries and a beer. Service was great. Parking: Typical downtown parking Food : 5/5 |
Food was good but Maggie was the rudest server I ve ever had when I came in recently. She was unknowledgeable about the menu, rolled her eyes, and had an attitude with my husband when he asked about the beers. Unsure if I will come back .
Love the Mac and cheese grilled cheese
Great burgers. First time here. Didn t realize it was so small. Very few tables but would be well worth the wait at dinner time.
Great hamburger!!!!!!!!!!!
Reminds me a little of Roberts in Nashville. Absolutely no frills, packed, but fun, amazing burgers and a million beers! Small and packed but I loved it. No lettuce, tomatoes...but the burgers were awesome.
Very slow service, burgers are ok.
Best smash burger in town!
Cozy, quaint, and no frills. I had a bacon cheeseburger and loved it. Neat little eclectic place with plenty of beer options!
Great service and the Cobra Kai burger is awesome.
A quaint little dive, offering some of the best burgers Ive had in Huntsville.
Smashburger fix here...
Place is disgusting, host was rude. Atmosphere wasn t great; they had devil stuff everywhere, as a Christian I refuse to support a place like that; just sell food and stop trying to force your beliefs onto others. Won t be back.
Read This I sit sown at the bar ordered a hamburger with fries. There was a young kid apparently in charge of making the fries in front of my seat, he takes a bite of a french fry and throws back in the bowl and proceeds to serves them to a customer. I couldn t believe it so I explained all of this to the bar manager. He does absolutely nothing. If I hadn t seen it with my own eyes........Think about what they do when we re not looking! The hamburgers are outstanding not sure I would eat a fries from there again!
The burgers are FANTASTIC! I ordered the Kobra Kai, and my husband ordered the Classic Jack and we shared them. Both were delicious, but I preferred the Kobra Kai. Wheelchair accessibility: The place does NOT appear to be very accessible for people with mobility concerns.
Good burgers.
Food was really good but, expensive for what youre getting. Parking: Hard to find parking. We walked a ways to get there and then had a 45 minute wait after they told us 15 minutes. Food : 4/5 |
Great place for beer and snack!
Im not exaggerating when I say this is the best burger Ive had since I moved to Huntsville. And thats not saying that other places around here arent that good, but that Jack Browns is next level better. Im so glad we stopped in here on a whim while in the downtown area, we will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Kids and families are absolutely welcome, but it is a bar atmosphere. DBAA because you brought your kids to a bar and you didnt like that.
