Ordered takeout and received wrong order. Pizza was wrong ingredients and was over cooked. Drove 20 minutes to pick up then home, called drove order back to pickup correct order. Was offered free desert? Service and production line food has suffered since British manager has moved on. Mr. Thomas (Knackered) you are missed here.

Bad service and long waiting time

The waiters were hopelessly overwhelmed and understaffed . We were seated and then ignored for about 10 minutes, when we ordered we did it all at once as to get things a little faster , we waited another 10-15 minutes for our drinks. 3 of our party if 4 were served another wait for the last meal . Other guests left because they werent served at all. Food was mediocre. Would not recommend or return .

All order was wrong twice in a row,they didnt bring us plates and there was a hair in our food,bartender was good and the drinks were great!

Showed up at 11:30pm on a Friday, Google says this place is open until 1am. Drove all this way to find out that they were actually closed. The staff was still there and the lights were on, and the place was nearly empty. Not sure why they couldn t serve us. They should put accurate hours of operation on their business listing.

Great atmosphere in summer on the terrace with a view of the lake. There is a very strong smell of chlorine inside. The waiters were hopelessly overwhelmed. I waited 30 minutes for my drink. Other guests left because they werent served at all. Food mediocre.

1 hour 20 minutes, one wrong drink , out of something order something else one meal comes drank one glass out of pitcher decided to leave charged for pitcher but they did apologize. Never ever again

Server was nice but overwhelmed which caused us to wait over an hour for our drink and food. Everyone around us had their food before their drinks. We cancelled our order and left 1/2 sangria and was charged the full pitcher. To be fair the manager offer to remove the pitcher after explaining what happened but we were so hungry we just wanted to leave.would NOT recommend

For a place called Boston Pizza they sure do put a ton of focus into everything on the menu except the pizza. We came for pizza, but saw lots of other people order lots of good-looking food. We didnt see anyone eating pizza. Should have been a clue. The pizza was really cheap and boring.

Have been there before. Service was good. Food was bad, salad was awfully, pieces of lettuce had core and was wilty. Sitting in two much dressing with ingredients missing. Fries where under cook and warm at best. Just all little things but orange missing from my drink,mint missing from the mojito. They took the salad off the bill. Talk to the manager she already knew of the problems. Sorry to say will not be going back.

The service that Brock provided was fantastic and the food on top of it made the experience much better and looking out from the patio with the river as the view was awesome. My wife and I come here every year as a part of our Canada Day tradition and this year was another great Canada Day experience. Keep up the good work and don t be afraid to spend your money here it s worth it!

Servers and hostess are amazing atmosphere amazing ! Food is lacking, last time I was in at lunch ! Food was not good but gave them a second chance tonight again new menu option! It was plain and not at all as described! So I d say not a place to eat but good for drinks! Meals are to expensive these days to not meet a level of quality.

Long weekend rush... We waited forever to get our food but they made up by giving desserts free of charge. We were not in a rush so worked out for everyone.

Understaffed and overworked employees. The food came out cold and the drinks came out when the meal was finished. Owners to be more involved.

Today we had bad service with one server she had bad attitude when we ask to be serve after 25 minutes we didnt have water we need to Go see the manager to complaint about her service the manager and another server did the work the other server never apologize shame for herself

The service was almost non existent. No one came to our table after our food arrived. We had no drinks until after our meals finished and we were ready to pay the bill. We also had to search for ketchup on other tables ourselves as our server never returned . The food (in this case grilled chicken) was unfortunately very disappointing (very overcooked to the point it was sharp and had no flavor). Our first visit and definitely our last unfortunately.

We went for dinner and the service girl was so rude. We felt like we went for free food. The attitude od manager was also bad. They should learn to be polite with customers. Its bad when u feel insulted while u really did go for good time.

Completely disappointed by the one of the staff members behaviour ..She was completely unprofessional and very rude ..When I go to any place the bare minimum I expect is the good behaviour from staff but here they have lack of professionalism when it comes to talk to the customer. The manager over there also did the same and no wonder the girl over there is the same too..

Got to sit behind the hostess table. I think the girl had an ear infection, kept digging at it. Mother inlaw ordered a margarita. It was awful shr wouldnt say anything so i did. They didnt tke it right anyways got her a pint. Was still charged for the margarita but pint was free lol. Anyways this place will always be busy for its location so gti at your own risk . We ordered a Bourbon BBQ chicken pizza and it was delicious i would order it again!! waitress was absolutely fantastic... Parking: Parking available at the front and side of the establishment.

We reserved for 20 guests a few days before and when we were here and wanted to order from the menu and most of the items we wanted were sold out! They werent prepared at all. I ordered a Mediterranean pizza (which is my favorite pizza here) and what I got was more like a cheese pizza with a lot of onion. I used to love Boston Pizza and I dont know why this happened here.

Went for a nice family meal. Umbrellas and tables bolted to the deck with no relationships to each other, so sitting in hot direct sun for an hour. Out of 5 of us, my meal never came. Went in to speak to someone and they said they would put in the order than. I said to cancel my order as everyone else had finished their meals and I didnt want to eat alone. Manager first said would give 50% discount on meals than billed a 10% discount. We brought this to their attention and they changed to 20% discount. All in all, an upsetting experience.

Three of us had lunch on a lovely day out under an umbrella on the large dockside beside the Muskoka River as it flows through Huntsville. The club wrap was fantastic. The bowl of mixed seasoned pastas was excellent. We didnt happen to have pizza. Service was prompt and very friendly. No complaints.

Disappointing Last Meal at Boston Pizza We visited Boston Pizza on our last night in Canada, and unfortunately, it fell short of the exceptional service wed experienced throughout our trip. Coming from the UK, where average service is more common, Canada had spoiled us with friendly and attentive staff. Here, however, the service was poor, and incorrect orders kept coming out. This put a damper on what should have been a positive final Canadian dining experience.

Definitely eat out on the patio in the summer. Wind was perfect. There was a light breeze, atmosphere was upbeat. I didn t even care that the food took forever, because it was delicious and I had a wonderful time.

Not the first time we come here and not the last time but this time was not the service we are used to. Seemed to be a lot of confusion and many mistakes done. Food was not what was ordered and had to go back a few times cause theyd present us with something completely different from what we ordered. Was very unorganized and the atmosphere was not all that great. Lets hope that they get things under control before the busy season hits. But we will always try to make the best of it.

We had a lovely dinner by the water. I tried the personal size Hawaiian with sweet Thai sauce. It was excellent. My husband enjoyed his Thai chicken wrap and salad. My Long Island ice tea was perfect and our server was pleasant and helpful. Our feathered companion at the next table just added to the atmosphere.

Location was nice on the river but the smell from the waste treatment plant was bad on the patio.

I keep going to BP when I want GOOD pizza. Then I m dissatisfied and don t go there for a year. Then I forget and go back. I asked for well done pizza . It was not. It was sloppy to pick up. On the side of undercooked. Toppings were sparse. I also ordered two pounds of wings. (This was all for takeout). I asked for double sauce all in the side. I got one pound and one sauce. To be clear: I asked for two pounds and four sauces. The bill indicated as I was served, so I didn t overpay. I just didn t get what I asked for. My major dissatisfaction was with the pizza. You would think a sit down restaurant with PIZZA in its title, would have exemplary pizza. It was not. I could get that quality of pizza at any of the cookie cutter fast food places in town. My low review is not based on the service or the personnel , but at a franchise level. The quality of this restaurant has declined.

Service was astonishingly terrible. Worst I ve ever experienced at a restaurant. No idea who our server was the whole time. Greeting took 30 mins. Drinks took another 30 minutes. Food was okay.

EDIT: Came back this summer and had a great experience. Service, food and drinks were all great, highlight to the amazing patio by the water. *** Great patio by the water, but we got most of our orders wrong (without requesting any changes to the dishes) and drinks were requested several times before they came in almost halfway through dinner. When we got everything made right they tasted good, and the atmosphere was also nice.

Best part of this place is the location, next to the river...

Bugs and cheese was dry, our waiter said the kitchen was packed and that the ice cream wasn t made, it came out late and melted. While we were waiting for our drinks, for about 30 minutes, another server came over and asked if they could take our orders because it took too long. We put our finished dishes at the end of the table and the server never cleared it until we reminded him when the table couldn t hold anymore. My family and I are disappointed and still hungry from our visit.

The only upsetting part for me was that the floors were dirty in the restaurant that we walked through to the patio, and the patio had litter from people dining. We had power bowls, spaghetti & and meatballs, and grilled chicken salad. Spent 125.00 with tip. The parking lot was large, but the garbage was overflowing and ripped open from the bins as the doors were open . The washrooms needed some tiding as well. Go on your way if you like gastronomy. Dont be fooled by the location which is very nice. The kitchen is very bad, the dishes are frozen, you are served carrots that have barely defrosted, pepper skins, salad in brief bags... not to mention the fact that we had asked for sauce and bread but we got it. were still waiting... to summarize, NO GO!

The location is pleasant by the river. Ideal for summer evenings. But no more unfortunately. The boss takes advantage of this and serves us industrial cuisine worthy of a mediocre chain. The ingredients come out of plastic bags or bottles. The wraps are low in ingredients and require sauce. Just like the bowls with their bagged cheese, canned corn and pepper trimmings. What can we say about the piece of carrot and wilted celery to decorate the chicken tenders and onion rings. In short, dont go there for American cuisine, the level is zero. And please dont claim Italian cuisine when you put American pizzas on the menu. The service does what it can with its troop of young students. Overpriced for this quality.

OMG! the view here is awesome. Went here for my Moms birthday, and the staff did a birthday special! This location of Boston Pizza is worth the visit. I am sure you will love the staff and the food. Kudos to the whole BP team!

Not what you d expect from a BP. Not much went right. Sticky tables, sticky menus, waiters bringing you items you never ordered, and most importantly: the food was very bad. Very bad is putting it generously. Me and family ate 1/4 of our meals and asked for to go boxes to be polite but through out our meals as soon as we left the restaurant. Don t be fooled by the BP logo, the McDonald s down the road serves higher quality food.

The entire service experience was bad and awkward. The custom pizza said it was 6 slices but the overall size was smaller than my hand. The location is amazing but there are other better restaurants I would go to in the area.

Patio is a great place to view the sunset as you eat. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely horrible unless it s Pizza. Meatballs were hard black pucks. The chicken was the size of three fingers. The bread was rock hard whether it came with the spaghetti or the sandwich. BP has gone downhill and hit rock bottom. My last 3 attempts in 3 cities were all awful. Eat anywhere else.

I have been numerous times due to the great patio but I find the food very average compared to Bracebridge. I keep hoping they will up it a bit but disappointed again. To bad because the place is nice. Erika is amazing !!! She is consistent and we love her smiles and service which helps !!!!

Although I am a big fan of Boston Pizza, when I saw the Google Reviews, I was hesitant to come here. We came with the kids and our overall experience was perfect! Our waiter was so helpful and the food was delicious. We shouldn t forget the beautiful view too.

When walking through the door it was just a miserable atmosphere, the hostess seated us in the bar area, the bartender was the only happy smiling employee, she was great. We ordered our food and drinks. Food arrived, chicken portion was the size of chicken nugget and fries were enough to feed a child. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, two toilets out of order, one toilet was leaking all over the floor, paper towels everywhere. Completely unmaintained and disgusting. The manager sat a table beside the bar eating dip and not having a care in the world. I would not recommend wasting time or money at the establishment. And before you judge me that I must be a hoity toity cottager, no I am not I am a local resident.

The position of the terrace is very beautiful. Right in front. Inside the place is the classic giant American-style place with screens where baseball and wrestling games are projected. Kid-friendliness: No problem. Relatively nearby there is a park for children to play although you cant see it from the restaurant.

Another great Boston Pizza location with exceptional views from the patio. I am a fan of BP so the food is to my liking .... however, they failed to get the order right this time. The bill was right, the food was not. This is a simple but important thing and the fault of the kitchen staff. We still enjoyed the overall experience as a family outing and will return. Enjoy!

All the regular great menu items you expect from BP, plus the added ambiance of a waterside patio. Watch the boats & the ducklings float by, while the sun sinks at dusk. A must visit any time we are in Huntsville!

Food was Boston pizza good but nothing special. What was special was the service we had a group of about 30 people and every order was correct and the food was warm when we got it. The patio overlooking the waterfront at night is really nice and adds to the atmosphere.

The worst BP ever, the drinks took half an hour to arrive, and arrived flat, for 3 consecutive times, each time took at least more 15 minutes, and than I had to have a not cold Pepsi pop, 45 minutes waiting for the food, and there wasnt busy at all, we were a group of 5 people. By the way, someone of staff had time to trow one of the employees in the lake.. Maybe some initiation...(impressive no?!) Not to go again, FOR SURE!...

A delightful place to be on a sunny day in the summer. The patio/deck is right on the water and even has docks if you are coming by boat. The food is typical -tastes good but nothing spectacular. Definitely worth a visit in the summer. Food

Overall it was a great experience.

We arrived and were seated on the waterfront patio immediately. For some reason, it was not as busy as it normally is. Our server was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Parking: The parking is free, the lot is adequate size, although it would seem it is not just Boston Pizza patrons using the lot, Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant and patio from what I could tell are wheelchair accessible. A ramp for patio, and bigger doors and large foyer at entrance. Wide aisles in the restaurant, plenty of space between tables inside and out.

For us it was a good family time there! Great outdoor patio seating with yummy food. We went on a kids eat free time! So delighted the way they handled our kids on the other table.

Food we ordered..Thai chilly shrimp..chicken Thai style...as appetizers ..and under main..chicken breast on Salad Thai chilly shrimp was good. But not the Thai style Chicken . It was too hard. The waitress was good. Service was good too.

We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary there, loved the terrace and also the food. Had a really friendly waiter (Karl?) - thanks for welcoming us and having us for our visit.

Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress eventually came back and said she was too busy to serve us. Another Waitress came by later and took our order. When it finally came it was cold. When she eventually came back she asked if our drinks were ok and turned and walked away. We have brought people here in the past but the last visit was bad and this time was much worse I will not be back here again

I waited all summer to eat on the BP patio by the water, and today was the day. To say I was disappointed, is an understatement. The food was mediocre, with cold fries, which were replaced when I complained, and the portions were fairly small for the amount they charge. The wait staff was lovely, but the manager was extremely rude, as well as being unprofessional in both appearance (his dress code was quite sloppy), and in his interaction with us as customers. The washrooms were quite dirty, and the soap container was empty. We, of course, will not be returning to this establishment, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

Let start off with that it took about 10 minutes for any of the staff to acknowledge our existence to seat us. My girlfriend ordered the mac and cheese. The toast that came with it was burnt on one side and not toasted on the other. The dish had a crazy amount of cheese on it even for mac and cheese. I would have complained to the waitress but she didnt come back to the table to check on things throughout the whole meal. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. It lacked flavor and was overall disappointing. Its seems that theres no real care to how the foods being made, they just try and get it out as fast as possible. Service is basically non-existent here. The lady next to us had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring her a single dry looking chicken breast for her pasta as they didnt give it to her to begin with. Upon leaving we saw the manager and one of the cooks outside smoking weed and drinking. Usually I really enjoy Boston pizza, its one of my favorite places to eat but this location sucks. Go to the McDonalds down the road, youll get better food there and McDonalds food sucks

I have not had a great experience and did not like the food at all.Ordered spicy perogy and Mediterranean pizza, chicken wings, did not have any spice/flavours in the food and wings came 15 20 mins late after pizza and had no flavor. No dipping sauce were provided. Wanted to ask for options but the server did not come back to check on the food and if we wanted anything. The service was not at all good where even water was provided on a couple of requests. The best thing was fries from the kids menu as compared to the whole food items and the toothpick with mint flavor.

I had a disappointing experience as the food didnt meet my expectations. I ordered a spicy perogy and Mediterranean pizza, along with chicken wings and it was a disappointment. The wings arrived 15 to 20 minutes like a desert lmao. There were no dipping sauces provided. I wanted to inquire about other options, but the server never returned to check on our food or ask if we needed anything. The overall service was subpar, and even requests for water were met with delays. Surprisingly, the best item was the mint-flavored toothpick. Must recommended thing!

Worst service and food I ever ate at any Boston Pizza. I was a biggest fan of Boston pizza and I insisted my friends to try the food but it was the biggest mistake. Your waiter doesnt seem like he is interested in serving us. We ordered pizza and wings along with beer. We received pizza and then at very end we received the wings. We were sharing our concern about food quality to your waiter but he doesnt seem to be interested in listening and he was trying to escape from conversation. We need to ask someone else to serve as extra plate, kids menu juice and cookie. If you are interested in knowing more than provide me your cell phone number and I am happy to discuss.

Poor service, our waitress didn t bring plates, napkins as usual for Boston pizza when you order, then our pizza arrives and there was no cheese or chili flakes for our pizza and the table was dirty, we had to ask to another waitress for plates and some napkins

Even though restaurant was extremely busy on Thanksgiving weekend (Sunday). Even Manager manned tables to make sure customer experience was 5 star Food and service was excellent. Absolutely disgusted by their services! The whole crew is extremely RUDE!!!!! Manager apologized and said he ll give me a discount for the EXTREMELY POOR services then gave me $1 off. The server then came and literally dropped the machine infront of me, rolled his eyes and went off. The WORST experience in the history of all the restaurants I have ever been to. Also, I am like a regular customer of boston pizza branches all across ONTARIO. This was unacceptable to say the least!

Excellent location - fantastic food! Will be back.

Service was horrible. Sat there 15 min not a server came to the table. Place was not busy other tables were not served either and were glancing around waiting looking for a server. Restaurant had a grungy vibe not clean feeling we even questioned going in as we pulled up to park. Sketchies hanging out front building looked like a homeless shelter. Needless to say we drove to East Side Mario s where the restaurant was booming busy. We were seated and had our order placed within 5 min. Huntsville BPs never again!

Standard pub fare, but the seating outside was the real winner. Staff were friendly but sparse at times and always on the move running somewhere. We went there just for some appetizers and beer after some local sightseeing, so we cant comment much about food, but some friends ordered the pizza and it looked great.

Way too expensive!!! 20$ for a small Pizza!!! Tables and menu cards dirty and sticky. It was the first time and the last! Food : 3/5

Delivery and take out has been terrible lately. Poor quality and poorly presented food. I ordered a pizza today that showed up with 1 piece that didn t even have a crust base and the pizza was only half cut.

Service was extremely slow, got seated and waited about 15 mins for our server to show up and ask us for water, food was terrible, service was terrible, extremely disappointed, I used to come to this location all the time, quality of service and food is non existent
