I thought I wasn’t a fan of Caesar drinks, but somehow I ended up finishing this one. The bar offers lovely views from the patio, and the server was very accommodating to our requests, which I really appreciated. I would love to come back again.
Customer relations - The management is caring about their business. After my review, I was contacted to ensure they can do better in their hospitality and dining services. Atmosphere - There is an outdoor patio and indoor dining available with nice ambiance. Food - I ordered an avocado croissant but instead I received a hamburger bun with guacamole on top. It was so sad that I had to ask for a different meal. Thankfully, they are removing this item from the menu but would avoid. The chicken n Pik sandwich was very tasty but sooooo salty. Can you see how much seasoning is on the fries? Flavour is prominent, very strong dill flavour. Charcuterie board should be avoided because the items were very low in quality. The cheese tasted cheap. Do you see how the grapes almost look moldy in the photo? The spicy margarita was made well. Overall, I’d suggest coming here for drinks and especially caesers.
was here with my boyfriend last night for drinks and apps. everything tasted beyond amazing! our server kerry gave us excellent service and was so kind! overall a great experience and restaurant would definitely go there again and recommend it to others
Was there yesterday. What a variety of Caesar’s . Choose your rim flavour, base, spice elixir, spice level and then a smorgasbord of garnish from cheeses, veggies, meats, seafood . Crazy cool concept ! Our server Keaton , was so helpful and friendly… thank you . Space indoors in small but funky and patio , although it was raining , nothing an awning won’t expand the experience . Well done 👍 … Seafood Caesar was awesome so were the wings and guacamole and chips.
Our server was awesome ! Our food and Caesars were incredible and everything was perfect. This stop made my birthday weekend ! I wish I could remember her name but the service was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. I have visited the Collingwood location and it’s nice to have a location closer to the cottage. Always an amazing experience.
I am NOT a CAESAR drinker but I walked in and said "convince me".....and they DID!!!! A great chat with manager/owner Jason on the massive patio while sipping on the deeeelishusss STAY CLASSY with a nice hit of horseradish!!! Shout out to BRIELLE and the wonderful staff and servers at this new Huntsville hotspot!!!! I will look up their other locations in Collingwood and Sauble Beach in my travels.
I’ve been twice over the past week and have had a great experience both times! The build your own Caesar menu is expansive and the wings are amazing. Great location, lovely view, and good service. I’ll be going back for sure.
Came here for lunch with a friend, got some drinks and wings. The Caesars were good, decently priced considering we got doubles. We got dry rub wings and they were good, just a bit over salted I think. Servers seem to still be struggling a bit with keeping organized as we had to wait around a while to have our orders taken but everyone was pleasant and kept checking in on us. Location is great and the patio is really nice but being on main means you get a lot of traffic noise.
Great food, great caesers. A little cramped indoors for my liking, probably wouldnt bother most people. Unfortunately our server assumed without asking that our 20 year old daughter was under age and brought her a virgin caesar. I get that she looks young but you need to ask. She was a little ticked. These things happen I guess. Great experience otherwise, will undoubtedly return periodically.

Delish Classic Caesar! Lunch was very reasonable! We had a chicken dill sandwich on a croissant. Yummy My husband had the wings and he said they were delicious. Our server Keagan was delightful and cheery! So nice to see that in young people!

The ceaser was very good . Took a while to get would have liked another and maybe some food but having finished my caeser waited 25 minutes to get waitress back. Si asked for my bill. Went somewhere else to eat.

Awesome patio location overlooking Huntsville Harbour. Unique and historic building as a backdrop and the Caesar selection and flavor was exceptional. Fast and friendly service by Grace! Definitely going to be back!
This feels like having a special occasion with friends and the highest ambitions for food and drink. Garnishes piled high make for a meal in themselves. Guac and salsa are fresh and delicious. Special diet requests were courteously accommodated. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh.

We ordered the surf and turf and the Bacon Bomb. Both were awesome! Beautiful Patio with a killer view. We will be returning! There are so many Caesar s to choose from we will need multiple visits! The staff were very attentive, shoutout to Julia Food

Just went to try this place. Very nice, Good character. The girl set us down to our table. No problem. Gave us menus. All good. 10 minutes 15 minutes 20 minutes goes by. Girls looked at us not one came by and take a drink order. We decided to get up and leave and then the owner came over to us. Whats wrong? Weve been waiting 15 to 20 minutes and no one came and she tells us oh we should have flagged somebody down. In the meantime, if youre hosting a bar restaurant like that, your girl should be coming to the customer that soon as they sit down offering drinks not flag them down as a previous bar restaurant manager myself. Yeah, that was not very good service and I felt like I was judged. But yet Im a local hometown boy here in Huntsville and this is how we got treated as if we were outsiders or something from the city

Went for dinner and received the royal treatment by Nicole. She was attentive, friendly and very fun. The food and beverages were very good. The location is great! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.
We have eaten a few times at 1858 and each time was better than the last! Staff is friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are always on point! Making it a weekly lunch spot for sure!

Patio is utterly spectacular, staff enthusiastic and helpful. A great experience; menu is currently limited as staff trains, but expanding soon.
A unique experience for sure such creative Caesars paired with great finger foods like wings or dill fries! The view from the patio is stunning. We will definitely be back.

Sad that the food is heated up in oven , no taste , don t order food here . 18.95 for glass of white wine from Ontario, really pushing it, service fail, waited 20 mins for the bill after we had asked 3 different ladies for it, this was Monday civic holiday august 5 2024 , slow day here , everyone gone home from weekend , As for the place it self , beautiful setting , landscape modern , perfect, no need to ever return here , too many issues , so many other choices in town that where great
Great atmosphere, drinks and apps were good. The staff are very attentive too. So many interesting variations but my favourite was the surf and turf! Parking: Parking in downtown Huntsville is always a problem but its worth the walk!
Went for dinner on a weeknight and the food was great and well priced! The location is amazing, with an excellent patio. Servers were extremely friendly, and quick, though many still in training.
The service was amazing! The owners came and introduced themselves as they were impressed to hear us speaking French. The food, the ceasars and the ambiance is incredible. Left with some surprise goodies that can be ordered on the website.

Super fun place to go and grab a drink! A few food options for snacking as well, the chicken wings were SOOO good I literally ate one even though I m a vegetarian worth it tho.
Amazing! We were happy to see a location in Huntsville popped up closer to us! Great staff, quick service, and a great atmosphere/location for a place that has been so renowned in Collingwood. Parking: A bit difficult to find parking as its downtown! We drove around to the back and walked up!
This is such a fantastic place! The owners were so friendly and made us feel at home! Our server Cathy was on the ball, went above and beyond and made excellent recommendations! The location is amazing, overlooking the river in Huntsville. The menu is very well priced, especially for what you get in some of those caesars, which were all delicious. I can t wait to go back, this is such a great spot!!!!

Must eat and drink here. Seafood Caesar is incredible. Homemade pizza is awesome and the best guac we have ever had. Service is amazing.
The drinks were good but the service was awful. 1 wait staff was actually working and seemed to care about the customers. The others were more interested in talking to each other. Our group was greeted and seated fine enough. Then our waitress came and said they would be right with us. She then proceeded to seat 3 other tables and take their orders before coming back to us. 1 tables received their drinks and food prior to coming back to us even for an order. Once we ordered we were told it would be a long wait as the bar is backed up. Understandable as its a busy place. We ordered 1 Caesar and 3 flights. Nothing came out together. The lone causer came out first and then there was a 20 min wait to get the first flight and another 15 minutes to get the other flights. The manager made a point to visit every table that appeared to be having a good experience. The table across from us was having a similar experience to ours and nothing. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place. If the ownership group reads these consider replacing your management team. Their lack of customer care will hurt your business and they are not able to manage the wait staff. If the service was on point this would be a much better review.
Popped into the Huntsville location for a quick lunch. The restaurant has a beautiful patio and the inside was great too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was ok. This location has a limited menu as they ve recently opened. We found the wings, calamari and dill fries very tasty. The cauliflower bites were a bit plain and the batter was a bit thick. We did not get them dressed so maybe that s why they weren t as tasty. Didn t enjoy the guacamole and chips. The guac was too smooth and lacked flavour. We also had the virgin dill pickle Caesar and found it too sweet. Nothing some more tomato juice couldn t fix though! The Stay Classy Caesar was tasty as was the Spicy Margarita. Would like to come back when the menu has more variety!
Jason and his team are the best. Could not have been more attentive or hospitable. We were a thirsty group of 20 and they handled us flawlessly. Beautiful patio with view overlooking the bridge and water.
What a unique spot for Huntsville and was a great atmosphere on the million dollar patio . Loved my surf and turf Caesar and the chic n pick sandwich was very tasty. Never had a chicken sandwich made with a croissant and it won t be my last time that s for sure
