This place came highly recommended quite a while ago by some friends, so my husband and I decided to try it out for dinner. The atmosphere and the restaurant itself is charming. The server was extremely friendly and very attentive. The menu, however was a little confusing, in that it seemed to have a bit of an identity crisis. Im all about a diverse menu, but it was difficult to determine if they specialized in anything at all. We ultimately both ordered the brisket stew, which was distinctly lacking. There were a few pieces of carrots and the brisket was subpar, and all of it was smothered in a copious and disproportionate amount of gravy. The flavor was a bit overwhelming and we had difficulty finishing our meal. We were hungry, so we were motivated and persevered. We were grateful for the delicious mini buns we were given before the meal. With only two meals, no appetizers and no drinks, tip in, cost us over $120. Most certainly not worth it . As charming as the restaurant may be, we will definitely not be returning. We did let our friends who recommended this restaurant know about our experience, and they said they regret not updating us, as they had similar experiences and will also not be returning. It sounds like this place used to be really good once upon a time....kind of sad. Of note- we ate in the upper part of the restaurant, where dozens of celebrity-signed menus were hung on the walls. The comments consistently said how great the meals were, and I remember thinking what am I missing here? Ultimately, I determined that its just not for us, and I think the optic of reputation sometimes surpasses actual quality. Just a thought....

Overall a poor experience given the price point. Management was off and the staff all seemed like they were on edge. The food itself was nothing special: bland pasta, poorly cut vegetables, overcooked proteins and no real presentation across any of the dishes. Waiter tried their best but it s clear the overall service was struggling. Save the money and go somewhere else.

This use to be our favourite eating spot after a day at Algonquin. Sadly, it s really gone downhill. The food is bland, overcooked, and the flavours on the plate make no sense. The prices have also significantly increased. I recommend looking for other options in the area.

Server forgot our appetizer. Braised beef winter stew was bland and carelessly plated. The entire menu is overpriced.

Not much food options service was questionable

We tried this local favourite on 2 consecutive nights (take out). First night: pumpkin and sweet potato soup (delicious), calamari (husband liked), short rib dinner ( delicious) and stuffed shells (avoid at all costs). The pasta dish was bland, the tomato sauce tasted weird and was over-seasoned with a lot of oregano. This was disappointing, however, since most of what we had ordered had been pretty good, we decided to give it another go. Second night: pumpkin and sweet potato soup ( delicious), goat cheese and olive flat bread (awful - flatbread with smeared goat cheese and an entire can of sliced olives poured on top), coconut shrimp (good), rice balls (don t) and an arugala and mixed green salad (crisp greens mixed together with a lot of wilted and past due ones). I echo the sentiments of a previous guest who observed that the flavour combinations don t work. The soup was consistently good. The portion sizes were generous. Many dishes were hit and miss.

Had a wonderful dinner with cocktails and wine. First rate experience. Thanks for offering this in cottage country. A wonderful add-on to a very nice vacay. Parking: easy-peasy. parking right in front.

Absolutely the best!! We had scallops and beef tenderloin. It was awesome. White chocolate cheesecake topped off the meal. Five stars! Worth the 4 hour drive.

It is way to expensive to have tables that dirty. The prices and service and atmosphere are all high end or trying to be, but the tables are so dirty. They are caked with something and are super sticky. It was uncomfortable to touch them. They were also so sticky they took of the back of the book I was reading. Like, I put my book down on the table and when I went to move it you could literally see that some of the back of the book stayed behind, glued to the table. I told a member of staff and she tried to help but she just sprayed some chemical on it and used a rag to move it around and then when I came back the table was even more sticky than before. I wouldnt care if this was a diner or normal restaurant but if you are expecting me to pay 50$ for an entree, before tax and tip, you need to at least have clean tables or at least tables I can put my book on and still have the book intact. Also, not wheelchair accessible. If you are seated on the top floor there are no elevators to get up and my grandma really struggled because there was no room downstairs.

This is a 6/5 place and I know my food. Visiting Huntsville from Ottawa and we were intrigued by the sign. This place is 6 stars all around. Food incredible. Service and speed incredible. Ambience incredible. Anyone who comes to Huntsville needs to try this place. The beef short ribs were in my top 5 meals of all time and I m a foodie, the noddles and pasta are home made. Can t recommend this place more. Parking: Easy off hgwy 60 Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the pene cream pasta

The hotel receptionist recommended this restaurant to us. We ate meat. It was tasty. Though portion size was half of what you would expect for the money you pay. In general, for us the place appeared significantly overrated for no reason.

Okay food, good service. Overly rated and very expensive for what you get. Lamb shank was very good but butter chicken was lacking taste. Appetizer were very small. They add things to make it look fancy like a martini glass for the 1.5 scoop gelato.

Let me preface this by saying I have had amazing meals here in the past. They did mention that they have new chefs. Well they need to do a rehire. I ordered a tofu butter chicken . This was $40. I know right??????? I can get a good steak for that!!!!!! Well they threw uncooked tofu in a butter chicken sauce, with some wilted spinach. Unacceptable!!! I sent it back. Reordered. The waitress told me they were supposed to sauté and crisp the tofu first and they did not. We had other associates who had a meal there the same evening, with the same report of a subpar meal. I would like to say that our service was amazing, lovely waitress.

Completely overpriced for some unskilled cooking. Fine dining prices for something I could cook at home. No culinary excellence whatsoever. The place needs an upgrade. Waitress was good though.

The lamb meatballs were great! It was also open on the Victoria Day Monday which was a very lucky surprise so I could get a delicious meal on route home!!

Turns out googling good places to eat in Huntsville while driving down the highway isnt the best idea. From my quick glance at the name and the photo of the outside I thought this place was going to be more casual. My mistake. Even though it was a bit out of our price range we made it work by ordering 2 vegetarian entrees. Food was excellent tasting and service was quick and friendly. Just remind me to check the $ symbols next time.

I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Its a day later and I am still down about it. There were several problems. I ordered the seasonal seafood stew. Ordinary. In fact, it would raise comments in our house about being, well - ordinary. Mostly zucchini (>50% by vol - wow) with a spare amount of actual seafood. Shrimp were tough (overcooked), the rest was ok (as in ok but not great). Jus was good and could have been great if the ingredients kept up. The dish was served on a large flat plate - hot when it arrived, cold soon after and difficult to eat with a spoon. It was a mistake. I like Motown. But not loud and not all-night. We were next to the speaker, but the staff should monitor sound levels. Also, strangely, the draft beer did not seem to be the Muskoka Cream Ale that i ordered - its one of my faves and I have been drinking it since it was first made decades ago. I know when something is different. I dont send things back. The beer was ok, but again, not what I expected. And 3 guys is not cheap (2 people $175 w beer and tax). I have been on the move this week and ate at 5 restaurants from St Catharines to Muskoka. This was by far the most expensive. I rate restaurants by Ah! or Oh? First look and first bite should be Ah! Three guys was the only one of the week that was an Oh? Nice friendly staff. Also annoying, the online reservation via YELP was painfully long and required a credit card number for charging the cost of a no show. The restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night.

The service was phenomenal! The food was good but at the price point I expected it to also be phenomenal.

My wife and I enjoyed very much our experience at 3 Guys And A Stove. Our food was great, the service was excellent, and the place has a really warm feeling. We have decided to make visiting 3 Guys a tradition when coming to Huntsville.

Went on the Family Day long weekend with a friend. Each of us had a non-alcoholic drink, starter, and a main. Strongly recommend the pumpkin soup, it was delicious. Calamari looked nice, but didnt have much flavor unless dipped in sauce. The thing that cost this place the rating was the East Coast Seafood Stew, and the prices of the mains compared to the food. At $37, it contained chunks of unpeeled banana, blueberries, too many crunchy strips of what I assumed to be mango, pineapple chunks, curry paste that ended up more grey than yellow, and flavorless. I thought it was a mistake until I checked the online menu and also saw a picture of a stew with unpeeled banana. And another comment confirming that they also had blueberries and banana in their dish. Along with the prices my friend paid, the experience was a let down for me.

This was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The staff were friendly, every bite of the meal was amazing. Cant wait to go back!!

Always consider 3Guys a treat everytime were in the area. Have been eating here each year for over 20 years. Mixture of casual atmosphere with fine dining food. We miss the smell of hardwood fire outside to greet you. Jeff and staff make it special.

The food was amazing. I had the sweet potato curry soup, I can see why it is a favourite! My entree was Moroccan Meatballs and my companion had the seafood stew; both excellent.

If you are in the area and want a romantic and great place to eat, this is a must stop. I have never had bad food here. My husband and I got the beef stew and steak with vegetables last time we visited and it was so good I ate my entire bowl of stew! The prices are a bit higher but its worth it after you see how delicious everything is! Great place for date night and not far out of the way if you are traveling through the area off hwy 11

We paid over $500 dollars for a family meal for 6 people with no alcohol. The entries were $45 dollars on average and I had to send mine back to the kitchen because my stew was served cold. It was not even good food. It was mediocre at best and some of it was just plain bad. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Something weird was going on at this place. Ate there last night with a party of 7, and the menu looked promising but in retrospect, like theyre trying to do too many things. When the food arrived there was a general issue across several dishes of things being cooked incorrectly. A steak that was rare rather than medium rare, badly cooked scallops, and my own dish which was not hot, and included banana and blueberries in a seafood stew. A bold choice that was ultimately unconvincing. Service was great but the food errors, without anything really comped, means a big steer clear from us.

Food is excellent. The selections make it easy for everyone to get something they like. The appetizers were amazing. My only small complaint is that when we were there on New Years Eve, 3 people at our table ordered the special, which was a tenderloin with a crab claw. Unfortunately the amount of crab claw was hardly noticeable, less than a teaspoon of meat. Maybe it was a baby crab? Also, the tiny amount that was served wasnt cleaned properly, mostly cartilage. Otherwise, everything else was great, it was all cooked perfectly and the service was outstanding.

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years, The atmosphere and the service is great but unfortunately as of lately the meals have been awful. Im sorry to say but the chefs need to be changed asap. The food does not reflect the price once so ever. The Mediterranean salad was one of the worst salads we ever ate, to many flavours going on and vegetables were not fresh, cheap olives. My fish meal cost almost $50 and it was mediocre at best, over cooked rice, no flavour and pairings did not go well with the meal. The hand cooked pasta was unappetizing , zero presentation and it tasted like cinnamon.. not nice at all. The only thing we enjoyed was our dessert. We hope this changes because we want them to do well and we would come back.

I quite fictively live for the calamari they serve here. Been having it for over 20ys. I make trips to Huntsville from Toronto just to have it. No one has calamari as good as here.

Took my wife here this evening. It s. Nice spot. The outdoor lighting is pretty. When we were seated even though there were empty booths we were sat at a small 2 up next to a larger party. Not sure why . Tables remained open the entire time we were seated. Food is ok. Just ok. I had blackened stuffed shrimp pasta $49. At any other restaurant you can cut this price by $20 easily. 5 small shrimp stuffed with crab meat which was non existent. My wife had whitefish which clearly had not been de-boned. It was tasty but when you have to maneuver small bones so you don t choke it takes away from your meal . Coming out of the pandemic I give restaurants the benefit of the doubt most times I know it s been tough on them. But if you want to charge high end prices then deliver the appropriate product . One and done. Won t be back.

Went to have a nice family dinner, power outage, no generator back up, no emergency lights and no offer of discount for a few appetizers we managed to have before the lights went out. Not encouraged to return!

Food was really delicious and good portions. For the price of everything I would have expected a bit of a nicer atmosphere and better service. Took close to 10 minutes for our server to come to our table initially and we had to go up to the bar to ask for refills on our drinks halfway through dinner.

My son had a hockey tournament and we wanted to have a nice dinner. This place was pretty good for Huntsville. The place wasnt as fancy as the menu, but cozy. It was a busy Saturday night at 7:30PM. It took around 30 minutes to get appetizers and 1 hour or so to get food. The service was slow and we had empty drinks for a while. For appetizers. We got bacon wrapped scallops. It was disappointing. The scallops were small and the sauce tasted like ketchup with a bit of horseradish. Good thing the entrees and desserts were more successful. For mains, I got the lamb shank. It was cooked well, but the red pepper jelly was super sweet. I wish it had some acid or salt. It would have balanced well. I loved the veggies. It wasnt boring green beans or carrots. I loved the eggplant and zucchini. My husband said his steak was great and cooked well. The pecan dessert was great with peppermint ice cream. Overall it was a nice place, but the service could be better.

Excelent food and service

After coming here for twenty years on business trips I was very disappointed with my last visit. The portions were small, the prices were high and the food was not worthy of the restaurant. My guest and I ordered the grilled vegetables salad with lamb. How disappointing! The lamb was way over cooked (quite tough) but even more astounding was that 6 of the small pieces of lamb were still joined by a piece of sinew. So one floppy clump of meat came up on my fork. Who is watching in the kitchen because that simply could not be missed? Also it s not good form to hear the host berate the cooking staff while you are dining because they are using too much rice on the rice plates. Apparently they only have a 15 lb bag. I gave it two stars because the young man who was our server, Brooke was very nice. We should have returned the food to the kitchen but it was a business diner so I simply apologized to my guest.

Staff is polite. Everything here is aggressively over priced. 3 Scallops wrapped in bacon shouldn t cost 23 bucks. The Top Sirloin (7oz) for $48 and Beef Tenderloin (6oz) for $52 were nasty. Meat felt old with absolutely no seasoning. I have never had beef that s taste this off. It was really unpleasant. The lack of seasoning and weird texture really put me off. I wanna say, maybe it was really really old or freezer burnt. Honestly the worst meat I have ever put in my mouth. But the staff was super nice. The cooks were loud af screaming at each other in Hindi. Yea I understood. Kinda ruined the vibes. Not very professional. BTW I didn t include tax and tip in the above numbers. As a local I m all about promoting businesses in Huntsville. Avoids this joint.

I use to go to this place regularly when I was in the area and loved it. I went in again this weekend and was shocked by the increase of prices. $47 for a pasta with sausage? $48 for Salmon. Two of us paid $180 for that meal and 2 glasses of wine. Best retaurants in Toronto dont demand that type of money for pasta and salmon and this resturant is far from the best. Very dissapointed. Wont be going back.

I don t enjoy giving poor reviews but my experience here warrants bringing awareness to others who are considering dining here. The food quality was far below the egregious prices they charged per plate. I am comfortable paying fine dining prices, except for when the food is on par with a standard bar & grill (if not worse). Thankfully, the service staff were lovely and the only redeeming quality, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Previous reviews led us to believe the prices and serving sizes would be similar to a roadhouse/grill, but they were small serving sizes and expensive prices. No problem with that - nice place, tasty (besides an over-peppered Top Sirloin dish), good patio - but not what we expected. Perhaps they could adjust their website to better reflect theyre prices & portions

This place looked really cute online. We were there on a Thursday evening for dinner. The menu was smaller than we expected and really didnt have many options if you had any type of dietary need. It seemed as though they only had one server who was manning the bar and the tables. We sat for an extremely long time waiting for our food. When we asked about it, he said it was ready and hed go get it. If he knew it was ready, Im not sure why it wasnt brought out. When he did bring it out, our food was warm from the heat lights only, specifically my sons Mac and cheese, which was cool enough for him to dig into immediately. For 3 adults and a child, our bill came to over $200. For the price, the service and menu options need a major upgrade. The place itself was cute, and despite the waiting, the server was friendly.

Really wanted to love this place. Excited for the scallops and lamb shank. Sorry to say we weren t impressed. The scallop dip had a ketchup taste and both lamb shank and bbq special had the same sauce flavor. Too much sauce. Would we come again?, no.

Very pricey dinner not many good choices. The menu is very very weird and the meals are a little overrated but good experience wouldn t go again.

This is the second time Ive been here. We couldnt have a conversation with the person across the table it was that loud. Happened the first time too. One of our people wears hearing aids and he couldnt participate in the conversation. Not that many people there and no attemot from restaurant trying to help. For a restaurant that charges so much, it was a very poor dining experience. Will not be returning.

FOOD: Husband enjoyed his tuna steak and calamari. My son and I were satisfied but not thrilled with our pasta dishes. He got the fresh pasta and I got the stuffed pasta. In both cases, the sauce had way too much going on and was overpowering. Too much dressing on my ceaser salad, as well. Overall, the quality of the food was good, just personally didnt enjoy the pasta/salad. ATMOSPHERE: The atmosphere was nice, especially inside. We ate on the lower back patio which is designated as dog friendly. I wasnt crazy about the music - a bit too busy for my taste - but it didnt interfere with conversation. Tables were nicley spaced and everything appeared clean and well-maintained. Lots of natural greenery back there, too. DOG FRIENDLY: The staff is a bunch of dog lovers and lavished Pickles with attention. He was also given a bowl of fresh water upon arrival without us even asking. What was disappointing / misleading was that the website indicated that they would have our own homemade treats available for all dog guests; yet nothing was offered and when we inquired we were told that was only during Covid. So, the owners may want to update their website to avoid disappointing patrons. SERVICE: Our Server, Kellie, was exceptional. Extremely personable, knowledgable, professional, efficient, etc. She even ran out to to her car to retrieve a dog treat from her personal stash to make up for the fact that the restaurant was no longer offering them. All around outstanding service by all. OVERALL: We would probably come back to try another dish, maybe for lunch instead of dinner, for the high quality service, and for the insanely delicious curry pumpkin and sweet potato soup which is honestly the yummiest thing Ive had in ages! Would skip the icecream though (which is advertised as homemade but was nothing special) and just head across the street to Kawartha Dairy for a fraction of the price.

Our second time at this restaurant with our kids. Food was delicious as usual. Unfortunately we waited a while for our mains, but that didn t bother us as it is fine dinning. Service although was below average and upon just finishing our meals we were rushed my the manager to make any final decisions on drinks and desserts. Kids food was taken away quick and the bill was brought back within a minute . Left a bad experience after some great food once again.

We went here for the first time, from the outside in. It is a beautiful place. The service was good but the food was terrible. Never did I think the food was going to be as terrible as it was. I had to sent my food back because the fish was raw and as much I was polite about it and I understand things happen but I still had to pay for something I didn t eat. It was disappointing that the restaurant manager/owner didn t remove it from the bill. I still paid and provided a good tip. The lady who served us was very nice.

The food was delicious and fresh, good sized portions It may seem overpriced but considering the size of the portions and the quality of food - it makes sense Service was good. Beer is overpriced tho (You can t spend less than $50 per person for dinner, it s about 70 per person)

Cannot dispute the food is delicious, no question. My wife, son and I went on a Saturday night, it was busy, but not overly. Our dinners took way to long to arrive and when they did, the scallops I ordered along with my entree did not come. I have actually ordered to come out before my meal, but was willing to overlook. Simple, I m sorry from the server, nothing else. Although I do not expect something, an offer of desert or after drink would have been nice. I suspect the server was new and didn t want to tell his manager. Anyways I expect better at those prices.

An excellent dining experience. Great food and the personal attention from the moment we were greeted and seated to the outstanding service received by young Austin throughout our meal. Made to feel like he enjoyed pleasing us as much as we enjoyed the overall dining ambiance. Kudos to the entire team!! We will be back.

The butter chicken is very tasty but such small portion for almost $40, the kids chicken fingers are terrible, dry and tasteless, the kids did not eat them and I hard a hard time trying to. Personally I believe this place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get, I m all for paying fair market price but this is not that. $11 for a can of beer that is $3.75 down the street, again I don t mind paying for experience, food etc but this left us disappointed and still hungry.

Very satisfying, I only tried the lamb rib but it was very very good. Variety of very expensive wines, and beers, similar. Very nice service, well decorated place, large tables, two floors and a terrace. Pelin expensive.

Interesting concept. Sat upstairs. Space was a bit tight and decor could use some work. Air circulation was intermittent and it got muggy. Food was flavorful but pricy. A nice expirence. Glad my partner and I shared food so we could try different things.

We didn t have a reservation and they fit us in. We were so grateful because the food was delicious! The steak was perfect , meatballs and my son had salmon and loved it! Amazing food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Sat on the patio because it is first come first serve. Next time I ll definitely make reservations and earlier because it s very popular. Went with some girlfriends and shared some appetizers and a platter with chicken, ribs, spare ribs and 3 salads. Sooo good! And dessert!! I m bringing my husband back with me next time.

I made a reservation via the internet earlier in the day for 4:30 . I arrived late and was greeted by a guy at the reception desk who greeted me by the statement You are late !! I apologized as I got lost from Gravenhurst . You should have phoned ( this is illegal to do while driving ) He then confirmed my initial reservation as being on the patio . Given that it was now cold - I asked if I could seat inside & said no ! ( hardly anyone was inside the restaurant .) I have never incurred such a rude reception !!!! Austin the waiter was great as well as the shrimp dinner -

Groups are put together NOISY! Expensive considering fish was undercooked!! NOISY (for groups shoved together upstairs) refused us patio outside it remained empty!! $43 for dinner..$15 for cocktail did I say NOISY? Had to raise voices to communicate. Ugh!!!

They dont lie. You walk in, get greeted by 3 guys. And theres a stove. But its what they did what that stove which deserved them the 5 stars. Menu was well stocked with options, including drinks and local microbreweries if thats your thing! Food was not cheap. Not a budget meal. BUT also not outrageous by any stretch (depending on what youre used to) AND sometimes in life you get what you pay for, and those 3 hardworking guys do not disappoint. Food had incredible flavours, you can tell had fusions of their respective cultures. Portions were massive which helps justify the the cost. My wife and I split a lot on the menu because it all looked so good. Soup. Salads. Muscles. Lamb. Pasta. Dessert. Everything down to the smallest detail was so good. We took leftovers away and happily ate them the next day. Thats not normally the case! The kids menu is nothing to shake a stick at but thats not unusual and no points docked IMHO. Every time Im in town, Im definitely making this stop...

We had a medium size group (25) for a birthday party and used the set menu. Communication via email and phone was excellent. The food, venue and service were great. It was the perfect way to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday! Thanks to Jeff and the team.

We get the same dinner every other week at 3 guys and it s always AMAZING. It s our date night in with no kids so we get take out and they are always so friendly and kind when we get there to pick up. We almost never finish our meals and have lunch the next day so it s a win win. Thanks to everyone there for making our dinners so awesome!

It was OK but lighting was poor

Ive been here several times, and the food and service are always great. I always make a reservation when I go here. It is a little on the pricey side, but it feels warranted with what you get. The meals are portioned properly. You can enjoy a proper 3 course meal, be satisfied, and not feel like your stomach is going to explode.

Wish I had read the past posts before going... Very long waits for food is apparently a theme at this restaurant. Waited over 45 minutes for our main dishes, which was the only thing we ordered. Perhaps dont seat so many people if you cant accommodate in a timely fashion. Either that or expand to 6 guys and two stoves. Atmosphere and decor on top level leaves much to be desired. Food was amazing; pricy, but amazing

For the price i expected the food to be superb. I had the Udon bowl, another in my party had the butter chicken. We both found the food good. But certainly not good enough to ask $30+. I also found it ridiculous to ask an extra $13 for shrimp with my meal. I chose not to spend the extra money for the shrimp. Out of the 3 of us none of us were wowd by our meals. The bill came to $116. We had no appetizers or desserts and i was the only one to have a drink besides water. I had green tea. We didnt have long to wait on our food no complaints with that, and it was piping hot. The server was friendly and polite had no complaints there. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Wont be back though.

We have been there twice now. I didnt want to leave a negative review after the first time as everyone has an off night. However both times same experience. The place itself is nice and an ok atmosphere. The servers are tip notch. Unfortunately thats where the positives end. I had the mushroom risotto and seared scallops. The scallops had no sear and were over cooked as if they were baked. at 18 dollars for 4 scallops that is ridiculous. The risotto had a good amount of mushrooms however the dish was overcooked and clumpy. My wife had the Mediterranean meatballs with rice. The meatballs were nothing special they had decent flavor but nothing to write home about. The rice again was overcooked. We had the callimari appetizer and it was OK again nothing special. Its not that everything was bad but when paying a price tag of 30+ for risotto the expectation is for it to be a great risotto. The meatballs come with a price of 39 dollars. This place is not worth their price point. Save your money and skip this place. If the food quality elevates I would go back. They have a really good menu just cant seem to execute their dishes.

Great ambiance and superb overall atmosphere. Food quality is perfect, butter chicken with rice and fresh naan bread is a must to try. Huntsville has a gem!

An absolute must if you re in town! Incredible service, great ambiance and incredibly tasty food! We had 2 young kids with us and their menu for children was so amazing. We were beyond impressed (and kids under 5 eating free was a wonderful bonus). I had the most delicious soup and salad and my husband enjoyed the best ribs (of course I had to sample some). We will definitely be back for more!

What a cool little spot in Huntsville. Such a diverse menu too. We were there with a large party and we had pleasant and prompt service. We had everything from blackened whitefish to Moroccan meatballs. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area. Id recommend making reservations too, since this place is rightfully busy a lot of the time.

Everything about this place is 5 star!! I highly recommend you try 3 guys and a stove if you ever are in Muskoka.

Lovely food although a tiny bit on the pricey side

We just used their catering and it was beyond incredible. From the assistance in deciding the menu, to the loading the food in the car and the service afterward, it was white glove service. We had the most delicious food and it was plentiful. Thank you Jeff and team for the amazing food and incredible service. You made our 80th birthday celebration.

Food and service were excellent. Lots of bugs on the patio, though. Be sure to make reservations if you are planning a visit. The restaurant was very busy even at 4pm on a Saturday.

Great food in cottage country! Call for a reservation. We did the summer BBQ special which was good. Dessert was yummy but we found it a bit pricey for the serving. Server was great. Nice atmosphere.

Could be better. Salad was sent back, $42 Udon soup with chicken was more like a curry gravy with chopped veggies. And fish dish was over cooked and soggy. If you are a foodie <- we are don t expect it; but you should for the price you are paying.

I strongly recommend making reservations. The decor is simple. The food makes the statement. The paring of flavours and textures was definitely 5 star. Food was very disappointing. Bruschetta was way too salty. Our chicken was so over cooked we could barely chew it. This used to be a high quality restaurant but Chef Jeff Suddaby has let it go way downhill.

This past summer we had reservations for 11 people. When we arrived we were all seated around two tables that were for 4 persons each. ??? We noticed that that half of the tables in our section were empty so asked if we could get another table brought over. The server asked the manager and he said no. Thinking that more reservations were still coming later but the tables got emptier. When another party of 6 arrived and received the same amount of table space we were given we asked if we could have some of our party sit at one of the empty tables. Again the server asked the manager and he said no. My diner plate was hanging off of the table it was so crowded. When we left there were even more empty tables available. It was like the manager was trying to make us as uncomfortable as possible. The whole experience was just ridiculous. We have been coming here every year for many years during our family vacation spending well over $1000.00 each time. I would like to thank the manager for saving us all this money in the future.

Great food and drinks.

It was really nice they could accommodate us on the outside deck, and very last minute. There was 2 of us. Great menu, bit pricey but lately we don t eat out much so we did not care. The Bruschetta was awful and tasted like canned tomato sauce was used, vs fresh chopped tomatoes especially at this time of year. I had the bacon wrapped scallops they were ok, my husband had stuffed shrimp over pasta. Again okay, but not worth price. Staff was lovely though not very knowledgeable about restaurant, menus or wine.

This place is a must try when in town. They have wide variety of vegetarian options. Service was pleasant. Make sure you call ahead for reservations, they are usually very busy.

The main food was great but it took an incredibly long wait and the salad I got for an appetizer had old, somewhat rotten lettuce

A friend mentioned he visited this place years ago when he was in Huntsville, and recommended it. I was finally in the area and able to get there. He was correct in his judgment. The food is fabulous, and the service is top notch. All of our starters, mains, and desserts were great, and the restaurant is well appointed. Above all, the staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. We will be back next time we are in town.

Overall not a great experience. Food was mediocre at best. Ribs were really fatty and not trimmed at all. Brisket was tough that s right TOUGH! BBQ sauce was overly sweet. Salads swerved as sides were basically flavourless. High price point for low quality food. Service was slow and not very friendly. Didn t go out the extra mile at all. Keep driving by if you are considering this restaurant. Save your money.

Disappointing on the whole. Food was cold. My husbands meal was very good once he got it reheated. Mine was a chicken dish. Chicken was really very dry, the rice was swimming in a watery sauce. Poorly executed. I didn t finish it and I m not hard to please. Ambience, environment and service were all fine, hence the 3stars instead of 2. Meh. Definitely not the anticipated experience.

We got turned down at the reception but somehow very glad that happened. Your experience is not only made by the food but also by the people that serve it. Its not bad to say no but the way you say it makes a huge difference. The person at the guest check in desk was so unprofessional and RUDE. We asked if we could be seated at the bar and he glared at us and very rudely declined. I only wished he did a better job and people would understand. I would never want to be served at a place where I could risk having an unpleasant experience

The only problem with this place is that the food is too good that I can never get a table when I plan to travel near Huntsville. If you get the opportunity to eat here do so it is one of my all time favorite restaurants.

If you like so called 5 dining good for you. Although the food was very good, the portions are small and quite expensive. There are other restaurant options with great food at less than half the cost.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our Airbnb host as one of the top restaurants in Huntsville, and dont get me wrong it was not bad, but I guess I was expecting that wow factor that comes after you taste delicious food. We tried 4 different dishes, they all came garnished identically, and it felt like most dishes used the same base ingredients. I have visited many restaurants in over 30 countries, and as a Canadian I am proud to say that some of the best restaurants Ive tried are here in Canada, but one thing that caught my attention was the fact that the chef was hosting rather than leading the kitchen staff. The staff was polite and the place itself cozy although it felt warm for us (we are from Calgary so that may be on us). Another thing that may be different to us coming from Calgary is the fact that this was quite pricey for what it was. This is more on the home cook meal side of things rather than gourmet. Overall, it is ok, but I was expecting a lot more based on the recommendation and the reviews. UPDATE: After trying a few more places around Muskoka, I can confidently say this place is overprice for what you get, simply the value is not there. Dont get me wrong, I would rather spend my money on a local place that a franchise, but it is definitely a bit too much. We paid $135 for two mains, and 2 entres, no drinks. And like I said before the food was not impressive in any way. For that reason I am lowering the review from 3 to 2 stars. The 2 stars are because the place is nice, it has an outdoor and indoor seating areas, the staff is polite, and parking is convenient.

Totally disappointed. I read a lot of reviews about this place and booked it without any doubt for our weekend trip to Muskoka. Unfortunately, the reality was a bit differ: soup from a kids menu was terribly saulted and had a taste as it was from a can, asked to replace to a vegetablea plate but a dip was with a piece of cucumber as it was already in use (see a photo). Alcohol is overpriced (11-12$ for a can, 14$ for a 6oz glass of wine). Main course was ok, but nothing special.

Always a fantastic evening at 3 guys.
