My prime rib sandwich and the fries were way too salty

The food was good and as expected.

We had my friends 30th birthday dinner here last night and we had the BEST time! Our server was absolutely incredible and so fun, she definitely made our experience great!

Classy location. We saw online that this location had crab fingers, and we rushed there because while my wife and I were first dating, we had sautéed crab fingers in Texas. Then, at Char, we were pleasantly surprised with the flavor, portion size, and deja vu of having them again. Thank you, Char, for giving us such a great reboot of our beginning. We will surely be back.

One of the best upscale places to eat in Huntsville. A great menu with creative offerings, great drinks and great service. Whats not to like.

Went here for my wifes birthday. I had the Ribeye and she had the Filet. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. One of the best steaks we have eaten. Looking forward to our next visit and we recommend them to all of our friends.

I no t the one to call in and complain for any food, but this place is my wife and my favorite places for special occasions, and on our anniversary we thought it would be cute, to order out and have a picnic, my NY strip was overcooked, we got breaded crab claws instead of fried, her snapper was soggy.. it was all good enough to eat,so we did and when I called to say what happened it get a very big apology saying it would all be replaced, I said that s ok but I ll take my steak back sometime, I just got put on hold by a guy named Kevin for 10 minutes to tell me that he didn t see it and I can talk to his supvisor in 10 seconds. It rang 6 times and then hung up.for the money you spend there you should not deal with something like that in my opinion, there are way to many other good restaurants around.

The prime rib is the best thing on the menu, hands down. The braised Brussels sprouts with bacon seem to never have any bacon, but theyre good anyway. Caesar salad needs to be either improved or taken off the menu, its about the quality of a 1980s Wendys salad bar.

Celebrate a birthday, celebrate an anniversary or just go get dinner! Danny , the waitress was perfect and patient with a group of six women celebrating a birthday.

Food took a while to get out despite it not being busy, service was very good. I had the red fish sandwich which was very good. My co-worker had their special of the day fried chicken and it was very dry and lacked flavor. Their crabcakes were delicious as they were filled with jumbo lump crab without being fried.

Update 11/12/24: One of the managers reached out to me to let explain my concerns from my review. It was a very good conversation and an opportunity for me to provide constructive feedback. Char made it right and I look forward to getting another opportunity to dine and try their steaks again. I appreciate the quick response to reach out the next day after our visit. Again, service was great, the smoky old fashioned, bacon Brussel Sprouts, and wedge salad were fantastic. First and for most I want to say our server Sierra was great. However, arrived for our 7pm reservations for 4 at 6:50pm. Not a big deal they told us we would need to wait for a minute. We went to the bar to get drinks. I ordered a Bombay Sapphire dirty martini. It didn t taste anything like Bombay Sapphire gin. The waiter was happy to have it re-made and the second one was slightly better so I drank it. Got to the table to order and they were out of Lamb Chops, Pork Chops and NY Strip. We ordered 3 Ribeyes and 1 Filet. The filet and 1 ribeye were supposed to be Med Rare and the other 2 steaks medium. The MR ribeye and Filet came out med to MW. While the filet was tender enough to eat, my ribeye was very chewy and all the steaks had ZERO flavor as if even salt and pepper were not used as seasoning before grilling. The Bearnaise topping was great and the blue cheese dressing on the wedge salad were fantastic. Our server tried to get me another steak but the lack of flavor (seasoning) in my daughter s filet, wife s ribeye and my ribeye, I did not want to try it again. We continued on with dinner and basically all took leftovers to be used in a different dish tomorrow. It was my daughter s 23 birthday, and first time eating at Char after the good reviews and a recommendation from several friends. For these prices I would expect the highest quality cuts of meat and flavor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Evan was our bartender at Char. He made our experience so amazing. He knew what he was talking about when it can to alcohol AND the food. You want to go here and sit at the bar when he works.

Staff are very professional and friendly, and the food is among the best in the city. Prices for this location are very good as well! Their gourmet burgers are phenomenal! Highly recommend for a nice sit-down, date night, or a small dinner party!

Small group dinner. Server and service was excellent. The food was good. Steaks and sides were cooked well. Overall a very good place for a nice meal.

Food was only decent. Onion rings better than entrees. The incident that turned me against them to the point of no return was, I asked if I could bring in a box of small cupcakes for a birthday meal we were having there. He replied, we have a dessert menu, if you want to bring in your cupcakes that will 2.50 per person for a plate to put cupcakes on. This is a sneaky way to pinch a few more pennies out of your diners. Bad decision on restaurants to do this. Just saying

What an excellent restaurant! Everything was perfect. Our waitress was friendly, prompt & attentive. Our steak was perfect & delicious. It is a little pricey, but the quality is worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely one of the best steaks I ve ever had tender and juicy and the seafood and crabcakes are out of this world! You can t go wrong here. When you need to treat yourself, this is the place to go! Food

First time visit after hearing great reviews from several people. Server was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was great. I had the prime rib and a cup of seafood gumbo, both were amazing. They had a piano player in the bar who could be heard throughout the restaurant but not too loud. A bit pricey but it s a steakhouse, so we weren t surprised. Ready to go back again soon!

The food was the best I have ever had in Huntsville, Al. The steak melted in my mouth. The taste was exquisite. The waitress was very good and personable. You will not regret any steak they offer.

Great atmosphere, good service, food was exceptional. Observations jacket potatoes were over salted. I didnt expect the shrimp and grits to be that spicy they definitely had heat, but it does explain that on the menu. Cocktails were great, and the server was polite and courteous. We will be back ! Service was really good. The food tasted very good but the cook on my steak was terrible, so uneven. I ordered medium rare and half was medium rare and the other half was well. I didnt ask for it to be taken back since I was having a great time with my wife. But for the price the cook should of been perfect. Everything else was excellent.

Lunch visit for two. Food was excellent. Filet was cooked perfectly as was the pan seared salmon. I love it when they have French onion soup! Great whiskey selection. I was a bit disappointed by the smokey old fashioned. Smoke was good but the rest of the ratio was off. Service was excellent, great teamwork.

The Char is a nice upscale restaurant. They switch up items on the menu periodically, so you re not bored with selections. Great for a grown and sexy occasion. At times it can get very loud with all the people. Great for a date night.

Absolutely incredible restaurant, went here for my birthday over the weekend. Bartender made an incredible smoked old fashioned, and the steak.... Let me tell you about the steak,*chefs kiss* if I lived in the area id visit this restaurant every opportunity I could.

We asked to move from our first assigned table because an AC vent above it was constantly blowing very cold air straight down on us. Our server was very helpful to relocate a different table for us but it was not any warmer. Our anniversary meal was delicious but we ate in haste because we were miserable. We observed another diner in our room who left and came back with a sweater for his wife.

Late afternoon impromptu choice of restaurant for our anniversary dinner while traveling. Anton was our waiter and he was really great. This Charr is definitely a step down in quality of atmosphere from the one in Jackson. MS. Lots of spice in the veggie side items my wife couldnt really eat. The crabcakes and cowboy steak were amazing. Wife and son said their veal and grilled chicken were good. Great service and pretty good food. Not so much the vibe or atmosphere Id have expected but it is what it is when you are traveling and away from home. Kid-friendliness: Waiter Anton was very engaging with our son. Made him feel welcome and important. Great job!!!

The atmosphere was perfect, the service was great. We were a party of 8 we had a great and very enjoyable time. My only small complaints is I ordered the Scallops with asparagus, the dish was very salty and the asparagus a little under cooked,, my husbands augratin potatoes were very solid and should normally be creamy and cheesy. This was our first time to Chars. we will be back.again. Well, we went back to Chars on Aug. 2 for another birthday and again a party of 8 . Sierra was our server, and she did an awesome job and was so friendly. The food was delicious. My husband had the Primerib sandwich, and I had the wedge salad and no filler crab cakes , it was all delicious. Everyone in our party said their food was great , one in our party got the free-range chicken and he said it was the best chicken he has ever tasted. The only drawback is the price of their wine , it is way overpriced, so several of us just had water to drink even though a glass of wine would have gone great with our meal . Exceptional experience!! 12 out of 10. Went for my 40th wedding anniversary hoping to have a great experience and was not disappointed. Chris was superb as our server, food was spot on and atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. I went there with my mom (for the first time) on my 30th birthday. They had a long wait even on a Monday for lunch (also MLK day). The sodas were subpar and lacked flavor so we asked them to replace it with a lemonande and a sweet tea which were much better. They gave me a free dessert because of the long wait (even though I thought I d have one for my birthday anyway lol my mom didn t mention it). Overall I d go again since my food was delicious.

Great food, would have expected a little fancier inside, and our waiter was no where to be found . But the Brunch was a home run!

We were here for a private luncheon. Our server was very accommodating. We had a pre fixed menu, and initially, the head server did not want to go off the menu to accommodate my non-dairy request but then emphasized, Only because its a dairy issue. I thought that was unprofessional to say out loud. However, the redfish was good. The steak frites were a bit overcooked, and the brownie was too hard to put a knife through. The pecan pie was delicious.

Amazing service, food for everyone at our (large) table came out properly prepared and in a timely fashion. Food was also delicious, with special note to the brownie dessert with praline ice cream. Outstanding!

We ate here for lunch and were very impressed! I had the beefeater sandwich, which was stacked with tender shaved beef and sharp cheddar cheese. My friend had the house burger and she said it was delicious. Prices were reasonable, and portions were huge. UPDATE: I just enjoyed the ribeye and loaded baked potato for dinner. Delicious! Best ribeye in North Alabama; and yes, better than Ruths Chris.

I like Char. For appetizers, I enjoy the no filler crab cakes, crab claws, or fried green tomatoes with yummy comeback sauce. Im not the biggest fan of the steaks, but I really enjoy their lamb chops. Or for lunch, cornbread dusted redfish. Wouldnt recommend brunch. It is a bit pricey. Food

The food and service where very good, the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back.

Finally got to try Char with my wife. I had the strip steak and an appetizer of gumbo. The gumbo had a TON of garlic in it, but thats okay: I really enjoy garlic. My steak was a little tough, but thats expected with a strip! No biggie. The main thing was that the strip steak had a real harsh beefy taste that was sort of bland (it was a thick cut, but the seasoning didnt really get into the beef). My potato on the other hand was wayyyy too salty. For the price, I wasnt that enthused. The experience was great though. Our waiter was enthusiastic and made us feel welcome. The place looks modern and warm.

I was blown away by the amazing quality of the food and of the service. I took my girl there for her birthday and Ian who was our server was top-notch he was concise and well-spoken and it was just a pleasure to celebrate her birthday there!!! Yes it might be a little bit on the pricier side. However you are most certainly getting what you pay for here!!!

Busy for a Monday evening dinner. The food has flavor, but it was not anything special. Service was ok. The piano player sat in the bar area and not in the main dining room. :-(

Excellent date night with great steaks!

Had early dinner last Friday June 14 around 4-430 pm . The server was amazing . We ordered the crab cakes . This is not our first time , however we have not been here for a year maybe . The food especially the crab cakes were amazing . However this time it was bad . The crab cakes had a burnt taste . My husband ordered seafood carbonara- it was not seasoned well . I had the crusted snapper , it would have been better without the sauce - the sauce was sweet . The shrimp bisque was amazing though . So , not a good dinner for a foodie like us . Seems like they have a new chef?

This is the second time visiting Char base on the good experience on their no filler crab cake at the first visit. However it was very disappointing with their Crab cake tonight. There was more bread filling than the carb meat and crab meat was all crumbs mixed with some crab shell. The quality of food is not consistent.

It smelled like mildew. The food was good. If you are there longer than one hour and a half, the manager will start walking around your table and making you feel uncomfortable.

Another disappointing upscale restaurant in Huntsville. I really wanted this one to be the best. I had the salmon. I ordered it medium and it was still glassy inside which I would call medium rare. There was a big scoop of something that tasted like tomato paste straight from the van on top of it. ?? Broccoli rabini was very leggy and undercooked it was over salted and barely edible. We ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts and they were not edible. Charred on the outside and raw on the inside with the core stem still attached. We sent them back and our waitress said the cook admitted they were undercooked. Then why were they sent out to us? All in all if you want the ambiance s and fairly good service, go there. If you want I overpriced over salted food, then spend the money. It s our first and last time there. Nothing special even for a special occasion

I ordered the red fish and it should not smell fishy. I would not recommend this dish. The waitstaff if very pleasant. Atmosphere is nice for a drink and conversation. My daughter had the fried chicken special and is was excessively salty.

Great time, wonderful server, solid food.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant yesterday, because first of all, my Crab Cakes came out 15 Minutes after, the other five people in our Party, got their food! The Crab Cakes were Nice & Warm, but I wondered what the black streaks were, in the Crab, with no filler! My husband s Shaved Beef Sandwich, on toast, was burnt and the meat was cold! The drinks and the Onion Rings, were fine! We were visiting my brother, and he selected your restaurant, so I wouldn t say anything, that would hurt his feelings! If I owned this business, I would keep my customers Happy & Coming Back!

Food was nothing special. The grits were bland and dry. My son ordered chicken, it was dry and rubbery. The waffles and chicken was nothing special. The prime rib was good, the sides were bland. For the price, we expected a lot better. Very disappointing.

My husband and I have been coming here once+ a week for quite awhile. A week ago we had an unfavorable experience with a waiter, Lolly. I said I never wanted to come back after (between her & the fact it took several tries to get a medium rare steak). Husband talked me into coming back this week with a new waiter. To start, Jeff is amazing, personable and kind, someone give him a raise. The kitchen still could not get a medium rare steak out. By try 3 my husband and I just decided to go home, without food, and cook our own steaks correctly. The manager slid my husband a $50 gift card (thanks, I guess? That wouldn t cover both our steaks that after 3 times still weren t correct, but ok?), and then the waitress from last weeks experience decided to let me know she remembered us in the bathroom. Which was beyond odd given how rude she was the week before & that I had to expressly ask not to be in her section today. Again, Jeff should be a manager here, he kept telling the manager how to properly handle things and the manager didn t send us home with food, just come back and use this gift card that won t cover the 2 steaks you ordered. This is the last bad experience we will be having here, in a week no less, because after a year of going here weekly, we will not ever be back. If anyone wants a $50 gift card, we won t be using it. Update: responding to the owners response. They did take the steak off the bill because after 3 recooks we NEVER GOT ANY. You aren t doing me a favor by not having me pay for food I never received lmao We sat there for 90 minutes and never ate, can I bill you both our hourly for that? Maybe then I ll come back. You can easily find my number from the reservation, so you re not actually interested in me returning

Steaks were under-cooked, repeatedly. The staff did what they could to make things right.

Service was amazing and food was even better! They do validate parking for the parking garage. We got the shrimp and grits appetizer. I would definitely recommend this. The redfish sandwich had great flavor. The sweet potato mash is a must. The only thing we dont recommend is the mac and cheese. It lacks flavor. Everything else was great. We will definitely return.

Our first visit to Char for a birthday celebration. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The only negative for me was the website suggesting that there was dress code, business casual. This was nice to know as was my first visit. We learned very quickly, dress code not enforced, thus I would remove that from your website.

Our absolute favorite place for steak, but the shrimp and grits are another fave! Everyone is so friendly, and even if you have to wait, they are very accommodating.

The steak and blue salad got me so sick. It was the only thing I had eaten since breakfast and I was terribly sick around 1am in the morning. The salad also was drenched in vinaigrette and tasted woefully over seasoned. It was so sad to spend $30 on a salad only to get food poisoning. Please be careful with the salad from here!

Nice restaurant, never disappoints. The central room is kinda dark with no other views than other customers. Sadly, most restaurants in Alabama only care about service and food, with no views. Well-intended decoration, but doesnt match the price range of the Menu

Best steak Ive had in a while.

Food is good but service is very disappointing and we will likely not be going back. Went for an anniversary dinner with my wife and we told the waiter she is allergic to pork, so no bacon on her baked potato. The manager actually brought out our food the first time and we instantly sent it back because it had bacon on it. He brought it out a second time and it still had bacon on it. The third time it was obvious they just picked the bacon bits off the potato and sent the same one back out (dug around in the sour cream and found one small piece of bacon). Absolutely unacceptable when we already stated her food allergy. As I said, the manager brought our food out all three times and didn t offer anything complimentary for the inconvenience.

The service was poor- server Michael. Two tables that came if after ours was served first. My dinner chicken and waffles- dropped one of the two chicken straps. The waffles was hard as a rock couldnt cut into the waffle. The cheddar grits hard and dry needless to saw the meal was a disaster!!! $125.00 wasted

We really didnt get to see the dining room. Had looked at their menu while traveling and thought it would be a great place to eat. The menu looked great. However, when we walked in, there was a red-headed hostess. He asked if we had reservations. We told him no, that there was no mention of reservations needed. He didnt make eye contact. We had to ask how long the wait was. He said 10 to 15 minutes. He looked down again. We had to ask where we could sit to wait. He told us to go to the bar. We went and sat down. We made the decision to leave, and on the way out, we just happened to speak to come upon the manager, and told her what had happened. Char restaurant in Huntsville needs to have a more welcoming hostess. Especially to travelers.

Its a superlative restaurant. We had a party of six. Two had the pork chop. Wonderful. Tender and juicy. One had the lamb, and two had the prime rib. One had the steak salad. All had high praise. The service was the best we have experienced in Huntsville. The wine and IPAs topped off a super dinner.

My husband, Cedric and I, had a reservation for dinner Sunday, March 17th. Our experience was outstanding. The food was delicious. Our waitress, Sierra, was very knowledgeable of the menu items and was very polite and friendly. Her customer service skills were excellent and her smile was infectious. We highly recommend you dine at Char. Oh! Make sure you ask for Sierra to be your waitress. We promise you won t regret it!

My husband and I decided to get brunch on the morning of our anniversary, and this was our first time at Char. Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and the restaurant had such a nice atmosphere. They had a live band playing in the bar room and it really set the mood that morning. The second 10/10 I ve ever given and it was rightfully deserved. I came here to celebrate my birthday and was meet with the greatest experience I could ve asked for. The gumbo is the most flavorful I ve ever had and the Filet mignon w/truffle fries was better than I could have imagined. The service was perfection as my drinks were refilled before I could even think about taking another sip. The food was delivered in such a good pace that I was delighted to feel as if I was eating the whole menu! Truly a blessing to have been given such amazing food and that I could eat it.

Went because we received a gift card. I have had better service at lower cost. Nothing bad happened. We really enjoyed ourselves. Pretty decor and live piano. Just not our favorite and overpriced for paper on the tablecloths. Really? Just bragging rights that I can afford to go there? Recommend reservations. Desert was take out. We ate it the next night. To die for. They really know what they were doing. impressed! I would order it for take out sometime. Parking: Time of day and local events or holidays. Difficult parking we went on the eve of a snow storm Lots of parking d lots of wait staff. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of chairs that can be moved to free up tables. I did not see booths.

The atmosphere is nice and ideal for up to 12 people group. Location is next to several restaurants and Whole Foods. Service was slow. Drinks were not re-filled and straws were not offered as option. Very scarse with salad dressing. Just dont be in a rush when you come here. Dine for 2 to 3 hours. Price of course is 3x more since its a steak house also. 5 star for atmosphere.

Chris is the best server in the whole world he s so attentive and is very kind and I have to say his dad jokes are pretty good!! We love you Chris!

Favorite place in town for an upscale dining experience!

Even with reservations we had to wait for a table and we had requested a booth but that didnt happen. It was too crowded and definitely not a romantic environment and the fact that the restaurant is divided up into smaller rooms makes it feel even more crowded. The server was very nice but she brought our bill out while we were still eating... not cool. All things considered, I dont think well be back.

My #1 favorite spot for a casual meeting or a special night out. Nothing beats the smoked old fashioned or the sautéed crab claws! Parking: It gets busy and multiple businesses share this lot, causing a traffic issue when it starts getting to mealtime.

Edit: Excellent customer service reached out to me after my review. I tried the food again and it was much better the second time around. The crab claws sautéed are my favorite! I went here to celebrate my partner and I s anniversary. Service was great. Crab cake appetizers were good. Everything else we ordered was very salty. I understand if, say, one side was a little on the saltier side but everything on my partner and I s plate was so salty. This included the lamb chop, the fries, the burger, and the brussel sprouts. I was disappointed especially given the price point. I have heard good things about Char but it seems there is significant inconsistencies in quality. For this expensive a place, I want to know I will always enjoy my meal and ,unfortunately, that just was not the case.

Meal was cooked to order. Service was excellent.

My boyfriend and I came to char last night for a late valentines date. Char is forever one of our favorite places to celebrate anything we can find a reason for!! Brian (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was awesome!!! Had a great personality and never let our drinks go empty. Next time we will definitely be asking for Brian he rocked!!

Atmosphere of an east coast steakhouse. Food was very well prepared. The staff was attentive and friendly. Prime rib sandwich was outstanding. Would order it again. We went for lunch and had a delightful time. The sauce on the cornbread dusted redfish did not spicy at all. Would recommend getting extra sauce on the side.

The food is great. Our waitress was on the spt with refills and checking if everything was good. We didnt have to wait forever for our check.

We were there today, Christmas Eve. We sat at the bar and we were not disappointed by the food and the bartenders. We will definitely be back and you all make sure you take care of your servers. Our bartenders/servers were amazing, awesome people.

Everything was perfect! The food was prepared and served exactly how it was described. Flavor packed, polite and attentive staff, respectable wait times, overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

I am going to start off with the fact that this is our favorite upscale restaurant we go to. We go to celebrate multiple holidays and celebrations. This time was vastly different then we are use to when we go. We had to wait 3 or 4 mins for the host to show up out front. I want to state that our server was great as always. We went for NYE and got one of the late night seatings. The drinks were great.The crabcakes are amazing but slightly cold. Not a fan of the veal oscar. It was tough and dry. The prime rib sandwich is ok but needed more horseradish and the fries were soggy. But our main complaint was that all but one steak option was sold out. I understand that you want the freshest options but you are known for steak options. You pretty much didnt have any reservations left. You should have been more prepared for this many people and you werent. We both wanted steak and had to choose something different. It has made us question if we will return. The sad thing is we probably could have went elsewhere and gotten steak for cheaper. So the service was great the atmosphere was excellent. The food was subpar and so was the preparation for this many people.

I love this place. Great food and service. Dinners are awesome, and they have lunch specials on weekdays that are well worth it. ONION rings are outstanding!

Love the fried green tomatoes, fried okra, seared salmon, brocolini! My family loves the fried catfish, lump crab, and the roasted chicken meal.

We had dinner here tonight. Both of us started with the wedge salad. Then I had the scallops with risotto and asparagus with a cream leek sauce. My husband had the redfish with grits and wilted spinach. Both dishes were amazing! My only complaint would be the amount of time it took to get our entrees after the salads. The server explained that the ovens got reset after a power outage. That delayed getting entrees out. We were offered a tomato bisque on the house because of the delay.

Love this place!!!

Char is one of my favorite places in Huntsville. The bartenders are always great and the live jazz sets a relaxed classy tone for an evening out. The food is good also. I enjoy the Steak Frites medium or medium-well depending on the mood.

Great restaurant and wonderful food. The atmosphere was nice but I thought it was a bit noisy. I do plan on returning for another great night.

The food is good. Service is as well. They have a point system that can be rewarding after spending $100. Desserts are decent, but I would stick to the main course. Im not sure why their health and safety score is 90, though. Shown in pictures are catfish, redfish, brownie desert (which I wish was more traditional), and a snap shot of their specials.

A Remarkable Turnaround at Char Restaurant, Thanks to GM Kim Burton Review: My initial visit to Char Restaurant in Huntsville, AL, was unfortunately disappointing. I had brought a client for lunch, only to encounter undercooked chicken and overcooked catfish. It was an experience that left much to be desired. However, the General Manager, Kim Burton, stepped in and completely changed my perspective. Despite my imminent travel to bury my beloved father in Namibe, Angola, (my birth country) and Okinawa, Japan, Ms. Burton reached out with empathy and a personal touch. She graciously offered to keep a gift card safe for me until my return, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to customer service. Three months later, upon my return, I took Ms. Burton up on her offer and visited Char Restaurant again, (on Wednesday December 5th, a couple days ago) this time with my husband and son, who is preparing to join OCS Flight school for the Marines. This visit was a stark contrast to the first. The leadership and passion of Ms. Burton had transformed the establishment. Our server Marissa Cocco was exceptional superb, server and went above and beyond customer service, relations with outstanding knowledge in listening and guiding us in getting the perfect meal. We had a variety of wonderful delicious finger licking dishes The crabcakes were a delight, packed with juicy crab meat and no fillers. The salad was a flavorful mix with bacon and a variety of ingredients, and the prime rib and steak cuts were cooked to perfection, accompanied by delicious add-ons. The service was outstanding, complementing the high-quality, fresh dishes served. This experience showcased the remarkable difference that passionate and effective management can make. Kim Burton s dedication to not just rectifying a poor experience, but also to ensuring ongoing excellence in food quality and customer relationship, is commendable. Good food, over the top service, nice atmosphere, will return again.

First time visit. Food, service and overall experience was outstanding. The young lady who took care of us had perfect suggestions and went above / beyond to make our evening special!! We ll definitely be back!!
