Awesome experience as always at this location. We were greeted warmly by a friendly and bubbly service professional named Sarah. Sarah was prompt, attentive, and regularly checked to make sure everything was to our liking. Everything we ordered was exactly as ordered, and delicious. Sarah T. went to great lengths to ensure a memorable dining experience. We will most certainly visit again, and hope we have the distinct privilege to be served by someone as enthusiastic about her job and the Company she works for as Sarah. Service both times I went were not great. Food has not been great although it looks good on the menu. Dry rice and undercooked fries. The light at our booth flickered on and off like a strobe light for a few minutes before it was fixed.

Lunch was amazing and Lawrence was a great waiter. The only thing I could say is to drop the music down just a notch.

Worst service ever received in Canada. Management team should train the servers to the standard. Hard to catch the waitress every time we needed something even though it wasn t busy at all and she served with an attitude. Don t add the loaded potato to your steak, it tasted hard and dry. First time trying Kelseys and definitely the last.

Me and my friends went there to have dinner and Ashley was our server/waiter. She was giving us bad attitudes from the time we seated and was very disrespectful all the time. We had a very bad time there even though the food was good. She should learn to respect the customers as we are paying them for the food and for a good experience. Waiters like Ashley kills the good vibe and goodwill of Kelseys. Hence 1 star for service.

Makes you wait 30 min for no reason when there was many many tables available and lots of staff. Learn to at least sit your guests instead of herding them all like cattle in the lobby. * Very poorly managed and un-trained staff

Connie was fantastic. Welcoming, genuine and even remembered our drink orders from years ago. The value of half-priced wings cant be beat and Connie was so flexible with the picky way I like wings, and the kitchen got it perfect!

The kitchen was short staffed but the customer service was still excellent. The food was worth the wait. A very good dinner experience.

Came in with 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. Everyone was happy with their food and that can be a tall order. Cherry on top was our server Connie, she was truly amazing. The bar area was nice, clean, lots of different beers on tap. Food was delicious. Cajun shrimp app hit perfectly, ribs were tender, salmon and rice were overdone but was still enjoyable.

Our waiter was a young guy. I think he was inexperienced. Very pleasent, though. He took our drinks order and when he returned with my tea there was honey on the dish and no milk (he didnt ask if I wanted honey or milk) after a while I had to het up and go and ask for milk. My friends and I were having a chat and had our meal not even 5 mins, when he came over and asked if we were done and if we needed take out containers. Just by looking at our plates, you would know that we hardly made a dent in our food. We just stared at each other. When it came time to pay, he just stood there staring at the portable card machine, watching us pay, we felt very uncomfortable. The food was delicious, we had ceaser wrap, spinach cheese dip and chicken and parmasan bites. Which we would very much recommend.

Very disappointed! Grilled chicken was dry,hard and over cooked(replacement provided was same too). Batter of fried chicken was too thick and 2 kids meal was just average. Will never visit again nor recommend!

We were a group of 9 family members joined by two others after a concert on July 13, 2024 after 8 pm. The seating was great, service was exemplary & I thoroughly enjoyed the Mediterranean Salmon. Everyone else also enjoyed their food. Our server (dont know her name sorry) was great. She fit right into the atmosphere which was cheery with some friendly bantering going on amongst us. Great experience! Thanks Kelseys. We will be back.

The food was very tasty, the staff - Samantha Wallace was our server - was very pleasant, sweet, and accommodating, wait times for food were short, and the prices reasonable for the portions. When my friend suggested dinner I could never have guessed that we would be treated like royalty by the amazing staff here. Our service was welcoming and prompt. 10 stars to the whole team. We were most impressed by our server Lawrence, a handsome young fellow, who really saved our evening. When I started choking on my steak (8oz, rare), Lawrence leaped over the bar and expertly executed the Heimlich Maneuver, saving my life. When I started thanking him profusely, sobbing, asking what I could possibly do to thank this young man, Lawrence looked me right in the eyes and said Ma am, here at Kelsey s Original Roadhouse, we re committed to giving road-trippers a warm, friendly, truly Canadian experience, maintaining pride in our 100% fresh ground Canadian chuck burgers, handmade chicken fingers and fries. I would give more than 5 stars if Google would let me. The next time my friends want an amazing experience, I m sending them down to Kelsey s in Huntsville!

Sam F is a supernatural server. I never spoke a word to her - she just knew what beer I wanted (Corona) and what food I wanted (smash burger quesadilla) by I assume reading my mind. I never saw her pour my beer but every-time I looked away my beer miraculously refilled itself. 10/10 would dine again.

Thursday half price wings and bites with cheap beers is so great!!! Recommend the beet and goat cheese salad upgrade. There is also a huge variety of things on the menu. Something for everyone. Lots of seating and parking. Come alone or with a party. Food was delicious and service was super prompt. The service is fantastic. We need more of Connie in our world. Ordered a couple of beers, we knew what we wanted to eat, but no chance to order. Waitress vanished. Waited for over 10 minutes to find someone to place our order. A couple showed up beside us, they got drinks and food quickly. We Had to track down the waitress to get another drink. Sunday afternoon not even busy. Waitress slammed our plates down and left again immediately Just poor staff attitude. Lack of staff? Not a professional atmosphere from staff today. Manager is no where in sight.

I recently dined at Kelseys with a group of 12 companions, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The employee named Ashley was not only rude but also appeared very nervous, which significantly affected her ability to provide good service. She insulted us several times throughout the evening, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Due to this, I will never visit any branch of Kelseys again and I certainly wont recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.
