Friendly service and great selections ..... Would have given a 5 star, but found bacon bit in or on the falafel ( lower left of broken open falafel picture ) ... Looks just like some of bits in bacon bit tray... For those that have health or religious reasons to obstain for pork it would be wise to screen the food before consumption.
A young, respectful boy tended to my every question, used manners, smiled the entire time, & and had patience. Very friendly place. Very clean. The manager or boss, was very kind, patient, and attentive too, very helpful when giving nutritional insight as well. They let me sample items I was questionable about. I don’t live closeby, I wish I did. But any time I come this way, I’ll be sure to stop for something quick and healthy. Portions are GREAT. Pricing is very fair! Drink choices are great, and they even offer homemade Kombucha (I’ve never seen that), they roast/cook the items in house, the items were very fresh, even house made dressings. I would’ve been in and out very quickly had I not been curious to try then add multiple items to my bowl. I only wish they had Salmon & Steak year round, even if we are charged a bit extra for it.
used to frequently order for take-out/delivery and have always been impressed by the quality of food. the salads are expensive but have always been worth it. this review is for an inexplicably terrible salad I had delivered to me yesterday (base cost $15!) - ordered a southwestern salad with a fee extra veggies. what was delivered to me was a bowl with a ton of lettuce, 3 tomatoes, maybe a tsp of cheese, along with a handful of the red onions I requested and ONE CHUNK of the avocado I ordered extra. I cannot get an actual person to answer my phone calls and there is no other contact info for the business. would you pay upward of $20 for this sad salad??? gross. ------------------------------- THANK YOU to chop-n-fresh for making this situation right. they refunded the money I spent on sad salad and gave me in-store credit for another one to try in the future. ordered that salad today (pictured, #2), and it was delicious and as-ordered, as I've come to expect from them. I will continue eating there! my original 2 stars stand for last week's incident, but I have modified my overall review to reflect the reasons I normally order from here. *****

Came here with my parents. There’s a good variety of toppings to choose from. Salads are a little pricey, but you do get a large portion for what you pay.

Based on the poor customer service at both CAVA's in Madison, I had to find a new spot for my veggie bowls, and I think it is place is it. I visited this location at least three times before writing this review, and the customer service and food quality were consistent. I love to make the build your own bowl. The staff here is super friendly and the food is so fresh. The vibe of this restaurant similar to Subway or Chipotle in the sense that you tell them what you want in the bowl. Their bowls are larger than most, and the price reflects it, so you will pay a little more for a bowl here. Based on the reviews for the other store, I drive over to this one. You should check them out. You will not be disappointed. They make the dressing fresh every day, and if you do not want to build your own, you can pick a feature salad and modify it.

This place scammed me. I had an online order for a salad that cost $18 this Sunday. I google searched and it said that they were opened. When I went in person to pick up my food, the doors were locked, but there wasn t any notice that the place was close. Even the times on the door said that they were open. I have called them 5 times to get a refund on the food I had never received, and they refuse to pick up the phone. I have to way of contacting this place to get my money back. Seems to be that the owner doesn t run this place correctly

So I be been going to chop n fresh and love eating their salads but today I went in and no one greeted me. I spoke to the gentleman who was working behind the counter and he looked at me and did not speak back to me . There were also two young ladies working behind the counter . So after waiting a few minutes I said, Is everyone ok today? This is my first time coming in without anyone speaking to me. So Julia responded and said , So you ve been here before? And I said yes I eat here all the time. So she took care of me but the energy was different today. I encourage the owners or someone to check the cameras and address this or if blacks are not wanted in this restaurant just plainly let it be known and I will buy my food from Whole Foods across the street and make my salad at home . Not a big deal but when a person is spending money helping pay salaries and wages, we would like to be greeted and acknowledged no matter the race or color. God bless

Also called Chop Chop since that is the name I was given when recommended this place. The salads are very filling and the ingredients are tasty and fresh. The employees were helpful while I was ordering and they let you do equal priced swap out of ingredients for any of their named salads. Everything is given in a to-go container so no worries about having to ask for one. Bit pricey, but so is everything now so at least it is good for the price.

Whenever I come to get my salads, I get lucky enough to see my favorite workers, Juliana and Ethan (I think that is his name), and theyre always just the nicest! They always welcome me in and make me feel welcome. The portions on the salad were perfect and the dressing was rich tasting. If I could rate over 5 stars, I definitely would!

As advertised. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Creative curated salads and an option to build your own. They also do a great job of communicating food sensitivities. Wish we had one in my home town. Id be there several times a week. Dietary restrictions: Menu actual marks items that DO contain allergens because most dont. They also seemed to do a good job of keeping items separate. Not like a burrito shop where everything end up dribbled over everything else.
I like the salad options here as they have more nutritious options other than Romaine lettuce which is mostly water and no nutrients at all. They have a wide array selections of vegetables and proteins. I definitely will recommend this place.

Customers can opt for several salad combinations on their menu or compose their own favorite salad with ease. With an array of salad greens, protein options, toppings, and dressings, Chop-Chop provides much needed variety: Gone are the days of the boring salad. Service is quick, and salads are prepared to go--great for a lunch break or between picking up and dropping the kids off at their next activity. Plus, this location is open 7 days a week. These used to be all five stars, but I just recently came back to get my favorite salad and found that they have made some seriously bad changes. First off is that they are doing a little bit too much chop chopping with the kale. Its like theres nothing left of it after theyve chopped it to pieces. Its completely shredded. Not a good change. Leave something together! Second change, is the quinoa. It used to be nice and fluffy tannish.. but now it is small hard and red and very unflavorful.. its like eating little pellets that dont always squish between your teeth. Not good at all! Im not happy about these changes and will not be coming back. I will say this... The employees are always nice! However this last visit they made a big mistake on my salad and I had to come back after going 5 mi out of my way and I would have expected a little bit of a refund for that, but no.

My artist had a difficult time hearing me over the loud music. He slammed the salad bowl down in front of me after entering the info into the register, and he walked away. Every opportunity to take it and go or leave it where it was. I decided it was best to act right with so many people around and paid anyways; I had contacted corporate to address it, but its on deaf ears. I wont be purchasing anything else from their locations.

We have a lot of dietary struggles right now, this place was amazing. We highly recommend the creamy non-dairy pesto salad dressing over shrimp! We will go again and again!! So many great options. I had Sweet Alabama salad, it was perfect.

Fabulous lunch spot in my opinion. Very healthy options with servings large enough to make 2 meals out of. Im totally addicted to the Korean BBQ salad. There isnt any real Korean BBQ in it, but dressing has a great spicy Korean gochujang flavor. The staff is efficient and friendly, theres trendy vibe to the place, but I have never eaten in, I always take mine to go. They have order ahead app so you can walk in and out quickly, again I have never done this, but I may try it to see how it goes.

Literally the best experience. It was my first time trying this place and I WISH I had got the guy s name who helped me but genuinely he was so kind and helpful. I would ve thought he was the owner of the place seriously. He was so knowledgeable, helped me through my gluten and dairy free order, and helped sign me up on the app to get a reward for my first time there. Will most definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Not to mention the salad itself was one of the best salads I ve ever had in my life. AMAZING. Dietary restrictions: Worker was super knowledgeable about everything gluten and dairy free. I got the southwest salad, with no cheese or tortilla strips, and added falafel and spicy broccoli.
I stumbled across this place while visiting the shopping center and came in without any knowledge of it. The food was great. They have local kombucha on tap. Chop N Fresh is by far the best place in Huntsville to grab a delicious salad to fuel your adventures! I love being able to create my own plant-based meal here with fresh ingredients like cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, ripe avocado, red onions, and so much more. Highly recommend their falafel too! They also have really delicious kombucha (on tap ) with yummy seasonal flavors like elderberry, blueberry, chili mango and apple. Super friendly and helpful staff - and a great experience every time. A Huntsville must visit!

I come to this location at least once a week. It really is my go-to fast causal restaurant. The Sweet Bowl Alabama is my favorite. Also, the service is great. I usually go during lunch hour and even with a long line it moves quickly.

The fresh spinach salad was very tasty, healthy and just really good. We chose our own extras to put in it, Craisins, chicken, roasted peppers, roasted sweet potatoes, cucumbers, etc . Definitely something to enjoy. Dietary restrictions: Great health food for a diabetic or someone with health issues or just someone that wants to eat healthy.

Went for the first time today and it won t be my last! Placed an online order and picked it up. It was ready on time and exactly as ordered. Staff were friendly. I had the Mexican elote bowl and it was absolutely delicious! Portion size was very good, too! Can t wait to try other salads!

My safe meal is the chicken pesto salad here. It is just perfect!!! I ordered it on their mobile app and when I went to pick it up it was made slightly wrong, I let the people at the front know and they were so apologetic and kind, fixed me a new salad with no issue, I believe it was Ryan who helped me. He even gave me extra bread and the messed up salad which I gave to my dad. I love it here, they re always so kind, and the food is always fresh!!!

One of my favorite restaurants to frequent and one of the only places in town where you can get a decent salad thats more than just iceberg lettuce and rouge cherry tomatoes. The people are sweet and so helpful.
