Outback Steakhouse in Huntsville

I m appalled by the way our server treated me and my 3 elderly neighbors tonight. She was so disrespectful multiple times and clearly thought she wasn t going to get tipped and treated us accordingly, or maybe it s the same one I see others complaining about recently and she s just a miserable person, but as someone who waited tables and bartended for years while I was in college that is NOT how you treat anyone, especially elderly women. I m disgusted by her behavior and she should be ashamed of herself.

Delicious,fresh salad. Great wings, the best blue cheese dressing! Fresh bread. Friendly staff, attentive Manager. Great location. Food

Came to eat lunch after shopping but now wish we hadnt. Our waitress was very rude, after repeating what we wanted 3 times, the food still came out wrong. If I could give no stars with a review I would have. We watched the waitress cater to other customers needs but we had to ask several times for anything we needed. Will not be back here!

I m a DoorDash driver and I just wanted to brag on Outback Steakhouse for being the ONLY restaurant (from my experience) to have designated parking for DoorDash and Uber eats. This makes our job so much easier but no only that, they ll have a server come out to your car to confirm the order and bring out the food!

Worst burger I have ever eaten. Couldnt even finish it. Too salty and too greasy. $50 bill but could have gotten better at McDonalds. Wife s prime rib sandwich was filled with bone and cartilage. To top it off we werent served for 15min and had to ask someone to help us. Do not eat here!

My wife and I were absolutely BLOWN away by the top tier service and food that we received tonight at dinner. The manager obviously promotes teamwork and that is what created the fine oiled machine that we saw in action tonight! From being greeted and seated with a smile, to the various people that brought us our food items to being checked on throughout the evening and even the cheerful table buser ..5 stars simply isn t enough. Our waiter, Frank was phenomenal! Y all are the Chick-Fil-A of all the Outbacks and have set a wonderful standard. We work hard for our money and were treated beyond well so were happy to spend and tip well! It was hard earned by y all all! Thank you so much!!!! Kudos to the entire staff! The young lady Manager is killing it!

Worst steak of my life I ordered the 13oz ribeye with shrimp and the only good part of my meal was the 4 Peaces of shrimp that came on my plate the stake was Chewy and and tasted old I came at lunch time and well never be coming back

Outback Steakhouse, I asked for a medium rare steak they brought me an extra well done, I d rather eat my shorts. Anyways, I asked for a medium rare. She told me she doesn t know if it ll be any better they use a machine they put the steaks in that cooks them and the timer and machine was messed up. She brought me back the second steak, well his name was Tom and Tom was from Texas! steakhouse

Oh, how the once great Outback has fallen. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, you are assaulted with the strong smell of....ketchup? Yes, ketchup. Like someone had used the condiment to wipe down the tables, glue wallpaper, or completed a community theater version of a George Romero film. Secondly, service was adequate. Just barely enough to cover the visit. Gave drinks, took order, brought food. That was it. No check up on how the food was, no attempt at a refill(s), or even to ask if there would be anything else. Just brought the check when we appeared done eating. I could only surmise she was running to the back of restaurant for a smoke break, as we witnessed what appeared to be 1/2 of the kitchen staff out back smoking and staring at people as they entered the parking lot. This was lunch for a Saturday; the place was maybe, maybe 1/4 full. Thirdly, the food. Wow, has Outback fallen. The filet my son had was about 1-1.5 inches thick and well done instead of medium rare as requested. I ordered the salmon, only to receive a very thin filet of maybe 4.5 ounces and with that the filet, the rice, and the broccoli was doused in, practically swimming in butter. Now, I do like some butter, SOME, but good lord, I could feel my arteries hardening with just one or two bites. Consider running into a field and smacking a cow with a dead fish and afterwards you take a shower in lukewarm cooking oil, while using a stick of butter for a bar of soap, all the while you are ignored or treated with mild disdain by the Marlboro girl as she takes $50 from you. You would probably have a better dining experience than this (AND THE MADISON location) Outback. But, you might be into that. Not that its necessarily a bad thing. Who am I to judge?

I ordered a medium rare ribeye. It came out over cooked. I asked for another to be cooked. It took forever to get the replacement steak. They bring out a a strip steak and tell me it s a ribeye. I asked to see a manager. When I complained to the manager that the steak was a strip she sent out the cook. The cook argued with me that this was a ribeye (which didn t even look like the picture on the menu). The cook didn t listen to me and started arguing over me with my husband. I will NEVER go back if this is the way they treat their customers. Needless to say I didn t get dinner from them. I had to go to SteakOut to get my steak. It s pretty bad that a fast food place can cook a steak faster and as ordered over Outback Steakhouse.

They drastically increased prices and the quality of the meat is not worth it.

My wife and I decided to eat at Outback after a concert. The hostess told us that it would be a 15 minute wait and so we went to the bar and had to wait at least 15 minutes before the bartender took our order. We ordered two drinks each and still had not heard from the hostess. My wife went to the hostess and asked if we were getting close and she said another 15 minutes. The place was nowhere crowded and a lot of open tables! Obviously they were short handed. We finally got seated and I ordered a ribeye and mashed potatoes and my wife ordered the coconut shrimp with a wedge salad. Well they were out of mashed potatoes and I ordered Mac n cheese! How do you run out of potatoes early on a Saturday night? I was going to order a blooming onion to take home and to my surprise, we re out! This is their bread and butter!!! I felt bad for the employees having to deal with this!! Poor, Poor Management! This place will not last long and are losing customers! By the way, the food was great!!

The worst experience Ive had here. The food was terrible. My husbands steak and mine were so tough you couldnt chew them. We had to continuously ask for refills. I asked for steak sauce twice and never got any. Very disappointing. While leaving we saw a health rating of 81. NO REASON for a score that low and to be open. We will not be back. For a Saturday night they were empty as well. Seems like everyone feels this way.

Went with my job during employee appreciation week. The servers were excellent. Couldnt wish for better service. I ordered steak and shrimp pasta. The shrimp were delicious, the steak bites were just so- so, the pasta was not good at all. Im a pasta lover. I didnt finish it. The wings and french onion soup were both excellent, but my entree disappointed me

The service was wonderful and the management was wonderful. Evidently they had some old grease and it made the mushrooms come out horrible but the manager made it right and she apologized and said she would make sure that there was no incident that happened like this again

Always very pleasant and efficient service and dont have to wait long to be seated. Food is always good and prices for lunch specials are decent too. The salads always seem fresh and are plentiful as a side. The salad as a meal is also a good portion. The bread is always good! Bring on the butter! I have tried most everything on the lunch menu and have not been disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to the Outback Restaurant for many years. Although every visit hasnt always been the best, todays visit, and recent events, have been enough to decide to never go there again. First, their menu is a lie (possibly in more than one place). Their prime rib states that it is available for dinner on weekdays, all day on weekends. About 4 months ago my wife and I went to the Madison location on a weekday. I am pretty sure the menu stated that prime rib was available all day every day. The waiter was rude when I inquired about the prime rib. He said that the prime rib is usually only available on weekends and if they had it during the week it was not very often. Today, two friends and my wife and I decided that we would go for prime rib and decided to make it on Saturday (today) so that we could get the prime rib. Once at the Whitesburg (Huntsville, AL) location, I inquired about the cuts of rib and the waitress stated that she would go find out. Eventually the Kitchen Manager came out and stated that on Saturdays they only had rib after 3pm (we were there at 1pm). I had called the week before and whomever I spoke with stated that they had prime rib all day every day but that sometimes they ran out later in the evening. This was a lie. After much discussion with the Kitchen Manager, we decided to go ahead and order other steaks. This was a big mistake. 3 of us ordered Ribeye (outrageously expensive - $27+ for 13oz each). All three were heavy with tendons so they were all tough to cut. One of us even bit down on a piece of bone from the boneless ribeye. So, one of us complained and the waitress removed 1 of the steaks. I suppose we werent vocal enough as she should have removed all 3 steaks. Additionally, my wife ordered the Bloomin Fried Chicken. It was supposed to come with sauce which it did not. She asked for the additional sauce and never received it. The chicken was very dry and according to my wife it was because it was hammered too thin with a meat tenderizer. Other items of issue: 1. We were seated in the bar (always a mistake) and the waitress/bartender was more interested in making drinks than serving tables (took us over 10 minutes to get her over to pay the tab). 2. Additional sauce was asked for by my wife which was never brought out. 3. Second beer was asked for by my friend and it took almost 10 minutes to get it to him. 4. Slow on refills. 5. Waitress/bartender never asked if our steaks were cooked correctly. 6. Waitress/bartender was slow to bring out refills but one had to ask for them rather that the waitress/bartender asking if we needed refills. The best suggestion I can make is STAY AWAY. The price and horrible food and service do not make it cost effective.

Ive been to Outback many times over the years but this was the worst experience I and my family have had. From the beginning to the end very few things were good. We had called hours ahead for call ahead seating and still had to wait 30 minutes. We were told they were waiting on a table to clear out and would not seat us at the empty table immediately beside them. When our food came out the two childrens steaks were well done when they had been ordered medium. They were sent back and new steaks were brought out that were rare. The third time they were finally correct but when the bill came out we had been charged for 4 steaks. We brought this to our servers attention who had the manager comp 2 of the steaks. There were other issues of food simply not being good, filets with marbling in them, and ribeyes that were very tough. There are way too many other options in Huntsville for us to return to Outback at any point in the near future.

Ordered mine order on Grubhub around 8:15 I knew they closed at 9 but still had time to place my order I should have knew better though my order seemed like the rushed through it the meat was burnt and so hard I couldn t even cut it, I asked for asparagus but got vegetables and mashed potatoes were nasty. I recommend going to the restaurant in person to eat and not so close to closing. Most definitely won t be ordering from this location.

We had to ask for bread. The waitress seemed more interested in flirting and playing around with the other workers. It was not a good experience at all! What made it worse is that they werent even that busy.

We went for our anniversary and had a gift card from 12years ago and the management honored the card! Wow! It was probably waaaay past expired! Great customer experience

Me and my family dined in and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and hot and everyone got their food at the same time. The server Jose was fabulous and provided great service to us! There should be more like him. We were lucky enough to greet one of the greatest chefs who made sure we had what we needed and were satisfied. This is a great place for family to enjoy each others company, have good laughs and conversations and a Great meal! We cant wait to go back.

Food was okay. The last 2 times we have been the service was lacking. No bread was brought to the table until we asked. He brought our food and didnt come back until we were finished never asked how anything was I had to go get my own steak sauce. Not satisfied spending over 100$

Great food after a long day of testing at the heart center

So we went for our very first visit ever. We were celebrating our sons graduation and 18th birthday party. Our son who has autism plans everything with precision. He had his meal planned for a few months ago to include the TimTam brownie cake. At the time of the dessert they had just ran out of TimTam cookies. Well, they had some frozen and sent Dominick home with a slice on the house!! Our waiter, Jake, was so personable, and so professional. He served everything as if we were his only customers despite having a full house. You have earned repeat customers Outback Steakhouse!! Thank you for making our sons day especially beautiful!!

The atmosphere was a usual restaurant. Service sucked. Soup came out cold and the margarita was straight syrup. This is the whitesburg location only. The saddest part is I went as soon as the restaurant opened and the soup was cold. Like come on now. Not too mention me and the other guests did stood at the front door for 10 minutes. This location sucks to be in such a great area.

Out of nine people 8 of which ordered different steaks all were tough fries were cold and greasy baked potatoes were very small steamed veggies were undercooked

The food was good as usual. Not too busy for a party of 2 on a Saturday night at 6:30 PM and March Madness going on. There were a few parties of 5+ waiting outside, but we got seated within 5 minutes. We went for the $17, $17 deal. It was good, but everything I ordered had an upcharge of $3.00. The pecan salad, the chicken barbie and asparagus all + $3.00 so, $9.00 + $17.00 meal. Still not bad, it came with a cheese cake chocolate, strawberry topping, or plain choice. The $5.00 big beer was a good option as well. My wifes steak was cooked as she asked and she said that it was delicious. A dinner for two under $70.00 now a days is good in my book. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free friendly items.

This was carry out. Everyone was nice and efficient.

First, I want to give credit where credit is due. Kinesha was our server, and she was fantastic. It has been a long time since weve had a server this good. We were greeted warmly by the hostess. Now, thats where the good experience ended. The initial impression was that this place needs a major renovation. When you see tables and chairs in such horrible conditions, it makes you seriously concerned about the conditions of the kitchen. Our table was in such bad shape that there was a large piece of laminate peeled back with food and debris underneath it. My daughter even scratched her arm and hand on it. The food was pretty bad. My wife and I both ordered a sirloin medium rare. What we got was weird meat that unevenly cooked and way too rare. The texture was obviously closer to a rare but was grayish through the whole thing. I also had grilled chicken to go with my sirloin. The chicken was obviously cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up. The exterior was very chewy and tough while the center was as dry as chalk. My wife had a lobster tail to go with her sirloin and she said it was cooked OK but a little dry. They also served her a cold butter to dip her lobster in. It was the consistency of room temperature butter. My daughter said her macaroni and cheese was gross and refused to eat. One of my sons said his ribs were so cold he thought they pulled them out of the fridge. My other boys ordered a burger and the other a chicken sandwich. Both said their food was fine. Because it was my wifes birthday, we ordered the Chocolate Thunder. It was very good. The brownie was properly warmed and the ice cream was just perfectly soft. If anyone from Outback corporation sees this, please go help this restaurant. The staff was nice, but they need some support and leadership to retrain the kitchen staff and give your customers a clean and safe dining room. RENOVATE! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu

Me and my partner were having such a rough Saturday morning and decided to take an early lunch. We sat at the bar and the bartender Miranda I think that was her name she was so sweet attentive and patient with us it made us feel so welcomed. Her drinks were amazing!!!! Our next visit I hope to be served drinks by her again. 10/10 Parking: We went kind of early and it was really spacious. Many places to park due to the time of day

I was at the bar Saturday morning with my partner and what really did it for me was the service provided by the bartender Miranda. She was so charismatic and the drinks she made for me looked as good as they tasted. I will definitely be back 10/10 service and quality.

The waiter took forever. Service industry and our water and drinks took almost 2o minutes the ahimsa tuna was horrible. Dry and smothered in grated carrots and iceberg supposed to be served sliced and over garnish, they were out of the sauce that went with it and didnt even offer anything else paid $18 for tuna Jerky do not do to whitesport drive location it is the absolute worst,

We split a ribeye steak and coconut shrimp plate with baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious and plenty for 2 people. Only complaint was steak wasnt done enough

Even though it was busy, the food and service were both still amazing. We had a party of 6 for a family dinner and it was awesome.

We visited OB on 1/26/24 for dinner. We hadnt been to OB in a while and we were all looking forward to our meal. Our experience turned out to be very disappointing. Our waitress had friends at the table close to ours that she spent all of her time at. Once she took our dinner order we didnt see her again. When she brought the bread to our table initially we thought shed bring plates and a knife but she didnt; all the food was cold; when the bloomin onion arrived it literally looked like someone stepped on it; the shrimp was rubbery and white; the asparagus looked like limp overcooked green beans; the steaks were burnt around the edges; all the food was tasteless and unappetizing. Terrible service. We even had to ask someone else for our bill since our waitress never came back. We spent over $100 on our meal that wasnt worth it, and it reflected in our lack of tip. Whoever is managing this location is not doing a very good job and whoever the cook is, is even worse. Everything was disappointing. We will not be back.

We love Outback and eat here atleast once or twice a month. We have several food allergies in our party and they are generally fairly good abou making an effort to keep food allergy safe. However, on two different occasions we have received a shrimp in our fried mushrooms. We always alert the server of a shellfish allergy prior to ordering. We wont be ordering fried food anymore even though they say there are separate fryers. We understand cross contamination can happen in restaurants, but having a whole Shrimp blatantly on the plate is unacceptable and dangerous to diners who suffer from Shellfish allergies.

Parking: Parked right up front Food

I would rate the food but I didn t get a chance to try it, bartender took 20 minuetes to bring a drink, then jetted off to fiddle around a small square. The bartenders at twin peaks would never. And their bars are much bigger with way higher volume. The bartender that was working Feb, 3 at 7:05pm is horrible. Worst service I ve ever received in Huntsville dam near.

For THE PRICE... it just wasnt worth it. Over all we paid $80.00 for 2!!! Were senior adults and that was a hunk out of our SS check. Yes we should have pre-checked, maybe had chicken instead. BUT its a lesson learned... for what remains of our lifetime!!! We understand post-covid issues, but prices in general are exorbitant... especially with regard to dining... YET... the experience is not matching up to the prices charged. Maybe its time for a re-look at this ... maybe start a new and glorious trend!!!

We did the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie special and it was really a lot of food. I got full off the appetizer and salad so I had leftovers. Our server was Awesome!

I ordered out and they forgot my bread.

Ordered out twice. First time was good, no issues. Second time they didnt give us anything for the loaded potato, the cheese fries was burned and had no bacon on then despite paying for extra bacon. Tried to called to let them know but out of the three times I tried no one picked up twice abd there isnt an answering machine and the one time they did pick up I was put on hold and hung up after 5 minutes of the manager not answering. Food isnt bad but the lack of customer service is disappointing.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing and couldnt have done a better job. The food could have been better thou, the sweet tea didnt taste like it had sugar in it at all. The cook definitely needed to be taught better, but the blooming onion was awesome and the service was great. My family & I visited this Outback location in Huntsville. I had a waitress by the name of Kherstin. She was very polite and made the atmosphere very inviting.. She made sure our drinks was refilled on a regular. Our food came out in a timely manner and the food was hot & fresh. She also assisted my daughter with helping pick out something on the menu for dinner. She loved it! I told Kherstin for my next visit to outback I will definitely be requesting her as my waitress!!! She is the best!!

My daughter and I love to eat here! Our last couple of dining experiences have been great. We had a server named Kherstin and she was so helpful with menu and patient with my little one. She has been a great server that past couple of times we ve been to outback and always gives us the best service and Meiji recommendation. Will be back soon! Kid-friendliness: Kherstin J is a great server for parties with kids. She s really great with little ones and patient.

Had our last company lunch there for our last get together before joining the prime contractor. We had one waitress, Alex, that waited on a party of about 35 people. She was out of this world!! I can not think of ever having a better waitress anywhere. She took our order, served the drinks (and kept them full!), served the food, filled our dessert to go orders and made sure we had our doggie bags to take with us. 5 stars are not enough for this particular Outback.

Great customer service very friendly plus great server from Alex

Service was great. Food was mediocre at best.

Service was good but the restaurant was filthy. The tables and floors were very sticky and the bathroom was gross although we did arrive after the lunch rush. After all that we would eat there again because the service and food is good!

Update to my post. The store owner called me tonight to discuss what happened. I appreciate the call and sincere apology as well as her resolution to the issue. I will go back again. Came in with my daughter for lunch. The waitress had an attitude. Was not greeted at all except for what do you want to drink. She came back with our drinks and then said what do you want to eat. Mind you, we had barely sat down, maybe 5 minutes tops. Another table was seated and she greeted them with hi, how are you doing. When I asked how her day was going she said good, but clearly not. The hostess as we were finishing up gave he a table of 10 people and she perked up. Bad customer service because there are not a lot people in your area is unacceptable. Needless to say, I hope she receives a tip from the other customers because one was not deserved from me. The waitress I had was Britney. It should not matter if you have one table or 10, all customers deserve a friendly face especially when they are paying.

Our food was served quickly, but probably because it was prepared hours before (maybe even the day before) and was sitting in the kitchen waiting until someone ordered the item. I can t recommend this restaurant.

Haven t been to this outback and just stopped in for lunch one day with my gf. Alex was absolutely amazing, making sure we had full cups and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Food was good but service was even better.

Alex was truly the best server I ve ever had!

My Boyfriend and I decided to visit Outback tonight, because 1. I had a giftcard I wanted to use and 2 it just seemed to be a good time. We get there and there is maybe 3-4 other people in our section, not busy at all (it was about 4:05) We put our food and drinks in shortly after that. So we wait at 4:25 we got out appetizer. Didnt mind the wait at all, but time went on and all the people around us were getting their food and we were still without ours. The Manager(very professional)on duty Let us know that there wasnt anymore baked potatoes, so we got mashed, this was close to 5pm. Then other person came over as if we got our food (clearly No we havent) at that point we just decided to get our food Togo! We never blamed the server but he had a bad attitude telling us to either pay for the food or leave without. I dont understand why he had to talk to my boyfriend and I like that with MANY other customers around. Then he proceeded to snitch the bag from the booth and Strom away. The manager apologize to us for the trouble and gave us gift cards which i appreciated. But we wont be coming back to Outback!

We have a lot of dietary restrictions in our family. Outback is often our celebratory place of choice as it is delicious and safe for everyone. The staff is always kind and understanding as well! Dietary restrictions: 2) with gluten & dairy allergies and 1) with beef & dairy sensitivities.

Me and one of my friends went in to eat a steak, after leaving Conners, just because I love the outback. Terrible experience. We walked in, girl said 10 minute wait, there were literally 8 people in restaurant. We said, thats fine, can we sit at the bar? She said sure. After about 5 minutes instead of giving us menus she said...do you need a menu, yes please. The bar was dirty, with old dried up food. We had to ask if we could order a sweet tea and her a beer, they brought her beer out in chipped glasses, which could cut someone. It was just like we just had to keep asking and we werent asking for much. When I got my sweet tea, it was in a to go cup. Food was great but our server never came back to our table after our order, before the complaints. Even the guy next to us was griping. He left a hour b4 us and his ticket was still on the bar. So, no, I didnt give her but a $1 tip because she didnt do anything, anything at all. If she would have earned it, I would have give her $20 on my $25 tab. Just very disappointing because I hadnt eaten there in years.

Steak tasted fine and cooked medium rare as requested. A bit tough to chew but good enough. Blooming onion was good as usual. They were out of thousand island dressing which was disappointing. The waitress was hardly ever out on the floor. She was nice but we waited on her more than she waited on us. She also never brought out our salads so we had to ask for them to go when our entrees showed up.

Fast friendly service. The steak was a bit over cooked. Was sorry to hear that broccoli was out of seasoning. Thats a first. We asked for extra bacon on the cheesey fries. Boy, they are they skimpy on the bacon.

So far 35 min wait at 4 in the afternoon. I see 8 ppl waiting ahead of us and only 12 tables max seated at this time. Poor staffing so far we will see if this goes well but judging by the amounts of tables open and can be seated tells me everything. Poor poor scheduling even though I can see most of the servers just standing chatting

Dined here Sat 11/18/23 at 7:00 pm. Had gotten on the list earlier that day to reduce wait time. Arrived at 7 to find people waiting to be seated despite counting over 10 empty tables . Hostess says itll be an hour to an hour and twenty minutes. Seriously? We waited about 30 minutes which I thought was pretty reasonable since it was pretty busy. Our server was forgetful and seemed under the influence and he made multiple mistakes. My steak was way undercooked and brought my girlfriend the wrong side order. She asked for fries and got rice...sent it back and it comes back with fries on it but there is still lots of rice like it was scraped into a garbage can. The presentation of both our meals was sloppy. My steak was med rare at one end and bloody at the other when I had asked for medium. Asked for lemon for sweet tea which was brought unsweetened. Never got any lemon despite asking again. Didnt bring bread out until right before our meals came. All the servers seemed to be in a zombie like state and the atmosphere was hectic. At this point I just want to leave. Decide to use the restroom since I have a long drive home and the floor is flooded with either water or urine and no hand soap. Absolutely a disaster and one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. I expect more from Outback and never had bad service or food from any of the other ones Ive dined at. Used the form on the website to voice my concerns and no response . I suppose I will talk to the manager personally.

We ordered dinner from here through Uber Eats since we didnt really feel like cooking. We only ordered a bloomin onion, 2 baked potatoes, Brisbane caesar salad, and a side caesar salad. I dont know how, but they messed everything up. We quickly saw that the food had been haphazardly stacked on each other to the point that our container of bloomin onion tore a hole in the bag and began leaking out all the sauce. We couldnt even tell which salad was the entree salad because they were both the same amount, and the potatoes werent even fully cooked. One of the potatoes was supposed to be loaded, but they only gave us butter. Cant imagine what its like to eat here in-person! What was supposed to be ready to eat, we ended up having to cook anyways. This is the first time Ive ordered from here, but I dont want to even risk going through this another time. Dont eat or order from here...

From the time we sat down, we gave our drink order, then salads were bought to the table that we did not order. The salads were taken away when we told them that we had not placed our order yet. After placing our order, a T-bone steak was bought to the table, not what we ordered, it went to the right place after that, then here comes a filet mignon and loaded potatoes close to what my wife had ordered, but not it. We finally got what we ordered, my wifes loaded potatoes where cold, and my pasta was pasty and dry. The best part of the meal was the bread and bloomin onion. Parking: There was plenty of parking.

I think this location needs an overhaul. Food came 35 minutes after the bloomin onion was finished. The wedge salad was good, and so was the onion. But our food showed up late and cold. My friends steak(ordered medium rare) came out well done. The sides were cold. And the chicken portion of my entree was dry and super small maybe 2.5 ounces. I ve had a good experience at this location a couple of years ago, but based on their other reviews and my experience I think they could really use some help.
