An amazing place! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff super friendly, I would definitely return. (Although if you go for a birthday outing I dont recommend it, because they dont sing happy birthday) I recommend it 100%, you will not regret it

The servers are great and the atmosphere is nice. The variety of beef was disappointing and they do a very poor job of getting you meat at the temperature that you request.

Honest review: Hit and miss experience here. The food is good. The concept is nice. Service can be lacking on occasion. But youll need to get a visit or two under your belt to truly enjoy this place. Weve been many times and know how to maximize our experience.

Reservation for 1 at 545 Thanksgiving evening, it was sit at the bar or wait for a table. Never eat at the bar, I waited at least 5 minutes between servers stopping. When they did stop the meat was chared and well done or chared and almost raw. I will try again... in a while

The first two times I went, I had a great time there. Tons of excellent food, great service, etc., so I decided to take my girlfriend there for a date. The meal started out well -- we were there at a good time, plenty of people, good service, so it was a nice atmosphere. We were seated a little out of the way, but the food was coming around to us frequently enough that it wasnt really an issue. I dont know if its just a bad batch or something, but this time around the food had a lot of char (a couple were burnt and there was quite a lot of well done pieces) and there was surprisingly a lot of fat. Again, though, we basically have unlimited food because they came around a lot so it all worked out. My biggest issues were during the second half of the meal. Because we had been seated far away (in the back corner behind the kitchen), the food basically stopped completely and we were effectively ignored for probably 15-20+ minutes without so much as a water refill. Once our server (who was prepping other tables) came back, she asked if we wanted anything in specific. I replied with what Id like, but none of it ever came out. Finally, one of the cooks came out to give us some meat, but we were told that the things we wanted werent going to be ready for a while. Normally, I would have just waited, but when I asked if we were the last patrons (we were in the very back, so we couldnt see anyone), he said we were one of the last people there. While there was no explicit statement that they were only catering to us, it definitely made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them and we didnt want to make them prep anything special for us. When we were ready, I had to seek out the waitress and get her to cash out the check, only to see a dozen other people still eating. Had I known that, I would have gladly requested the meat Id wanted. It wasnt necessarily a bad dinner overall. The second half really brought down the first half, which is a shame. While it was pretty good, I just cant say that this meal was even worth $100, let alone more than that.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Brazilian steakhouse. The service was completely awful, hardly any of the meats were brought around to us and came out every 20 minutes it seemed. Will not be coming back here.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. Meals for 54 each and did not include drinks or dessert. We were seated right away with reservations. Our server gave us our water but didnt describe how everything worked. After asking someone else, we grabbed some plates and headed to the salad bar. The salad bar was great: 2 lettuce options, tons of dressings and toppings, lobster bisque soup, shrimp, bacon, cheese, and some fun options like hearts of palm and torshe The meat is delivered to tables via a skewer and is sliced onto your plate. The guys came around 3-4 times with options like flank, filet, chicken, and sausage. I was unimpressed with the serving style (hello Covid) and the cooked level of the meats. We like medium rare, and they were all well done. We ended up sitting and waiting for more meats to come around, and finally requested a filet after 20+ minutes. Fries, potatoes, and cinnamon bananas were served to our table as well. We purchased a $100 gift card for 80 from Costco but still ended up paying 40 with a tip. There are much better restaurants/steak houses around that offer better service and food. We will not be returning. Parking: Park at the mall and walk to the restaurant. Park near the movie theater.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had here. I ve always brought people here to experience this place and tonight I brought a full table of 8 and they said it was the worst service they have had in a long time. My bill was well over $200+ dollars and it wasn t worth it at all. I would hope for some type of compensation because we barely received food, they offered us Brazilian sausage about 20 times but nothing else really, they had flank and bacon wrapped sirloin but for $200+ dollars was NOT worth it. I would hope something would be done because clearly I am not the only one who feels this way about tonight. Horrible service and couldn t even let the first timers experience what you all have to offer cause nothing was out. No type of communication or compensation on the bill. Super disappointed. Won t be back. And won t ever recommend again.

Awesome food that comes non stop to the table. Meat on meat on meat. All of the staff with the food do a great job at making sure you eat till youre full. Extremely delicious as well!

I brought my dad here for a nice dinner and we left hungry. The meat comes out very slowly and it doesn t seem like beef is a regular rotation. We won t be back.

Long wait times between being served meats (10-15 mins). We were asked twice what we wanted and it was never brought to us. Sausage and flank steak were offered 3+ times, seems like other cuts of steak and meats are not frequently served at this location. Wont be back.

The food quality is subpar for the price. One family member got sick after eating here. The meat is loaded with salt (presumably to fill you up faster since it s all you can eat). Overall was not very impressed with the food. Our server was polite and attentive.

Frequent my local Texas de Brazil often and was looking forward to trying a new one while visiting family. The service was okay. The host didn t exactly make us feel welcomed and the server, while nice, did not seem like she enjoyed being there. The gauchos were also nice but obviously inexperienced. Which brings me to the food. Never have I seen so much overcooked meat. Sirloin was so tough that a gaucho actually couldn t cut it. I was told later by someone in the industry that they ve been reheating meat to save money. I think that s absolutely disgusting. Over $300 for dinner for five to eat reheated, overcooked meat. They should be thoroughly embarrassed. Not only would I NOT recommend this restaurant but I m seriously considering abandoning Texas de Brazil for good.

The food was absolutely LIGHTS out!!!!! Dont go here if you expect cheap, low quality food. The food you will get here...you can tell a lot of care and love is put into it! Thank you for the experience and the amazing food!

Unfortunately, of the several times we have been there, this was the most disappointing. Our server was not attentive, in fact, we had to ask another server for our assistance. Never refilled our drinks, and never made eye contact as he passed by. Towards the end when bringing the check they are more pleasant, trying to earn the tip. Overall, it was a very expensive buffet.

Fantastic meats and a great experience. We did have to wait quite a bit to get service initially but the manager jumped on it and got us taken care of!

Everything I had was fork tender and delicious and the servers went out of their way to serve you at your pleasure

They swarm you like bees with the different choices of meat options, but thats why youre there. I just feel like they should not stop coming with the food until after you pay the ticket or they see you eating desert. We were wanting more and our card was on green, but after a while, they stopped coming back, and we had to flag them down to get them to come to our table. All in all, great food and great service.

The food was missing the traditional flavors of Brazil; very plain. The picanha was disappointing! They only served medium rare while traditionally, it should come in all options since it is the point of a churrascaria (never dried or burnt) . The meat seasoning wasnt there, and the rotation of meats was very limited. The vinaigrette was BLAHHH. The caipirinha was weak (few limes and light on the liquor) it tasted like a cheap margarita. Very bad representation of the true Brazilian rodizio style churrascaria. For who doesnt know or hasnt experienced it before, perhaps they would not know the difference. Been multiple times in multiple different locations. Shouldn t have to ask to be served meat, quality of meat was subpar, waited too long for meat servers. The cuts that did come around were cheap cuts and made the rounds often, not what it used to be. At this price point I feel short changed.

For the price of eating at this restaurant I thought everything would be included as a package. Our servers manager had to fill our drinks twice. The staff carving the meats were absolutly a pleasure.

I have dined at Texas de Brazil in many cities. Most have been excellent. The person who manages this particular restaurant is out of step with the rest of the chain. I had a very bad experience in Feb 2015 during their grand opening period. It was so awful that I walked out. The next day, after talking with the corporate office, the General Manager, Shae Gerardot, told me that if I would return, he would buy the 4 of us a dinner. Today, I go to make good on that promise, and he has amnesia. Cant remember anything about it and REFUSES to honor his promise. Probably just as well from what I hear from anyone that has gone there that this particular unit just doesnt measure up on any given day. The staff is poorly trained and has little standards compared to others in the chain. Until this company gets rid of this guy, this restaurant will fail miserably and definitely will not get my business. Conners just down the sidewalk from this is so much better, and the staff is excellent. Skip this in Huntsville, Al.

It was a long day of travel, excited to get some good Brazilian styled cuisine, but couldn t get anyone to stop by our table to offer meat. Watched the servers come out and hit certain areas but neglect where we were seated (near the bar). Food was pretty good and servers were friendly. But, VERY disappointed in lack of service.

The food we got was good as usual, weve been to this location several times. However this time it felt like we were being completely ignored, and despite being there for two hours I think we only got stopped by 7 or 8 times. The price isnt worth the half a steak of meat in total we were given especially for the amount of time it took to get it. This wasnt a place that ever made me go home hungry before, so its a shame that they did it this time.

they charge my wife full price when she has an ADA CARD stating that her stomach capacity it less than 4 ounces. it states on her ADA CARD that she is to be charged a child price. Come on. 40$ for her to eat LESS than 4 ounces NOT COOL

I had a delicious meal there.

August 4th Sunday night dinner seating. Was great food lamb , chicken, and beef cooked to perfection. New hot shrimp was great addition. But, they are very small for the screwer. Lamb chops I found out are prepaid by the chop selection. Then they cook them. Due to price of lamb. Cold and hot food bar are the same. Lobster bisque still just a liquid no chucks of lobster to be found. Cold bar has the best jalapeno shrimp that you peel. Smoked salmon is really smokey. Most of the meats and cheese use to come from out of the country now they are getting US brands kind of a downer if you are expecting Brazilian brands. If the meat has cheese crust on it make sure you have enough to drink after each bite salty people. My favorite bacon boneless chicken, there is no bad beef, and lamb plus new hot cooked shrimp. Here is something to know. They dont read reservation notes until your walking in. Aka special requests. Number 2 tell the waiter off the bat what meat and how you like it done they cant read minds people. Three Eat the cold bar first let the meat they are serving cycle through the tables. Fresh will be ready by the time you finish the cold bar plate. You have to get your own plates. For salad cold bar and fresh one for the meat. Four yes dessert and if they want to add a Irish Baileys to it no thanks you get charged the drink prices for it to be poured over your chocolate cake. Cake costing over 20$. Yikes. Five dont eat lunch before you go here go hungry stay as long as you want your paying 54$ each for that seat at the table. Six pace yourself. Let meat cycle through. Fresh comes. I know I keep saying that but, it does. Just know that this is special occasion not eating like this all the time. So, enjoy sweatpants await for you at your house or hotel room. Mangia. Parking: Open parking lot around back by the Westin Hotel. Easiest access from there to the front door. Kid-friendliness: Kids were there having great time. Mostly with mom and dad on date night special occasion. Wheelchair accessibility: They accommodate the chair no problem. They put mine up by the front door.

Have been to Texas de Brazil probably over 30 times and different locations. This location was the poorest for me in regard to service and food. The food coming out was slow, we had to ask for the cuts we wanted multiple times, most of the employees were not the happiest. I personally like my meat medium well, and have never had an issue with this at any other location, but this location kept bringing medium rare after multiple requests for medium well. Only had one or two pieces of medium well the entire time.

The salad bar was excellent, the lamb...disappointing. which the beef was good, my chicken was full of bone chips. The service was excellent. As for atmosphere, the place was extremely noisy Even though it was a weeknight.

They did not bring food to our table. They passed our tables numerous times and did not bring any meat. Very slow service and served all rare meat. Some people do not eat rare meat.

Food is pretty good but it hasnt changed in a few years. They need to introduce some new items to the cold bar for people that only go for there for the bar.

Food is delicious, but the past 2 times ive come it has been very slow. Dont get all the meat options brought around, get passed up, sometimes waiting 5-10mins for the next server to bring a round.

I took my fiancé for his birthday, first time ever at a restaurant like this. We enjoyed every moment of it. The food was fresh, our waitress was top tier, everything was as I expected for this dining experience. The deserts we brought home were also delicious!

I went recently for a friend s birthday and still waited 15-20 minutes with a reservation. Our waiter was nice and the salad bar is fan favorite. The servers were polite but you can tell which ones had more experience. One of our servers dropped the knife while cutting the meat at our table. He was very apologetic but you could tell he hadn t been there long.

Today July 9, 2024- Iman was our server, she is the bartender but takes care of tables also. She was the most attentive, nice, awesome server we have ever had. She had the meat servers constantly checking with us and making sure we were getting the selections we wanted. The experience as has always been for us was exceptional. If you are going to eat here, we highly recommend asking for Iman.

Have been here several times, and it is hit or miss. This time was for my daughters birthday and the food was very good. Drinks were good, and service was above average . This visit renewed my faith. I will come back.

Wonderful place for date night.

My wife and I went for a date night. The food was very good, but you wait 15 minutes in between meat portion visits. They drop off a little morsel and then you spend a lot of time looking at an empty plate waiting for the meat to make the rounds again. The waitstaff service was good. Salad bar is nice but we were there for the meat. The meal was good, but not $200 good. I do not intend to ever go back. Update 2 years later: We had a graduation party here. I think we had 16 or so people. Service was great, and the food was great. Lots of meat delivery. Im a fan now.

It was okay. Most of the meat was pretty good.

We went there for 3 birthdays and we will never go back. We only saw our server 2 times in a span of 2 hours. The meat came out super slow. I think we ve only had like 7 meat servers come to us within that 2 hour period and on top of that the meat was either very over cooked and very under cooked. We ve requested certain meats and it took like 40 min to get it even though it was under cooked. Service and food were mediocre at best.

The lag time between meats being brought out was awful! Due to the wait times we were there almost two hours and I got 6 cuts/bites of meat/chicken. Im a small person and not a big eater but I left hungry. I waited 20 min after my last cut and with no one still bringing meat out we decided we were finished and werent going to wait around anymore. Been to Brazilian steak houses before and never had one this slow. Also, be careful wheelchair users! We had to move tables apart and people had to get up from their seats in order for us to get our son through the room. Not pleasant to have to uproot people dining just so we can get to a table. Not worth the money.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary last night. Our meal was delicious as it always is at Texas de Brazil. I also want to mention our server, Jacinda. She was very attentive and welcoming!

The food was good. Not $53 dollars good but good. It doesnt cover the drinks or sweets and how they charge isnt really explained. The sodas are like $9 a piece, and the cakes and pies are $12 a piece. Its overpriced and the service is good minus the lack of explanation with the prices. They need menus for people so they can understand how it works better.

It was a busy night when we went, but the service and food were both good. Dietary restrictions: A person in my party had an allergy, and we informed our server about it. She had the manager come, and the manager took the person with an allergy around the salad bar. The manager pointed out everything the person could and could not have. Very accommodating which was very refreshing!!

Surprised my husband, drove 2.5 hours .. The restaurant was sticky , messy and slippery floors , bathroom was a mess ! The salad bar was good , but we were there 2 hours and barely tasted 5 different meats . I know we waited 30 min between two diff meats . The table close to us was also complaining to the waitress about the meats . The waitress was ok , but was in such a hurry - just felt rushed . And the place definitely was not packed . Dont think we will try this place again unfortunately.

People complain about the gamey flavor of lamb but that s the way it s supposed to taste!! This place is great on food and variety. They start off fast and furious when bringing your food but slow down significantly after 2-rounds. Other than that I highly recommend it. Food

Worst experience I ve ever had at Texas de Brazil. I ve been to a few in different states and this one was subpar to the experience I ve had at every other location. The staff were less than friendly and our server did not take my wife s food allergy seriously in addition to barely checking on us. The garçons came very infrequently with meats, we regularly waited 10-20 minutes for them to make the rounds rather than the frequency experienced typically at Texas de Brazil. However, when we actually got food it was quite nice and all well prepared up to the standard of Texas de Brazil. I m not usually one to complain much and maybe this was just an off day for them, but it was not a great experience. Dietary restrictions: My wife has celiac disease and most of everything is organically gluten free, however when we asked the server and manager for specific information, the server was not very helpful. The manager did a fine job, however.

This was such a a great experience. The service was absolutely top notch. Could not ask for better staff. The food was very good. The salad bar was different than anywhere else Ive been. Prosciutto, real bacon, cheeses. All fantastic. Lobster bisque is very good. Some of the meats were a little under seasoned but overall excellent. The picanha is amazing. Finished up with the Brazilian cheesecake and chocolate cake. Both were delicious. If you havent been, its definitely worth going.

Ive been coming to this location since it opened. I will first say that the service we received from Wille was without par. He was cheerful, fast and anticipated our every need. His service could be rated at 5 Stars. Regrettably, that is the end of the good... The food service has been on a steady decline and I think last night it augured in, well at least for me. We practically had to chase down the meat servers to be served dried out miniscule portions on our plates. The selections were limited as well, and they no longer offer the lamb chops without paying an up charge. WTH? The restaurant was not even 1/4 full, and it was still early. I was truly disappointed and do not plan to ever go back. In closing last nights dinner was mostly all show and no go.

The lobster bisque is amazing. The salad bar in general is on a whole different level. The meat is good, but very much rare. I prefer meat medium and it was difficult to get. I requested more well done lamb leg and one of the steaks, sadly it never came around. All and all, a great restaurant. Very good food. We arrived at the Huntsville location and were greeted and asked if we had a reservation. We were taken to a table. Our server came and briefly spoke to us. After that, we barely saw her the entire time. I had been here around Christmas time. And we sat around just waiting for the meat so long, that the visit was awkward and frustrating. I still had some gift cards left over, so I decided to use them for my anniversary today. After we sat down, we observed that the meats were still slow coming around to the tables, so we decided to skip the meats to avoid frustration and just ate from the salad bar. No one offered more bread, more bananas; no one asked if we were celebrating anything. We were barely spoken to the whole visit. The food was delicious. No complaints there. The lack of customer service for this price point is appalling. Part of the appeal of this place is supposed to be the fun atmosphere. It s not there at all. At the end I ordered two desserts to go. They are just very basic desserts. Nothing special about them. I was SHOCKED at the $12-dollar per slice of cake sticker price. Not even the Cheesecake Factory charges that kind of price for one slice of dessert. I didn t say anything and just paid. At the end I had $5 left on my gift card that I was leaving as part of the tip. The manager came back with it and said I could not give a tip on the gift card. I asked if he could just give us a dessert to finish off the card. He said unfortunately the desserts were $12. There was nothing he could do. So after I had already spent $24 on two pieces of cake, he couldn t even give us a courtesy dessert. Nothing. He had zero customer service skills. This is most definitely not like a Brazilian steakhouse at all. It s an overpriced place with bad customer service. There was a young couple sitting by us and they just sat there forever with no one coming to their table. They were looking at each other awkwardly. So I just told them that they could just go to the salad bar and get their food while they waited for the server. The poor kid was so confused. He thought that if he ate the salad bar, he d be charged an extra 30 dollars on top of the regular $51.99. He told me he had been there before and always refused the salad bar because he thought it was extra. I told him it was all inclusive, salad bar and meats for the $52. It goes to show how much this place lacks customer service. The manager of this place always looks like he doesn t want to be there. He doesn t greet his customers with enthusiasm. It s sad. I m used to going to Brazilian steak houses. I ve been to several others around the country and even to several in Brazil. Texas de Brazil leaves much to be desired. It is rare for me to feel like I must write a review. I usually write a review when a place is so amazing I can t keep it to myself, or if the place is so bad, I just have to let people know. Unfortunately, this is the latter. Spend your money on a place where you will get service. I am done with my gift cards. I m not coming back here.

All of us were disappointed due to the limited variety of food they served verses how much they charge. We went to several other ones in different cities including the one in Nashville. So far, this one is the worst. They only offer a few kinds of cheaper meat. Their salad bar has much fewer items than the other locations too. The entire restaurant is well decorated but we will not go there again. Not worth the money!

First and last time here .in an hour an a half we received 3 very small cuts of meat. And o Not the cut we wanted . And waited an hour on the cut we requested. Very slow and rude staff as well ! Food

Our server didnt tell us dessert are more more uts extra !!!!also she knew Im vegetarian so I only ate the veggie bar despite I told her twice but she charged us for 2 people at meat bar. Food was excellent but slow getting to us.

Its slow to start getting the meat, but once they start coming around, get ready for the meat sweats lol. Sides are fresh and always good. Servers are hit or miss, but as a buffet style Its not that big of a deal. Great place for a special occasion or if youre in the mood for a meat extravaganza!

The salad bar is amazing all on its own.. I am one of those people that prefers well done meat, so I always have a little trouble/delay getting it cooked the way I like, but still.. amazing food and service.

If you have never been to Texas de Brazil, please just go if you have the time and money. The food was so delicious! The salad bar has over 80 items on it, so I found it easier to take a walk around it to determine what I for sure wanted to try and eliminate what I didn t so that I didn t take so long. My favorites from that area are the potato salad, potatoes au gratin, lobster bisque, the salad, and sautéed mushrooms. Then once you re done with all that flip your coin on the table from red to green and get yourself inundated with all types of delicious meat. The best steak I ve had in a restaurant is their bacon wrapped filet mignon! It s so tender and juicy like butter! Full of flavor! The flank steak is also wonderful, the pork loin and garlic chicken are definitely must tries. I m personally not a fan of the picanah, but it wasn t terrible. The only way this location could improve is the hostess and waitress. Just seemed like something simple was a task, like the one and only refill I got. We went later, so there were only maybe 1-2 other tables being served. We were trying our best to stay positive but the attitude was a bit much. I didn t take more than one star though, because of the fellas bringing out the meat. They were so friendly, smiling, and nice the entire time.

This was our first time here & didnt know what to expect. Our server was not very cordial. Tried to make her laugh but she wasnt in the mood. Told her it was our first time & she was so quiet we had to have her repeat twice. Her service was slow but she also had a large party to wait on. Salad bar was good & the servers with meat were regularly at the table, unfortunately we were not offered several of the meats that were advertised on the menu. The same chicken & top sirloin was all we received. Would try once more to see if the experience was a better one.

Service was severely lacking waited for a drink for about 20 minutes barely ever saw the waitress food was good never got asked how anything was never asked if we wanted dessert or anything had to holler at the waitress even for our ticket will never go back there again was severely disappointed

The salad bar was great and some of the sides honestly wasnt impressed with the meat and I a meat person the price for the poor quality of meat way too much 140.00 plus a tip that was the first and last time I will be going there.

My girlfriend and I went here on the last Valentine s Day. The guy carrying the lamb walked right past our table twice. We were there for two hours, saw lamb twice, and never got try it. Do not go here. Also, they charge extra for water. It s already $80 a person. That s crazy. The server needed to speak up, we didn t even know we had to get our own plates. Way overpriced with bad service and you aren t even guaranteed to try the whole menu. Skip this place

Fantastic food & service! I absolutely love the bacon wrapped filet mignon!!!!!! Spacing between tables was great. Felt intimate. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Not impressed. Way to pricey for what you get!

Walked in at 6:12 was told the wait was 5-10 minutes. Another family walked in right behind us and was told the same thing. We waited about twenty minutes. The family who came in behind us got seated so my husband went up to ask how much longer. We were told that our wait was now one hour. When we question how is that the lady refused to answer and said that s not my problem you were told 10 minutes now it s an hour. We left. Sad thing is we come here at least twice a month. Now we problem will find a new spot!

Absolutely terrible service. The food servers hit the same tables over and over again, and returned to the kitchen before coming to our table. We had to ask our table server for help but it stayed the same. What a waste of 250 dollars. Never again.

We came in on reservations, and then waited 20 minutes and were forgotten about as well. So we had to go remind them about us. We were visible sitting in front of the check in desk. Upon sitting, we were never given a card, asked our waitress for one and she said okay . After another 10 minutes we asked another waitress for a card. Kept the green side up, Then after another 10 mins of waiting, we told our waitress nobody has stopped by to offer meat, and she went and told them they ve been skipping our section. Still, nobody stopped, we even raised our hand to wave one down, they walked past our sections, (us & 2 other tables), so she told them two more times. FINALLY, after the 3rd time of her telling them, they all came swarming our tables with meat. The service and experience of this location was just plain out terrible! I d never recommend this location ! We still tipped and spent $150.

Absolutely wonderful experience for me and my fiancé. We loved everything that hit the table from the steaks to the potatoes to the salad bar. Jamie was our server and took wonderful care of us while being extremely friendly. We 100% recommend this place as a something special date night.

Not the best experience I have had but was good. Meats seasoned fairly well some cuts needed more salt. After coming back awhile later my original review has not changed Update 7/29/23 Service is still slow due to lack of staf but no one has staff rn so thats expected. But everything we had was seasoned well and delicious Update 2/2/2024 Place was slow for a Friday, but that ment the service was really good.

It s a shame they use the name of Brazil in it. Brazilian steakhouses are among the best in the world but this is not one of them. Try one Fogo de Chão in the United States and you will agree with me.

This actually was my 2nd time coming here. The first time was GREAT. This time left me saying not again. It took forever for the meat to rotate around to our table, I was very disappointed in the rotation as well as the selection of meats that was served. My favorite meat is lamb and I only got served that once during my meal smh,plus we had to pay extra for the lamb chops which was served kinda burnt and flavorless. With the price tag associated with this place and the service that I received, I will not be coming back again.

We usually love this place but this time was a bad experience. The air was not working and the beer was warm. We let the waitress know about the beer and she told the lady working the bar and her response was that the cooler was directly in the sun and they had none cold. Our waitress done everything she could bringing us an ice bucket to try and chill our beverages. They did not take the beer off the check or even offer a discount. It was also really hard to enjoy the good food because it was so hot in there. This is not a cheap place to eat so we expect much better than what we got. We ve always enjoyed Texas De Brazil but it will be hard to go back after this experience. Update: We have been back since this review and all of the issues have been fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves steak.

The food here is of course good, the problem and it has happened to multiple people I know, is the lack of service coming around. I have sat at my table with a green card up for over 30 mins and had no one come by. I have had friends say they also sat there for 20-30 mins with no one coming by. If you request something in particular they disappear so quickly. They of course advertise as all you can eat, but not that they will avoid you so that you can t eat

Went for Valentine s Day and that was a mistake! Terrible service and first time ever not leaving a tip. Waitress forgot my wife s drink, had to ask for water multiple times. Will not recommend.

The salad bar was fresh and flavorful. Most of the meats lacked flavor. They were mostly bland. The pork and chicken were on the dry side. Our service was average, but at a place like this, I would hope for service to be top notch. We ate the Brazilian cheesecake. It was delicious and very flavorful. Food

Hostess seated us at our table at 4:34 for our 4:45 reservation. At 4:47 we had not seen a waiter or had drink orders taken. We asked gauchos passing by if we could get a waiter and eventually flagged down a waitress from another table after noticing other guest being waited on as soon they were seated. Was not a great 1st impression of this restaurant. We really enjoyed the salad bar and cocktails. Many selections to choose from. The filet, leg of lamb and flank steak were delicious. The pork I got was dry and tough to eat. The other meats were just okay. The chimichurri sauce really helped to add some moisture and flavor to dryer cuts of meat or those lacking salt. We ordered a different dessert for each person at our table and everyone agreed they were very pleased with the flavors and portion sizes of the cakes and pies.

Wow! Nice restaurant and very good food!

Went here on Christmas eve and it was intersting to say the least. The food it self was good and there were no complaints about that but the server and service were underwhelming. For the price of dinner it would have been nice if the server cleared our plates after eating so we dont have a stack of 3 plates pers person on it. Also, the price for the dinner are not listed, so while I went in knowing it was going to be expensive, its still off putting to see a bill for 4 be $325 with bad service.

Unless you like your beef cook very rare and bloody. I dont recommend the beef. I asked the server could they grill me a portion medium well. They said no. I watched the host turn someone around that didnt have a reservation and 2 minutes later seated someone who didnt have a reservation. Never going there again.

Didn t check my order prior to departing the restaurant. Had to wait over 20 minutes to receive the order. Upon arriving home, checked the order and realized an entree was missing. Contacted the restaurant, and the person I was on the phone with stated that she was the hostess , emphasizing that I needed to bring all the food I ordered back to the restaurant in order to receive the entree I was missing. I couldn t speak with anyone else but was expected to drive 30 minutes to receive a missing entree when I could have easily been refunded the money. This restaurant has seriously deteriorated in quality and customer service at an alarming rate.

Never a bad meal never a disappointment. Best value steakhouse around.

What I can say is go and try it. Fun and great grill food

It wasn t worth it for us. We had 3 different meats. That s it. We were put in the corner away from everybody. It was on Christmas evening. So it wasn t that busy the beginning of the night. $150 for 2 people is just ridiculous. Very pricey not impressed for the small amount. Drinks are very expensive, with low amount of alcohol. For a person that doesn t drink, but maybe once a year, not happy either.. I wasn t impressed. Also, the salad bar looked pretty bad. For the beginning of the night it looked like it was still from lunchtime. I had better steaks made at home for quarter of the price.

The salad/hot bar had a wonderful selection. The food was all very good. The meat that was most wanted didnt come around as often as we would have liked.

Worth going once if you haven t been to a Brazilian steakhouse, but otherwise would not recommend. Service is slow even though the restaurant was half full. Waiter took 15-20 minutes to check on us each time, the famous lobster bisque sat empty for 30 minutes, and many of the guys handing out meat just skip by your table. They should come to you, you shouldn t have to flag them down each time. Most of the meat itself is pretty good, especially the picanha and filet. If you want to experience a Brazilian steakhouse, I would recommend Fogo de Chao over here. Better service, higher quality food, and much nicer atmosphere.

The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are so polite and accommodating. The cuts of meat being brought to your table are sooo yummy and the salad bar is NOT your typical salad bar (its more of an elevated salad bar). While it is pricey, its extremely worth it!

Some of the cuts of meat are very good. Its overpriced for what you get. Its a fancy buffet. You fix all the sides you want and people come around with varies cuts of meats to try

My first visit. Salad bar was fresh and full of amazing choices thus the 5 rating on food. The meat was delicious .. when we got any. We had reservations for 5:30. We had a wait of sometimes 15 minutes between meat offerings. We literally just sat waiting on food more than half of our 2 hr 30 minute visit. Service was so slow. Had to ask repeatedly for our drinks from bar - my husband never received his 2nd drink while the other end of the table were served 3. We had to ask repeatedly for water with the excuse being the pitchers were always empty. Same for bread - kitchen was always behind. We were a group of 12 with many other large groups there so that may have hindered the service but that is on them. Our waitress said there were only 4 meat servers for the entire restaurant on this night. I expected better.

Everything is very nice and delicious, it is a spectacle to have the meat on a sword, parking in the shopping center, we suggest that they sing happy birthday to the birthday boys!

On Wed, 12-28-22 Made reservations for 5 my wife 3 kiddos 14,11 and 8 yrs old for 7pm.. arrived at 650pm and confirmed our reservations. At 730 and we are still on the list and still not seated. Open tables are throughout the restaurant.. I see 730pm reservations called and step right around us to their table. 755pm finally brought us to our table. SO CONFUSED. Our server Jose brought his game and even though they seemed short staff he hit it out of the park! Excellent service by him and the meat crew !! They seemed short staff but they were hustling most of the time we were there and taking care of everyone...wish I could say the same for the reservations and hostess. I seen several people walk out our first impression wasnt a good one,waiting a hour for a table is beyond ridiculous when you have a reservation. The reservations and hostess 3 needs to give thanks to the front and back of the house they did a superb job 5 . If you wait more than 20min, with a reservation ask for a Manager and let them straighten it out.

Amazing experience! Its pretty costly, but the environment combined with the basic all you can eat set up makes it worth it. Very professional staff, very well crafted foods, and most importantly, a very calming and serene experience. Great for work meals or date night. Food

Exceptional steak and an amazing salad bar with more than just salad. Roughly $51 for the full buffet with only dessert excluded. I would recommend the Spicy Picanha and the Filet Mignon. Also the Lobster Bisque and Scalloped Potatoes are some of the best in the area.

All-you-can-eat Brazilian style. Enjoy the best food in a formal atmosphere.

Nice restaurant. Went there for our anniversary. My wife loves it . We reserved a table a day before and when we got there we still had to wait for some few minutes as all tables were occupied. If you are a lover of meat, this is the right place for you . Top notch service.

Went for a special brunch they had at Bridge Street and was met with a corporate luncheon or something on the other end. It seemed like they catered to them more often than not and after about an hour, had only been offered to try three or four of the meats. Thankfully it wasnt nearly as expensive as usual but a disappointment that I was looking forward to.

I was not impressed at all. Great disappointment and location is terrible, gps put us at opposite end, made the company dinner miserable. Once we found the location, we were forbidden by hostess to be seated UNTIL entire party guests arrived, even though our reservations were made well in advance. It was in my opinion over rated all the way around. When meats came to table, server slices meats with very sharp knife which is quite uncomfortable especially when packed shoulder to shoulder with our large group, meats had no flavor other than the heavy salting and spices and salad bar overly priced... Sorry but I will run the other way if asked to come back. Id prefer to spend my $100 per person a different way

I cant remember it, but the spicy steak they have their was unbelievable. Ive had lots of good steak, their steak was good but I really need to find a recipe for their spicy sauce. Very generous salad bar included. Carrot cake - it was hyped up a lot, but it wasnt that good. Im still giving them five stars for food because of their steaks.

Great service and amazing food. A bit pricey but if you have a big appetite you can probably almost get your monies worth.
