Endroit sans ambiance particulière, sans musique. Le service est lent et par moment on a limpression de se faire ignorer par rapport aux ami.e.s ou habitué.e.s de la place. Il mest arrivé de quitter lendroit avant de passer ma commande pour cette raison. Les bubbles thea sont corrects mais dautres endroits de ce genre se démarquent plus.

Super warm, the best employees, Super smiling and friendly. I recommend, really good place to spend time with friends or even to study, right next to the CEGEP de Joliette and the city center parking lot. I definitely recommend the teriyaki chicken poke! And their Matcha bingsu is really delicious! As for bubble tea, I always take the milk and brown sugar tea with tapioca, but they have a wide choice, each one as good as the next! Vegetarian options: Vegan option, there is a tofu bowl that can be easily modified so that it is vegan, they also have several types of plants!! Parking: City center parking right next door, paying, but plenty of space, lasts for this park in the middle of the day, but quite easy at the end of the evening!

Malheureusement, le service était plus quordinaire. Aucun contact visuel, sourire forcé (quand il y en avait un!), nous coupait la parole. Bref, quand une enfant de 11 ans demande pourquoi la fille est bête de même avec nous, cest que ça ne passe pas inaperçu. Dommage, cest un endroit que jaime bien, mais ce service me mérite pas les 35km que je dois faire pour my rendre.

The taste of the bubble teas was good but not much bubble (tapioca) compared to some competitors. Acceptable service without more, not super smiley employees.

I havent tried the tea, their specialty, but the poke bowls are really good! Full of flavors and texture, they will appeal to sushi lovers thanks to the presence of seaweed among other things. Well done! A small downside for the music which was a little loud for my taste and the air conditioning which was high.

Very warm employees and very good atmosphere! Absolutely all the drinks on the menu are excellent (Especially the Yogurt and Matcha Drinks ) An excellent reference for Bubble Teas! The Pokebols are very strong too! Vegetarian options: They have veggie Pokebols.

Very good bubble tea and poke, very bad staff. Many complaints from employees testifying to the lack of professionalism concerning the managers of the establishment. It is unfortunate to hear testimonials from even customers who witness the multiple conflicts before them between managers and their employees. 2 stars for conflict of interest.

The kiwi/cucumber juice was good but very very sweet while the fruity peach tea was much less sweet and super refreshing plus there are pieces of peaches in it! Cant wait to go back to try other flavors :)

Boba teas (and their many variations) are very good. There is something for everyone, but whats more, the service is always very fast and friendly. I lived in Montreal where there were a lot of choices for boba teas, and I didnt even have the habit of having them... but since Im near Honicha, I have to have them at least at every week!
