Wheel chair sevice is bad to get to the door it's on a hill for the many times I went they still haven't fix the door opening button between the door is small when you have to open 2 doors manually while being in a wheelchair and both doors open outward so when your between the doors you have to find a way to back up and make room for the other door to open while the first door is closed on you cuz the button doesn't work I had coupons I said will they work with a hot chocolate (trio). They said yes. I got home looked at my receipt and payed full price

I ordered an extra patty on my mcdouble and It felt like I got a hockey puck in my burger. The usual angus or smoothie is good. But when I order something with a extra on it, It's usually disappointing.
went thru the drive thru. watched as 2 other cars passed before me on the other micro. Upon receipt of my order, the cup containing my drink was filled to overflow, with juice running down the side of the cup. The cashier was frustrated by my asking for a new drink in a clean cup, and visibly showed her frustration by rolling her eyes. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasnt one on place. Mmmm.... 5pm, dinner rush no manager?? Spoke with a team leader who only exchanged my drink. No apology, nothing. Yet when I called from home I spoke right away with the manager. Still no apology, no offer to make reparations of any kind. Called corporate and 2weeks later Im still waiting for there feedback. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO McDONALDS EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. There are way to many choices to go eat at in Joliette.

Are you sure the other one didnt pass? I immediately check my credit card and it happened!!!? Third....Last month supposedly the system crashed. They redid my order but I told them I had already paid for the order. They said no dont worry it will just charge once. Yes it was charged just once but I had my order twice on the invoice so I paid twice!!! Fourth... In addition, at least 3 times/5 visits are missing: the condiments, one of the sandwiches, the turnovers, no ice in the drink but there is some. Last Thursday, as it is rare that there is another flavor of turnovers other than apples, I ordered 2 with strawberries and 2 with apples. I arrive home surprised... only 2 turnovers instead of 4 and whats more, they are apple turnovers. The fries were half full and no condiments. Both drinks were listed without ice and when she gave them to me, there was one with ice and the other without ice!!! I forgot to tell you the state of the Big Macs, its as if theyve just done a Formula 1 race. Everything crunches more sauce in the container than in the sandwich. I went to pick up a mobile takeout order. What a surprise I had when I got home! Its been a few times now that weve received service that leaves something to be desired at this branch. Not only do we get half-empty containers of fries, but they have already told me to place a mobile order a second time, telling me they didnt receive it and assuring me that nothing would be loaded until the order was not received, processed and received by the customer. I was surprised to see the order double-loaded on my credit card statement afterwards. This is not my first negative experience at this location, but when you live in the region, it is sometimes difficult to go to another branch, or to return to the location to obtain a replacement when you live at a certain driving distance. The burgers were bland, the fries were limp and flavorless, and the drinks were mediocre. Its sad to see that this chains reputation is primarily based on its marketing, rather than the actual quality of its products. Overall, my visit to McDonalds was an extremely disappointing experience. The absence of chicken nuggets, combined with the unpleasant attitude of the employee and the mediocrity of the food, gave me the impression of having wasted my time and money in an establishment that does not deserve the slightest consideration.
