Going to move to a new restaurant at 3 rue Papineau

I find it a shame after 30 minutes of waiting that my order was canceled on doordaash!

Disgusting smell of intense sewage throughout the restaurant. 5-10min to be able to order alone. Charges me more than on the menu. The cashier didnt want to hear anything until she realized her mistake. We eat there because we are far away. No fork to eat my poutine which looked like soup. They tell me, understand, were moving soon, its normal that we have more forks.. I told him that it was not normal for a restaurant, regardless of not having utensils to eat with. Regular customer for years... 5 star reviews everywhere have been horrible. Liquid sauce like water that drips nothing. I ask for a medium, we dont charge a large one. Dried chicken tenders that are hard to chew. Cold fries. Chicken burger alone at $9.99 stiff as criss that tastes nothing thick as a sheet of paper. 20 minutes to receive our order and not even have enough money. I will come back. Its never been this bad.

Big lack of professionalism. The cashier greets no one and waits for us to speak to her to look at us. There were 9 people in the restaurant. They had to talk to each other among customers to find out who were being served, etc. I placed my order online to be picked up at 5 p.m. The cashier told me there was no online order, I had to re-place my order and wait. I entered the restaurant and the uncleanliness immediately struck me. I went to the bathroom before placing my order and Im glad I did because I was so disgusted that I left without ordering. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The floor was extremely greasy and the tables were all dirty. The toilet was sick and the trash can was overflowing. There had probably been no cleaning in the last few days. As they dont seem to have cleanliness at heart, I imagined their cuisine and that pushed me to leave without ordering. The kitchen was full of chattering employees, including one who was cooking while eating his burger. Its very disappointing.
