If you want to eat BREAD instead of stuffed submarines, this is THE place! The worst time to order is from Friday (sometimes Thursday too) to Sunday. 3 times out of 4 we eat BREAD!!! If we dont specify that we want it REALLY FILLED then we eat BREAD (not so fresh either!) Extremely disappointing the weekend Cook . I made the comment to the receptionist but nothing changes. This evening (Friday), I specified that I wanted our subs well stocked and we were still served some damn bread!! My employees, my family and I are seriously considering changing restaurants because we make people laugh ROYALLY in addition to having very good service!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Non-existent!

I went a while ago now but it was there that I was able to taste my first Hawaiian pizza and still to this day I think about how good and delicious it was honestly very good pizza even if the place looks doubtful.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us. Good service on the phone, we came 10 minutes after placing the order, we were still surprised. But when we got home we discovered a really unappetizing pizza and it wasnt good either. The green peppers were so brown and soft that we thought they were mushrooms. The peperonni was blackened, everywhere below the cheese, I really dont understand how that could happen...

Our order is missing 1 fries, we called to say that one fries is missing. 1h15 later still not received. We call back, tell us that the delivery person will leave it at the door. 1. You dont leave anything without ringing and 2. And no, there was nothing. Poor service.

They are real thieves!!! Pizza is no longer like it used to be The pizza is no longer good and has too much crust and very little stock. The sauce is bland... Ive been eating it since 1980 and liked the taste but now its over and I wish them a good closure because Im not the only one to think that... still well limits to stuff the world!

Its a shame that in Lavaltrie they closed, it was the best pizza in the area, Im glad its really good but its not the same. You should open another branch like this in Montreal :D

Easter Monday, we arrive from a 4 day drive, we order an extra large pizza all dressed, its perfect , lots of pepperoni, vegetables, its sublime. This evening Sunday April 7, we order exactly the same thing, practically no vegetables and pepperoni but a 1 to 2 inch dough everywhere, its disgusting If we want to eat bread we will go to a bakery. Be consistent otherwise we will change places very quickly.

I was a big fan of their pizza, for me it was the best but its been two times in a row that Ive been really disappointed with the pizza. I think they changed their pepperoni to something cheaper. In any case I think their pizza will be over for me.

La poutine originale du Bravo est tout simplement la meilleure au Québec selon moi. Une bonne portion pour pas cher (la majorité des autres restaurants chargent la moitié de plus pour moins). La livraison est toujours rapide et les repas arrivent chauds. Pizza bien garnie, beaucoup de pepperonis et de fromage. Bémols: prix des pizzas et manque de variété dans les boissons.

AD Medium PIzza + Bacon and medium fries. The pizza is well cooked, generous cheese and bacon. Very satisfied. The fries... well its not a place for fries. Frozen undercooked thats what it is. But its called a pizzeria fak 4/5. Delivery within the time they told me.

It was over 2 years old, I didnt order bravo, I moved back to Joliette and I said to myself, hey, Im going to eat bravo.. I dont know what happened for 2 years, the worst service to the customers Ive had for a long time, the pizza sauce is disgusting, my poutine was half filled, the spag was crushed and leaking into the bag, a real bland spag with tomato sauce with nothing else.. and even if you call to request a credit on your next bill or a replacement, the person on the phone doesnt care about your dissatisfaction.. Wow. I was expecting a great pizza and a delicious Caesar salad. The salad is literally bathed in a tasteless vinaigrette! I love a lot of salad dressing but this I couldnt eat... money really wasted! When I called to order, I was hung up without being able to ask the total amount of my order or the delivery time. Bad service and bad food... what a disappointment!

I have always ordered from this place before. Now, just placing the order makes you want to hang up! The receptionist really doesnt want to work and it shows!! The fries were cold and the pizza is never the same and way overcooked. And we are always asked if we pay in money?? Weird!

Newly reopened the dining room since the pandemic and the lack of staff. There is a section with pizza boxes but the waitress was kind to inform us that it will be put away when it reopens today.

The pizza is ordinary. To say that we have the best pizza in town is false advertising. The positive aspect of the pizza is the amount of pepperoni, cheese and others that are on it but this sometimes influences the taste and therefore the pizza tastes too much of a specific ingredient. Overall very expensive and quite greasy. The service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. The staff is stupid, cold and do not try to hide their displeasure at the fact that they have to take care of customers, especially the person on the phone for orders. There is worse but there is better. Another advantage is that they are open late in the evening and early at night while the other restaurants have mostly been closed for a few hours. In short 2.5/5

I went this Sunday, November 26 at 11:20 p.m. to pick up an alldressed pizza with fries and sauce...I have rarely eaten such a good pizza except the best full of sauce which was very good and thick with cheese and peperoni it is quite fatty on the other hand like a good pizza must be without mentioning the fries sauce good crispy fries and the sauce is excellent (I regretted not having had a poutine) a 20/10 for the pizza and 20/10 for the good fries sauce... here is my opinion to update everything because I was afraid to go there when reading the reviews... I rarely give reviews but it was worth it

Poor service !!! When we ask for verysssssssssssssssssssss little cheese!!!! We dont agree on having half an inch of cheese! The lady told us to remove it! Well yes its easy to remove, the brick of cheese comes all on the fork! She also tells us next time, say a handful of cheese for the pizza. Excuse me but it seems to me that its quite clear, very very little cheese. I wouldnt like to see a normal pizza!

The best poutine Ive ever eaten and whats more, its more than affordable. The delivery service is always A1, delivery person has his mask and maintains health rules. Really a place that I loved to discover and try it out, you wont be disappointed!
