Good evening, I dont usually give opinions, but the person on the phone is totally unpleasant when you want to take an order. She doesnt look for any solution to the problem and totally pisses us off. Avoid if you dont want to waste your time with incompetent people.

Order, home delivery. All within a reasonable time frame with an acceptable presentation and the right order. However, as far as delivery is concerned, the delivery man, when paying with a $100 bill, did not have the change and lectured us on the method of payment. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful.

The pizza is good but there is a lack of food in the vegetarian pizza (compared to that of Henri which is more complete). Looks like an all-dress without meat. Its been a long time since I called this restaurant. Because their food is generally good (although too salty in my opinion). On the other hand, never make me talk about it one evening again! If a restaurant closes at 11 a.m. or 10 a.m., what is the idea of closing half of the kitchen 30 minutes before closing? Change your closing times then. And to be answered nastily by the girl who speaks to me as if it were obvious meh. I hung up on him because I didnt even know what to say to that anymore!

I ordered a steak sub with no peperoni and no onion and I received two pieces of steak fat from the sub with peppers and mushrooms! Only peppers and mushrooms with brown lettuce and soft, mushy tomatoes

Miserable service, call for a club sandwich at 4 p.m., gives address and phone number. At 7:30 p.m. still not received the order. When we called back we were told that he didnt have the right phone number or address (I think we know our information!) the lady said it was our fault and hung up the line. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a pizzeria.

Quite long for an average poutine, I waited like 20 minutes and it was 7:30 p.m., not in a rush.... 16.05$ For an ordinary average and back they speak English.... The two men go outside and enter the kitchens again, never washing their hands even after touching the outside door.. Ordinary please, but she was good.

I take the Quebec pizza which is always good but a little too greasy. I will order there and the waiting time is reasonable and quite quick. The restaurant as such is not necessarily very welcoming for eating there (faded and veillo decor, cleanliness of the dining room sometimes leaves something to be desired and no atmosphere) but very good food and affordable price at a inexpensive. I recommend it though. Parking: Directly on the restaurant grounds and around 15 seats on the grounds and free. Free parking also on both sides of the street at all times.

je commande dici souvent, et habituellement tout est très bon. aujourdhui, la téléphoniste ne parlais pas clair, me criais dessus et ma raccroché au nez. je ne recommande pas de parler avec cette téléphoniste. la pizza était malfaite et les pepperonis étaient rectangulaires. ca ce peut quelle a voulu se vanger contre moi en me donnant ces peperonnis.

Horrible. We ordered 2 poutines, the operator was very nice. In addition to the fact that she told me that it would cost me $2 more to have the sauce separately, because of the Styrofoam containers (thats excessive), the poutines were cold, as if we had spent 1 hour of cooking. drive to pick them up, even though we live 5 minutes away by car...I waited at least 7 minutes to get them, they should have been hot, but the sauce seemed to come out of the fridge and the fries were lukewarm and soft as if they would have remained in the container for 15 minutes. I called the lady who served me to give her my comment, she did not offer anything in compensation, nor did she say that she would speak to the cook about it. I will never go back there again.

Very very good pizza. Good value for money! The service, however, is very average. Worse on the phone than in person the rush I imagine. I always call for preparation in advance, always ready on time.

Some things on their menu are delicious: (Pizza, sub, club sandwich) but the rest is not good at all.

I tried the pizza and the poutine and honestly it s extraordinary! The flavors blended well in my mouth and each bite was better than the last. Love overflows from these dishes, a thumbs up for the cooks. I highly recommend.

Really good. I had a lasagna duo with 10 pizza, it cost like $23 Personalized my pizza: choice of 3 ingredients and sauce; banana pepper, onion and spicy tomato sauce. My mouth is burning with flavor and the lasagna is also good. When they are in the rusb late on the other hand I was talked to stupidly once but hey everyone has bad days.

I found the place to order some really good pizza in Joliette!! Have it delivered, 2x10 pepe/bacon, $35 (28 without tip). It didnt even take 45min, delivery man in a good mood and friendly. In my Top 3 of the best pizzas in Quebec to date!

We had a lasagna and a club and another time pizza... its very good but the delivery was very long and both times there was always something missing :( he notes it for next time, but when you call back... they lost the paper and the girl on the phone is less gentle than when she takes your address!!! Worst service, 1h15 delivery time on a Monday. They forgot the liquors even though they were charged on the bill, then another 1h15 to receive them. The food was a little cold on arrival.

I ordered 2 10 subs with poutine and I went to pick them up..the fries with the subs had probably spent 30 minutes on the stove..they were semi hot and stuck in chunks..the fries tasted like old oil and the poutine sauce was stuck in gelatinous lumps..even the submarine steak was rubbery and full of nerve..we gave them a second chance, but its the last time we go there.. .a miscarriage would have been nicer

Never been to eat there, but I always order my pizza there and it is clearly for me the best pizza in Joliette, the prices are competitive and the delivery is always impeccable, not to mention their totally exquisite homemade fries.

The fries in my poutine that came with the pizza package were by far a nice golden fries but a blackened potato, I was served a drain....the pizza was faded and a little burnt.

Service too fast (too much pressure to ensure customers are satisfied) and stupid! Extra sauce at $1 for 2 cups when you only have 1 cup for a large sub, chose my drinks without telling me. So she charged them to me without my knowledge. They charged me extra for fries when I didnt ask for them. Bad attitude on the phone, attitude of a 16 year old girl in high school. All the comments are booche but having ordered there many times the pizza (and especially the fries and the poutine) are perfect for the price. They often change the menu hence the fact that you have to check before ordering on the online menu but for real, its my spot for cheap and good food.
