We ordered a peperroni pizza and in my second butcher I bit into a piece of bone. Even my partner heard the noise it made, honestly I was afraid I would break a tooth. I will never eat their pizza again. I called to inform the restaurant and he told me that he knew that there was some crunch in their pizza... You dont want to put a better quality of peperonni instead of making us eat that!!!

We had excellent service. Despite a customer near us who was really unpleasant with the waitress because she, the customer dropped her cell phone between the wall and the bench and the waitress had a lot of trouble getting it back and serving the other customers. But tonight the pizza was very wet and cold and its not the waitresss fault. Thats less pleasant. I will go back there but within the week.

I will not return to this restaurant, the waitress has no smile, she throws herself at the customers as soon as they arrive, the portions are small 20.40 for two minimal slices of pizza and a few onion rings

The quality seems to be a bit random when reading the comments. My pizza was perfect and identical to the image on the advertisements. Gotta love generous crusts. But when its well cooked and crunchy and the cheese is nicely toasted, like the one I received, its wonderful. So many North American type pizzerias dont cook the pizzas enough. Or their oven isnt hot enough. **Updated March 2024. I got the bad side of the randomness I described in my original comment. The fries are crunchy in the middle. Absolutely not cooked. The top of the pizza is nicely browned but the crust is very elastic and warm. Not cooked at all. The pizza doesnt hold up. Very disappointed. Rating down.

My favorite restaurant in Joliette! Its difficult to find fault with it... The atmosphere is calm and warm, the food is excellent and the portions are generous. There is choice for all budgets and the service is impeccable, at least as far as I am concerned. Even the toilets are big, clean and modern! Its rare that I give a perfect rating, but in the case of this little restaurant, I have no choice! Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to all.

We have been going to this place for about 20 years (plat dor and crabtree pizzeria now) excellent pizza gone the last period where the pizza was lacking ingredients and thick crust and taking 2 inches + all around. This evening we could see the pizza and the fries on the service counter and both served after about ten minutes lukewarm fries with small pieces of turned fries and lukewarm and uncooked pizza with pepperoni so so, lack of vegetables and crust once again taking over a third of the pizza. On the way out I told the waitress of our dissatisfaction and that this would be our last opportunity at this place. At the counter to leave more quickly she handed me the device to pay.....after I asked her if the owner or manager was present. A simple no.

We came from Montreal for a concert and stumbled upon this pizza place. The pizza and pasta were great and everyone was satisfied.

We started by ordering a bruschetta starter. The waitress told us they were out. So we ordered a chefs salad instead. The waitress told us they were out. Ah good ! We found this suspicious but chose waffle potatoes and a Caesar salad instead. When it came time to order the main course, I ordered Chicken Parmigiana: you guessed it, the waitress told us they were out. I ordered chicken skewers instead. The waitress told us there was no more. The waitress gave as an excuse: <<Exactly! We are working on this, redoing the map>>. The question is: are they so poor that they cannot print a sheet where the only 5 items on the menu would be printed, or even cross out with a pen the items that are no longer available?

Phew, it wasnt good, theres no other word to describe it. Rubber pizza and they charge me for a meal of croquettes but forget to deliver them to me. Forgetting to deliver 1 item out of 2 in an order is not great. I called back and was told that they were new cooks...I would like to believe that, but making a pizza doesnt take much cooking knowledge and when it says croquette meal in large letters at the top of the bill and forget it, it s because you don t know how to read . Instead of opening lots of branches and not having employees and the quality of food decreases, you should close some and maintain the quality of food and service that has good sensitivity to those you had before. No more Crabtree pizzeria!

Disservice. I placed a large order of several pizzas in advance to give them time to prepare everything without being in a rush. No deals, no discounts, no incentives like fries or soft drinks, ok I can live with that. But when you ask for paper plates and utensils thats a minimum...well the lady on the phone was in such a hurry to hang up that she must have forgotten to write it down. Ordinarily cursed a group of workers forced to eat pizza by hand and on pieces of cardboard. Not great service, next time well order elsewhere thats all.
