We had them delivered at least once a week... Often old, cold fries. Many times forgetting a meal. You never know how to complain. Our last time is tonight. After having to call back because a meal was missing (not to mention the delays) we were treated to fries that looked like they had been made that morning and clubsandwish with more mayonnaise than anything else. After calling back to explain the situation, twice in a row, I was told whats the problem maam. Delay of an hour, you forgot a meal, it complicates things to eat with family and the least thing would have been hot fries... Lack of concern for a job well done and your regular customers, thats the problem.

It s always a delight here. I love their cheeseburger so much (but without mustard), Ive never found a cheeseburger this good anywhere else. The garlic sauce is divine too!! THANKS. And the delivery people are always super nice; the service is very fast.

I do not recommend this pizzeria! We ordered a combo online and 10 minutes later they were called to tell us that there were extras even though the website said 1 choice of meat, 2 vegetables. The boss wanted to charge $8 extra for shishtaouk even though it was the choice of meat! We asked for no cheese due to an allergy, and he still wanted to charge us an extra $8. To put the icing on the cake, he hadnt even started the order for 15 minutes because he wanted us to accept the completely absurd extra. To finally cancel the order because he would rather lose customers than respect his website!!

No delivery available, I tell him that I can wait for the delivery man even if it takes more than an hour and tells me that he will close by then and to come pick it up. Since he changed ownership its could really be the same thing. Do not recommend!!

Order placed online around 3:45 p.m. for delivery at 5:30 p.m. At 5:50 p.m., still nothing and no answer when I call. I tried again at 6 p.m. and they answered, telling me that they had the order in the system but that it had not notified them. The best they can do is 6:30 p.m., so an hour late. I ask for a discount for the inconvenience, I am offered free delivery even though it already is. I understand that this restaurant has no respect for its customers. Order canceled and I will never be their customer again.

Wow yum... I just had poutine and cheese pizza delivered... I love the Cheese better than Henris and my favorite is the poutine...I like their pizza...fresh ingredients and fast delivery service...I recommend!

I dont want to eat this restaurants food anymore. My sister ordered two pitas and chicken skewers on Sunday. Tuesday she was sick and Wednesday I was sick. The chicken was either not grilled well or the chicken was expired. We were throwing up because of it. I couldnt eat anything because of it. I strongly advise against eating chicken!

At first, even before ordering, I had doubts when I saw the notes but after ordering I understood why. The wait was rather longer than normal, the taste average, the dough undercooked. The base in a pizza was not respected (it was not cut) we had to do it ourselves, I couldnt finish 2 slices to tell you how good it was. I do not recommend this restaurant. At your own risk

I have been a loyal customer for a year and a half, unfortunately, in the last few months, we feel the quality of food is declining. The pizza now arrives all damaged and wet. Six months ago, I would have given it a 4 star.

The food is of good quality for a fast food restaurant and is very good, especially the chicken pitas and the magic bread! Delivery arrives within 30 to 45 minutes depending on the time and day, very good service and very kind and respectful delivery people.

Very good pizzeria. The decor reminds us that we are not at the Ritz, the pizza on the other hand is excellent. The place is quiet.

Became my favorite restaurant for a few months and the more I tested the menu the more I fell in love with this restaurant, its all so good and cheaper than elsewhere and the service is great. Roj I simply adore you all.

Very very disappointed. On a takeout order of four 2 for 1 pizzas, including 2 at a certain price and 2 others at a slightly higher price, they charge me the price of the most expensive ones instead of their respective prices. The large fries that are offered for free are in fact just a small brown paper bag half filled and a few more fries on the side, all in a medium paper bag. Its far from a large fry. For those who are pizzas, rather average in taste. I dont think Ill go back there.

Very bad service, the pizza was really not good. It was cold, the peperonie tasted like sour, the dough was not well cooked, the fries in our poutine were cold and hard with almost no cheese. I complained to the owner then instead of giving us credit or offering something else to eat, he argued saying ``it cant be, my peperonie is organic....`` In short, Im really not the type of difficult person but it was really disgusting, there were three of us and then we came out hungry without having eaten anything, no refund, no credit, $30 for water. Its downright THEFT. I dont recommend anyone to go there. Now I understand why the restaurant has changed its name several times in a few years!

Very disappointing. We decided to try their online ordering service. After receiving confirmation followed by a cancellation message we had to call to ensure that our order had gone through. They confirm to us on the phone that the order has not only been placed but is already on its way. More than an hour after our order our pizza finally arrived just as I was about to call and cancel. Result: soft and cold fries, pizza with very little topping, almost non-existent sauce and very rare cheese which also leaked on the side because the pizza must have been tilted during transport. The crust was inedible and the pizza tasted like cardboard. We ate one or two wedges and threw the rest away. To avoid. Very far from the caliber of crabtree, bravo or Henri.

I have nothing to say against the food there. Ive been going there since it was called Pizza Roj and I still like it
