Excellent Guiness and the pulled pork nachos are amazing. Parking: Lots of places and free after 6 p.m.

The best place for any event, with family or friends, for shows, for beer, drinks and food. A big thumbs up for everyone working there.

Im 35 years old and Im a fan of poutine. I have eaten several poutines in my life, and I am very comfortable saying that Sims pulled pork poutine is the best poutine I have ever eaten in my life. Well done !

I love The Sims! The atmosphere is always party, live bands regularly, the people are friendly, the beer is good, they have a VERY large selection of Scotch. Its really an obligatory stop when passing through Joliette! But... Im a little disappointed with the new menu, Pout Sims is no longer there!!! That my friend! It was worth the detour, poutine with braised beef cheek with a messemble veal reduction sauce, excellent cheese crumbles, perfect fries and just a little arugula on top! Wow!! Maybe one day she will come back, who knows!

The place is really fun and well decorated, the Irish pub atmosphere is great! We even got a visit from the owner, Simon, a real enthusiast, proud of his spot, authentic and who loves the world... He welcomes us into his home like family. The team is super welcoming and friendly and the beer is good, you should stop for one when you pass by! Cheers!

seriously, best restaurant-bar. I celebrated my 18th birthday and I really loved it. the waiter, the drinks, the menu, everything was perfect. thank you very much!!

The food is excellent, the drinks are good, I recommend the butterscotch sour shooter. The atmosphere is great and the employees are very nice. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options, so the mac and cheese bites are delicious.

Its really changed. Its a shame. Yesterday no one came to see us. One of the waitresses looked at us and turned away.... 3x. Not for a moment Im coming... nothing. We wanted to have a good beer. Finally we left. Its sad.

Terrible food, if it was on the service and alcohol side, 5 out of 5, very courteous and pleasant. But the price and quality of the food, a real joke. Ive been going there for 5 years, but the last 3 times, the food is terrible as hell. Im sorry were leaving on this note. The Melkior on the other hand, wow!!

Really the worst place in terms of service and alcohol in the evening. All the drinks I ordered over 2 days had so much water in the glass that even the orange juice was very pale. These really ridiculous rum and coke tasted like water. The waiters and waitress this madman of the world has surely who treats them better to get them used to it Im really disappointed I went twice to give them the chance to take back my these always the same could I never go there unless that changes that. Go to Albion these 100,000 times better

Its overpriced in tabarnak.. I liked going there when I was at the end of my studies but since the staff is unpleasant and there are people who sit outside to disgust those who come in its boring damn shame I liked to eat my good fried cheese curds with a good beer but asteur its made as worse as the Saint Bernard...

1h30 to receive his meal - lukewarm and ordinary. Fortunately the band Hommage aux Beatles was there to make up for the evening!

Meal for 2. My friend receives his poutine, eats it, I look at him, 15 minutes pass and Im told that Fish & Chips wont take long 20 minutes later hes finished eating and I follow up with a waiter... who comes back notify me that the order was not placed in the system, but that it will not be long now that it is. It wont be long anymore because were leaving after picking up the invoice which had been waiting for 15 minutes again... Good luck.

Great impromptu evening. Sims poutine is very generous. the pitchets at a reasonable $24 and the ribs and chicken wangs are great. the pizza was disappointing, but the atmosphere and the rest more than made up for it. Message For the Pub: maybe rethink the style of pizza. for the price Im sure you can do better

Classic Irish Pub atmosphere but as a bonus the food is really, really good. We agree that we love beer but we go there for the good food... for an Irish Pub you have to do it. Hats off to the Chef! We will definitely return there many times.

Irish pub with nice atmosphere. The price of meals is reasonable. The dishes are very good. The beer is served cold. The service is excellent.

We tried the dining room 2 years ago making sure there was a vegetarian option. The owner assured us that the cook would be able to predict it. In the evening, no options are available so I ask the waitress if it is possible to have a vegetarian burger. The answer is positive. When the burger arrives its 2 slices of lettuce and tomato hamburger bun...no possibility of having anything else and at full price too. Were giving it a second chance this year by ordering jerky to go. Result.... The whole group was extremely sick all night...except those who didnt eat any. Unfortunately this will be our last experience with them despite all the good comments received...freshness and poor customer service.

Beautiful trendy place in downtown Joliette with an Irish atmosphere. Lots of choices of alcohol of all kinds. Evening show often presented on site. It is possible to dine there and also have dinner on site. The menu is very good and they also encourage local producers to prepare the dishes, great initiative! You can present your M your region card for an excellent discount. Very popular with young people, perfect for hanging out with friends for a drink or two. We really like the atmosphere.
