I am still amazed by C.A. Traiteur. We ate a succulent club sandwich accompanied by delicious, crispy fries. WoW. Their soup is always exquisite and their fabulous biscuit yum. A smiling waitress, pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Very nice dinner to repeat.

The first times I went to the CA restaurant I was very satisfied. But yesterday I was very disappointed, in addition to having invited friends to join us. Average and expeditious service. The food too much breading just the atmosphere of the place which was good. Sorry, Im not going back.

I go to this restaurant regularly. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Never disappointed!

A must-see bistro in downtown Joliette, as much for the charm of the place as for the atmosphere in the evening. The wine selection is extensive and the service is quality. I highly recommend the duck poutine, which is simply detectable. In short, to discover or rediscover!

I was a little disappointed with my Pokébol (raspberry sauce). I asked for a second portion of dressing and found that, despite everything, it was lacking and that it didnt have a wow effect like you might find in a sushi restaurant. On the other hand, my girlfriends fries were excellent and the service was very pleasant. So I recommend trying, but eating another meal than mine :)

Beautiful location in downtown Joliette. However, the dining space is limited and the terrace is very small. The food is good but the cocktails are ordinary. We had excellent service on a busy evening. The atmosphere is friendly although lively.

I went back recently and found that the quality has declined compared to 3-4 years ago. The starter tastes nothing special except the cheese. The tartare is very good and the service was good. There was a lot of salad in the dish which made the dish taste bland and not mixed very well with the tartare.

We went there to celebrate my parents 90th birthday. Excellent attentive service. Very good food. I recommand it.

We had high expectations for this restaurant. At the reception we were greeted by a young girl with a skirt that was much too short, not to mention the neckline... The service was good and our plates were ordered too. The atmosphere is not the most relaxing at dinner time on Saturday. Very very noisy with background music that only amplifies the noise.

We went at lunchtime. Unfortunately there was only the table dhôte available. Impossible to have an a la carte meal. We had the fish and chips with soup since there was already a salad with the dish. The fish seemed to be overcooked because the batter was too thick. So not cooked all the way. It was mushy in the mouth and the fries were lukewarm. For dessert, a biscuit. Aye! Who are you at the subway? In short, big disappointment. This restaurant was recommended to me. Maybe for the evening meal its better. But I probably wont go back.

Although there was a pricing error between the menu and what was presented at the front of the restaurant, we really liked the food which was quick and delicious.

The meal was excellent, the meat tender and cooked to perfection. However, the service was a little long, but that can be explained by the number of customers present!

The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was great and the food was VERY good (a Risotto that evening). I recommend this place.

Its a really delicious restaurant!! The peasant pizza is real killer! I highly recommend it!!

Very disappointed with this restaurant! The service was extremely long for us (my partner and I) 1 hour passed between our starter and main meal!!! A couple who arrived at least 30 minutes after us were served well before. When we asked if we were going to receive our meal soon, the waitress mentioned that we were the next table, but it was only to make us wait because there were at least 3 other tables before us. We were about to leave when we finally received our plates with the excuse that the printer which receives the orders in the kitchens had a problem.....In addition I had ordered a salmon poke bowl and it It barely contained a teaspoon of salmon! So its very unfortunate but its the first and last time Ill set foot there.

We went there at midday with my wife for a quick and delicious meal! Creamed corn starter, followed by a really tender flank steak in its meat juice. My wife opted for the smoked meat pizza. We finished with their big soft cookie and a herbal tea all for $60+tip! We got out of there in 45 minutes even though the restaurant was full.

Unpretentious bistro style atmosphere perfect for anyone. Varied menu without being too big. Impeccable service. Very reasonable portions and prices. Me and my partner loved our selections (Bavette, Prime Rib, Onion Soup). Tasty food, beautiful simple presentation. We will definitely go back there.

A great discovery! We went there to celebrate our friendship on a beautiful Friday evening. There were 5 of us. The service was courteous, friendly and the waitress was smiling and friendly!! And the place is up to date and very well maintained! We have a special mention for door/wall posters for bathrooms and what about food; We ate first of all with our eyes because the presentation was extremely precise and fresh. The taste exploded in the mouth for the AL DENTE risotto with mushrooms and the Italian starter of small hot donuts stuffed with TASTY dried tomatoes! Thank you to this great team because we had a memorable evening!
