Première expérience à ce restaurant là et moi et mon fils n'avons pas été déçu. La bouffe est très bonne !! Nous allons y retourner souvent c'est certain.
Tout était excellent! Chaque ingrédient est de bonne qualité et frais. Moi qui n'aime pas tant les ramen, j'ai adoré! Prix assez raisonnable pour de bonnes portions. Je suis très contente d'avoir découvert cette place et c'est certain que j'y retourne. 😋🤤👌🏼🍜
Je suis allée la première fois,il y a environ 1 mois et la franchisé était présente,le service , la nourriture et l'ambiance était parfait un gros wow ! J'y suis retournée la semaine passée c'était tous des jeunes en arrière du comptoir et c'était totalement différent ( je suis consciente qu'ils apprennent mais faut encadré aussi )on nous donnait les options mais comme si nous devions connaître le menu, le riz était tout pris en gros morceaux et croquant (pas frais). J'ai pris la même chose 2 fois et ça ne goûtait vraiment pas pareil a la deuxième fois. Très déçu.
The food is tastless .. all the ingredient are not cooked even the rice i was choked and i have been already in asian countries there is nothing similaire in their pokes and ramens to the original ones .. sooooo disappointed i payed over 18 dollar for a tastless salade with uncooked rice :)
Super bon...faut aimer le style poke et ramen... moi j'ai adoré...lâcher pas (sont encore dans les début donc normal quelque petit erreur) bref super de manger ce style à joliette
Très bons ramen et poke bowls/chirashi. La gérante est extrêmement sympathique et attentive, et le personnel, bien que majoritairement en formation, est compétent et souriant. Mention spéciale pour leur bubble tea à la fraise, qui est incroyable ! Celui à l’ananas est un peu plus fade en comparaison. En plus de leurs plats, ils offrent une sélection de produits importés à des prix très compétitifs, comme des mochis, des jus, des boissons gazeuses Pokémon, des desserts et même des ramen en sachet Buldak. Petit bémol : le poke bowl aux crevettes manque un peu de protéines. Peut-être ajouter du goberge pour compenser ? En comparaison avec la référence du coin, les poke bowls sont un peu moins garnis pour le même prix, mais j’imagine qu'ils s’ajusteront après l’ouverture. EDIT: Je suis retourné acheter des crevettes, car nous avions encore faim. La gérante, toujours aussi sympathique et ouverte, m'a demandé notre avis sur le repas. Je lui ai mentionné que tout était très bon, mais que le poke bowl manquait un peu de crevettes. Elle a été très compréhensive et réceptive aux suggestions constructives. ->Cependant, la directrice de la franchise est ensuite intervenue de manière assez autoritaire, affirmant qu'il y avait suffisamment de crevettes et que toutes leurs portions de protéines étaient égales, ajoutant que je suis la seule personne à trouver cela. Je lui ai expliqué calmement a 2 reprises que, même si elle n'était pas obligée d'être d'accord avec moi, c'était mon avis honnête. Elle semblait vraiment fâché. Bien que cela ait un peu terni notre expérience, je tiens à souligner que la gérante et propriétaire a été vraiment incroyable, et je recommande tout de même de visiter l'endroit. Je n'enlèverai pas d'étoile à cause de cette interaction, car il est probable que la directrice était présente uniquement pour la formation. Cependant, il y a des façons plus polies de répondre aux remarques des clients, même dans une franchise. Surtout lorsque cela est fait poliement. Si vous répondez ainsi aux clients, cela risque de les dissuader de donner un retour honnête, et ils pourraient tout simplement ne pas revenir
Je suis très contente d'avoir un endroit comme ça à Joliette! Des produits frais, de bonnes portions et un menu original. J'ai hâte de voir les promos à venir, parce que c'est sûr que j'y retourne! 🍥
Les crevettes tempura étaient délicieuses. La nourriture est de qualite et goûteuse. La franchisée/ propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses clients et ouverte aux commentaires constructifs pour s'améliorer. Les prix sont correct à excellent tout dépendament de ce que tu prends. Il y a aussi une petite section de produits exotiques. Ps: Soyez patient, le temps d'attente peut être un peu long dû qu’ils viennent d'ouvrir et c'est tres tendance ;)

Pokebol correct nothing more Ramen: 2 ingredients were missing, it was bland and the broth was tasteless: water + soy sauce. Very courteous staff.

Big disappointment! $40 for poke on lettuce and wonton soup starter. The bowl is a third full, very little lettuce and everything drowned in sauce. Only the 3 fried ramens are edible (and also drowned in sauce) The soup is very salty, no particular flavor. For a good Ramen bowl in Joliette, go to Honicha. A little cheaper, but above all healthier, varied and generous. I hope I was just unlucky because I find it hard to believe that this restaurant will continue in business for long.

Well I ordered a rare beef ramen, the beef was gray/oxidized. I call the restaurant, I explain the situation to the young man behind the phone by telling him that the beef is gray and that he should check his stock he answers me: yeah all my stock is made the same its normal its made beef like that. Honestly, I didnt know what to say, a big disappointment in a restaurant that I couldnt wait to try.

The chicken in chicken ramen is most likely precooked from the freezer, which is understandable, but unfortunate. Other than that, the ramen fills the ramen gap very well for Joliette!

My shrimp ramen was delicious, only problem... My ramen was stuck in clumps at the bottom and it was difficult to separate them. But very good.

Great initiative, it does good to rejuvenate Joliette. The service is great and it gives young people the opportunity to have a job. ON THE HOWEVER, when we went an employee with piercings that were too obvious for a kitchen was spending time on the back of one of her young employees. He asked her questions so as not to make a mistake and she turned him around by telling him that she was going to tell him when he made a mistake. We stayed for 20 minutes and during all this time, she shamelessly humiliated him by lecturing him in front of the other employees with whom she was laughing and the customers. She always had her cell in one hand. We must remember that employees are a rare commodity and that young people must be supported and not humiliated. A very bad impression for a restaurant that has only just opened.

I went there with my son, we tried the poke bowls! WOW . Generous portions, quality and freshness! The decor is super beautiful, it s good to have something new in Joliette. The owner is very friendly and attentive! We will return there.

Meal too expensive for the quality of the product. The rice was way too vinegary, the general tao chicken is reconstituted chopped chicken & too salty with an artificial aftertaste, the rolls are not homemade either, the salad was in large pieces & the avocados blackened. Additionally, the portions are small, especially for the price. Really ordinary, I dont match the image they give of themselves on their Facebook. We feel that we are in a restaurant chain and that quality is secondary. The restaurant is clean, but the service was ordinary. I dont recommend it at all.

The best place in Joliette!
Ive never seen such bland and sad ramen! The noodles were bathed in oil, the pork dry as cardboard. Nothing tasted fresh, everything lacked flavor. It was a real culinary disaster. For the first time in my life, I left a bowl full. If youre looking for a real ramen, move on, here its just oil with a hint of disappointment. And it was expensive!
Je savais pas qu un ramen pouvait provoquer des brûlements d estomac, mais celui-ci a réussi l exploit ! C est une recette pour un désastre, pas pour un repas. Depuis que j ai mangé là-bas, je combats mon estomac comme si j avais avalé un volcan. Sérieux j ai vraiment pas un bon feeling depuis que je suis partie, je pense que je vais être malade. Si vous tenez à votre estomac, fuyez cet endroit !

Near the Joliette Art Museum, I went yesterday and had a great time. I had the dragon poké bowl and a mango bubble tea. Quality food and freshness were there. The bubble tea was not too sweet so perfect. I will return there when I am in the area.

Is it better to say yes it was good thank you and never come back or give your opinion on the pros and cons? The team really seems to want to provide good service and even if the customers flooded the restaurant, the employees and the owner/manager took the time to come see us to make sure everything is to our liking. Thats my positive. Today, I tried the ramen. Because the concept of the restaurant seems to include ramen as one of the main dishes. Unfortunately if I compare with other restaurants that I return to often, the ramen just didnt live up to my expectations. I cant judge the pokebowls or the other dishes not having tried them. I will not try my luck in this restaurant for ramen when the authentic taste is simply not there. Other people who have been to restaurants such as Tsukuyomi ramen and Kinton ramen, will understand what I mean. Good continuity at the restaurant!
