La nourriture était excellente, dans la section bar le volume de la musique était beaucoup trop élevé, surtout les basses. On as tout de même passé une belle soirée.
L'accès aux oeufs, saucisses bacon est difficile, Les tranches de pains ne sont pas assez visibles. La zone de libre service est trop étroite.
Malgré un espace restreint pour avoir accès au buffet-déjeuner, la nourriture est acceptable quoique minimales. À ce prix (28$), ça mériterait d'être plus élaboré ! Merci.
Un beau souper très agréable avec ma famille qui vient du Saguenay. Tous le monde a beaucoup aimé leur repas, l'ambiance et le service était excellent! Ça fait quelques fois qu'on mange à ce restaurant et le personnel est vraiment sympathique.
This is a really beautiful location overlooking the Assumption River. The staff are friendly and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The price for breakfast was rather high. Dinner was absolutely excellent. Would definitely stay here again! Edit July 6, 2024 We are back for a few days. Had dinner at Table G in the hotel. We had cod and poutine appetizers. Very very tasty! Our entrees were the Tofu Poke Bowl and the Chateau Burger which were excellent. The highlight of the evening though was our server Mariann. She was attentive, humourous and engaging. We have reserved a table for this evening and hopefully she will be on duty. Are server tonight was Josee and she was an absolute blast. We loved her energy and her personality We had their brussel sprouts appetizer which was really tasty. Our entrees were the chefs pasta and roasted supreme chicken. Both were delicious. We had creme brulee for dessert and it was awesome! On another note, the Chateau Joliette front desk staff are amazing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. We love staying here!
Je voyage beaucoup et je me réfère régulièrement aux évaluations sur Google. Ce restaurant mérite ses 5 étoiles sans hésitation! J’ai mangé le pavé de saumon et ma conjointe le filet mignon avec un extra purée carrot et courge !

I want to be objective, if you live at the hotel the restaurant is good but its just not one of the best restaurants in Joliette. The choice of starter is not interesting soup, cesar salad, poutine, tartare, I would have hoped for more elaborate something out of the ordinary. As for the menus, it is also quite ordinary. The burger was okay but they forgot the bacon in my burger and the waitress ordered it very quickly and it was already much better. The service was truly excellent! The atmosphere on the dining room side seemed lousy, there was no one there at 5:30 p.m. so we opted for the bar side and it was very good. The two-for-one discounts from 5 to 7 are very attractive. Overall it was ok I would go back for a happy hour but if you are looking for a romantic gourmet dinner this is not the place. On the other hand, price-wise with the 5 to 7 the amount of the bill was surprisingly low. Overall satisfied!
We were invited for the meal on December 31st, beautiful place, good service but nothing more, very disappointing food, cold, expensive and we all had gastric problems .
I ate the cheesebeger royale. I took it to a butcher at least to try it, it was so dry, the bread was hard. Unfortunately, I didnt make a good choice. My Parconte friends had pasta and fish which were excellent. The service was great and the atmosphere too. Just above having to pay. to finish with a coffee and a dessert at the price of the full dinner when I didnt eat the dry barter meal. As I said, the other meals were super good, my friend my l. we made them taste. Constructive comment

Small cooking accident for my filet mignon which should have been medium well cooked but which was almost rare. The waiter was quickly in the kitchen and it was perfect. Very good service, European style meal, almost empty plate but very tasteful. Good selection of alcohol and wine. Arriving without a reservation and we ate without waiting too long. $120 for two people.
Calm. Good service. Fast food service. Decor different from what is posted. Is there a slot machine entertainment corner in the restaurant pub-bar? Weird.
OMG delicious everything was perfect brux sprouts, cesare salad, main course baluchon and lobster gnocchi completely to die for impeccable service
Generous portions, however there was too much mayonnaise for my taste in the tartare, which overwhelmed the taste of the meat. The fries and salad were very good though!
This restaurant is wonderful. Super welcoming. The meals are remarkable. Special and original taste. Several things we had never tasted before. Their fries wowowowow. With the sauce. Cauliflower with lime sauce MENTAL!!!!!! Their mazzila pizza, pesto and tomato. Our favorite. The vegetarian pokebowl. Super delicious. The tofu is grilled. The marinated tofu oh la la. Addictive!!!!! And what about desserts The SUCCULENT pyramid. The maniacal crème brûlée!!!! Lemon cheesecake . Magic. With our virgin daiquiris Wicked beautiful evening.
