Very bad experience for the first time. We mentioned upon arrival that it was our first visit. Mayonnaise is present on every table. This should be refrigerated after opening. Doubtful! Customers who arrived after us were served before us. We were told that we forgot our orders!!! Twice rather than once. No hand paper in the womens toilets. After an hour of waiting without receiving our order (hamburger) we decided to leave!

First time and well definitely come back! It feels like it s near the beach or in the south.

Simply WOW!!! Fresh food and plenty of choice for all tastes (several vegetarian choices). Service (Mélina) smiling, present, charming and friendly, I asked her for a few questions and she responded while maintaining her kindness and smile. The place is superb shack style on the seaside with music not too loud just the right atmosphere. My new Burger restaurant!!!

This is solidly correct. The fries are okay, the burgers are okay. It still took a long time for the food, too. They messed up my girlfriends order, and they quibbled with the waitress when it was the kitchens fault. After that, one of the waitresses came and tried to explain that the cooks had little experience, but lack of experience is not a good excuse. Its way too expensive for what it is, too. I dont know what it was like before, but the new management may not be the best. For example, our waitress was exceptional.

-Nothing indicates that we have to take a seat at the entrance, we saw a couple waiting 10 minutes before finally taking a seat. -You have to order at the counter and someone brings you your meal. -The decor is great -Poutine not very tasty -Chile lacks taste -The coleslaw doesnt taste much -Clean place -No iced tea available for today -Fries not sufficiently cooked I dont wish it on them but I think they will close soon if they dont change something. It s Joliette!!! A restaurant like this usually doesnt last long. We came back after they were closed for a long time and the food was better but the service was still bad. Service bof. Plusieurs erreurs dans notre commande et dans nos drinks. Nous avons dû retourner un burger 3 fois pour absence de lextra fromage. Extra salade césar pour de la iceberg debut brunâtre. Un burger au brie avec du fromage jaune car plus de brie.... avant de partir la serveuse ma offert un autre burger sans frais et à essayé de rattraper les erreurs.

I was very happy to finally discover the shak. But, moment of disappointment. The decor, more impressive in photos than in real life. Moderately dirty space. The starter was returned since it was frozen inside. The cost is much too high considering the quality of the food. The waitress was nice, fortunately. I received discount coupons when paying for a future visit if applicable.

Not bad, but not good enough for the price. The restaurant was empty and we still waited almost 40 minutes for cold commercial Pogo. The service was good.

The atmosphere is wow. The music is not too loud or too quiet. The decorations bring us into the mood of warm countries. The service is just exceptional. Great service and our server was welcoming, smiling, attentive and knew his products. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I had the white shark burger with poutine. The burger has a nice big fillet of fish (haddock). A tartar sauce that is tasty and flavorful. The poutine is delicious. The cheese is fresh and goes squish squish. The sauce is tasty and creamy. Family meals, good burgers, delicious duck poutine! For those who complain about the price, it cost us the same as the McDonalds but a lot better!

We had the honor of being welcomed by the very friendly director, who took the time to ask us our opinion, and who was very attentive to our comments and suggestions. A MUST: the excellent maple-spiced SIGNATURE BACON!!!! And for lovers of spicy sauces, you absolutely must try the delicious SHACK ATTAKK sauce... We will return there, for sure!

I really found their buger good on the other hand I really dont like the concept of the restaurant, I really believed that it was a restaurant with an alcohol waitress and all the kit a bit like belle et la bouche but not at all these really like a belle province luxury version you order at the counter and you choose your seat afterwards no table service nothing, plus on their first menu they had pitchers full of kinds of alcohol but no now just liqueur slush and some bottled beer the decor is really beautiful however I was really disappointed

On the website it says that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. Please update your hours, this is the basis of digital marketing. Super courteous staff. Beautiful place! ..but I am quite disappointed that my tartare is cut so unevenly. I had some big pieces and I cant say it was the freshest Ive had either. I was surprised to have the choice between soup in a can (with frozen vegetables and alphabets) and a bottle of water. The menu has a lot of potential, it looked so good after reading the descriptions, but I was left hungry with my only 3 croutons on my plate and my bland tartare :/ To see again perhaps...

The service was very good. However, the salmon pokeball is accompanied by a more than ordinary soup, and the pokeball was the worst I tasted, bland, clearly missing ingredients, hot rice and really not good. However, my partner had the chicken burger which was very good, ordered with fries but we had a salad instead, this is not normal, after paying $60 we left still hungry.
