A beautiful restaurant. The pizzas are very good with a nice crust cooked over a wood fire. The local beers are also very good. The menu is well stocked with pizzas so you can find what you need quite easily.

Although there were several people serving, only one employee (super nice though) seemed to do everything and therefore had difficulty (long waiting times, people at the door waiting without anyone arriving and the phone was ringing). The place also didnt have many customers at that time. Two beers never arrived and we had to cancel them as we finished eating. For the food, the pizzas were undercooked and very ordinary (I dont remember such a bad experience for a place that has such a nice oven), but the hamburger was very good (but arrived with onions when requested without onion). There were two cooks and they really didnt seem overwhelmed. The waitress would have told them the pizza didnt look cooked, and they would have said they were ok (clearly not from our point of view). For the beer, nothing to complain about, super good. We thought we would like the place a lot, but for the experience at this price, we wouldnt go back.

Really a great discovery. Super relaxed with interesting, really tasty food and a choice of beers that is just as tasty. Really a beautiful place! Kid-friendliness: I went there with my 2 children aged 2.5 & 6, we felt welcomed and there were several meal choices that children would like, even if there is no childrens menu as such.

I love this place. There is a terrace and a very nice bar inside. Pizzas cooked in a pizza oven give a special touch to pizza that is not found in pizzerias in Saguenay. I highly recommend picking up a pizza for your next visit.

The food was good, that being said, we waited 1 hour for our starter and another 30 minutes for our main meal. The people next to us were also served before us despite the fact that they arrived much later. Very disappointed because I had high expectations.

Very good place. Only tasted the pizza which was very good and which seems to be their specialty for food. Cooked in a stone oven over a wood fire. The beer was okay, but only a kind whose name escapes me. I recommend and will definitely return.

A must-see microbrewery in Jonquière. There are often special (periodic) beers. As the name of the brewery indicates, it favors hoppy beers. It is also one of the very good restaurants located in downtown Jonquière. Every week there is a gourmet menu offered on the blackboard.

Unable to get served the one time weve tried this restaurant. One guest in our party has mobility issues and we were unable to get accommodated and were told its our problem. Before we even left the staff was pushing us out - the staff clearly has learning to do.

Impeccable service, our waitress named Marianne was very courteous and attentive. I recommend this place to everyone, young and old alike. Up-to-date cocktails and beers, warm and unifying atmosphere.

A wait of almost 40 minutes for a very simple dish. A waitress who ignores her customer and who asks questions in a hurry (its up to you) for forms sake without listening to the customers response which tells her no. An error in the ordered dish. And then for a second time I am completely disappointed that we are reinventing basic classics... Doritos which literally flood a mac and cheeze... in their defense it is listed on their menu. I agree that I didnt think it necessary to read the full description of such a simple dish. Doritos....seriously? Bad experience all round.

Ah, Hopera! If there is a rival on rue Saint-Dominique for Voie Maltée, it is this micro-brewery. Its atmosphere, which has not changed for ten years, remains charming and warm, no complaints about that. The decor is also much more pleasant at the end of the dinner hour, therefore between 1 and 2 p.m., when the customers become rarer. When it comes to beer, on the other hand, it hurts. Over the last 10 years, I have had the chance to travel through many regions of Quebec, always trying local IPAs along the way. If Hoperas old classic IPA was easily in the sure value category, the current one, unfortunately, did not reflect the image of the establishment. Pointed by a simple bitterness and a taste of hops tolerable only when eating, it is not recommended... even less when the eclectic at 6.5%, despite the more present taste of alcohol in the mouth - what a surprise - tastes more nuanced and complete. If IPAs are your beers of choice, be sure to ask for tasters, mistake on my part. If the rating is 4 stars overall, it is purely because of this beer unworthy of the reputation of the establishment. Regarding the pizzas attached in photo format, nothing to complain about, except for a suggestion whose availability was confirmed by the server: if you choose the truck-stop, with its BBQ sauce and pulled pork, you you will easily notice the sweetness that emerges after the good taste of the dough cooked in a bread oven. To counterbalance this, order, and this is no joke, ARUGULA! Its slightly bitter, even peppery taste gracefully accompanies the sweetness of the pork, creating a winning combination. To confirm this combination, request to try, then you just have to order. Special mention for the waiter who, despite a bad description of the IPA of the moment and forgetting to serve the beers before the pizzas, was like the Saguenéens and Saint-Jeannois: friendly and easy to approach.

The food was okay but if you compare it with other brewpub you will feel unsatisfied. The waiting time was so long like one hour for one pizza, which make no sense on the earth. If the restaurant is too busy to keep customers waiting then owner should consider if you are understaffed or your kitchen is out of capacity. I also understand that the brewpub always has loud music and people talking around, but this restaurant has uncomfortable environments.

Modern ambiance and food that is both sophisticated and affordable. Very varied and non-redundant selection of beers. The service was quick and the portions generous. Well located restaurant with free parking nearby in addition to that of the restaurant.

We had pizzas (Mediterranean and truck stop) and they were really excellent. The three selections of beers we tasted were just as good. The service was good and the prices reasonable. I recommend!

The food is excellent, value for money, a big wow. Its one of my favorite places. The only thing, the music is really too loud. Parking: Very large parking lot associated with the downtown parking lot. So plenty of space available.

THE place to absolutely try! The atmosphere and setting is perfect! Pizza cooked to perfection, fresh produce and exquisite beers. The boss...charming and we find France again, when he walks from table to table chatting with the customers! A must in Jonquière :)

Nice place although a little too noisy, the pizzas are plentiful...however for my taste the tomato sauce is acidic and not very seasoned...and the proscuitto is low-end...but that remains my opinion...

I havent eaten like that in a long time! Impeccable service, really good value for money and excellent food, its an incredible culinary experience.

I give the food a 4 out of 5 star rating because there isnt enough choice. Otherwise its excellent as a meal and the flavors are there. And the pizza delicious. Red beer is my best. My choices are two kung fu either in salad or pizza.
