I was very happy that a Benny & co restaurant opened on rue Beaubien but regarding delivery, I have never been so disappointed.... from now on I will call elsewhere to have it delivered... .(2 incidents in 1 and a half months)

Its Sunday 1:50 p.m., we called for a delivery. notice that we will have 30-45 minutes of delay. after 1:05 we call to be told that our order is gone... 25 minutes later, we call back to be told that they dont have our order and that nothing is planned for us... well until then is ok, it can happen to miss one but the person who answered me never offered me a solution to solve my problem, send me my order immediately or give me a credit for my next order. she really didn t care about me we are hungry and disappointed! So bye bye Benny well call elsewhere from now on! I am adding this additional information because I tried to contact them via the email they put in their responses and the email came back with the mention: Non-existent email address!!! Wow, the Benny and co experience is becoming more and more fabulous... Benny and co must have said!!

We had an order for 7 people delivered on January 1, 2023 and everything was good and perfect. By having it prepared in advance via an order via mobile application and the time we wanted delivery, everything went well and we had delivery at the chosen time. Very courteous delivery man. So its a very good first experience. Thanks to the Jonquière employees, it was spot on.

Normal fries and chicken too. Sauce, plain taste and coleslaw, no dressing. On the other hand, the ribs were good. Kid-friendliness: It has a small playroom for them.

After an average service due to unforeseen events, the owner of the jonquiere rotisserie Michel was very professional and courteous in giving excellent feedback and excellent service and the food was very good, we see that he takes his business very well. to heart I highly recommend it

Always delicious and served with a smile doing the Alma Jonquiere route just for Benny is worth it in Madine and whats more, gas is cheaper in Saguenay 2 stones at a time

We have just discovered Benny & Co in Jonquiere and we found it perfect! The meat was tender, we were served in less than 10 minutes.. the children were able to play at their leisure.. the staff was smiling..

Food wise rather disappointing for the quantity/price ratio for side dishes like fries and coleslaw. The chicken is not better than the other competitors in my opinion but it s a question of taste there. Chicken wings are ok if you like them spicy. The service is OK, the restaurant opened recently. Quiet atmosphere. It is possible to order from the car or have your meal delivered by online delivery service.

Excellent Poutine

Arriving at 6:00 p.m. to get a chicken breast I was told to wait 15 minutes. I wait and when I get home there werent even any fries in my box. An oversight but no question of driving another 20 minutes to get the missing fries

Vous offrez a volonte liqueur, salade et sauce.. on en a demandé au milieu du repas, on a attendu et on sest décidé de finir de manger car la serveuse ne venait pas nous reservir. Elle est arrivé 45 minutes plus tard en nous voyant se lever pour quitter. Jappelle pas ca un bon service et le resto était presques vide quand on a manger.tres ordinaire.

Stopping by here for dinner with a friend, the very nice lady took our order very quickly with a killer smile and everything arrived very quickly and everything was perfect I ordered a chicken breast with poutine and Im super happy I will come back for sure thank you very much

It is very difficult to communicate with the company. I have a comment about your frozen canned chicken tenders Unfortunately I cooked 2 and both contained chicken crisps. Really unpleasant. Not sure if I will repurchase this product or not before you correct the problem. The same thing for your chicken raps at the restaurant, they are no longer the same and not as good. But I wont stop eating at your restaurant but would like to have a follow-up. THANKS !

New to Jonquière, this restaurant is very popular with the population. A 100% Quebec chain, the staff is young, dedicated and friendly. To visit!!! Parking: Parking development not completed; will have to wait until spring.

Hello, Ive been going to Bennys for decades but will never go back. When I go to a chicken restaurant I expect to eat chicken, not pre-chewed chicken like I got today. When I order and pay for chicken tenders, give me what I want. My meal was worthy of McDonalds. I left everything on the plate. False representation on the menus. Farewell Benny&co

Good morning, The reason Im giving 1 star is because of the new chicken fillets which are seriously the worst Ive eaten! It looks like pressed chicken and not real chicken like before! I much prefer a box of Janes or flamingo than the new chicken fillets! I dont know what you were thinking about changing them but for my part you really missed the point. For the rest, I have nothing to say, everything is super good!

Delivery good. Rotten operator and wrong orders...NOT RECOMMENDED

Order confirmation taken online received/pay in advance. Called the branch and they said they had not received my order. 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for nothing... Not even a way to get a refund without calling my credit card company... Voicemail at head office, branch not able to help.

I went to the Lavaltrie store to order a salad from the car that my wife wanted misfortune that there are 2 company names of benny and who are not the same owners and different menu she wanted a chicken salad like the one from Longueuil but we did not know that it was not the same the reason we received a garden salad we took possession of the said salad so my wife told me says the box is very light so she opens the box and she realizes that its the salad she wanted I go back inside I explain to the employee what was my surprise she tells me she cant take the said thing back open box then I lost the amount of $ 14.75 then goodbye Benny & co from Lanaudiere for the magnificent customer service long live ST HUBERT BBQ AND MC DO THERE WHERE THERE IS NO PROBLEM WHEN THERE IS A GAP
