Frankly, this Tim Hortons is a real disappointment. Service is always extremely slow, no matter the time of day. Plus, they never have what I want to order products are constantly missing. It gets really frustrating after a while. The worst is the evening employee. He acts really weird, makes bad jokes, and seems more interested in laughing than doing his job properly. It makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for customers. In short, if you are looking for good, fast service and a professional team, go your way.
Fast and courteous service. For a mini tim, I wasnt expecting much but it is by far my favorite as much for the speed, the accuracy of the order as for the friendly staff.
Arkkk, the worst Tim Hortons in Quebec in my opinion!! Its okay for employees to be friends but you can wait until your break to show your Tinder matches. Instead of coming to answer the other impatient customers, the young lady was talking on the phone with her friends in the middle of the kitchen. She clearly didnt wash her hands afterwards, not that it disgusts me but it disgusts me..!
The young man who served me scratched a pimple in my face, made me pay, and then took a paper and filled the box with munchkin all without washing his hands

Service... no comments Very disappointed.. I work in a tim.. the employee charges me the wrong extras at the wrong price. Tells me that since its already paid for, she cant do anything to remedy that... forget the items... give them back to us with a stupid look without common sense. . Two conbos plus a sandwich and two drinks..above ten minutes of waiting..we were the only customers..

Ce tim est affiché comme ouvert jour et nuit, je suis arrivé sur place vers 23h30, les lumières, les machines et le tableau du drive-in tout était ouverts, il y avait des voitures (probablement des employés) dans le stationnement mais personne pour nous répondre, nous avons eu l impression que l employé était dans le back store, pas terrible

Its the best Tim in Saguenay, the portions, taste and service are really better than elsewhere. The employees are super nice, I come down from St-Honoré just to find out how perfect the service is.

I just go there for the donuts and I love the apple donuts!! On the negative side there is almost never a choice for donuts, always having to take what is left and a minimum choice for all the very sad Tims from Jonquière.

As usual, this Tim Horton is super good during the good times of the day. Morning doesnt know the best time. There are a lot of people who come and talk far from their place and make conversations that are a little out of place but the rest of the day I know well. I am a regular customer and it is always a pleasure to go to this place.
