Boston pizza jonquiere, the pizza was not what was ordered. The biscuit was supposed to have chocolate and caramel on the side but they didnt include it so it was a big dry and bland biscuit. Disappointed...

I often order to bring and its always impeccable! The food is ready just in time, its always hot and fresh! My partner has ceoliac disease, we particularly appreciate the gluten-free options and the attention to detail!

The waiter behind the bar is stunning with his mouth noises. We only hear that... I finished my beer and ran away.

I never make comments! It was my first time and last. Ordinary pizza, fried not hot. Ask for two Baileys coffees, we agree at $10 each, no whipped cream, nothing. What can I say about the service which takes forever and the meal too. Paying when youre happy makes me happy but here it was reluctantly and I still left a 15% tip for poor service. Last time for me! Next time Ill buy a frozen pizza, itll be better

3 times I had to come back because they didnt give me the right order. Plus it was take out and no utensils. Look at your things.

Hello, we came in a group of 7-8 Thursday last September 5th to the bar side. We didnt like our evening yet we come often and we never have a problem with the customers or the service we receive. That evening, the waitress named Léonie gave us bad service. She offered us a drink at the start and for an hour and a half she didnt come back to see us. We wanted to order food and drinks but at no point did she stop by us to see if we needed anything. She was abrupt with our plates, our drinks and how she spoke to us. She pulled out the payment machine and told us (I already put 0% for the drink, thats it). When we got up to leave she came and grabbed us and told us (next time come if you dont want to tip me and if you dont want to tip much)

Pleasantly surprised. The waitress was super nice and had a lovely smile despite our limited closing time. The pizza with gluten-free cauliflower crust is good. My husband really liked the ribs. We recommend Dietary restrictions: Although this is a restaurant with many gluten meals, there are gluten-free options.

They make themselves look like a sports bar restaurant, but for my purposes its a family restaurant. Very good portions. I advise you to take a large pizza to share, and one or two salads from the garden. Thats enough for 5 adults! The waitress was very professional and smiling. Immaculately clean premises and toilets. Parking: Very large shopping center parking lot nearby Kid-friendliness: They offer coloring pages. The childrens menus are well done. In this respect it is as good as St-Hubert Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and there is space so I think a person in a wheelchair should have no difficulty.

Rubber ribs, coleslaw without dressing/no taste, soft and cold nachos, dry pizza/lack of sauce... in short, the fried pickles were good but everything else was disgusting, we returned the plates after a few bites.. .first and last time...

There were ten people when we arrived and during our meal there were barely more than ten other people. So waiting nearly 45 minutes for our orders to finally be taken is, in my opinion, unjustified. Not by the simple fault of the waitresses but management inattentive to what is happening on the floor. Of our six meals that contained pasta four were cold. One was turned over and came back barely reheated. A waitress responded to the complaints by saying it s true and I don t understand why the kitchen always has a problem with pasta. Very disappointed ladies! Nowadays it is also inexplicable that the entrance doors are not automated to facilitate the elderly, we were ten people aged 72 and over who would appreciate compliance with the standards required in buildings serving the public. The restrooms were passably clean but many hand towels were strewn across the floors and seemed to have been that way for quite a while judging by the quantity. Boston Pizza can do better! Your response asking to contact you via a website does not work.. all the information necessary to improve your services is above. The choice of the city where this review is aimed is not even in your choices.. so make do with what is above.

The cuisine is excellent. Very cool and warm atmosphere. Service is incredible.. Small mention for our waitress.... Mademoiselle Rosalie gave us great service... Extremely kind and very, very funny with a magnificent smile.

I went with 2 friends. Pizza crust was raw on both pizzas and spaghettis were overcooked. Meat tasted like balloney. It took 45 minutes to get our plates, 30 minutes to get our drinks.

I ordered takeout. Pizza is ok if you like American pizza. I ordered a dip and double feta on my pizza. Both were forgotten. To then charge these prices is embarrassing. Im not coming back. Its disappointing when you order something extra that you dont get in the end. If you take a standard pizza, it might be ok.

Obviously, I wasnt expecting a 5 Star, but the service wasnt great this evening. No attention from the waiter at the bar, no hand towels, no utensils, even if I eat fried calamari and chicken wings, I would be entitled to a fork in my opinion. (Napkins seem to be on request) Im a VERY grateful person in life in general, but a 5% tip seems MORE than reasonable to me. Food 7/10, Service 4/10 this evening...

Fortunately door dash refunded us but very disappointing experience. Very small portion for the chicken parmigiana. Nothing to do with the dining room experience in general at Boston pizza. Part of our order was missing. Super dry chicken...same thing for the burgers...I can understand that Covid made things difficult but when you pay $125 total...its ordinary.

Today I ordered a beet and goat cheese salad. 2-3 crumbs of goat cheese practically no beets and no almonds. No, but why am I paying? I agree that the pandemic is hard on restaurants and I agree with the price increase but I eat for the price...very disappointed boston pizza you lost me

Bad experience in two days.. excellent meal apart from the first time I ordered a 6 ounce of wine and I was charged a 9 ounce and the second time my friend ordered a 6 ounce of wine and I ordered a 9 ounce and we had the same quantity in our glasses so he paid the price of 6 ounce and I paid the 9 ounce for the same quantity!!???? Really disappointed! :(

No service. Associated with Uber but do not have a delivery person. You call Uber, they hang up on you, you call the restaurant, they hang up on you. 3 hours of waiting and no refund or compensation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant, this is the second time I have ordered a salad and someone forgot to put the extra chicken breast in my order. The employee on site should be more attentive to orders. I strongly advise you to always check your order carefully at Boston Pizza in Jonquière, because it is very difficult to get a refund afterwards.

We were very well received and quickly seated at our table! On the other hand, after 10 minutes of waiting at the table we were told that the kitchens had been closed for 10 minutes! (In short, we were told at 8:50 that the kitchens close at 9:00 and have not taken orders for 10 minutes) in short, the only time the waitress came to see us was to say that we couldnt eat!!

Total disappointment..cold and dry burger.Chicken starter served with kraft bbq sauce... Costco ravioli... in short if you are looking for a restaurant go your way.

Really ordinary welcome. I am a customer of the Delta hotel, so the Boston is the hotel restaurant and to be told curtly, even though there are free tables in the dining room, that it is full . Very ordinary welcome.

We love Boston Pizza having eaten at your restaurants across Canada. On April 7, we were at your restaurant in the Delta de Jonquière for my sons birthday. Pasta, garlic, pizza etc for our meal. At the end of the meal, seeing that only 2 slices of pizza had been eaten, the waiter asked if everything had been correct. I give him the comment that there was no tomato sauce in the pizza and we didnt like it. But he interrupts me and tells me that it is completely impossible, and in a very impolite way. Afterwards he goes near the bar and points us to his colleague and I hear him complain about us. I paid the bill and left a tip as usual but rest assured that I never set foot in a restaurant again. Boston pizza since.

Last time I was at Boston pizza 10 years ago I got very sick. Now I can honestly say the quality and the menu has improved and the pizza is actually pretty good.

When we arrived, the young man at the entrance assigned us a table in a very poorly placed corner. I asked him for another table and he told me that everything was reserved. However, when we left, half of the restaurant was empty and the service was very average, my next dinner at Boston Pizza will never be in Jonquière again.

The service was correct, courteous and fast, however the food was very ordinary. In addition, as we were a large group with young people (peewee tournament) we were given a daily menu, with no choice more suited to young people, at almost $20 and more, both adults and children. It goes up quickly, especially when the meal isnt very good.

We went out to eat tonight for Valentines Day since we cant make it over the weekend. I noticed they would be doing a heart pizza for Valentines Day and asked the waiter if we could have it or if it was too early for that. Thanks to the chef for agreeing to make us a special and everything was really good. Thanks also to the very good service from Samuel.

Impeccable welcome and service. But the food is very ordinary. Lots of frozen. The pizzas all taste the same. The advantage of Boston pizza is that with the family its not too expensive.

A simple 2 for 1 drink is generally pretty simple but our server found a way to make it complicated... I gave 2 stars because the food was ok. I would not recommend that restaurant because of its bad service.

Don t waste your time or money. Found a hair in my food, waiter simply removed a beer from my total, being happy hour 2 for 1 didn t make much sense. After mentioning that, he removed the meal from my total but should I not have needed to ask. Next time in town, it ll be a hard pass for me.

No one else in the bar and no way to get the sound, the manager doesnt want to know anything!!! Finished the Boston Pizza gift card draws for my Club. See you at the Cage for the series!-). P.S. Group of 12 people and we almost knew that we should go to another restaurant and that there was at least 1:30 hours of waiting because there was already a group of 50 people in a room whose service had already started ...and in the restaurant 10 people maximum we could count no more than 60 people and we cant count each other!!! We know very well that the restaurant contains BC more than that...

I asked for pizza. with. mushrooms: there were none in my pizza. and charged me for it. I ordered with white onion.....served me with red onions. I ordered with bacon....I was served pseudo-bacon grits on which I almost broke my tooth. thank you for me......

Rib not degreased. Under the ribs there is a thin skin which has not been removed and shielded with fat... and of poor quality, it ended up in the trash... and the spaghetti was really overcooked and still of poor quality... finished for me ..

Not very good listening on the part of the supervisors to the needs of its customers. Its disappointing with the price of dishes. Very spicy dish to the point where I could only eat one bite, and refused to replace it. No need for the owners to follow up on this review, that was the time when I was sitting.
