Mardi 5 novembre à 19h21 j'appelle pour une livraison à arvida la fille me répond qu'il ne fond plus de livraison je leur demende il livre jusqu'à quelle heure habituellement pour une prochaine elle me repond pas de livraison après 19h25 je lui fait remarquer qu'il est rendu 19h22/23 , elle dit non finalement 19h20 la je suis comme ok et la je l'entend dire a un employé qui a dit on peut le faire quelque que chose du genre et de façon super bête elle crie a l'employer non cest moi qui décide on fait pu de livraison.... Ce qui me dérange le plus n'est pas de pas avoir eu ma pizza mais qu'elle est modifier l'heure pour pas nous livré et la façon donc elle a criée sur les employés avec le ton ultra bête ouff .... je suis gestionnaire d'une entreprise et je trouve COMPLÈTEMENT INNACEPTABLE de parler de la sorte à des employés et même à moi ça façon était certes un peut plus polie ... mais tout de même pas exemplaire. Bref très déçu... et c'est la deuxième fois que j'ai un problème avec le service au téléphone que je crois est la même fille la dernière fois on m'a refusé une promotion qui soit disant n'était pas valide mais que la promotion était bien affichée sur le site, la personne que vous mettez au téléphone malheureusement représente l'entreprise et les deux fois je les trouvez très bête.... c'est triste cet personne nuit à votre réputation alors que quand ce n'est pas elle jais toujours un service impeccable, et votre livreurs lui mérite un gros 5 étoiles polie rapide très drôle aussi il m'a déjà fait des petit blague ses toujours un plaisir d'être servie par lui et à 2 reprise on ses tromper dans le nom de ma rue (powell) et il me trouve toujours , bref très dommage car votre pizza est la meilleure de arvida et que finalement ma commande a été à une autre entreprise qui mon servie avec politesse
Food - Good food, nuce to have once in a while, definately not the fancy little restaurant that you go to but the mood is nice and all ! Service-Could be a little bit better as sometimes the pizzas are not ready at the time they mention. Not to mention that half the time I go there, there is an employee that clearly doesn't enjoy working there....😒 Atmoshpere is nice there is a little background music but nothing to fancy

Wish I could give 0. The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. Had some trouble as an English speaking individual reading the menu, ordered a steak sub (waitress didn’t understand what I was ordering). So I got the sub, and it had pepperoni on it. For religious reasons I do not eat pork. I told her I couldn’t eat it but I’d eat the pizza I ordered with it. When my bill came I was charged for the sub as well. Very unfortunate experience and I will definitely never be coming back or recommending pizza pro to any of my business partners while in town.
Awesome pizza
Amazing service. They are open late but only for deliveries you can call and get it delivered or go there to pick it up. Its a different but amazing take on pizza. They have other options a well.

Long waiting time. I was waiting for my 2 pizzas and fries, however only one pizza was ready. The fries were too! Once my 2nd pizza was ready I no longer had any fries, because she had given them to the delivery man who was waiting for her there for the rest of her order. So instead of giving myself the missing fries while waiting for his order, I waited for my fries and it was starting to take a really long time. A total of 45 minutes of waiting. Dont come and tell me its a lack of manpower or covid. There were 2 delivery men waiting, 3 or 4 cooks working and 2 waitresses. There were 2 customers waiting....ayoye.

For 4 years I have lived in Lac-St-Jean and I have just discovered this little pizzeria and believe me I searched for a long time for the best pizza and I found it at Pizzapro Arvida woww and what can I say about the lady who served us wow very attentive, unpretentious restaurant not luxury but super clean
Thursday 5:00 p.m. I called 10 times to have an order prepared and no answer and this is not the first time this has happened they must be closed because there is no staff. It s quite ordinary, it s Thursday evening .
Good except the price is a bit high for the style of pizza. A wood fired oven would be better for the price and more condiments

I ordered 2 9-inch pizzas on Friday for dinner, one garnished and the other vegetarian with extra pineapple. the topped pizza was very thin and in addition the cheese was 1 1/4 inches from the edge so we can say that it was a 7 inch. plus almost no mushrooms and peperoni. As for the extra pineapple vegetarian pizza then it was a disaster. the extra pineapple was NOT there AT ALL. I HAD THE SAME AMOUNT OF PINEAPPLE AS WHEN I ORDERED THIS PIZZA WITHOUT EXTRA. I CALL TO THE RESTAURANT AND A YOUNG GIRL ANSWERS ME. I TOLD HER MY PROBLEM AND SHE ANSWERED ME THAT HE SHOULD HAVE PUT THE EXTRA PINEAPPLE BUT DID NOT GO INTO THE KITCHEN. NO EXCUSE FROM HIM. PAYING $32 FOR 2 VERY ORDINARY PIZZAS AND MORE WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEE TRYING TO TAKE MY DISSATISFACTIONS INTO CONSIDERATION, I KNOW THAT COVID HAS MADE THE RESTAURANT LOSE A LOT OF MONEY BUT THATS NOT A REASON TO CUT THE STOCK IN THEIR PIZZAS IN ORDER TO MAKE MORE PROFIT. IT S THE CUSTOMER WHO PAY THE PRICE. WE WERE VERY GOOD CUSTOMERS BUT YOU JUST LOST ME.
If I could, I would give a rating of 0. As soon as we arrived, a cold welcome which gave us the impression that our presence disturbed the employees. Quite the opposite of warm. Subsequently, when our order arrived, tiny portions for more or less reasonable prices (much too expensive for what it was). Also, a friend of mine realized that pepperoni was in his meal. It should be noted that, for personal and religious reasons, my friend refrains from eating pork. He therefore kindly asked the waitress to bring him a dish without pork while specifying that he had not noticed that this dish contained pepperoni at the time of his order. The waitress refused. At the end of the meal, when paying, he was charged for the dish he had not eaten. Unacceptable! In short, a mediocre and execrable experience, I do not recommend it at all. We were on vacation and had just arrived in Saguenay and this is how we started our vacation. Very disappointing.
