Très déçu de la cuisine, bouffe ordinaire On a été bien servi par une jeune femme mais la jeune barmaid, zéro.
Nous sommes aller mercredi et après 20 minutes sans réponse. Nous sommes allé manger ailleur. La barmaid faisais la vaiselle à place de nous répondre... besoin d'une aide gérance sa presse. Il va finir parr toutes perdre sa clientèle. Dommage
Lord d une visit au Sagnenay, le 19 Juillet nous avions UNE reservation de 20 pp. Melodie Notre serveuse nous a procurer un services incroyable. Les assiettes etai immense et delicieux. Un plaisir extraordinaire avec des amies. Merci infiniement.
ce soir nous sommes allés pour la fête a mon fils. Nous sommes arrivés a 18h et commandé a 18h30. A 21h15 nous avions toujours pas reçu notre repas. Noys avons contacté le proprio mais celui ci nous a exigé de payer notre boissons meme si nous avions pas souper ENCORE !! Nous avons eu bcp de difficultés également a nous faire servir notre boisson. Vraiment déçu. Meme apres avoir discuté avec le proprio, rien a faire....
Que dire.. J'avais hâte de tester cet établissement. Mais quand je vois qu'il y a max 4 tables dans le restaurant et que mon humberger met 45 mins a arriver, déjà ça refroidi. Je demande a une serveuse quand on va être servi et en réponse j'ai un "je sais pas" alors qu'elle aurait pu aller le demander rapidement a la cuisine.. Ensuite je demande un cocktail et on m'en sert un "arrangé"... Enfin je décide de ne pas mettre de pourboire (j'en met tjrs) mais là je n'étais vraiment pas satisfaite... La serveuse nous dit "vous auriez dû m'en donner pour mon service" Je précise que sur la facture c'est écrit "pourboire suggéré" c'est en aucun cas obligatoire ... Bref, je passe mon chemin

If flank steak = tough by definition, everything is beautiful theres no problem, I dont know I dont eat it every day [have you ever eaten it in my life? ] .. I cant say it wasnt good but a little expensive I find [ + tip here ] for a steak guilty of not being, guilty .. dla roche We understand Im talking about grill up there And as always, like most, theres a big lack of spices that we pay for at the price it costs to go to a restaurant And also you should tell your waitresses who arent used to it that you dont do that go see the customer every 5 minutes to find out if he is finished I dont say when the place is full at the edge there who needs to make room there.. Which was not the case
My boyfriend brought dinner for my birthday and the meal was super good land and sea (filet mignon and langoustines) and the waitress very good service, very friendly. Thank you
I have been going to this restaurant for years and I have always eaten well there unfortunately we went there on Saturday March 23, 2024 for a friends party we were 12 people Out of 12, 6 left without eating because the wait was too long (2h30-3h) I know the usual chef who has worked there for a long time unfortunately he was absent. So if you want to eat well make sure the chef is there because obviously the difference is there I had booked April 6 for 20 people for my wifes birthday, I had to cancel just to be sure I would much rather encourage my city but this time it will be Chicoutimi

We went about 3 weeks ago for a birthday, it was really great. we had great service and all of our guests were happy with the food and service. I went back and it was really delicious. Everything was on point thanks to the whole team

A bit vintage style, counter in front of the kitchen with benches or banquettes, the service is A1, the staff very welcoming and warm, our lunches (at 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday ) were delicious! To try

Spend here for dinner with friends firstly once there the restaurant is on the second floor so not accessible to people with reduced mobility so we went up the stairs and very quickly a very nice waitress gave us a place and took our order for me I had the deluxe burger and I must say its really good and the perfect price so Ill definitely go back :)

Our surprise from the last few months in catering...we came up from Beauce to celebrate a friend, when we arrived, well be honest, we werent sure!!! As they say: dont be fooled by appearances, the grill on the second floor... perfect all round... smiling and pleasant staff, sublime food... the best ribs weve eaten in a restaurant in years ... Without forgetting an important point, good quantity for a very... very honest invoice! It risks becoming an obligatory stop on our escapades in this region.
