Wow!!! Our waitress Anaïs is simply WONDERFUL!!!! Parking: Plenty of lousy parking

I found it boring that the suggested tip is automatically 10% and added after seeing the bill. I noticed the twist when I received the amended invoice by email. Plus $11 add tip.

Il y a eu un malentendu concernant la livraison gratuite le jeudi avec achat de 20$ et plus avant taxes. Jai eu un retour très rapide du gérant ou propriétaire. Il ma offert un excellent service et a veillé à ce que je sois entièrement satisfaite. De plus, mon Poke Bowl et mes rouleaux impériaux étaient succulent! Je vais certainement commander à nouveau! :)

Horrible. Here are 5 reasons to never eat Taxi sushi: 1) Salmon is not marbled. The salmon at Costco is better quality than here. 2) The sushi had green apple, lettuce and strawberry inside. We tasted absolutely no fish. 3) A $72 for 2 did not have a sufficient amount of wasabi and the wasabi was not spicy in any way. 4) They show the sashimi as having 3 pieces each, but thats not true. Its 2 pieces. 5) THERE WAS MAYONNAISE ON THE NIGIRIS!!!!! Zero, just zero. At worst, they could listen to a video on YouTube to find out what sushi is, even if they have never been to Japan.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this location. The first time, we waited 2 hours. This time yes, we called 2 hours in advance so as not to get the same trick. Unfortunately, we had to wait another 45 minutes. Despite the friendliness of the employees, there are major shortcomings. We love this franchise in Quebec. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are 2h30 away for a take out...

We arrived before dinner time and few customers were waiting for their orders and at least 7 employees were behind the counter. We are told 10-15 min wait. After 35min we received the first box and 50min the second.. they didnt even have to roll the sushi, just cut it and while one was cutting, two others were watching and it was ridiculously slow. I had the impression that they didnt care about the customers at all without feeling any pressure. Several customers were greeted during our wait, being told there would be a 30-45 minute wait and they left disappointed... yet it really wasnt a rush. Very disappointing. On the other hand, it was good. Sometimes there is a lack of staff which justifies the wait, but not this time.

Unfortunately my order went wrong. I was called by the restaurant to tell me they were out of avocados and they asked if they could replace all the avocados on my sushi with cucumbers. I shared my discomfort with the fact that it is much less tasty and that it is worth much less and I therefore shared with them my astonishment that there is not an option to balance it all. I mentioned to them that if they offered a free roll or something similar that that might be ok. The lady on the phone, however, was not very understanding and did not seem to understand the situation either. She made us feel bad for asking for a little compensation and refused. So we canceled the order... This doesnt make me want to order again.

Great in every way, hooked from the first time!

Very disappointed with my experience. I have been there several times and each time I ordered several days in advance and when I arrived on time my order was not ready. There was even one time we were the only customers waiting in the restaurant and nothing was ready. Delays of 30-45 min and even 1 hour! Ive never seen this in any other sushi restaurant. I hope this is just an adjustment period. I will wait several months before placing my next order and, perhaps, simply choose another restaurant.

The restaurant does not reach the standards I know from Sushi Taxi. The orders I have made have had delays of over 30 minutes each time, including one where there was no one in the restaurant and there appeared to be no press about the delay. Depending on what we ordered, one order did not have the correct ingredients for some sushi and a poke bowl... Very disappointed.

I try to order a dish, barely 5 people before me and they say to go look in the display...full of poorly identified boxes...I ask for help to get what I want and despite my completely distraught appearance I was never informed about the contents of the boxes... perhaps inform that we must order in advance or clearly indicate the containers... I am left empty-handed

Fast and friendly staff

Wow! Good in the belly as they say! Ordered online, everything was ready on time, the staff were smiling and friendly and the sushi was delicious!

Good but waited 2 hours for take out (should have taken an hour). Arrived on site at the scheduled time, another long hour to wait there... too bad. Still expensive, especially after waiting 2 hours, we expected something exceptional. Nice place. There is a lot of potential. The Sunday special does not consider allergies (very unfortunate). Vegetarian options: Good veg sushi Dietary restrictions: 25% on Sunday but refuse people with allergies. Sad when it comes to serious allergies. Kid-friendliness: 2 Children s menus

I highly recommend this restaurant. We took the Valentines Day combo. It was delicious! Beautiful presentation! The decoration of the restaurant is superb! The reception needs to be improved but lets give the runners a chance: the restaurant has just opened (a few days). Well done and good luck!

The sushi was excellent. I recommend, friendly staff. I particularly like the sushi pizza.

The owner and her team are awesome. Only thing, next time Im going to have a la carte and not a chefs choice, Im not a big fan of sweet/fruity sushi and there are quite a few on the menu, and all my sushi were of this type. I still enjoyed them because the ingredients were super fresh! It still exceeded my expectations and Im happy that Jonquière offers something other than grocery store sushi.

I had it prepared for 4:45 p.m., left the restaurant at 5:45 p.m.... I was not informed that I was going to wait for 1 hour because my order was not ready. Sushi good but not consistent in content and format (lots of rice and few toppings).
