Our server, Miss Claire, was kind and patient. She spoke politely and had a very nice smile. We all appreciated her. My meal was one of the best I've had in a restaurant since before COVID. Thank you. I will be a repeat customer and truly look forward to my next visit.

We stopped here on our way back to Vancouver. The atmosphere and the food quality was great. The atmosphere was good, clean and vey chill during hot summer days that we visited.
I had the pleasure of dining at moxies celebrating my roomate's Birthday recently and I was impressed by the service provided by Claire. I don't eat out often and had a hard time choosing the dish but she was patience and took time explaining the menu and offer recommendations which I truly appretiate. My friend really enjoyed the steak there with a glass of red wine which he wanted for his birthday and J enjoyed my Salmon. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Will definetly be back again and hope to have her as our server again.
It’s a great place to go with friends and hang out. The interior is beautiful and the food is awesome. It's totally worth the money, although it can get crowded during busy periods or weekends. We waited almost 45 to 50 minutes for our meal, and when we asked the restaurant manager about the service, we received a very positive response. They were very apologetic and gave us a discount on our total bill. We definitely would like to go there again. If you have a get-together planned, you must visit. They have awesome food and plenty of drink options.
I ordered from moxies on 3 separate occasions while staying in the sandman hotel. They offer room service which is a big plus for when you’re feeling lazy and just want some food in the comfort of your room. The food was good and they have a pretty good menu with ample vegan/vegetarian options too. On the first occasion I ordered the bean tacos and sweet potato fries. The tacos were pretty good and the portion was generous too. The fries were good too but they were too little for the price. The sauce that came with the fries was finger licking good! The next occasion I picked up avocado toast from their brunch menu and it’s one of my most favourite dishes from their menu. Avocado toast is my comfort food and moxies didn’t disappoint at all. I did find that it was hard to get hold of a server on the morning hours even with no rush in the restaurant. I had to wait for a good 5-10 mins at the host station before someone attended to me but the service was okay all of the other times. In the third occasion I got the vegan Thai curry laksa to share with my partner. The taste was pretty good and the portion was also enough for two people to share. I got the white chocolate brownie for dessert and it’s one of the best tasting desserts I’ve had. It was a melody in my mouth and the different textures and temperatures of the dish were extremely pleasing!
You should eat here! Night one: stopped in after a long day of travelling to have appetizers and a drink. We had chicken wings, calamari, whipped feta and tomatoes(so good even the teens liked it) and a couple beer. The food was all delicious. Our server was ok, not super attentive and there was large gaps between service. We were also told we would need to move within the next hour or so because a large party would be using multiple tables. All in all, no complaints, delicious food, reasonably priced and happy to stop in. Our next two visits however were AMAZING! We stopped in for dinner. We had salmon and rice, beef dip and the chicken cashew lettuce wraps. Again. The food was delicious. But what made our visit amazing was our waitress Kaitlyn. Incredibly personable. She ensured we were well taken care of, on top of drink refills, and made our experience feel like we were at a local watering hole we’ve been coming to for the last 20 years. Back for a celebration dinner. Kaitlyn came over right away and said hello. She then shared the chefs card and said she had great news. We are getting married soon, and the night before we talked about how much we love the Moxies sticky toffee pudding and we would love to serve it at the wedding. She spoke with the chef and they would likely be able to accommodate making us our favourite dessert for out wedding! How great! Not only did she go out of her way for us, she then again gave us incredible service. For dinner we had the best mashed potatoes ever, rib eye steaks and the tuna tacos as a starter. The food came out hot. It was delicious. And our server was the best we have come across. Thank you Kaitlyn and we look forward to returning. If you have time, stop in at Moxies. And if you want to experience what service should be - sit in Kaitlyn’s section.
We had dinner here during our stay in Kamloops as part of our Rocky Mountaineer trip. The food was very good (the portions are HUGE, a bit too much, really, but you definitely will not leave the restaurant hungry), our waitress was really nice and we were overall very pleased. A bit noisy and the music a bit too loud, but people seemed happy and to be having a good time.
Sat at the bar and Jeremy was amazing! Quick service, great recommendations, and such a great guy to get service from. Would definitely go back to be served by him again.

Dual birthday dinner...excellent food and service
Great ambience and food, had my companys christmas dinner there last year. Was surprised when after finishing our large expensive dinner, we were encouraged to leave in order to make the table available for someone else. The blazers were playing and I guess they wanted to make as much money as possible off the table space. Complained to the floor manager to no avail, got the restaurant manager with not much more than sorry and that is that. Will not return, have changed my company venue to another reataurant for the current year. Updating this review as it needs to reflect my last experience with this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: One of our friends requires gluten free diet they were able to accommodate her requests no problem

We came with a big group of kids and adults for a hockey tournament back in November. Our waitress was amazing and handled those obnoxious children so well lol! Thank you so much for being patient and hopefully not annoyed with the wild kids.

Great food and great service
Kaitlyn is by far our favorite waitress. We visit regularly and Kaitlyn has always gone above and beyond for us. The food is always great and the atmosphere, although it can get loud on occasion, is very nice. Parking: Shared with hotel guests so can be a challenge to find a spot sometimes.

Great service! Waitress was kind, friendly, and tentative. Food was not what we hoped for in the least. We ordered calamari, which was rubbery and cold. The loaded potato soup tasted like what youd get out of a Campbells soup can. The best part of my meal was the ceaser salad dressing. The soup, salad & garlic baguette combo are definitely not worth $18 plus tax. Again, the dressing was delicious and the best part of the meal. The singular thinly sliced piece of baguette was disappointing in itself not to mention the quantity/portion of soup. The resteraunt, tables, chairs, bathrooms, and everything in between were clean, service was good, and food quality and pricing were the only dramatic disappointments. Overall not worth the money.

Love love love Moxies! Went for breakfast this morning, had the bacon cheddar omelette! Suraj was the cook and made it all perfectly. Ava was the server and was so kind.
Went with family and friends. Got the Nachos however to my surprise it was like a childs plate of Nachos. The menu states that it was loaded with cheese ,Pico de Gallo , jalapeños and my choice to add guacamole, carne , chicken , or spicy carne and or crushed black bean crumble. I received a plate of nacho chips with chicken and cheese. They were tasty however they were lacking a couple items as per the menu. It was super busy when we went however my plate was not the only one that was either missing portions to it or cooked incorrectly. For a large food chain I expected better from the kitchen. The service however was amazing. Our waitress was great , prompt , and very polite. Management was helpful and polite. I give those two aspects a thumbs up. Maybe well try again when its not so busy. Moxies in Kamloops is one of the best places for good food, great service and a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Parking is a bit of a challenge but not to bad. We spot there for a meal everytime we drive from Vancouver Island to Alberta. Yummy
I used to love this place and its full rack of ribs. The staff were super attentive and sweet with returning customers, now orders are wrong, portions are small, not even properly coated with sauce... Food

We sat down and waited 15 minutes for the server to come over for the first time to ask how we are doing with the menu s, we said we don t have any. No offer for something to drink and she left to grab menus 25 minutes in we were able to order. I ran out of sauce half way through my meal waited 10 mins for her to come bye and she would look and walk away I ended going to ask the chef my self. The list goes on and on for this visit Food was very good but one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered service wise, keep in mind this server had 1 other table that had 2 people at it the whole time Great food and location but service needs to be addressed it s really kills the vibe

Ordered a simple classic breakfast. I was expecting a couple of breakfast sausages. Instead, it came with a big tasteless smokie and dry (no butter) toasted multigrain bread. No choice of any other bread. Hashbrowns and scrambled eggs were just ok.
Most amazing experience. Theo the head chef and Megan our waitress went above and beyond. My wife has an anaphylaxis garlic allergy ,that makes it next to impossible/terrifying to go out and eat. Megan went out of her way to find all the ingredients in what my wife had ordered. Theo came to our table had a chat and said he would personally make our meals separate himself to ensure there was no cross contamination with garlic. On top of that he came out serval times to check in on us. The the food he made was absolutely divine. Not only did he make the best meal my wife has ever tasted , he made sure she was okay.. I was not treated like a customer, but a family member and friend. I have been displaced by Jasper wildfires and lost my home. I was staying at the hotel attached to this restaurant and came here 3 days in a row extremely disheartened and sad. Kaitlyn and (I can t remember the other waitress I had.she does something with firefighting ) went above and beyond. Not only were they incredible workers but they showed care and compassion to a guest who needed it most in their life. Their acts of kindness helped me to smile and trust that I can continue to go in. Thank you my new friends. I will welcome you with open arms when Jasper reopens

The restaurant is nicely done out and quite trendy looking, the food is nice but the services is poor. The service lacked any warmth or personality and this was disappointing. Functional bordering on rude. this restaurant has a lot to offer but you must sort out your customer service. A message to the owner, you do not need to have a uniform for the female waitresses that consists of a very short black mimi skirt with a split. It isn t necessary to get the customers in. It isn t the 1970s or 80s. It is demeaning. It is interesting thought that the only way the females can get out of that uniform is to move up to management. Female managers are allotted a suit to wear.
I loved my experience here today! I was lucky enough to have Claire as a server and she was such a gem throughout the whole experience. I felt like she really cared and checked on me often, she even gave me refills without me having to ask once! I ended up trying their summer salad with cucumbers and strawberries which was super delicious! Happy to leave a review for an awesome place like this! Vegetarian options: They have a section in their menu specifically for vegan & vegetarian selections. Lots of variety! Dietary restrictions: Very conscious of allergies and dietery restrictions. When I mentioned I had a nut allergy a chef came out to confirm with me, which made me feel quite validated.

Nice decor, great atmosphere, worst service ever. Server was as cold and emotionless as a fish on the block. We felt like we were an inconvenience to being there. Additonally the supervisor a gentleman was to. Busy to do anything other then look at his phone while in the restaurant or watch the TV. Overall I was hoping for better, but was seriously let down .
We ate at this restaurant Sunday night August 5. The service was amazing. The food was fantastic. The restaurant is very clean. We had gone there for breakfast in the morning because we had booked at the Sandman. They ve given us a $20 credit. That s why we went back to have dinner there that evening because of the amazing experience we had in the morning by the waitress And the restaurant being so clean makes you want to come back keep up the good work and to add My sons and their two buddies also came to eat at that restaurant that evening. We were all there for a soccer tournament and they were very happy with everything as well.
Amazing experience. Absolutely classy atmosphere, food and service! Love Moxies food literally every item on the menu. Expensive but totally worth it

OMG , MOXIES is amazing. This is my very first time to a MOXIES. My husband has been there , in the past. At first, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly hostess.Nice big smile on her face right away.I got a great vibe , instantly. Our server showed up told us her name which is Jaylie and she , too was very friendly. The menu was amazing with many options that were NOT too ridiculously expensive. My partner has a deadly allergy to tomatoes that is no exaggeration.Not only did the server verify how bad the allergy is , one of the managers came to our table twice to ensure that the use of PROCESSED tomatoes was safe. Jaylie brought us refills 3 times and we did NOT have to ask. She did the 3 bite check back , which to me is imperative to ensure an enjoyable meal. The attention that she paid without being intrusive was amazing. The food portions were also phenomenal. For 2 non-alcoholic beverages and our food the total was only $ 54. IMPRESSIVE. If you want to be extremely cared for have incredibly friendly staff throughout the entire restaurant and not pay an arm and a leg to go out for dinner, please check out MOXIES .You will not regret it. We came to Moxies for our 5-year Anniversary and we were met with a great time We got the New York steak and the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni and they were great, paired with some drinks it was a fantastic night! Sadly our night ended early after one of us felt a little sick so we asked for the bill and that s when our server, Claire revealed that the kitchen was preparing us a special anniversary desert, free of charge! So even though our dinner was cut short, Moxies and Claire made it a fantastic night, and we will definitely be returning sometime soon!
