Great atmosphere and wonderful service with the #2 rated burger in Kamloops so I had to try it, definitely lives up to it! My lady had eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was a bit shy but other than that it was a great meal!

Wow. Coming back within the week! I had the triple Benny! And they let you get up to three different types of Benny s. Wow! All three rocked! I had a spinach/avocado, a sundries tomatoes, and some beef one. Mouthgasm! And they don t use garbage eggs! They use organic type eggs!!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the menu. There is certainly a chef in there that can put creative and delicious spins on classis dishes. I will definitely be returning to try more. Very recommend

Food is decent but expensive and almost everything on the menu is quirky, which is actually tiresome when all you want is a simple breakfast. Went there mid June 2022 and the potatoes were mushy and bland. They used to be the best part of the meal! Returned August 2024 and had French toast. Was better than expected! Coffee still the worst in town. Do not expect to be seated anytime soon after arrival. Not the fault of the restaurant.

The main item I ordered was quite good, however the potatoes that came with it were barely warm and had a strange taste to it. The coffee tasted like water so they brought us Americans.. much better. Although the sugar packets are hard like they got wet, and one raw sugar packet was drenched in grease or something. Less than ideal experience. Maybe just a one off. First time here though

The menu is unique with a huge selection. Its the best breakfast Ive had in years. Ate the Big Sweet Potato Bowl. Service is very good. Its well worth the wait. Im definitely coming back again.

They have the best egg bennies in the city, and the service was excellent for how busy they were. If you go during peak hours, dont expect a quiet, peaceful dining experience. The restaurant gets very crowded and noisy.

Homeless people smelling like garbage while eating breakfast on the patio. Smoking fentanyl ( burning rubber smell?) and staring at us while drooling. We left. Perhaps they can expand into the Greek restaurant nextdoor as that place looks deserted except for the human excretion in the doorway arch.

Wow what a gem! We are here for the Gem and Mineral Show and wanted to visit the Victoria St Farmers Market. Saw this restaurant along the way and decided to give them a try. We had the Mac Daddy and the Brisket Dip. Both were equally excellent and more food than either of us could eat! Crunchy, gooey, melt in your mouth goodness! Definitely our go to when in Kamloops for the future.

It was very loud, the food was alright, it said it was less busy than usual... umm, what is it like when its more busy than usual. Its definitely not one for people with sensory issues like we have. Food was alright. Very popular place. I dont get it but to each their own! Im guessing for the hip.. I am no longer hip.. or maybe I never was... enter existential crisis here... Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, all on one floor.. tables are a bit close together, though.. but Im sure they would accommodate.

I have ordered a ton of meat omlettes/skillets all over north America but this is hands down the best one I have ever had! Amazing staff and great cooks! We need one in Wisconsin.

The French toast and London Fog here was so tasty and the staff were very friendly.

The server was rude. And when I complained to the cashier they ignored me when I asked for another server to take my order. I made I mistake because I just wanted to take another drink from outside, but then she just told me that drink is not allowed inside the building. Totally agree but the tone was really bad. There is also no dress code for the servers, they work with gym clothes that is so unprofessional, like too casual. The food take too long to take out. You will be waiting a long time to take a table. At the end, food was okey.

Exceptional breakfast spot! A very spicy chai latte, and two delicious dishes. Cute and casual and the menu is great. Sometimes these quirky breakfast spots can have an overwhelming menu, but here it starts with the classics you d expect - eggs, toast, meat and potatoes. THEN you can get to the fun stuff if you want to! Would definitely come back next time we re in Kamloops.

This IS the place to have a great and different breakfast while in Kamloops. A very friendly family business where all the staff members are eager to serve you and make sure you leave full and happy. I had the Seasonal Stuffed French Toast -- 2 slices of egg dipped sourdough, wildberry compote, sliced fruit, and cream cheese. Topped with granola, honey butter, and a side of whipped cream. DELICIOUS. My wife had the healthier Oven Baked Hot Cereal -- hearty brown rice, rolled oats, flax seed, raisins, cinnamon, and molasses. Served with cold or steamed milk. She was satisfied, too. Americano coffee was perfect for we two Americans. The place was packed at 8:30 Friday but the wait was worth it. Breakfast was so good, we returned for lunch. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch.

I was absolutely delighted that the staff catered to my ridiculously picky kid. The waitress came back and noticed that he hadnt eaten his bacon. Seriously even cold bacon just eat it dude. Before I could intervene he mentioned what he didnt like and she whisked it away and came back with absolutely perfect sizzling slightly floppy slightly crispy bacon. Oliver was stunned. I didnt know I could do that?...

Was a nice quite morning and I had the French toast and 1 Eggs Benny on the side. The French toast was ok, but the Eggs Benny and hash browns were quite tasty with the oregano or rosemary it added a nice flavour to the hash browns. My server that morning was super nice and very friendly.

Had the traditional Bennie Eggs. Potatoes burnt (see my pic) but the eggs were good. Served on a hoagie bun, instead of English muffin. I stress dressed like a hippie from the 60 s with very fluffy hair and baggy clothes. I would consider eating there again cause the food waste tastie. Maybe offer something other than potatoes.

Best breakfast I ve had in a long time. If you like sundried tomatoes then the cayenne bowl is the way to go. So tasty. Only downside is that it s a little on the pricey side for breakfast but what isn t these days. Thankfully it was totally worth the $. Food

What a wonderful spot! There were people waiting outside at 8:30am when we got there, but it was so worth the wait!! Fast, efficient, friendly service and the food was incredible. Cozy, welcoming vibes even when its super busy - staff handled the chaos well! Highly recommend if youre visiting from out of town like we were.

Had Saturday brunch. We were pleasantly surprised that we didnt have to wait for a table. Service was a bit slow but our server was very friendly. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. It is a small place and a bit cramped but it has a nice vibe .

I visited Hello Toast alone and unfortunately experienced what seemed to be discriminatory treatment based on my race. Despite the sign suggesting to wait inside, I was asked to wait outside, while a white couple arriving after me was allowed inside. This incident left me feeling unwelcome and raises concerns about the establishments commitment to equal treatment for all customers.

Super tasty food and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Its definitely a place to go if you are staying in Kamloops!!

I was undecided on my Bennie choice and the gal said you can order the full and pick two different Bennie s! So I had the brisket and hot Italian! Both amazing! Hubby had the traditional and those seasoned potatoes are so good! The place is super cute and upbeat. Service was excellent. We are from the states and travel through Canada with our son who plays hockey. This is a must for all future visits!

Amazing brunch spot! The eggs Benny was fantastic and poached so wonderfully. The bowls were also delicious and the sun dried tomatoes in them really made the dish so good. The French toast was also one of the best. The strawberry stuffed one was delicious the granola they put on top was a game changer.

Staff is friendly, atmosphere is noisy when the restaurant is full. We tried the Fast Eddie and the Sweet potato bowl and both were very good.

Food is good but prepare to wait in a queue

The coffee is delicious, rich and fresh. It tastes good too. If I had been a little late, there would have been a long line. There are a lot of people queuing outside now. If you visit this place, I recommend stopping by. But hurry, its only open until 2pm.

Cant say enough good things about this place ! The staff was great and the food ! There were options for people with food sensitivities. Portions were big and the quality of the food was top notch. We found the place via Google-Places to go in Kamloops. Very short wait to be seated at 10am on a Thursday. Got water and service quickly; 2 staff members waited on us. I was able to get a gluten-free burrito with potatoes that I couldnt finish it was so filling. My hubby enjoyed his stuffed French Toast; stuffed with and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. I wish this place was closer to home.

I was last here 10-15 years ago as a kid on family vacation. I was a new celiac at the time and remembered having the best gluten free meal at Hello Toast. So naturally when I was in town this weekend I had to go back. The food was just as amazing as I remember, if not better. I ve been thinking about this place for 10 years or longer. Their gluten free options are amazing. Staff were very friendly, attentive and all around a wonderful experience. I can t wait to go back, hopefully I won t wait 10+ years this time. We set aside time to visit this place as it is a popular restaurant. It doesnt taste as great as rumors. Its similar to any brunch shops in your neighborhood. I dont think you need to visit Kamloops for here. Action must be taken as several flies are keep interfering with our enjoyable meal. My server was so nice! Also the food is amazing, I recommend the french toast and eggs benedict. This isn t a huge issue and is indicative of how loved this local spot is, but the place is quite crowded so unless you get there as soon as they open, you ll have to wait in a line outside. It is also very loud inside which may not be an issue for some but I d prefer not to hear someone s conversation from across the room.

Delicious food! Can be a wait to get in, especially on cooler days when the patio is closed and there are fewer tables available. The food is excellent and the kitchen is very accommodating about substitutions for allergies or other dietary requests. It can be a bit noisy inside so those with hearing issues may prefer the patio seating. Vegetarian options: They are very accommodating and have vegetarian options for most dishes.

We had the hello toast experience. Food was a 10 star, our waitress was fabulous. Best of all a lady ( Enit).we didnt know asked to sit with us, she turned out to be an Irish woman who traveled the world teaching English and recently retired to Mcbride BC. The only reason we go is for the food. Personally Im not a fan of the atmosphere/vibe but I know lots of people who love the small town personal touches. I feel like the staff get stretched quite thin because of how busy they are every time we are there so our table doesnt get hit by our server often for check-ins. Overall it is a great place to eat and thats the main reason we go.

Great food, great portions, great ambiance. Small place but wasnt too busy on a Monday in October. A little bit pricy, but the portions and quality were worth it. Nice kids menu too and they didnt skimp on quality, or presentation on the kids menu either.

Went to this brunch spot for a recent trip, and boy it doesn t disappoint! Probably one of the most satisfying breakfast I ve had in a good minute. I got their Chive on Benny which is a beef brisket Benny. The brisket unfortunately was a little dry but still super flavourful and with a nice hollandaise sauce really brought everything together. The Potatoes are nicely seasoned. This place really has flavour. Service was quick and attentive as well.

I love coming here! Food is so tasty, many different flavours to choose from. Never had a bad dish here. My favourite is the Green Eggs & Ham Parking: Street parking is hit or miss, but its paid anyway.. so theres a pay parking lot directly across the street

What a great little find. Eclectic hole in the wall with a boho vibe (possibly influenced by the 60 s music a la Bob Dylan). I had hot cereal with brown rice, oats, flax seeds, raisins, sunflower seeds and with warm milk on the side. I wasn t sure what I was getting myself into but it was fantastic. I was satisfied without feeling heavy and bloated. That said, if you re looking for a traditional egg, toast, fried potatoes or eggs Benny, this is your happy place. I love finding little places like this where there is zero corporate stuffiness, just authentic home cooking and hospitality!

Triple Chive On Benny review: Hearty portion, eggs made to order, tasty caramelized onions, decent focaccia, average brisket/on the dry side. Spuds had bits of burnt pieces and somewhat greasy. I suggest substituting the potatoes for something else. Good service.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and while service is good, it can be a little slow. All in all, it is a great place to go.

We are visiting Kamloops and found this cute little breakfast place downtown. We did have to wait 20 minutes outside in the cold before being seated but it was well worth the wait. Coffee was great. Food was delicious! Staff were friendly.
