My third time coming here for breakfast, I was served rotten lettuce, almost threw up my sandwich. No one even asked why I didn t even finish half of my $17 panini and were happy to throw it in the garbage.

Its my favorite place in Kamloops

What they serve here as coffee is anything but coffee! When you mix lukewarm milk a dark water that smells like Walmart purchased coffee beans, you end up with a drink that shouldn t be sold or given for free. We couldn t drink it.

My go to lunch spot in Kamloops. I love the healthy food selection, they always have an amazing soup and the cakes are beyond. I enjoy the vibrant atmosphere here, and the shop is a treasure trove for finding locally made gifts.

I cant review this place enough!! Every time Ive come by, the food has been delicious, theyve been so willing to work with food allergies, the drinks have been stunning (and Im pretty picky!!), and the service and atmosphere is gorgeous!! Ive been going here for about a year now, I love it and Im so glad to be here. Come by especially if you have specific dietary requirements, theres lots for you here.

This place is a fantastic! Myself and two of my friends (one gluten free and one vegetarian) stopped here on our way out of Kamloops, and we all ordered different dishes. All of our orders tasted amazing, and were so flavourful. (Quiche & soup, wrap & soup, breakfast sandwich & soup, muffin). The portions are large. They also served great coffee. The waitresses were so lovely and the service was quick. The art and shop is also so well stocked. We all left with something. All of us will definitely be back again.

Was a little busy when I was there its an open atmosphere tables out front are close. So not much privacy but area in back if wish more cozy. Food was amazing and cutest local arts and crafts in store. SO great Vegetarian options: Lots of options Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Local art and really hip atmosphere. The food was super healthy choices and tasted delicious. I had a salad with chickpeas, the coffee we really good. So nice to suport a local and unique coffee shop.

PHENOMENAL vegan breakfast wrap. The vibes in there are really cool, lots of neat local stuff to buy! Will be reccomending to anyone looking for a good place for healthy vegan breakfasts. P.S. The big ol trail mix bars they have are good too!

A friend & I went for lunch here yesterday after seeing a movie. We chose this restaurant out of the many eateries there are on downtown Victoria Street. Have been here once before. Its a little more affordable and seems to be quite popular as it was very busy at the time we went which was sometimes after 3PM. We both chose grilled cheese sandwiches that come with either soup or salad. Only a little over $10 which is pretty good. Food is good....enjoyable. I would recommend this place.

Not very good. Forgetful staff. Not really gluten free.Far too much cross contamination for a celiac. On trend place that disappoints. Go elsewhere.

I m so glad I stopped here on my way through town. There are really tasty and healthy vegan options here. The tofu scramble wrap was full of fresh, nutritious, and delicious ingredients. Vegan muffin was really nice with a French press coffee. Muffin has a great texture (not over baked), a slightly crunchy top, and not too sweet. Energy ball is quite sweet (a lot of dates, I think) and would be great fuel if you re on the go and need a boost. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for plant based goodness!

Love this boho venue! Spent a lazy hour here on Saturday morning. French pressed coffee was lovely and the yogourt with granola and maple syrup was divine! Super fun local art, pottery and jewelry. Peace.

This place has a different vibe. Ive been to a cafe like this its beautiful. The ambience is just amazing. Its a treat for your eyes to experience all those different paintings and if you pay close attention to the wall you will find notes left by people who visited before. Its just an amazing experience.

Great place to study and have a snack, treat, light meal and delicious drink. Highly recommend trying the tea. I was visiting Kamloops from Victoria and this cafe has THE BEST TEA I ve ever tried. Thanks for a lovely experience. Next time I m there I m stocking up on all your teas.

The women working the till was a delight and we had a little chuckle over her mis-step in words which set the mood off right. I had a loose leaf chai tea and it was great. Love this place.

Fantastic coffee, very friendly staff, served a French press with a side of milk I requested for a questionably low price! Definitely my #1 coffee shop in Kamloops.

GF food and drink

Love this place, great food, great asthetic and supports local artisans. Stop in for coffee or lunch and enjoy many homemade options for any diet-vegan, gluten free, etc etc. Love the selection of arts and crafts, toy area for mamas with kids and options for any guests.

Very funky atmosphere. The daily soup was amazing (I had the tomato basil) had an awesome smoothie as well, but it was definitely not worth the $10 I paid.

Great food especially their soups n gluten free cornbread. Im from out of town and if I dont return home with pieces of their quinoa cake, there would be very disappointed family. The place has great atmosphere: Its great to sit in the restaurant eating great food n enjoying the artwork.

A reliable experience. A great variety of teas. Consistently good quality espresso drinks. The baked goods are alright, but odd as it sounds, the wraps are where the food really shines. Some unexpected but highly complementary flavors in there. Location also showcases a number of local artists and crafts persons work. Good spot to shop for gifts.

The drinks are great, I LOVE that they sell local art and handmade local soaps/pottery. It has a very homey, and welcoming environment too. Im celiac and Ive had problems with their food being cross contaminated however. They do the best they can with a small kitchen, but if youre quite sensitive, I wouldnt recommend testing it.

I love the tea-for-two, and their chocolate haystack cookie has been consistently a perfectly made and larger than life version thats worth the slightly higher cost. Verdict: the high quality versions of simple things. Hobbits would approve.

I love this place- real, homemade food made with fresh ingredients. There are vegan and gluten free choices, great staff, and an awesome atmosphere. Art of all kinds is for sale, including paintings, stained glass, handmade jewelry and more. Theres a nice outdoor patio too. My favorite place for lunch or tea (and a treat!) in Kamloops.

One of my favourite local cafes in Kamloops, the mood and atmosphere is fantastic. A great place to come and relax and talk with friends, or take a book out and study in the back. A venue for live music some nights as well!

This is such a cute, boho bistro with absolutely delicious food and drink. One of the jewels of the downtown Kamloops area. Sit and people watch, or splurge on some local paintings.

This is a long time favourite of mine, one of Kamloops hidden gems. The vibe is laid back and cozy, and even though they have had to spread out their dining area and remove their couch nook due to their covid procedures, it still feels warm and inviting. Their menu is divine, they have all sorts of allergy and diet friendly options both for food and beverages, and their tea selection is amazing.

Ive been a few times now. I love the art, so many beautiful pieces. Ive eaten there once and the food was good, its pretty common cafe feed done well. The drinks are good as well, our most recent stop I had a chai latte and it was excellent. Very nice atmosphere and a helpful pleasant staff. Its a very nice place to spend time. I will go back again when Im in town.

Always stop here for a coffee & snack whenever we pass through Kamloops. One of the best London Fogs here.

Hipster coffee and good place. Only reason its not 5 stars is because there are some very pretentious customers that go here.

My ammune system is not very good right now. I could easily get covid. Knowing that only those fully vaccinated could eat in, I went inside. Proof of vaccine is mandentory, however nobody asked me to show any. I left.

This place is the place to go to in Kamloops, whether it s for a coffee and baked good or a hot delicious bowl of soup for lunch or to grab a sandwich or wrap to take away. There are tons of gluten free and vegetarian options to choose from and all are super tasty. I come any chance I get. The service is amazing, everyone is so friendly, and it s a great place to bring your kids. The bathroom has a change table and pre covid there was a great kids section with toys and books in the back. I cannot speak highly enough about this amazing place.

I dont know how or why, but this place has the best damn spanakopita Ive ever had. Always super polite and friendly service, with an open & creative atmosphere.. this is in my top 2 places to stop in Kamloops so happy yall exist Edit: October 2021: needed to add - just had baked goods from here for the first time along with a delicious London fog latte and officially dubbing this place as a Pregnant Womans dream. The peanut butter cookie cake thingy especially, is outrageous.

I enjoyed the uniquness if the place, the food was great very tasty. staff friendly. But most of all I loved the items on show for sale, books clothes, trinkets, unusual items of interest.

Found this gem just today. Im so happy I did!! Just wanted a coffee and they do a French press. They bring the press and cup to your table. I pressed and poured my coffee but had no cream or sugar that I usually take. Thought what the heck Ill try it. OMG the best coffee Ive ever had and cream or sugar not needed!! Lots to discover in this cafe, I urge you to come check it out
