I recently visited and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the server was very nice, sweet, and efficient, she was the only one working during a busy time, which really affected the service. Our food took almost an hour and a half to arrive, and it was incredibly frustrating. I would advise against going there if you have limited time, as the wait was simply too long. Its a shame because the server was doing her best, but the lack of support made for a less than enjoyable meal.

The food is good, delicious! The service is good, awsome!! BUT, We had been told that there would be a discount on chicken biriyani today! But, they billed it full. And, when we asked for the NO GST On December 2025 support from Truedo Govt, they settled us by giving back both the GST and Chicken Biriyani Discount! We had to ask them to get it!! What if we had left without checking the bill!?!! It might be one and only complaint they may have had. We dont know about it. But , just sharing our experience for your info! TLDR: 10/10. I recently moved from Vancouver, and love food. I was eager to find Indian and Asian restaurants I love. Flavours of India came highly recommended. It was our first dinner out, and I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful it was. Exceptional service, outstanding food, and a stunning view! Met the owner, and a total beauty. Told our server I loved spicy food, and she brought me out a special dish the chef had prepared for us. Can t gush enough how wonderful of an experience it was. We will be back soon! Amazing food and service!!

We just went to this place for cholle bhatura and amritsari kulcha, we were the only customers at the restaurant and it took them nearly 50 mins to get our order which was extremely frustrating. Although food was fine but the service did not match my expectations given what reviews they have and when I asked for a small discount for the wait I was told no without any apologies.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food at their Saturday dinner buffet 5stars for the food .everything was so flavourful and plentiful and excellent choices for vegetarians! Service unfortunately was basically non existent as we would have loved some drinks and s&p when we began to eat. We only saw someone when we were seated and we got up to go and pay. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable but city night views were great. We ll be back. Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie options including on the buffet :)

So disappointed. My order came to just under $30 and I got exactly 5 small cubes of chicken in my butter chicken. The portion size is smaller than my hand. It is all sauce, no substance. I called the restaurant back and they said it should have had 7 cubes of chicken. I used to eat here all the time and was finally able to go back. I can say I will never go back again. Wish I didnt tip. It would be great if I could attach a picture to show how tiny it is. As per your response, I did call back immediately and was willing to bring back my meal but no one offered this to me. Poor customer service.

My family has been here two years in a row and have been blown away by the food each time. We eat a lot of Indian food at home and from restaurants all over, and this is genuinely one of the best we ve ever had. It was shocking the first time we went for a quick, late night, dinner in the parking lot of our motel, only to be served the ridiculously good food that this restaurant has to offer. Our server both times was lovely and fun, and it has an amazing view!

I used to love this place ordering regularly either through DoorDash or in person but every time i ordered delivery they are messing up my order like it has happened 4-5 times now. If the store owner is reading this review you surely need to pay attention because your employees are messing the orders again and again all the time.

Best Indian restaurant in town. Unfortunately I went ti another place in downtown and regretted why I didnt we t to Flavours in first place. Pick any dish and you cant go wrong with it. Mutton Rogan josh is my favourite here. Parking: When going towards Downtown from sahali take left on columbia street opposite Ramada.

Went for food today, the food took 45 mins to come and after it came there was no one asking how the food was or tasted! No one even asked to give us water or of we are doing okay! We visited this restaurant last Saturday, Mandeep was our server again and we were not disappointed at all. Food was excellent and service was commendable. We will definitely come back. From walking in the door and being greeted by Garima, My partner and I have the most lovely experience. We are travelling across Canada and on arriving here we treated like old friends and the most important clients, given a beautiful table overlooking Kamloops and taken excellent care of. The food was to perfection, corma and Tandoori chicken were creamy and delicious and accompanied by a gorgeous bottle of wine. We were heading from Vancouver to Calgary and stopped by as need to have lunch. Ordered 10 parathas. We got 3 paranthas at first after 30 minutes and then have to wait another 30 minutes to get other paranthas. Eventually we have to cancel our order in-between after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The guy serving was really good but the owner the place should know that it demands more employees to cope up with needs of the customers as 1 person is not enough to have orders from all customers and then same person is serving. While paying at counter - the other customer told us that he is waiting from last 45 minutes and yet did not get his order. For owner - hire more staff in order so that customers don t have to wait.

On Canada Day, while most restaurants were closed, we were starving for sustenance. Fortunately, Flavors of India - The Viewpoint saved our lives by providing us food. We had the best lunch of our lives, and the restaurant also saved my dog from a tree and made me 6 foot tall.

i ordered veg manchurian it was just so bad that i could not even eat one peice of it . i just tasted like rice balls with ketchup. Chole bhature were also okay okay . Kid-friendliness: Fantastic server Garima Food

I recently visited for their advertised buffet and overall, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the food was acceptable, it was evident that the owner attempted to cut costs by providing an abundance of appetizers rather than offering a balanced selection that included equal amounts of curries and breads. Additionally, I recommend including biryani along with the white rice for a more appealing variety. The quality of the curries was below expectations, lacking the rich flavors and authenticity one would anticipate. Furthermore, when it came to desserts, the restaurant fell short. Despite only offering one dessert option, they ran out and provided us with a single container of gulab jamun containing just 8 tiny pieces for a party of nine. This presentation was unappealing and impractical, with everyone having to share from one container with a single spoon. To top it off, the bill included a mandatory 18% gratuity. While I typically don t mind paying a gratuity, this charge felt unjustified given the average service and the apparent cost-cutting measures. Overall, restaurant needs significant improvements in both food quality and service to justify their pricing and gratuity policy. I hope they consider these points to enhance their customers dining experience in the future. Thank you so much for the reply I think you are mistaken about the table .Nobody from our table dint order anything other than the advertised buffet I think if that is the criteria you might have to train your staff on how to bill a table .

When we informed our server that we still have a long drive to go, she made sure everything was served quickly and in the correct order(apps first, followed by entrées). Food was delicious, service was incredible, cannot recommended enough. 10/10, must dine .

I took samosa s for a lunch at my work place. It was great, mandeep helped throughout and she was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the service and food at this restaurant. Mandeep provided exceptional and friendly service, recommending various dishes and informing us about the buffet option. We plan to visit again next time were in town. Our stop here was fortunate; we were impressed by both the food and service, and the view was absolutely spectacular.

We stopped by in this restaurant on Wednesday. The view was spectacular, food was finger licking good. Kudos to chef. The service provided by Garima was cherry on top. She is good at what she does. Above everything her smile was welcoming and she was friendly. Her suggestion about curries helped us a lott. Let me repeat this again food here is incomparable. Will definitely be back.

We eat here often.. almost always have the Samosa Chaat. Yummy food. Beautiful view, friendly staff. Last night it was Ritika and she was lovely and helpful. The manager (?) woman is always super - I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out!

Ordered the butter chicken, it came with three small pieces of chicken, not even a portion in the Canada food guide. Not worth it, I will go somewhere else next time. Unfortunately it was take out and I had tipped before seeing the lack of chicken. hopefully the tip all goes to the waitress who was pleasant, the cooking staff or their supervisors shouldn t get tipped for this.

We went to this restaurant on Wednesday. Stopped by on our way back to Seattle and the view made us to stay for dine in. We were seated by our server Garima, she was sweet and charming. She went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Also told us about the curry combo deal which I think is a perfect way to make anyone s evening better. The food was delicious and everything was perfect. Will definitely be back whenever we come back to Canada !!

When you find a majority of Indian customers in an Indian restaurant, its always a good sign. It didnt fail, the dishes are excellent. Dont hesitate to ask for a little spicy because the medium is already quite strong :-) Local Red Collar beer is worth it And thank you to our waitress Garima and her colleagues who were great!
