One of the best Indian restaurant at Kamloops and you can have excellent customer support. They have variety of tasty indian tradiitional foods. The food taste were delicious and amazing and different from other indian restaurant around. I went with my family and enjoyed our time. Parking: Ample parking space available here

Spice of India is a gem! The Indian cuisine here is the best Ive had recently. A delightful taste of home while traveling. Warm ambiance and attentive service make it a must-visit. Vegetarian options: Paneer Masala and Malai Kofta were so yummy!

Initially intrigued by the ambiance, I decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, my experience with the chicken biryani was disappointing. The quality of the dish fell short, as the flavors were bland. It lacked the authentic taste I had anticipated.

I came from surrey for two days in kamloops and i am glad i stopped for dinner at spice. it have one of the best food that i ever had in BC. The food taste like amazing and it genuinely amazing and price wise it was perfect value for money during this inflationary period. The staff over here is very welcoming. will definitely come next time.10/10 Vegetarian options: Malai kofta was delicious

Wonderful dining experience with attentive staff and flavourful food. The food came out at a good presentation . The staff member came out during our meal to see how we were doing which was a very nice gesture. The restaurant has ample seating and ambiance lighting. completely ognored from the second we said we wanted the buffet. After 10 minutes, we asked for the drink menu, which they gave us, but they never returned to take our order. food was just OK, we were very disappointed after the great online reviews. Definitely staying in Vernon next time we want good East Indian food.

This review is long overdue. Our family has been going to Spice for over 13 years now and it s our favourite restaurant. Back in Edmonton, I grew up on the south side where I had many Indian friends and ate A LOT of quality Indian food growing up. I m so thankful that we have Spice in Kamloops as it s the absolute best Indian food and the best restaurant period in Kamloops. The kindness of their family and staff are also unparalleled. One of the only places that s delivers to us out here which gives huge points. The food is also so so yummy. The spices and heat are always just right. We ve tried many different places but Spice is always the most satisfying. It s become out go to !

Spent 3 days and nights in kamloops, but never had anything better than their food. Food quality, temperature and presentation was amazing. Server was soooo kind and happy. A MUST GO place if anyone is in kamloops.

The food is amazing.. Everything I ordered was freshly made and high quality with a reasonable price. I love the fact that they use chicken breast in their curry instead of chicken thighs that some places use. The staff are very friendly and doing an amazing job. They have buffet lunch on Thursday and Friday. I highly recommend this place.

It was a hot day in May, my partner & I decided to try out this restaurant. We were impressed of the appearance of this establishment. The server brought us a WARM glass of water w hile we looked at the menu. The rice we ordered was very dry , and my side dish was dry, the presentation was good but the taste was undesirable. my partners buttered chicken was okay. Unfortunately, Masterchef of Canada would rate this a 2.O.

Weve always had a great experience with great service and food. Exceptionally clean restaurant. Seems weird to even mention that, but it was noticable just how clean it was. Finally had the lunch buffet!! Not just 5 stars, all the stars!

We ordered a take out dinner for 12 and it was excellent. Freshly prepared with great quality and flavours. The Manager Bhags was very helpful and accommodating. I love this place.

The food here is consistently good, and the portions are huge! They dont look like it when its delivered to your table but theres a deceptively large amount of food lol my partner and I share an entree and often still have leftovers. The samosas are like a spiritual experience. Prices are great, especially for the portion sizes. Highly recommend.

Our experience here with receptionist was amazing compared to the other restaurants we ve been to, I have to mention that Chloe(the receptionist) was really polite which made our day!!! The service was amazing!!

I have never had such a great experience at an Indian restaurant since I ve moved to BC - living in the lower mainland with an abundance of options, Spice takes the cake. The food was so fresh and delicious; I didn t feel heavy or bloated after. The service was impeccable and so warm, it felt like home. I would recommend Spice a hundred times over if you are in Kamloops or going through! P.s. the butter chicken is a staple, and you must try the mango lassi as well!

dissapointed to say the least. the butter chicken tasted like it was made from campbells tomato soup + a couple spices. it was, weirdly, so incredibly sweet. the chicken was chewy and dry. the garlic naan that we ordered had absolutely no garlic on it. Ive eaten here once before and I remember it being much better than what I experienced tonight.

Ordered take out last night and was pleasantly surprised at the turn around time. Food was ready in minutes, portion sizes were generous, and front staff were very friendly. Vege Pakora, Chicken Korma, and Garlic Naan were all amazing and deeply flavourful. Will definitely be back soon!

I ordered butter chicken and i said it should be hot and instead of spicy it was totally disgusting as it was like sugar is added in it and i threw that butter chicken in garbage. At least they have to check what are they making!!!

Excellent food with tons of flavour. We ordered the Vegetable Pakora,Mixed grill,Mango chicken,Aloo Gobi,Garlic Naan. We ordered all with Medium heat and next time will order everything hot, now that we know we can tolerate that heat level. The Mango chicken is the next step up from Butter chicken IMO and highly recommended . Vegetable Pakora was the perfect Appetizer.Service was excellent ,We will be back.

Placed an order for two an hour and a half before closing. 10 minutes before they close they then cancel the order and wont answer their phone. If you cant handle the orders the polite thing to do is give a heads up and cancel in advance, not wait over an hour before abruptly cancelling. Horrible customer service, shameful business practice, and abysmal restaurant management. At least if you notify people earlier they can order somewhere else. Its now too late and most things are closed. We have COVID and do not have the energy to cook tonight so this has been terrible for us.

My first time ever eating Indian food and it was delicious, Im glad I came here with my friends to give it a try. I absolutely loved the chicken masala & the garlic naan. The tea was amazing as well, Im definitely going to be coming back.

Although the Butter sauce was fairly flavourful, 5 small cubes of chicken for the $20 spent on this dish was really disappointing. This is not Butter Chicken, but simply Butter sauce:-( For this reason I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Just had the best experience here. I was trying to order delivery, but didnt realize they werent open until 4 pm.. the owner made my food special and dropped it off outside of their delivery hours!! He was also so nice and the food was fantastic

After 4 or 5 times eating here, Spice Indian Cuisine deserves my 5 star review! This is one of the best restaurants in Kamloops. Though I cannot comment on the authenticity of the flavours as someone who grew up in Western Canada and has not lived in or travelled to India, I can say the food is rich and very flavourful. The Aloo Tikki, curries and masalas are among my favourites here. Great dishes to share for a date, family or group. A few dishes go a long way, the portions are quite big.

I have ate at most Indian restaurants in Kamloops. Pricing is high for all. Servings at this restaurant are small. For the Tandoori chicken, although tasted great, we received 2 legs and 2 thighs, which in my opinion is not worth the $18. Spice does offer an authentic flavor and has the traditional Palak Paneer made with homemade cheese.

The food is really nice and delicious. The portion is very big for one Thali. The restaurant itself has a good theme which really suitable. The waiter are nice and friendly. Overall, its really worth it to visiting here.

When I say this is my favorite place to eat, I mean it. The food is consistently good. I have ordered from Spice many times and I have never had a complaint. Their naan is the best I have ever had and their vegetarian samosas are amazing. They give you so much food that you could easily make your order last 2 meals. The staff is always so friendly. I highly recommend ordering form Spice.

I love to visit there everytime, we visited yesterday and two weeks ago. Same taste same freshness. Place is awesome and the girl who interact with customers is so hardworking.

They have the best appetizers, very flavorful, great customer service, we were a party of 10 and Alice was very patient with us! The main course was okay, not as flavorful as the appetizers. Must try their moongdal halva if you have a sweet tooth.

Being a visitor for work and after a long day I went to this restaurant to get some food, as an Indian I choose to visit this restaurant close to my hotel , I bought a full tandoori chicken and 2 garlic naans. Very disappointed with the taste of naan it s like raw garlic sprinkled on tandoori naan. Not even roasted properly. Overpriced food with no taste. It was a bad experience, Won t come or recommend anyone.

The taste was so good in the beginning. The service was great and food was customized to ones liking. Used to have it almost every other day, Slowly though the food quality was depreciated.

Very good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Ordered the fish tikka. It was very good. I would recommend this restaurant.

Ordered Spice for our work Christmas party last week. Chloe and the owners son were both very helpful in selecting items from the menu and figuring out quantities for our group of 11. Pricing was fair based on the amounts and they didnt charge delivery on the order. The food was hot and delicious - everyone enjoyed their meal. Thanks Spice for making it happen for our Xmas party!

My family & I have enjoyed the food everytime we have ordered!! It is our go to place now for the best Indian food in town. Our favorites are Butter Chicken (of course) Tandoori Chicken, Palak Paneer, Egg Plant Bartha, Vegetable Pakoras & Naan.

We were sat down, provided water and menus. After 20 minutes (with the menus closed) we left because no one came over. Did not even take drink orders. We were quite sad as we typically enjoy eating here.

What an amazing business! We were visiting from out of town and got in late to our room. I put in a last minute order before closing and was worried it might not make it. I was happy to get a knock on the door a little while later learning that the driver/staff were cleaning up but wanted to pick up the order and deliver for us. I wasnt sure how the food would taste but I can say with absolute certainty this was one of the best meals I have ever had! What an amazing team and thank you so much for filling our tummies with a delicious meal! I hope to come through Kamloops again so I can enjoy some more dishes. Thank you

Was helping my grandmother at her house the other night and realised it was 10 to 9 we made it just after they closed the staff was great even though they were closed they still took the time to go out of their way to take our order and make us the food 10 out of 10 would rate them for customer service and quality of food was still fresh and hot and the server was awesome missed her name but please give this great buisness a try

Pricey but worth it. Portions are big and offers some of the most authentic Indian cuisine in Kamloops. The chicken curry in town and the rice is cooked properly where grain is separate. Anytime Im in the North Shore I stop by for their lunch buffet.

This place has the best Indian food in Kamloops. Ive tried butter chicken, Palak paneer, Shahi paneer, goat curry, naan, tandoori chicken pakoras.This is decent faire. Actually Ive of the better Indian restaurants Ive tried. And Ive tried a lot. Its better than most of the Surrey joints.Make sure you can handle the heat if you order medium hot. Owners are nice and polite.
